Dear sir,

Its subjected to my Provident fund no MH/48392/1498 whereas i have not received my payment till now.When i contacted they give explanation
that "NEFT" has done on 28th sep 2011 itself and they also gave the details of Cheque no's which is 944184 and 975289 with the amount Rs.23819/- and Rs.8617/- respectively and which i enquired with bank they have not received any cheque.

please take this as priority and help meto resolve this and get my PF amount.

    I am a regular customer of Croma. On my last visit to Croma Eva mall Brigade Road bangalore,I was approached by them to apply for a TATA Croma card (apparently with SBI). Already having a few credit cards, I was refused at first but was later told that I could discontinue the credit card next year and use it only as a Tata croma membership card to redeem points as discounts.hence filled out the form. A copy of my existing credit card, driving licence etc was taken for the issue of membership cum credit card. After about a 3 months i have not recived any kind of reply from even though i have called so many times the person who approched me no responce from him.

    Tata Croma — Refrigerator door issue

    I have registered a service call almost a month ago and inam following it with every week, but no response. Every time i call i am getting an assurance saying that some one from the local ofice will attend to this issue, but no one is returning the call.

      1. On 15th Sept 2011 I had purchased the HP Netbook Model No- DM1-3014 from Croma Mega Store
      & had also paid to Croma for further 2 years extended Warranty in addition to One year Warranty.
      Attached please find the copy of invoice as well as the copy of Warranty Card

      2. On 12th December suddenly the display on the screen went off & nothing was visible.
      On 16th December I sent the Netbook with my office boy to the Store mentioned above where
      Gate Pass NO.1909 was issued in exchange of the Netbook
      Attached please find the copy of Gatepass saying display problem & also saying totally physically damaged.
      I do not understand how & why they can say this as physically damaged without any scratch on the screen

      3. On 20th Dec I received any invoice from Simtech Computronics Pvt. Ltd. amouting Rs.9376
      for the replacement of screen mentioned above. I inquired with Croma as well as with Simtech about these
      charges because as per my knowledge & as informed by the salesman while selling this Netbook
      the Screen is covered in Warranty. But according to them any physical damage is not covered in this warranty.
      Whereas there is absolutely NO PHYSICAL damage to the NETBOOK .
      Infact being only 2 months old there is not even a scratch on the same.
      Attached please find the copy of invoice received from Simtech Computers

      4. After too much of discussion with Simtech they finally agreed to offer some discount as
      mentioned in attached revised invoice dtd 26th December amounting Rs.7522
      But I have informed them as well as to Croma that I see no fault of mine & this should be covered in Warranty
      Attached please find the copies of Correspondence I had with Simtech as well as with Croma

      5. I have now called back the said Netbook without the display working

      6. I would like the screen to be repaired or replaced same as new or get a replacement asap.
      I also want to have a compensation claim of Rs.5500 for the time & energy spent on above

      Please let me know if any more details are required

        I bought one 47 inch CROMA LCD on 27/06/2010 from Interior Crown CROMA store with 2 years extended warranty code WE1100.

        In-spite of logging call on [protected] several times, one one is attending to get this fault LCD repaied.

        I am surprised if there is any SLA for TATA. I am fed up and want my hard earned money back we my kids are not able to watch TV.

        Kindly help to get this resolved.

          I wanted to share my experience with Croma Retail at Bangalore Royal Meenakshi Mall & writing this mail with deep regret and anguish were me & my family visited on 17th Nov-11 @ 7pm to purchase a microwave ,waited for some time as their were large number of staff but all the staff were busy on their chit chatting , however after looking at few brands we ourselves eventually made a choice for purchasing LG brands worth of 14860/- Red color which was displayed , Finally my wife tried couple of times as we had spend more then 50mins & had to rush back home , we went up the cash counter & asked cashier that we have selected a microwave & need your help to bill the same , the cashier politely responded back by saying , kindly wait for some time , I will send some one to assist you , my wife replied , they all are seems to be busy chit chatting , can you help us…. Later a crew approached us & final the box piece was bought , I insisted to open the box, the crew replied , not to worry sir I have checked it from my side it is the same red piece which you have selected , but I further insisted to double check , we were surprised it was black in color & we had asked for red, the crew replied we have no stock of red , I insisted further can you check your stock level or other stores, the crew replied we have no stock , if you need you can buy from outside, Finally I asked for a display piece for a discounted price , which crew had to take internal approval from a concern store managers, we patiently waited for other 20mins & the final price was reduced by 500/-rs, well I went up the cash counter for a EMI option , by my luck finance person was on weekly off, the cashier asked me to come tomorrow as it is not possible today ,



          I again visited the store on 18th Nov @ 6pm , enquired at the counter , finance person is on leave today also can you Pls come tomorrow , However I left my contact num & asked the crew to call me tomorrow once is back to work.



