    Hi,
    We got new Air Condition of Croma in month of february.Receipt No-SLF-02A[protected].From the last one week on daily basis we are calling five to six times on customer service number of Croma i.e [protected].Most of the time they either disconnect or use to give fake date for the service.They have also given so many complaint numbers.One of them is(Complaint no-479762).I think they have got the worse and pathetic customer service.Its more than a week today and still there is no response from them.

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased a Nokia phone from you Saket store, which becomes a chain of complaint for our self. Let me tell you the entire chain of misfortunes happened with us:

    We went to your Saket store to by a Nokia X6 for us 2 ½ months back and we purchased the same by paying 12500/- by credit Card. But very next day we found that the phone was physically damaged. Then again we went to the store to change the handset but surprisingly there was no other handset available of Nokia X6 moreover the staff there (Sanjeev Kumar, EMP ID: 2912) was trying even forcing us to buy the same handset, but after a long argument we decided not to go for that one and asked our money back.—This was the first misfortune.

    After getting agreed on refund Mr. Sanjeev Kumar said that he cannot refund us the money neither in Cash nor on credit card, and can give us Gift vouchers for same value—This was the second misfortune.

    Again after a long argument finally he agreed on refunding us via cheque. We felt a bit relaxed now, but we were not aware that one more problem is waiting for us. After few minutes Mr. Sanjeev Kumar came with another excuse that cheque cannot be issued as Accounts person is not present and signatories are not there.—This was the third misfortune.
    Now we were helpless as he left us with no other option but to go with that damaged phone, then we decide to change the model number and go for some other phone for same price range. Till this we already invested 2 hours. Finally we decided to buy Nokia C6 (slider one), as left with no other option even that was a broken seal item , which was costing 500/- more than the Nokia X6, and as a gesture Mr. Sanjeev Kumar waived off the difference. This time we were relaxed that at least we got some value of hard earned money, but this was not the end of our problems.
    After 2 ½ months our phone starred getting hanged and almost switched off frequently, again we decided to go to your Saket store, despite of lot many problems faced earlier, and ask them to get it checked/repaired.
    And finally the biggest disaster happened. Got a call 3-4 days back from Croma Saket that there some damage in our phone and if we want our phone back in running condition then we’ll have to pay 3000/-. The reason given that some slider parts are damaged. Is Nokia making so bad phones that a slider parts of a specially designed slider phone can be damaged in just 2 ½ months or is it Croma selling damaged and seal broken products?

    We again went to Store yesterday, and this time first of all no one was even bothering to attend us. Is only sale matters for you there is any value of customer as well? After waiting almost half an hour I went to an attendant and ask for any after sale person, he directed me to the after sale desk where I narrated entire story line by line again and asked to Mr. Sanjeev Kumar to come and sort this out. After hearing all my complaints Mr. Sanjeev Kumar straight away say No to any resolution until we will pay 3000/-. . I want my money back as after seeing and facing lot many issues I don’t even want the phone back.

    I am raising this issue to you with a hope of resolution. Please look in to this and get this sorted out ASAP as we are totally frustrated now. Waiting a positive response.

    After 2 months of continuous calling, they finally send a technician to repair my under warranty CROMA AC! Technician tells he needs to take the circuit board but will not give any written confirmation that he's taking it! Trusting his Croma t-shirt, i give the circuit board and he confirms that he will come within next 5 days to fix it up. Already 15 days gone by and after repeated calls, i get to know that nobody knows what is coming to the repair that Mr. Kamlesh (the technician) had confirmed. He himself gives his superior's no. (Mr. Devendra) saying please ask him what is to be done . Mr. Devendra ensures that within 3 days, problem will be solved. After 5 days, i am directed to a Mr. Sohail who i try to explain the entire thing all over again. And 5 more days have gone by! No response.... poor service!

