I have purchased an Aquasure on 26th August 2012 and I have still not gotten the installation done as of 23rd September 2012. At the time of purchasing the product I was told installation would happen in 48 hours. I have called them more than 4 or 5 times and every time the customer care at croma guarantees that it will be solved in 24 hours and I will get a call back. It is terrible service and I never get a call back and it is a waste of money to buy an Aquasure from Croma and then spend money every day to buy bottled water. I would not recommend the product to anybody.

    On 18th. September I purchased a Boombox from Croma Stores located in DT Mall , Gurgaon. It stopped playing VCD/CD and USB in July 2011. I took it to the same Croma store and after lot of visits to the store and heated discussions, they replaced it on 11th. November 2011. They had a problem in tracing the purchase, because software had been changed. The new set given to me again had the same malfunctioning as the original set in July 2012.
    I took it to same Croma Store and handed it over to them for repair on 4th. August 2012 vide receipt No. 11064 Dt.04/08/12. Now when after a fortnight or so I checked up they told me that reading lense was not working and they are looking for spare parts. After one one month, they tell me that it cannot be repaired.
    It is shocking that two brand new pieces stop working with in on year. Why does your store sell such quality of goods. We come to Croma, because it is associated with Tatas - a name known for integrity. After my experience with this product, I feel cheated. Please look into the matter and replace the piece for the second time.

      I had purchased Panasonic Plasma TH-P50XT50 3D TV from CROMA on August 15th. On purchase they assured that it comes with the wall stand and 2 pair of 3D Eye wear.

      After 2 weeks they delivered the wall stand and only one pair of 3D Glasses. On asking them why only one they said Croma has given us one to deliver.

      I called the Panasonic help line [protected] and spoke to two executives and both of them said Panasonic Plasma TH-P50XT50 comes with two 3D Eye wear. They told me they have taked the complain and asked me to contact CROMA. When i went to CROMA Phoenix Mill where I bought the TV from, they said they will get back with me and call me. But no response.

      Now I dont know wether I should go to Croma or Panasonic.


      Please help me with this issue.

        I buy a laptop from Croma, and representative said HP-Compaq will provide us Door Step Service - Pan India but now hp said HP is not committed about that for 2nd years onward, after that i contact to croma, they said croma will provide you the service but not door step, you have to submitted at Caroma Kamla Nagar, Delhi, Its wrong commitment matter and now i am very hesitate about that, I request you kindly help me to short out this issue

          I bought a acer desktop on 30/12/2010 from the CROMA ELECTRONICS IN GHATKOPAR R CITY MALL,its not functioning properly now,i am in the extended warranty period.I gave a call to the extended warranty helpline centre i got the rpy that go to the croma outlet from where you purchased the desktop.i wasted my day going there and getting the rpy that we are not getting your details even though i provided them with the bill that was necessary for the same....when i bought the extended warranty service i was promised that my problem will be solved..its not solved yet.Do we have to suffer due to the irresponsibilty or laziness of the CROMA TEAM????????????????is the croma team not bothered about the customer satisfaction...???????

            I HAVE PURCHASED A MICRO WAVE OF CROMA BRAND FROM THEIR OUTLET IN ADITYA MALL, INDIRAPURAM. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT THROUGH THEIR TOLL FREE NO.[protected] THEN AFTER 3 DAYS AN ENGINEER CAME, HE SCREW DOWN THE MICRO WAVE AND FOUND THAT THE MOTOR IS FAULTY, WHICH MOVES THE PLATE. HE WENT BACK BY SAYING THAT HE WILL COME TOMMOROW WITH THE NEW MOTOR AND FIX IT. BUT HIS TOMMOROW HAS NEVER COME TILL TODAY. I HAVE REGISTERED MANY COMPLAINTS THROUGH CROMA'S TOLL FREE NOS.(MY COMPLAINT NOS. ARE 619639 , 625753 & 627859 ), BUT I THINK CROMA PEOPLE DON'T BOTHERED. I AM WAITING FOR 2 MORE DAYS i.e TILL 16/09/2012, AFTER THAT I AM COMPELLED TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST CROM FOR NOT GIVING ANY AFTER SALE SERVICE, (WHICH THEY COMMITED DURING SELLING THEIR PRODUCT) AND MENTALY HARESSMENT.

              I have purchased one Aqua sure water purifier from Croma retail Pimpri shop on 30th of aug 2012. I was promised the installation & demonstration within 48 hrs. but by today 6th sep also there is no body to look after.Ihave made complaints to call center thrice but every time the same answer"sorry for inconvineience we will fix it within 24 hrs"but no action is seen till date.This is the worst service i have seen.
              Last time i brought some electronic items from Vijay sales they done there part of job within 24hrs.

