I bought sports model of whilpool washing machine from tata croma, rajouri garden, delhi on 10/09/2011. for which i made payment of rs 26200 on the same day. next day i was deliverd scrached and heavily dented machine to may home and my wife refused to accept this second hand product and it was retured back. when i called croma they are now refusing to replace or refund . plz suggest and help me about this mattter.

    My name is Raju and i belong to rajkot i bought so many items from croma which include one tv as well.

    There was a skim running like if you bought that tv then you can get the dish tv subscription which is worth rupess 2000
    so i bought the tv and the staff of the croma said that we have not get any coupen over here so can you please collecet it after one month so after one month i contact them and they said that your coupen date is experied.

    Thats not fare so i think that this guys are good at the time of sell but there is no affter sell services.
    so every one be aware of this king of fraud

      WE BOUGHT A SPLIT CROMA A/C ON[protected] FROM CROMA TATA ENTERPRISES VIDE THERE INVOICE NO-SLF02A[protected], THE DAY WE BOUGHT, SWING OF THE SAME WAS NOT WORKING , WHILE WE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT THE COMPANY SERVICE MANAGER REPAIRED IT BUT THE NEXT DAY IT WAS AGAIN IT WAS IN A PROBLEM ,FROM THAT DAY WE MADE A SEVERAL COMPLAIN BUT NO USE OF IT.

        Hello I am living in Koramangla, Bangalore. I had bought my croma washing machine in Sep 2010 and it is still under warranty. After that it is continues giving the problem. I complaint about it to Croma service centre several times. But till now they have not send any person for the rectification of problem.

        I am too much fed up with the croma service. I want croma should take it back and refund my amount if they cannot give service under warranty

        drain is not working. The tub is full some time and some times water is not .filled in directly it goes to drainage.

          The AC (Invoice No.SFL02A[protected] was installed in our new office on the 5th Floor of Montage Bhavan, Sweet Home Apt. Malad, on the 9th of July, 2011 by your technicians. This office started functioning from the 22nd of July, 2011 and from that day onwards we have been facing terrible problems, absolutely no cooling and water dripping. Since it was monsoons, the staff could sit without the AC at that time. The 1st complaint lodged was on 29th July, 2011 and a technician was deputed only on the 1st of August, 2011. The technician mentioned that he has rectified the problem while in reality he did not know what was really wrong with the AC. We then again lodged complaint on 8th. He came checked and went away informing us that everything is okay but actually the AC was not working at all. Since we had a long week end, we once again lodged a complaint on the 16th and from that day onwards nobody seems to be interested in attending to our calls. We have spoken to almost all your customer service executives viz. Maya, Vidya, Divya, Suresh, Imran, Smitha, Sudesh, Tansif, and from the Service Dept. Jayshree & Mani and everyone of them have promised to send a Sr.Technician to resolve this issue. Since there is major problem with the AC, we have asked for a replacement. But it is falling on deaf ears. From 10.30 a.m. onwards today, we must have made at least 15 calls and everytime we have been promised that we will receive a call from your Service Dept. but no body has bothered to call. The toll free no.[protected] has been disconnected because the message that we are receiving is "please check the no. that you have dialled". The other nos. i.e. 61406363 & 61508200, the moment they see that it is our call, they are just disconnecting without answering. Is this the kind of service that you offer to your customers? You all talk about the undivided attention and that you value your customers, but we are just not able to put down in words the kind of harrassment being meted out to us. We want an immediate reply as well as action of replacing the machine. It is extremely hot and unbearable and the staff are not able to function in such condition. The other Croma machine installed at our Chairman & Mg.Director's Residence (Mr.Rajesh Shukla) is also not functioning and it is found out that there are some manufacturing defects and the Malad Store called us up to say that they are replacing the machine. But when?? is a big question mark.Pl note that if this matter is not resolved immediately, we have been left with no option but to go to the consumer forum.