    This is Amit from Amritsar, I recently bought from a fully automatic front loaded washing machine worth 26k with my whole hearted earned money. But I was not aware after spending this much of amount shall be receiving pathetic service from best brand called croma a Tata enterprises .
    Concern:- There is service eng, forget his name but his cell no is [protected] came to install machine but forgot to provide proper demo to us. Prior to installation he was giving fake promises that he will come down this &amp; this for demo .. Due to nonavailability at town ( my concern is there only one eng available on town ?)
    Again we found difficulty while accessing machine, called up that chap again. But he was not keen to come &amp; had spare time to come down &amp; tell us proper demo of product.
    Just to reiterate If I was aware about that pathetic service I could not go for this product. We are facing so much trouble at the starting of taking product, god knows what will happen afterwards.
    Pls consider my suggestion to recruit effective &amp;prompt service eng &amp; staff who can provide better service toclients. But my experience with croma products is bitter &amp; pathetic.

    I bought a croma Ac(invoice no SLF02A[protected] from Croma retail from Chennai T nagar outlet. A foul smell was emanating from my AC . I lodged a service request in Croma customer service and a guy named Sathish came and he couldn&#039;t close the call. He wrote the status of this request as under observation and said he will come the next day to find the what the fault is. Then he went and closed the request saying it is closed . Now after repeated calls to customer care still nobody has reverted for 2 days .
    When it comes to WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE, Tata croma beats all its competitors by a big margin.

    I bought a Samsung LED TV along with 2 years of extended warranty from Tata Croma. The TV is not functioning and I am chasing Tata Croma Extended Warranty Team for the last 13 days to get my complaint registered.

    Till date, no one has visited to rectify the problem.

    This kind of pathetic service was not at all expected from this organization.

    Inspite of continuous follow ups with Tata Croma&#039;s representatives at toll free number (since no one bothers to take the call at extended warranty number and nobody calls back even after the msg WARRANTY is sent to 5616181), i got the number of service guys at Delhi today. Have requested them to look into this matter at the earliest (considering the ageing of this matter), i have still received the same response, &quot;the service engineer will get in touch in the next 48-72 hrs).

    So going by the time line, my complaint will be looked into 15 days approx, from notifying it for the first time.

    I have had enough of this nonsense now.

    If a service engineer does not visit by 11th Sep&#039;14, I will explore legal options now.

    I have enough proof (4 detailed calls with tata croma call centre guys, 2 detailed discussions with floor managers, a mail with all the conversation details was sent to service team by Tata croma, store manager, oberoi mall - till now the most helpful person in this process) to prove deficiency of service in this matter in the consumer court.

    If the response to this blog is taken seriously by Tata Croma (which I doubt), then ask some one senior to get in touch.

      We've purchased a Hitachi 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner at Croma Retail, Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad on May, 26 through Invoice # - SLF02A[protected]‏.

      Products got delivered after repeated follow-up with customer care and it has been eight days passed not received any call from Hitachi Technician for Air Conditioner installation. It is retailer responsibility to follow with service provider until product get installed / demo given.

      We've been promised every thing will done on / before Tuesday (05/29), however I'm not seeing any remote visibility of getting this done sometime sooner

        i bought a hardisk from Croma, Kamla nagar, Delhi branch....after some time it broke down..when i went to Croma for its replacement as it was in warranty period. they told me to show the bill...after examining the bill they said they cant replace it because no serial number of tht harddisk was mentioned on it.
        I told them that that is their mistake because when they gave me the printed bill at the time of purchase...it wasnt even printed well...every word written on it was very light. i had to fight with them to get the replacement. first they told me they'll get it replaced it from the company..then they told that i have to go nehru place for its replacemnt..when i went there...they told me that i'll get my new harddisk within 1 week but they gave me after ! month..!!!