          Next afternoon at 4:27pm I got a call from croma meenakshi mall, Dear Jeetu you had booked a microwave with us , can you conform what time are you coming , I replied is you finance person Anand is available at the counter as I was trying to reach him since morning & he is not responding my calls , the crew replied he is very much available today, let me know by what time can you come , I told him I will be their by 7pm,



          I called up my wife & asked her to reach store by 7pm as she also wanted to purchase washing machine, reached at 7:15 along with my wife, to my notice hardly any customer was in the store & the whole team was busy chatting, asked at the counter? can you tell me were is Anand , O sir he left the store @ 5pm as he is not well , I narrated the entire story of last 2days , but the boy at the counter was help less & was keen to help me on my purchase & walked towards store manager , after 15mins he recommended me to contact customer service desk for further assistance , forcefully I had to again narrate the entire 3days experience, he asked me to wait as I need to me the store manager , finally a store manager came & we had to again narrate the entire episode , and trust we got a simple fake apology from him & asked us to come tomorrow.



          Trust I was a fool for trusting a convenient shopping as I stay were close by to meenakshi mall, To hell with croma brand , I had this experience couple of month back when I had purchased croma brand LCD 42” & had to wait for 4day to get the delivery done with so many follow-ups , ask for store Manager he is busy in meeting & we cant reach him , Pls throw a manager out if he so irresponsible & cant handle the situation.



          I have been a regular patron at your Brigade road store from last 2yrs as most of the purchases has been - I Phone , Motorola mobile, Kodak Camera , Fridge, vacuum cleaner & x box & had no problem , but the store at meenakshi mall team has a serious problem on ignoring customer.



          I really don’t know, what type of quality benchmarks are you following during the course of your manufacture. You are literally taking the Indian Customer for a ride without adhering to any quality benchmark/standards. I feel your Croma is just a show piece with high pricing and with no quality, and is no more better than an ordinary electronic store where there is no quality at all. Please introspect and take necessary action and these things are not repeated. Customers like me will always vouch for quality. Time is not far, if you start facing legal action for your pathetic quality and scant, I am so disappointed that I totally spent 3days which I could I always picked from any local competitor. Which are far better then you all, I Only one lesson learnt, if I ever start a place, I will invest on training the customer facing people and making the branch manager accountable for quality and alignment to company brand marketing.



          Loss of time

          Loss of energy & mental piece (as I wanted a convenient shopping….. near??? )



          Trust I will never again step in any cromo stores in my dreams!!!! Pathetic & poor customer service



          I don't know whether you will bother about this feedback. But if you have every cared to care for your patrons, I would like to believe that you will respond.

            hello sir,
            my name is manish i recently on 26th october purchased a 22inch full hd samsung led tv from croma bhayander costing me rupees 18,000/- .
            the sales person said that the delivery would be done the nex day as the product is not with them as per they said the product was delivered the next day in evening and then the samsung person installed it on saturday 29th oct.after installation i found tht our tv does not show good background color nor the images are clear so i loged a complaint on samsung customer care and when there engineer came on monday he checked the tv and said that the back panel is to be changed as thte is fault in it.i was amazed to see that a showroom owned by tata is cheating customer by sending defective product,now when i said this to the showroom person they said the tv will get replaced only on thursday evening not before that.so first they cheat customer and then dont give proper srevice.if supoose they dont replace my tv what should i do please tell me?

              I started using croma hand blender for the first time. And it was creating weird noise and the blender was not crushing the items (Onions) very fastly.Some kind of spark was coming from the hand blender machine. I had purchased it in Feb' 2010.

              Please solve my problem ASAP.

                I brought LGG LCD from Croma, Jubilee Hills , Hyderabad. Invoice No:[protected]. On 5/10/2011. They promised to give scratch which is provided by LG as festive offer, however at the time we bought this new T.V; they claim , they donot have stock with them and will inform me when the stock arrive.