              As i have purchased croma a/c at croma (the electronics megastore ) at panjagutta,on 24/03/2011, after 20days there was an problem with swing in the a/c,complaint was lodged in the month of Apr'11.they have send the service executive twice ,they have came to our residence without any tools to repair, both of them saw and said its an problem with swing only sir,, that was my comnplaint they came and said same thing and they went off.. even after 2 months no response when ever called they say now we donthave stock with in 2 days we will recive but tilldate nothing had happen.now unable to understand what to do..

                I have purchased motorola milestone mobile on Croma store ( Oberoi mall ) on 10 th Dec 2010 and bill number is[protected] and after 6 month i found some defect in mobile the i will contact to Public desk ( Croma Oberoi mall ) that time his gave me wrong address of service centre ( Borivali ) then i went to service centre( REDINGTON INDIA LTD ) on 25 th June 2011 for repairing that time service centre lady said you will get mobile in within 7 days but after 1 month i have not received mobile from service centre.then i contacted croma marketing departmnet ( Oberoi mall ) Mr.Dipender and Mr.Balan both are lier.both said your mobile is ready you collect from Service centre then i reached to service centre that time service executive said your mobile is not ready.dipender and balan not cooperated with customer and giving truthfully answer to customer.last 1 month i daily follow up to service centre but service centre also not cooperated with me.
                toady i also follow up to service centre she said mobile not coming from chennai and chennai service centre also couried on friday.
                Croma also took 2 years warrenty amt 975 /- extra and mobile price is 21999 Total amt is 22974 /-
                Kindly take necessarily action on both centres

                  From store sales boy Harish , i have asked for a black iphone but he gaves my white iphone4 and that comes to my knowledge after reaching home now today when i am asking croma store to replace it with a black iphone 4 what was actually i required but they are denying the same. This is cheating.

                  For your kind information i have not use the iphone 4 for a single its in the same as it is condition. I request you to please take up this matter with croma and help me out.

                    I have purchased motorola milestone in Jan-2011 from croma ( goregaon-Oberoi ) but I found motorola milestone some defect then i went to oberoi goregaon croma puplic desk that time public dest executive gave motorola authorised service address but this address was old because service centre before 8 month shifted to kora kendra ( borivali ) .croma executive wasted of my time and money.and then authorised service centre commit to me you will get mobile in 8 days but after 15 days i have not received mobile phones. always service centre madam said you call me after 2-3 days.she is not taking seriously about this matter.
                    Croma and service centre is not supporting to me.

                    Kindly do necessarily cation on this issue

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to inform you that i had purchased a nokia handset E-72 on 21.03.2010 with invoice number as[protected], blue tooth accessories with two years warranty and handset with one year extended warranty from croma mulund.

                      From few days iam having some software issue( like not enough memory please delete some data first) in my phone but was not able to trace my bill so went to croma mulund gave them dates and they gave me duplicate bill with invoice details and extended waranty.

                      Croma mulund team told me to contact extended warranty team next day, i had call the extended warranty team and i got reply that software issue are not covered in warranty, same day i went to nokia care they replied this would have been covered in normal warranty but extended warranty will be given by croma.

                      Its really pathetic from such a big company like croma(a tata enterprise) who while selling product talk all nice nice and goody goody and while giving service explain the warranty clause and terms, conditions.

                      If you cannot give me necessary support and service, then better is you refund my extended warranty money.

                      If my issue is not resolved i will circulate the same email to all my friends and collegues in corporate world industry and will send the same to customer grievance cell with the same copy.

                      I bought a Samsung Galaxy Pop from Croma about 4 months ago. The piece Croma sold me was faulty. It had a weak battery and they said they'd get it fixed for me. It's been over two weeks, the phone apparently was sent to the service center. When I went to pick it up, it was damaged. It kept getting turned off and on on its own. The staff there weren't really interested in helping. I forgot to mention that the warranty is for a year. The manager said he would look into it immediately and he would let me know the day after...there's no resposne from him and his phone is unavailable...