                I PURCHASED ACER LAPTOP ON 16.03.2012, I FACED PROBLEM ON 14.08.2012, I APPROACHED CROMA MULUND MUMBAI & THEY ASKED ME SUBMIT AT ACER WORKSHOPE & I SUBMITED SAME ON 16.08.2012 & THEY REJECTED TO REPAIR ON 26.08.2012 AS SERIAL NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE ON MOTHERBOARD, AGAIN I APPROACHED CROMA FOR SAME ON 28.08.2012 THEY PROMISED ME THAT I WILL GET MY LAPTOP ON 01.09.2012 IN WORKING CONDITION BUT THEY AGAIN FAILED AND THEY PROMISED ME AGAIN THEY WILL FORWARD ME IN WRITING FROM OFFICIAL ID OF CROMA MANAGER MR DIXIT REGARING REPAIRING & I WILL GET ON 05.09.2012 OTHER WISE THEY WILL GIVE ME REPLACEMENT BUT AGAIN MR DIXIT FAILED TO EMAIL ME COMMITMENT.

                I DONT THINK TO REPLAIR LAPTOP TAKES 21 DAYS FOR ANY COMPANY IF THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY

                  I have brought a sony phone from croma store 15 days back for Rs 18200 , but it was malfunctioned from the first day ,
                  than i hav got a death on warranty letter from sony and get it replaced 1 day back
                  Now the same phone that they have given me inherits the same problem
                  and although it is in their policy to refund the money , they are not giving me my money back.

                    I purchased Sony Ericsson mobile on 6th March 2010 with an extended warranty of another 2 years. In June 2012, mobile phone was not working properly so i gave it to Gurgaon TATA Croma store for repairing the mobile phone. After two weeks, they told me that mobile phone is not repairable so we will provide you the replacement note of that.

                    Almost after 2 months, Still I haven't received any replacement note or repaired mobile phone. I already registered online complaint as well but still there is no action has been taken from their end.

                      Extended Warranty doesnt cover remote I paid 850 Rs. for 2 years on extended warrenty. After an year AC remote stopped functioning. Croma doesn't repair remotes although it an electronic device which is a part of the product. People should not opt for extended warranty from Croma.

                        Recently I had purchased a Acer Netbook from Croma Retail Online store and in website they are telling that net book has DVD Writer. However after I received the product I came know that it doesn't have DVD writer and for the same I had raised complaint but no one is hearing my complaint in Croma Retail Online Store and they are cheating me almost for the past one month by providing wrong commitments.

                        Worst customer service in Croma Retail Online Store. So very careful before purchasing any product from Croma Retail Online Store.

                        Your logistics service is in real bad shape. Product is delivered to the billing address whereas I have clearly provided the shipping address in my order(SLE0018216). The customer support gives standard template replies without even listening the issue. They even have a hard time understanding what the customer is saying. I made a real bad choice of ordering from croma.

                          I had purchase Voltal 1.5 Ton Split AC in Croma, T Nagar on 27th April 2011 with 2 years extended warranty.

                          When I contacted them in June 2012 for a problem, they have not responded it.

                          Its a very worst service i have seen in my life time!!

                          Please do not go with Croma for any warranty options.....

                              This is about a fraud and cheating being done on a large scale by Croma Retail.

                              I purchased a microwave on good faith from croma assuming the MRPs shown would be accurate

                              It seems that Croma guys lie about the MRP and give false discounts.

                              Product: Samsung SmartOven CQ138S-G

                              The MRP as stated by Croma was Rs 30,490 (please find the attached Photo of the Croma retail display SouthEx New Delhi)
                              The box that I received had an MRP of Rs 26,990 (attached a photo of the box)

                              This is plain and simple case of fraud.

                              I have a good mind of talking to a consumer lawyer and see what can be done about this.

                              It really saddens me to see a brand like Tata doing this to its customers

                              Croma — False information on discounts

                              I had recently gone to Croma to buy a Dell laptop and there was an Ad that said that 3% assured cash back. There was no mention of select brands. However, this discount was not applicable on Dell brand.

                                  I have purchased a DELL INSPIRON1545 Laptop on 6 December2009 through online booking and got a scrach card and got 3% cash back . I submitted all the paper axcept the full invoice paper of laptop , but there was no feedback from your side , could u please inform us about on my no [protected].
                                  I have purchased one Split AC from Croma Hadapsar Pune bill no.[protected] dated 26.3.2010.