                I have been following up with them since a week , they still claim they dont have the stock, but recently my friend brought from the same place and they gave the scratch card, how come for me they say they dont have stock?

                i feel the service of croma jubilee is very pathetic because i feel the manager of croma jubilee hill mr naveen including the sales man of LG is complete worst i can say,
                i when to store planning to purchased Lg led last week but that person ask me when i am planning i said in a week time listning to that they left me and he is not attending me i am going on asking for that lg guye but he is not responding to me so i have decided not to purchased any more goods from croma's store and i have informing all of them in my relatives and friends who buy more goods from croma store so i have stop them also

                  I bought two phone instruments costing Rs.690/- each alongwith some other stuff from CROMA, Pacific Mall store. Though the there were 15 minutes left for the closing time, the staff was leaving and rushing me out of the store. They billed me Rs.4600/- and charged from my card in hurry without allowing me to check. After I reached home, I checked that I have been wrongly billed. I have been billed and charged Rs.990/- instead of Rs.690/- wide invoice no. SLF02A[protected]. I felt cheated.

                  I tried to call at their no. many times but nobody responded. Their website also does not give any email id. When I called the phone no[protected], voice mail directed me to other no. . I called other no [protected] but nobody responded. After 8-10 attempts somebody picked up and asked me to go to the website to address my concern. I fail to understand the policy of turning a blind eye to customers' concerns. I understand Tata's are more lethargic to address consumers' concerns.

                    We purchased a refrigerator (Whirlpool Professional classic), invoice number being SLF02A[protected] on October 15, 2011 from Croma at Pacific Mall, Plot No.1,Dr. Burman Marg,Site IV,S, Ghaziabad - 201001. Following is our experience in this regard:

                    The company sold us a product that they did not have. They promised us to deliver the product the very next day. They did not deliver it at all. They did not bother to call us and tell if there was any problem. We waited for two days. We tried the phone number given by them. The customer care executive told us that they will revert back. But even they did not call us back. This happend twice.

                    From our experience and seeing so many complaints here I am convinced that this company does not value its customers. We have cancelled our purchase and now waiting for the refund. Hope at least this comes on time.

                      I had purchase lenovo laptop from croma malad one yr ago with croma extended warrantee .After facing problem in start up of laptop I have submitted to croma goregoan on 27th Aug .Still after 1.5 month I didnt received my laptop back .Also there is poor auality of srevice provider .U cannot call directly to store .In addition to that service call center does not know any status about product.they are not serious abt service .

                        I have purchased vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes on 9/10/11 from Croma store at Malad, my invoice no is SLF02A[protected] sales person Santosh Sawant. The day we have purchased no demo person has visited at home & we come to know that the prduct is not working. We have complained many times but they still avoiding . Croma customercare person Mr. Ibrahim/ Saurabh and others whom I have cotacted not responding positively. And they are not going to replace the product till today 16/10/2011.
                        Is it the TATA enterprise that is wellknown for their customer service?

                          My name is Rahul Agarwal. My no. is +91-[protected], email - [protected]@gmail.com

                          I purchased blackberry 9900 on 18-sept-2011. Within 10 days I got issues with the handset and so I went to croma for their help. They took my phone back and gave me a temporary set(which wasn't even working) for a backup. They told me that since it is a new set, they'll fight with the concerned people and would surely tell me the status of my phone by next day, latest by 6.00pm. I had to go out of city in next 2 days and so they also promised that since it is an issue in new set, so if they are unable to rectify/isolate problem in 5-6 hours, they will replace the set.

                          So I decided to wait.

                          Next day, I did not receive any call and so I visited the store again. The person who was responsible to call me and tell my status was not there. The store manager 'Mr. Abhilash Yeshodharan' told me that none of their employees could make such commitments and it would take time to rectify the handset problem. He did not promise the date/time by which i'll get my phone back.

                          As a result I am having lot of problems with their false commitments. It would be really helpful if any action can be taken against them.

                            This is regarding an Electrolux AC purchased under the croma 2 year extended warranty scheme

                            Since 1 month we have been chasing customer-support to rectify gas leakage issue on our AC, however there has been no resolution to this. They have sent a guy aged 18-20 years 5 times to check the problem despite o[censored]s requesting for some senior technician to be sent to look into this. The surprising thing is that the technician calls & comes as late as 8.30 pm in the evening. Each time we have called the customer support center there has been no responsible person to take ownership of the problem. Despite of the warranty letter mentioning that carry-out charges are covered under warranty their senior staff Mr.Vijay argues that we have to bear the cost of transporting the AC to the workshop and as such have been very rude in their response. Each time a different person, I presume from the call center, assures that the problem will be solved but never gets back

                            If this is the service that a TATA company provides given its stature it shows hown downgraded the after-sales service market is. If anybody from TATA or Croma is reading this I request you to employ more responsible people as selling is easy but maintaining a customer-relationship is not and if this is the way your customer support staff speaks with its clients then you are going to lose valued customers

                                I bought sports model of whilpool washing machine from tata croma, rajouri garden, delhi on 10/09/2011. for which i made payment of rs 26200 on the same day. next day i was deliverd scrached and heavily dented machine to may home and my wife refused to accept this second hand product and it was retured back. when i called croma they are now refusing to replace or refund . plz suggest and help me about this mattter.