        Now again i had some troubles wid my harddisk, so i went for d replacement with all the papers,i earlier got from d centre. when they saw the papers they demanded bill from us.we told them these are the only paper we got from here n we didn't have any idea that those papers were not the bill. we told them sir we only got these papers ,we dont have any bill .they started arguing that we must have lost it dats y we are making up things...n strated shouting to prove themselves right !! we stood there for more than 1 and half hour on their heads to get all details n later on it came to our notice dat bill was never created from the centre . and they didnt even bother to tell us at d time of replacemnt . the manager named mr.Rajeev, (kamla nagar brancj,Croma ) misbehaved and after even everything was confirmed that mistake was at their part then also he didnt accepted his mistake for his neglegence n behaviour and still was very rude.

        whenever i visit kamla nagar branch i always see customers fighting with their staff for something or the other.
        i would seriously like to advise the chairman to change the motto of Croma....that their motto is to satisfy the customers...coz i dont see any point in that motto...
        nd if possible try to keep a check on their employees' behaviour towards customers...
        because rememeber...CUSTOMER IS THE KING..!!!!! not these stupid employees of any company..!!

          I had purchased a croma split A/C on the 21 May 2012 with invoice no. SLF02AO[protected]. The product was delivered on 22 May 2012 around 4 pm. I am a film studio/edit suite owner and have high end machines that run continously. The issue that I would like to bring forth is that inspite of repeated requests and constant follow up on the helpline, help is far from coming. No one has yet come for product demo or installation.

          I have tried explaining my problem that with the heating of my systems, I have to stop editing to cool my computers that is delaying my work and deadlines.

          I think croma has the most Poor and bad, pathetic after sale service. I call the helpline day and night requesting immediate service and they have absolutely no information on the status of the technician and their whereabouts. they cannot commit on a time they will send the technician. they donot have the contact numbers of their higher ups or any other whom we can reach to or request for immediate action. They promise to contact they never contacted again.


          I call the store and it gets connected to the helpline again. and again I am stuck with no information of the technician for installation. For the last 4 days of delivery the product is sitting in my office eating dust.

          If you cannot provide after sales service I don’t think you should promise the same. Croma does not have any feedback mechanisms and no response to the requests put up, that is very frustating to the customer. I tried calling the Mumbai number and no one takes the calls either. I end up buying an expensive product only to see it lying un used in the office, while my work was suffering and also have to end spending in getting installed.


          All I can say is that with this experience I will never buy any products from croma and suggest the same to all my networks. The service has been very poor and dissatisfying and a loss to the customer. it only reflects that the TATA Group does not value its customers and is apathetic to their requests.

          Croma Split Ac — Bad customer Service by Croma

          I have purchased croma split AC (Invoice no - SLF02A[protected] on 10th May 2012, And got installation on next day. But it is not cooling from the first day. I have also complain to croma customer care and in greater noida croma store but till now i have not got any response. Bad customer Service by Croma.

            wE HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG TAB 650 FROM CROMA SHOWROOM IN MUMBAI UNDER THE SCHEME THAT ALONG WITH THE TAB WE WILL BE ENTITLED TO A BLUETOOTH AND A CARRY CASE.AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENTS WE WERE GIVEN THE TAB AND INFORMED US THAT THE BLUETOOTH AND THE CARRY CASE WILL COME DIRECTLY FROM SAMSUNG.THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM CROMA SHOWROOM MUMBAI BUT TILL DATE NOTHING OF THIS SORT HAS ARRIVED THOUGH REPEATEDLY WE ARE APPROACHING CROMA SHOWROOM BUT THEY ARE GIVING US NEGLEGIENT ANSWERS.
            they are overpriced and have a cheating attitude.

              The Croma store in DLF Mega Mall is pathetic. The mobile, which was given for servicing was damaged by the store. They insisted to me to take back the damaged handset. I did not agree and then they said they will check with service center and then get back. They never get back. I had to try number of times in the call-center and still they do not get back. A worthless and responsible service from Croma. The Store Manger does not have any control on the people.

                I had ordered two Samsung LCD TVs which were supposed to be installed immediately after the TV delivery was to be made. They never turned up and the installation date keeps getting pushed to a future date. The at the Croma store in Bandra (where the purchase was made) keep giving false promises and stop taking you seriously once youve paid them. I would not reccommend Croma to anyone.