                                  I have been charged in bill Rs. 1500 as installation.

                                  Now when person for intallation had come, he is asking Rs. 2500 hole drilling and 750 for bracket.

                                  you can imagine for a installation which was initially indicated for Rs. 1500 now swelled to 4750 i.e. more than three times.

                                  I strongly object to this type of selling tactics which are certainly not expected of Croma

                                  this is happening at every croma store, even i bought a mobile from croma jalandhar but it became out of order on 8th day. its over 1 month now. they told me to collect my mb bt was not repaired. even they dont receive calss. really very poor service.
                                  Believe, Croma has poor commitment. Don't buy any product from them.

                                  Croma is the worst of any service provider, pls do not procure any product from Croma.

                                  NEVER buy anything from CROMA RETAIL, GO TO VIJAY SALES, GO TO R MALL, GO TO RELIANCE SHOP ANYWHERE BUT NO CROMA.
                                  At one point, I had trememdous faith in the Croma brand, being a Tata Enterprise. However, their Repairs and service division (which most likely is outsourced) is more than just PATHETIC. I bought a Croma Split a/c in Jun2011 (& thankfully bought an extended warranty). But after just one year, the a/c has started giving me so much trouble, that it is unimaginable. In two months, I had to have it serviced/repaired thrice and the third time around, it has gone for good! More than 14 days, and i still have received no revert on what the problem is or where the a/c is or what has happened to it?!

                                  Also, as a word of caution, NEVER EVER, buy any in-house product (branded as CROMA). I am really repenting buying the Croma split a/c.
                                  Croma a shame on the name of TATA's when it comes to offering after sales services. I have purchased as Ac with extended warranty that has not been working. I have complained over 10 days ago (registered a complaint SR [protected]) and have been continuously following up with their help line without any success for the last 10 days. The last time i had a issue they took over 20 days to have it sorted, I feel Sorry for the call center employees who have to bear with our anger and frustration thanx to a team of good for nothing service providers. This extended warranty we pay for is nothing more than a farce to siphon money from customers on the name of the TATA brand.. Don't bother paying your hard earned money to these people..

                                  These people dont deserve a rating.. coz BAD is a understatement.

                                    on 4th March 2011 i had bought an mobile samsung galaxy note n7000 of Rs 32500 from croma sales from sion brach. at the time of purchase they have taken of rs 250 for insuring my mobile they also not provided bill for that. They told that it will show in our system and yesterday my mobile was stolen

                                        We got new Air Condition of Croma in month of february.Receipt No-SLF-02A[protected].From the last one week on daily basis we are calling five to six times on customer service number of Croma i.e [protected].Most of the time they either disconnect or use to give fake date for the service.They have also given so many complaint numbers.One of them is(Complaint no-479762).I think they have got the worse and pathetic customer service.Its more than a week today and still there is no response from them.

                                        I had purchased a Nokia phone from you Saket store, which becomes a chain of complaint for our self. Let me tell you the entire chain of misfortunes happened with us:

                                        We went to your Saket store to by a Nokia X6 for us 2 ½ months back and we purchased the same by paying 12500/- by credit Card. But very next day we found that the phone was physically damaged. Then again we went to the store to change the handset but surprisingly there was no other handset available of Nokia X6 moreover the staff there (Sanjeev Kumar, EMP ID: 2912) was trying even forcing us to buy the same handset, but after a long argument we decided not to go for that one and asked our money back.—This was the first misfortune.

                                        After getting agreed on refund Mr. Sanjeev Kumar said that he cannot refund us the money neither in Cash nor on credit card, and can give us Gift vouchers for same value—This was the second misfortune.

                                        Again after a long argument finally he agreed on refunding us via cheque. We felt a bit relaxed now, but we were not aware that one more problem is waiting for us. After few minutes Mr. Sanjeev Kumar came with another excuse that cheque cannot be issued as Accounts person is not present and signatories are not there.—This was the third misfortune.
                                        Now we were helpless as he left us with no other option but to go with that damaged phone, then we decide to change the model number and go for some other phone for same price range. Till this we already invested 2 hours. Finally we decided to buy Nokia C6 (slider one), as left with no other option even that was a broken seal item , which was costing 500/- more than the Nokia X6, and as a gesture Mr. Sanjeev Kumar waived off the difference. This time we were relaxed that at least we got some value of hard earned money, but this was not the end of our problems.
                                        After 2 ½ months our phone starred getting hanged and almost switched off frequently, again we decided to go to your Saket store, despite of lot many problems faced earlier, and ask them to get it checked/repaired.
                                        And finally the biggest disaster happened. Got a call 3-4 days back from Croma Saket that there some damage in our phone and if we want our phone back in running condition then we’ll have to pay 3000/-. The reason given that some slider parts are damaged. Is Nokia making so bad phones that a slider parts of a specially designed slider phone can be damaged in just 2 ½ months or is it Croma selling damaged and seal broken products?

