[Resolved]  Croma Retail — Cheating done by selling Lenovo laptop which does not comes under Diwali offer

Hi I bought a Lenovo Z580 laptop from Croma stores Koramangala on Oct 20 - 2012. The reason why i took lenovo was that as part of Diwali offer croma promised me that lenovo is giving 2 year extended warranty. As mentioned by Croma I scanned and sent the serial number of laptop, Invoice and ID proof to the id "[protected]@lenovodiwalioffer.com". I got a ticket number from Lenovo as part of registration. the number is : 50124. But later they called me and told that the dealer has sold a laptop which does not come under the diwali offer.

I went back to Croma and told them the same thing. they told me that they will get it done . But after that its 6 months since i purchased th elaptop, and i didnt get the extended warranty till now.I'm really tired calling the sales person nd manager in croma. They are not picking my calls often. This is a real cheating.


I made close to 100 calls for just this purpose and went thrice to croma. Now they are getting angry when i call them for this purpose. But its my right to get that 2 year extended warranty. I also asked them if they are not able to get me 2 year extended warranty from lenovo, they they can give me 2 year warranty from Croma which they normmally provide on money. But they dont agree for that.

Im also attacing the serial number and the invoice with this.

Please help me in getting justice.

Lenovo Laptop — shopkeeper has cheated us

sir, my laptop is not working corrretly the software of that is hanging...like winamp...etc. sir, i would tell u that pzl give me the number of lenovo coustmercare number to talk with him and discusss the problem...thank you

Lenovo Laptops — BEING CHEATED BY THE COMPANY

Sir,
I purchase my LENOVO laptop 3000 Y410 series and from since the time of purchase i am always having problem i have repaired 4 times my DVD writer since my purchase dated august 2008.Now as the 1 year warranty is being over i m having problem .other problems is of it's speaker. i am fed up with my laptop.. My friend purchases acer at in 2007 and still he is not getting any problem.

please help me out of this DVD writer problem which is of main concern.
My DVD writer neither read/write CD nor DVD.Only my money is being wasted..........
pls help me out of this fraudster chinese company LENOVO.

How much time did you think that I should get my systems repared for a single problem. I had already informed you that my CD Driver is not functioning properly the same problem was existing in my system prior 6 months before, the same has been rectified by your local service centre team..Can company give me a confirmation that which type of product the company is using which get damaged such frequently. The condition is just forcing me to think on it that being a consumer I have being cheated.

Please look into the matter as I am facing a severe inconvenience due to Lenovo neglegence. Waiting for your further support.