                  My name is Virat Prashar. Contact No. [protected]. I have complaint of "Croma (Vashi) Ground Floor,Unit no. G-23/24/25, C/O Center One Mall, Plot No 33 , Sector 30 A , Navi Mumbai - 400705 " . From there I bought "HP mini notebook & MTS data card" on 3rd March 12.

                  Problem is regarding with MTS Data Card (No. [protected]). I called to customer care and they told me that my documents are not completed, Please contact from ur retailor from whome u bought ur MTS data card or our nearest customer care. I was out of town that's why i didn't go for complaint. After a month when i came back to Mumbai, I look out the bill of my MTS data card and HP Notebook. But I found that characters in bill are disappeared because they are not using "Thermal paper" for bill. I got angry and went to CROMA Store (Center One Mall,Vashi) that your bill is useless as everything disapperared. Then they told me you have to take a photcopy of BILL bla bla. After some talk they give me another copy of that bill and told me to do photostate of that bill too, otherwise it will also disappear after a month.

                  After this I told them about my complaint,But they told me our retailer left from here so we can't do anything. They give me his contact no. but that was switched off.
                  Then i went to MTS Customer care center and talk about all this. They told me to submit all my documents again and give me surity that ur problem will resolve early. Next day I submitted all my documents (pan card, Lisence proof,Electricity Bill,photographs,Employee ID).
                  But after two days when I called to MTS Customer care for query. They told me that your documents are wrong. That MTS data card is on someone's name. I told them that I have bill of "MTS data card" it may be mistaken during cross check. But they told me,you have to submit his documents otherwise we can't do anything.
                  Then I got Retailor in CROMA have submitted wrong documents for MTS Data card. And CROMA told me contact to MTS customer care and MTS Customer care told me contact to CROMA retailor.
                  My MTS data card is still useless from 3 months and I paid Rs 600/- for that and 600/- for its recharge.
                  What will I do? how can I solve this problem.
                  Please solve my problme. I don't have any choice to do anything regarding this issue.

                    I have recently purchased a Plasma tv from chroma and I am highly disappointed by the service team from chroma. I had requested them to help me buy an Full HD LED tv which was for Rs.43000/- and they tricked me into buying a sad HD Ready Plasma TV for Rs.38000/-.

                    They assured me that this is the best deal and gave me a home theater, but I all was a piece of crap. The TV does not play all format that were promised to me, and what ever it plays is jittery and fully glitches. I have downloaded different formats as I also under stand the limitations of a TV but NOTHING WORKS. The cannot event play a 1.5 GB MP4 file properly. The CHROMA guys are plain fraud as I told them to replace the TV and that I am ready to pay the difference of the new expensive TV that I intended to buy. But sadly this is all in vain.

                    They are tricksters and frauds, and have no respect for a consumer. Suggest don't buy anything from them.

                      I purchased a Siemens C360 cordless phone on 20th March 2010 from Malad Croma Store. However since day 1 it was ridden with technical faults. There is no harm in saying I was sold a defective piece by the esteemed Tata Enterprise Croma.

                      I exchanged the same phone with the store 3-4 times but the repair was of no use. Frustrated I kept the phone aside and didn't use it for 2 years.

                      In december I came across this phone and thought of making use of it. I inveested further Rs. 350/- on it and got it it repaired. But my agony continued and the phone stopped working in 2 days.

                      Again I brought the phone to Croma on 15th March; and there was no update on it inspite of countless calls to the store.
                      Today I was informed that some other fault (fault not mentioned) has come up and I need to pay further Rs. 650/- to repair the phone.
                      There is no way I'm going to bleed further money on a defective phone which I did not cumulative used for 10 days.

                      I didn't expect such a lethargic response and treatment from a TATA company. My calls to the customer care[protected] is never returned; neither are my calls to the store. Further the store executives have no courtesy of talking to customers and are least interested in resolving their complaint.
                      Every time I deposit the 'defective' phone, it takes weeks to get a response. Is this the USP of Croma of 'Best Customer Service'???