                                  My name is Raju and i belong to rajkot i bought so many items from croma which include one tv as well.

                                  There was a skim running like if you bought that tv then you can get the dish tv subscription which is worth rupess 2000
                                  so i bought the tv and the staff of the croma said that we have not get any coupen over here so can you please collecet it after one month so after one month i contact them and they said that your coupen date is experied.

                                  Thats not fare so i think that this guys are good at the time of sell but there is no affter sell services.
                                  so every one be aware of this king of fraud

                                    WE BOUGHT A SPLIT CROMA A/C ON[protected] FROM CROMA TATA ENTERPRISES VIDE THERE INVOICE NO-SLF02A[protected], THE DAY WE BOUGHT, SWING OF THE SAME WAS NOT WORKING , WHILE WE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT THE COMPANY SERVICE MANAGER REPAIRED IT BUT THE NEXT DAY IT WAS AGAIN IT WAS IN A PROBLEM ,FROM THAT DAY WE MADE A SEVERAL COMPLAIN BUT NO USE OF IT.
                                    SERVICE MANAGER MR MANOJ WHOSE CELL NO [protected] SAH ASSURED US BUT 5 MONTH HAS PASSED NO RESULT IS THERE.

                                      Hello I am living in Koramangla, Bangalore. I had bought my croma washing machine in Sep 2010 and it is still under warranty. After that it is continues giving the problem. I complaint about it to Croma service centre several times. But till now they have not send any person for the rectification of problem.

                                      I am too much fed up with the croma service. I want croma should take it back and refund my amount if they cannot give service under warranty

                                      croma washing machine — not in working conditions since it is bought

                                      drain is not working. The tub is full some time and some times water is not .filled in directly it goes to drainage.
                                      Hello, I am planning to buy a front loading washing machine of chroma brand from the same store you bought a wm. I would like to know what happened finally.

                                        The AC (Invoice No.SFL02A[protected] was installed in our new office on the 5th Floor of Montage Bhavan, Sweet Home Apt. Malad, on the 9th of July, 2011 by your technicians. This office started functioning from the 22nd of July, 2011 and from that day onwards we have been facing terrible problems, absolutely no cooling and water dripping. Since it was monsoons, the staff could sit without the AC at that time. The 1st complaint lodged was on 29th July, 2011 and a technician was deputed only on the 1st of August, 2011. The technician mentioned that he has rectified the problem while in reality he did not know what was really wrong with the AC. We then again lodged complaint on 8th. He came checked and went away informing us that everything is okay but actually the AC was not working at all. Since we had a long week end, we once again lodged a complaint on the 16th and from that day onwards nobody seems to be interested in attending to our calls. We have spoken to almost all your customer service executives viz. Maya, Vidya, Divya, Suresh, Imran, Smitha, Sudesh, Tansif, and from the Service Dept. Jayshree & Mani and everyone of them have promised to send a Sr.Technician to resolve this issue. Since there is major problem with the AC, we have asked for a replacement. But it is falling on deaf ears. From 10.30 a.m. onwards today, we must have made at least 15 calls and everytime we have been promised that we will receive a call from your Service Dept. but no body has bothered to call. The toll free no.[protected] has been disconnected because the message that we are receiving is "please check the no. that you have dialled". The other nos. i.e. 61406363 & 61508200, the moment they see that it is our call, they are just disconnecting without answering. Is this the kind of service that you offer to your customers? You all talk about the undivided attention and that you value your customers, but we are just not able to put down in words the kind of harrassment being meted out to us. We want an immediate reply as well as action of replacing the machine. It is extremely hot and unbearable and the staff are not able to function in such condition. The other Croma machine installed at our Chairman & Mg.Director's Residence (Mr.Rajesh Shukla) is also not functioning and it is found out that there are some manufacturing defects and the Malad Store called us up to say that they are replacing the machine. But when?? is a big question mark.Pl note that if this matter is not resolved immediately, we have been left with no option but to go to the consumer forum.