                      Croma is a ridiculous place to buy equipments. Their service is really bad. A company like Samsung should be careful to let people in Croma deal with their products. I dont trust Samsung and Croma. I've had a really bad experience. They are really pathetic!!!

                        purchased a Sony Erricson mobile (F305) from Croma the brand name for Infinity Retail Ltd. From their Malad West Mumbai outlet on 04/05/2009 for Rs. 7699/- and with it also the extended warranty for Rs. 250/-. Sale invoice No.[protected]. This was paid by credit card.

                        In December 2010 the phone was not charging and hence took it to the Croma outlet at Malad West. I was called in the middle of January 2011 to collect the phone. However on checking, the phone still wouldn’t charge. I was told by the customer service rep Mr. Imran Patel to purchase a new battery as no fault was found with the phone and the battery is faulty. I purchased a new battery but the phone still wouldn’t switch on.

                        I took the phone back to Croma on 24/01/2011 for repairs. This time they kept the battery also with the phone to be sent to the service centre. The receipt give to me bears Repair gate pass no. SO298 complaint no.[protected]previous complaint no.) and 61503100, Item code CM3134, imei no. [protected].

                        I did not hear from them for almost 3 months. When I went to the Croma outlet on 3rd, 4th and 5th May 2011. The customer service rep Mr. Imran was not available, I was told is on sick leave. Thereafter I visited the store on 16th May and was told by Mr Imran that the phone has been delivered to my house on 8th March 2011 which is not true. He showed me a register that it has been cleared at their end, however there is no record who was the person who has delivered the phone, or any acknowledgement of the h/set been delivered. The repair receipt was still with me. Some other reps came into the customer service cabin and started questioning me as though I am a thief; however they were unable to answer my questions. They even made a statement that since I was not at home the phone was delivered without any acknowledgement. I asked for an investigation on who collected the h/set from the service centre and who did the delivery. There was a person whom they claim delivers the h/sets to the service centre and gets it back from there and even he was unable to answer who he has delivered the h/set to.

                        The next day 17th May I visited the customer service desk at Croma Malad and was told that they were unable to get any records of the delivery of the h/set and that they can do nothing about it. As I had an engagement I left thereafter.

                        On 18th May I again visited Croma Malad. This time I spoke with Kiran Dasgupta who is usually on the sales floor. He requested for 48 hours to have the matter investigated and would call me back; however I did not receive a call back.

                        I visited Croma Malad on 26th May, this time to be told by Mr. Kiran that there are no records to investigate and that nothing can be done. Mr. Kiran even claims to have escalated the matter to the store manager Mr. Shivmangal Barai and that even he has put his hands up as there is no policy to replace h/set lost in transit. I was given the impression that my phone is lost forever and that Croma is not responsible for the same. I asked for a replacement phone to which I was told that the model is no longer available. I asked for another model of equal value which was denied.

                        I am rather surprised that such a big organization like Croma does not have records for the movements of their goods and who handles them. I cannot believe that the phone was handed over to someone without any acknowledgement. This phone has been stolen or lost in transit. This is a very convenient way to steal phones and get away scot free.

                        I still have the repair receipt and on exchange I have to get my phone back. If the h/set is stolen or lost please replace with another one of equal value.

                        On 29th May the store manager of Croma contacted me and offered me Rs. 1000/- for a mobile I purchased for rs. 7700/-, I refused, however I was willing to discuss the matter and so I was called the next day to Croma Malad. I was there on monday however the store manager was absent.

                          Never buy any product from Croma.

                          Though its a bit lengthy, after reading this, Im sure you will not go to Croma ever!!!!