                        Sad day today for me. I bought a brand new X-Box 360 Kinect from Tata Croma on 25 April 2012. It worked fine. Today evening at 7 PM when I started it and played the Microsoft Sports Bowling game given free with the box set, the screen hanged. I restarted the X-Box and instead of the happy green light it is giving a red light on start. Followed XBox website instructions and unplugged and replugged all the wires. Still red light. No solution from Toll Free number as they work Mon to Fri from 11 to 6 only and tomorrow is a worldwide public holiday.

                        MADE IN CHINA.

                        Previously I had purchased a Acer Aspire Laptop from Tata Croma and it broke down within a month - MADE IN CHINA. Then after Warranty period it again broke down and I spent Rs. 3000 to get it repaired from Authorised Acer Service Center in Saki Naka, Mumbai - no help from Tata Croma.

                        I had purchased a Croma branded vaccuum cleaner which also broke down after just 4 time usage. MADE IN CHINA.

                        I have been looted by Tata Croma and MADE IN CHINA for the past two years.

                        Let's see what happens to this 5 day old Rs 23,000 X-Box machine.

                          We bought a Carrier 1 ton Durakool Star 5 star ac from Croma R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. First of all we were told that the display piece is the last piece and this was after decision of buying the product. Sales Invoice No. SLF02A[protected].

                          Then the outdoor unit recd was damaged. This was discovered when a Carrier engineer unpacked the outdoor unit for installation. By this time the indoor unit was already installed!

                          It has been 3 weeks since then and we keep calling Croma store and Carrier dealership. There is no information or resolution on the issue.

                          The instore Customer Desk (Ms. Khushboo) and Managers do not pick up phones and are totally unresponsive. The instore Sales Rep is the only person who picks up the phone and tries to help us but the customer service is very customer unfriendly. Pathetic for a big store like Croma.

                          after 3 weeks of caaling Croma and Carrier dealership we are putting up this complaint. If the ac outdoor unit is not replaced in the next week we will need to file a consumer court case against Croma.

                            hi, i have parches one split air condition of croma made from croma store on 13th march 2012 by bill no SLF02A[protected] on the name of my company Gipsy Entertainment Pvt.Ltd. was suppose to get install in 48 hours as per their nomes but got installed after one week i was shocked.
                            after installation ac was working OK but all of a sudden on 2nd April indoor unit has started leakage of water and i have given complain but since from that day i am calling everyday to [protected] number and complaining but no response form there end some one is calling sometime and taking address where to come and no one is turning up for complain i have got many reference numbers of complain but no use finally i have asked them to remove ac from my place and refund my money or i will go to consumer court.

                              Hello,

                              This is with reference to the compliant which i have given to the Croma customer care service On March 30th 2012 regarding my microwave oven tunner problem. Before that i have raised this issue twice and one of the technician have came to my home and told the board needs to be changed. After a week i have not heard back any response from anyone of them. Each time i have to give a call to know the status of the issue which i have raised. Also, the service centre is in Chennai Kodambakkam. The service is very poor which i have never come across in any of the appliances which i have bought from any store. The customer service is also very poor as they are not doing the follow-up properly to retain the customer. I clearly want to know when my issue will be sorted as it is more than 20 days the complaint have been raised and still it is not been fixed. Please change the problem will be fixed in 48 hrs to 1 month so, we can think twice to choose the shop.

                              It would be much appreciated if anyone look into this and have the problem fixed at the earliest. My details are below

                                I have purchased a AIO Hp printer F4488 from CROMA SOUTH EXTENSION PT-2,Delhi on 11 Mar’12 in discounted rate as it was the last piece(with warranty one! as told by them) with out carton,user manual,soft ware CD. i have been provided connector cables and adoptor and the gave me down loaded software on my pendrive for installation. On installation on 13th I found the paper feeding was not proper and it pulls the paper on sided. i changed the paper and tried but after wasting 25 papers it did not corrected on own. i took it to Okhla ph-2 Hp service center for getting it corrected under warranty.
                                To my utter surprise, they refused said it was 720 days old and out of warranty. for replacement of the same with k209G a DOA service request no ININ[protected] dt 23/3/12 was issued by them.
                                On being fwd to get replacement from Croma, they have taken back with hesitation and issued a receipt for replacement gate pass no236 dt24/3/12 and still is with them only! they said a mail has been given to their supplier reg this!.
                                On that day and til date i have been running pillar to post for the replacement.Is any alternate solution for this? Can Hp directly intervene and replace the printer and debit the cost to Croma on behalf of Consumer? Why I being harassed for purchasing it over above the inconveniences incurring unnecessary expenditures in this regard? Kndly resolve it pls.