                                        We again went to Store yesterday, and this time first of all no one was even bothering to attend us. Is only sale matters for you there is any value of customer as well? After waiting almost half an hour I went to an attendant and ask for any after sale person, he directed me to the after sale desk where I narrated entire story line by line again and asked to Mr. Sanjeev Kumar to come and sort this out. After hearing all my complaints Mr. Sanjeev Kumar straight away say No to any resolution until we will pay 3000/-. . I want my money back as after seeing and facing lot many issues I don’t even want the phone back.

                                        I am raising this issue to you with a hope of resolution. Please look in to this and get this sorted out ASAP as we are totally frustrated now. Waiting a positive response.

                                        After 2 months of continuous calling, they finally send a technician to repair my under warranty CROMA AC! Technician tells he needs to take the circuit board but will not give any written confirmation that he's taking it! Trusting his Croma t-shirt, i give the circuit board and he confirms that he will come within next 5 days to fix it up. Already 15 days gone by and after repeated calls, i get to know that nobody knows what is coming to the repair that Mr. Kamlesh (the technician) had confirmed. He himself gives his superior's no. (Mr. Devendra) saying please ask him what is to be done . Mr. Devendra ensures that within 3 days, problem will be solved. After 5 days, i am directed to a Mr. Sohail who i try to explain the entire thing all over again. And 5 more days have gone by! No response.... poor service!

                                        This is Amit from Amritsar, I recently bought from a fully automatic front loaded washing machine worth 26k with my whole hearted earned money. But I was not aware after spending this much of amount shall be receiving pathetic service from best brand called croma a Tata enterprises .
                                        Concern:- There is service eng, forget his name but his cell no is [protected] came to install machine but forgot to provide proper demo to us. Prior to installation he was giving fake promises that he will come down this &amp; this for demo .. Due to nonavailability at town ( my concern is there only one eng available on town ?)
                                        Again we found difficulty while accessing machine, called up that chap again. But he was not keen to come &amp; had spare time to come down &amp; tell us proper demo of product.
                                        Just to reiterate If I was aware about that pathetic service I could not go for this product. We are facing so much trouble at the starting of taking product, god knows what will happen afterwards.
                                        Pls consider my suggestion to recruit effective &amp;prompt service eng &amp; staff who can provide better service toclients. But my experience with croma products is bitter &amp; pathetic.

                                        I bought a croma Ac(invoice no SLF02A[protected] from Croma retail from Chennai T nagar outlet. A foul smell was emanating from my AC . I lodged a service request in Croma customer service and a guy named Sathish came and he couldn&#039;t close the call. He wrote the status of this request as under observation and said he will come the next day to find the what the fault is. Then he went and closed the request saying it is closed . Now after repeated calls to customer care still nobody has reverted for 2 days .
                                        When it comes to WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE, Tata croma beats all its competitors by a big margin.

                                        I bought a Samsung LED TV along with 2 years of extended warranty from Tata Croma. The TV is not functioning and I am chasing Tata Croma Extended Warranty Team for the last 13 days to get my complaint registered.

                                        Till date, no one has visited to rectify the problem.

                                        This kind of pathetic service was not at all expected from this organization.

                                        Inspite of continuous follow ups with Tata Croma&#039;s representatives at toll free number (since no one bothers to take the call at extended warranty number and nobody calls back even after the msg WARRANTY is sent to 5616181), i got the number of service guys at Delhi today. Have requested them to look into this matter at the earliest (considering the ageing of this matter), i have still received the same response, &quot;the service engineer will get in touch in the next 48-72 hrs).

                                        So going by the time line, my complaint will be looked into 15 days approx, from notifying it for the first time.

                                        I have had enough of this nonsense now.

                                        If a service engineer does not visit by 11th Sep&#039;14, I will explore legal options now.

                                        I have enough proof (4 detailed calls with tata croma call centre guys, 2 detailed discussions with floor managers, a mail with all the conversation details was sent to service team by Tata croma, store manager, oberoi mall - till now the most helpful person in this process) to prove deficiency of service in this matter in the consumer court.

                                        If the response to this blog is taken seriously by Tata Croma (which I doubt), then ask some one senior to get in touch.