                          Last month on 16/04/2011, I bought Sony Vaio VPCEA33EN/L and I regret for buying it from Croma, Anna Salai. The total cost of the laptop was Rs. 38794 and I paid 7000 in advance and converted the rest Rs. 31794 to 9-months EMI. I swiped Rs. 31794 from my credit card (HDFC.) I've bought many products using my credit card and the EMI process is generally splitting the total amount into what ever EMI plan you want to convert it to and pay it in monthly installments. When I bought this laptop from Croma they DID NOT INFORM ME about their installment schemes neither did the sales associate named Rizwana (who attended us). My credit card billing date is 17th of every month and the amount was converted to EMI on 19/04/2011. I was shocked to see my credit card bill which had two advance payment- 3532.67+3532.67=7065.34 dated 19/04/2011and another 3532.67 dated on my billing date 17/05/2011 including a processing fee of Rs.400, Total of 7465.34. They said THERE WAS NO PROCESSING FEE BUT THERE IS INTEREST. Everything in my credit card bill was opposite to what they said. I was confused and called Croma, Anna Salai for which they asked me to come meet the accountant. I called the bank as well and explained everything for which they said the EMI conversion is decided by the merchant.

                          Today (28/05/2011), I went to Croma to make things clear. I spoke to accountant Varadarajan who said that I need to talk to the bank about it and they are not responsible. I called the bank right away having him next to me and the bank told the same thing that its the merchant who decides EMI conversion. Varadarajan then explained about their EMI scheme that for 9-months scheme, the customer have to pay a 2 months advanced payment and the rest is converted as EMI to rest 7 months which I WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN THEY BILLED FOR THE LAPTOP. There was an air of confusion when Varadarajan was explaining the EMI scheme to me in front of Rizwana and other sales associates. They were so confused that Rizwana was talking about an EMI that doesnt exists and Varadarajan had to correct it. That clearly shows they did NOT tell me about the EMI scheme when they billed for the laptop. I went to buy the laptop with one of my friends and he is the witness that they did not inform about the EMI plan.

                          The actual purpose of paying in installments is to be able to pay back depending on our monthly budget. Now because of the mistake of Croma sales associates, I had to pay a lump advance payment (of which i was NOT INFORMED by them.)

                          If customers are not given the proper care and proper information, then how will the reputation of a shop like Croma NOT tarnish? Im not happy buying a product from Croma and I WILL SUGGEST MY FRIENDS NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM CROMA.

                          I HAD PURCHASE THE TABLET FROM CROMA SAKET STORE ON 22 FEB 2013 IN 9 EMI SCHEME,

                              At Croma, Aundh first they increase actual MRP of product and then after discount they give product at actual MRP. This way they claim that they are giving discount.
                              I decided to buy a laptop. After searching different model on internet I concluded to buy Sony Vaio Laptop ( Model No- VPCEB45FG). MRP quoted by Sony Vaio web site was Rs.39,990. I went to Croma, Aundh, Pune ( on 19th May, 2011). I was surprised to see MRP written on display of this model was Rs. 41,990 and their discounted price was Rs. 39,990. I talked to few executive and told them it's MRP is Rs 39,990 then why are they showing MRP as Rs.41,990 and claiming to give discount. But no one was ready to listen me. I talked to their shop manager also but he came to listen and told me he will come back. But after few minutes some other executive informed me that they have written correct MRP.
                              It was just co incidence that I first saw its actual MRP from web site, else I would have believed their manipulated MRP. They are cheating customers and their blind trust of CROMA and TATA brand.
                              Please beware next time if you are purchasing any item of CROMA. They are not giving any discount, instead they just manipulate MRP.

                                S/AC was purchased from the Croma Pacific on 13.02.2011. It is not cooling. The installation was not done by a competent service engineer. When we started first time in April it did not cool, On lodging complaint the attending engineer said the ODU nuts were not tight properly so so the gas leaked. He filled the gas and Ac started wkg. OK. Now again with in a month's time again it stopped cooling,

                                My HItechi S/AC has not troubled me since its installation two years back. It shows that either the Croma S/AC has some mfg. defect or service engineers are not qualified . Pl. look into it other wise I lodge a case in customer care.

                                  I purchased a Sony camera under the scheme of free photo printing (one album) within one month. When I went to redeem the coupon at the end of one month, they denied and said that it is a third party service and Croma doesn't have a control. They wasted my more than 2 hours in calling one person or another but none of them attended to their phone. finally the person disappeared leaving me waiting at the customer care room. This is an act of cheating to customers and Croma is responsible for the FRAUD.