                                Dear Sir,


                                This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Apple New iPad 64GB Wifi dt. 17th June 2012 vide invoice no. SLF02A[protected]. I bought the I pad on 1 condition that the salesman would insert a reliance sim as well which would be activated in 4 hours.

                                After having made the purchase with my driving license as the proof of identity, the shop manager said that another identity proof would be required. When I expressed my inability to provide another one, and the manager insisting, I decided to return the I pad and the sim for which I had already made the payment. The m amager refused to accept it back saying that he would egt it activated for now, and send someone to collect another identity proof with a better pic,

                                Till date nothing has happened. The shop manager not only harassed me as the consumer on the shop floor but also made a false commitment to get my pad working while all the while he was just trying to fool me into taking the I pad on that day saying that I would have a working sim in 4 hours.

                                I am sorry to say that this device is not working from day one. I had informed about this to your sales executive 3 days back but, in spite of sending someone to understand and rectify the problem, your sales executive never bothered to get this sorted out.

                                I am feeling very much harassed after buying this product. What’s harassing me more is the customer care that has been offered. It is not like that to sell the product and achieve the sales target but it is compulsory to satisfy the customer as well.

                                Now I request you to take this iPad and sim back and refund my amount immediately or else I would be forced to go to the consumer court with an allegation of misleading the consumer.

                                Awaiting appropriate action for your end asap.

                                  I had purchased a Nikon digital camera on 30 JAn 2012 from PAcific MAll Croma Centre UP.There was a freebie ( Lather purse + Watch) from Nikon along with camera but Representative did not give me due to out of stock and promised to call me within week and arrange the same.But since last 2 month neither they call me not gave my freebie even when I went to centre representative behaviour was very rude and just excusing that out of stock.IT was their promise and responsibility to arrange the same freebie asap but till date they did not bother to even taken my request,
                                  Offer was from Nikon not from croma then why such type of

                                  1- I am expecting the same what-ever promised to me and in perfect condition.

                                  I belive Brand like CROMA have to taken care of such thing and ready to take responsibilities and fulfil their promised made at the time of purchase.

                                    Below is the example i faced how Croma people are cheating with public to sell their products.

                                    I went to Croma Store at Aditya mega mall Indirapuram on 24/05/2010 to buy a window AC.
                                    At that time I was told that " if i purchase Croma AC then they people will provide me warranty of three years and if i take extended warranty then it extends up to 5 years including services . means i need not to pay any amount for 5 years ".
                                    On the above verbal commitment by Croma representative i purchased the AC.
                                    But today ( 22/03/2012) when i called up to croma customer care to get my AC serviced and gave my details to them i received a call from the store itself and i came to know that this product has service warranty of one year only and extended warranty does not cover services.
                                    I don't have any proof of that verbal conversation which i had with croma representative at store. Now Croma officials are saying that "all the terms and conditions are printed on bill, you should have checked them thoroughly at the time of purchase".

                                        I purchases Croma Window AC 1.5 on Saturday (17-March-12). I need to contact the Croma Anna Nagar store manager urgently with regard to the purchase and installation. As there is no direct contact number, I am forced to go through Customer Care toll free number provided.
                                        From morning (19-Mar-12) I have been trying to reach the Manager, everytime the Customer Care representative keeps telling me that the Manager will contact in 1hrs time; it is more than 4.5hr and he has not contacted.

                                        While purchasing the store manager promised instant and excellent response. If this is the type of response I am getting even before the installation, what can I expect if there is an issue with the system.
                                        Request the manager to contact me immediately.