                                    No replacement of amplifier since last 10 months

                                    We bought a DSE brand amplifier model numbar dy2023 from Croma outlet at R-City Mall at Ghatkopar in Mumbai almost a year back for approximately ten thousand rupees. The amplifier stopped functioning in a couple of months. We made repeated calls to Croma, who later when came in our contact denied saying you will have to call up DSE guys for repairing. We then started to call DSE, the response was not good here too. Finally two months back...

                                    But after submitting fee, they do not care about us and or career.
                                    They do not have any placement cell.
                                    I have done this mistake , that i chose this institute, and i have lost my 4 months and 8000 rs.

                                    The main feature of Croma Campus is that they give 100% services (Technical Assignments + Test Papers + Resume Design + Mock Interview + Schedule Interview with Companies) of placement to the students and there is a special placement department that has the good contact with leading major companies. Thanks Croma Campus for my placement, definitely I will refer my friends.
                                    Croma Campus is Best institution in terms of Software testing, all the teachers are well versed in there training methodologies and make the best effort to make students familiar with the satisfaction level for students in terms of Quality is teaching can be best met at this place. Overall, best institute for learning, getting groomed for career prospects. It`s never to late to start!!Hurry up
                                    Croma campus institute who gives training in Digital Marketing training many other courses based out in Noida having their website at http://www.cromacampus.com is fraud institute. They take money from student's and doesn't give them proper training. No good faculties are there. Two counselor Apurva & Ishnit, they make fake promises to student's that after completing your training you get 100% placement in Top MNC's, but it's not true.
                                    I request students and professionals not to invest in these fake institutes and end up wasting your money your career goals as well as time.
                                    Best Institute but course duration time long

                                    This is regarding the fees paid for java+android course. I was told that the course together will be ended by 6 months altogether, but it took me a year for java course to finish. I am so upset regarding it. Otherwise, Institute environment so cool and trainer behaviour so good.

                                    Merit:
                                    Fees is less compare to other institute
                                    Educational Environment so cool
                                    Trainer Behaviour so good

                                    Demerits:
                                    Course Duration time is much more
                                    One of my companions proposed I join the SAP HR Affirmation program with Croma Grounds. I requested the demo session on his advice. In contrast to other institutes I had previously visited, the demonstration was quite impressive. Every one of the web-based meetings were intuitive, and not the slightest bit exhausting. By and large, as a criticism, I might truly want to put this experience across that the mentor likewise attempted to draw in us in various learning way, which made the entire meeting fascinating. Last but not least, I want to commend the SAP HR training team for providing such engaging online sessions.

                                      The Extended warranty is really useless. I had a worst experience dealing with these people. There database is not synchronized and they showroom people and Call center people do not work in co-ordination.

                                      I had bought three products from Chroma and I had opt for extended warranty for all the 3 products(TV, Washing Machine, Water Purifier). Recently, my Onida TV was down and I had called up toll free number to raise a complaint, to my shock the representative said that there no such product updated in their system with respect to my invoice number. I had to reach out to showroom people to make this correction, for which they took two days of time, then again I received a call from the customer support and they asked my phone number and the name to check in their system, again one more shock they said they are not able to trace my details in their system.

                                      Again, I had to reach out to showroom people for the same, again after two days I called to customer support they said they have two washing machines in their system but not TV. So, finally I gaveup, do not ever opt for this extended warranty it is really hopeless.

                                      My dear readers, Croma extended warranty is a useless third class, ( rather I would say, fourth, fifth, sixth and so on) service from croma, just to earn money from public.I had lodged a complaint nearly more than 1.5 months back, regarding Kent Purifier, but despite several repeated complaints, still it is not rectified. Daily they give assurance but of no use. daily I have to call them, they even donot bother to call back.
                                      I will personally recommend not to take croma extended warranty for a peaceful life. NEVER NEVER NEVER.
