I had purchased W/m in the month June 2012. In February 2013 I got problem that water is not Drained. We complain and It resolved in 6/7 Days.
After that again same problem creates and we lodge complained vide our complain No. MUM050413FS 00009 on 5.4.13. on 8/9 April Service Engg. came and he inspected the W/m and noted that "Some Problem in PCB". He confirmed that PCB have to be change and will back within 3/4 Days with New PCB. On 13.4.13 We got SMS that "We regret to inform you that your service request vide subject complaint no. shall be delayed due to non available of spare part". After that no response from Chroma Service Center.
Again we call to Tall Free and regular follow up, every time same reply we got from tall free that part is not available. On 24th I personally visit to Mulund Chroma for the same complain. Mr. Ganesh from (Executive of Service Division) had confirm that on 26th Your complained will be resolved. If not, you call to tall free no. and give msg. and he will call me.
On 26.4 I called to sevrice Engg, he replied that tiill date he didn'r received the part. same time I called to Service center and gave MSg. to Mr. Ganesh to call me for not resolved complain. After 2 times reminder but no call from Ganesh neither any complained Resolved.
After 23 days passed but Chroma (Tata Grup. of company - Indias Best Leading Brand in Every Sector) not getting the part of Locally Manufactured Machine.
I Request to Chroma That Please Replace the Machine.
I appeal to all Chroma Customer that Before Purchase from Chroma, Please Please Think 10 Times that - will You get service from Chroma after the sale ?

    I have purchased Bajaj Cooler PC 2012, purchase was made on Sunday dated 14 April '13 at Croma showroom, Phoniex, Lower Parel, with a promise to deliver next day (Monday) at my residence, today is Wednesday and I have been following up for delivery, call centre guy says we have no record and when contacted Croma today they say we do not have stock for the same.

    I am not expecting any amount as compensation from Croma but, want authority to take action so that they do not take customers in future for granted. It is wrong from their part to give wrong commitment and response was so pathetic as no one feel a responsibility towards the customer, even to update them.

    I am still in touch and following up on the same.

      HI,

      I HAVE PURCHASED HITACHI SPLIT AC FROM CROMA STORE, KONDAPUR ON 27TH MARCH 2013 FOR Rs.45,000/-. IT WAS DELIVERED WITH DEFECTED ODU ON 29TH MARCH. HITACHI TECHNICIANS CAME FOR INSTALLATION ON 1ST APRIL. INSTALLED IN A HURRY AND COLLECTED Rs.1200/- AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY.

      WHEN I SWITCH ON THE AC ON THE SAME DAY NIGHT, IT WAS WORKING FOR 2 MINUTES AND OFFING AUTOMATICALLY. SO COMPLAINED THE SAME TO HITACHI SERVICE CENTER NEAR KUKATPALLY. THEY CAME ON NEXT DAY AND VERIFIED. FINALLY THEY FOUND THAT THERE IS A COMPRESSOR PROBLEM AND OTHER PROBLEMS IN THE OUTDOOR UNIT(ODU). THEY SIMPLY REMOVED AND PACKED THE ODU.

      MY PROBLEMS STARTED HERE. NO ONE IS RESPONDING IN TIME. ALWAYS SAYING "NO STOCK". TODAY IS 12TH MAY. (17 DAYS OVER FROM THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT). PRODUCT IS NOT YET REPLACED. FINALLY MY SPLIT AC BECAME AS A SHOWCASE ITEM.

      THEY ARE CONCENTRATING MORE ON "SALES" NOT ON "SERVICE".

      VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CROMA STORE AND HITACHI SERVICING. I AM FILING A CASE AGAINST ON BOTH THE BRANDS IN 'CONSUMER COURT' FOR THE inconvenience OCCURRED.

        My Online Order no. SLE00151166 booked on 3rd Apr.

        It was showing no movement only showing "Dispatched on 4th Apr" but nvr got delivery..
        La­ter after lot of followup i was told that there was a technical problem with bluedart & new way bill no will be created.....

        finally new way bill was created & product was again shown as dispatched on 9th & 10th..But yesterda­y it is being shown as delivered on blue dart to some Mr.Chobe..whereas i never got my shipment??

        Not only that yesterday afternoon i got a call from another customer [protected] in Amravati (i live in Mumbai) & he informed that he had ordered for Printer but got laptop bag with some Lady's name from Mumbai. Biggest tragedy was My Name & Contact no. was mentioned in the invoice.

        I have mailed twice or thrice both to customer care & support not to mention the end no. of calls done with Mr.Arvind, Ms.Shagufta, Ms.Shovi but to no avail there is no response from your end only verbal assurance.

        I am writing in hope that you would provide a solution to the problem & also to bring to your knowledge the mess Croma Online Warehousing is in with no real support from customer care & the MENTAL AGONY the online cutomers are facing (forget store customers.)

        I would further like to bring the matter to Mr.Ajit Joshi who i believe would like to definitely know why other online stores are much successful.

            My TV is not working for 5 days now . I have taken an extended warranty from Croma. even after making 5 calls to the toll free number, there is no response. when i get in touch with a number given to me (Muthu - [protected]) the person was arrogant and anything but helpful. Croma is cheating its customers by collecting money on the garb of extended warranty but not providing any service. i am disgusted with them.

              I have purchased a extended warranty of a LAPTOP,CANON DSLR,LOGITECH SPEAKERS, 1 year back.[protected]

              20 days back know my laptop got problem,and stopped writing dvd'd and i called croma extended warranty helpline,i mentioned my name ,bill invoice number,they replied that,my laptop extended warranty is on another name,(name was pardeep) and DSLR extended warranty ,LOGITECH SPEAKERS extended warranty,ALL these extended warranty has been updated by different names.I went to showroom,they said "IT IS NOT OUR MISTAKE(SHOWROOM TEAM)-HELPLINE IS SAYING,WRONG INFORMATION HAS BEEN SENT BY SHOWROOM TEAM....

              Afterwards i sent mail to ([protected]@cromaretail.com) of my bill copy to ,the helpline team said,response will come in 2 days, know it is been 3 weeks.I called helpline in tbetween these days,they said they have not received complaint like that.

                  Thanks for the reply. My complaint no is 77260. After so much of follow up, Croma extended warranty asked me to get my AC repaired from Voltas & get it reimbursed from Croma. But since then i am following up for reimbursement. Nobody is coming to give money. I will say its pathetic!!!

                  HelloMy name is Firoz Shaikh a long and loyal croma customer unfortunately have to bring this to your attention.I have sent my Sony Play Station 3 for repair under extended warranty on 10th of Oct. 2013, case ID # 103433, And my long awaiting trouble began with croma extended warranty team.Initially my case was handled by Mr Vijay from S.G infotect Borivali mumbai, after a good long couple of month he referred me to his boss Mr Vishwas, his mobile # [protected], for another month he kept giving me false commitment and telling me that i am getting replacement console.Atleast he must have promised me 15 different times that i, ll be getting console for sure and on that pretext some times he would ask me ti visit croma store at mega mall andheri, sometimes he would ask me to send a copy of my invoice and at times would just ask me to send him mail acknoledging that i am ok to receive replacement.Did everything he asked me at least 100 times, please pardon my exaggeration Sir, but this was only the beginning of humiliating journey that i called on myself.Being customer service adviser myself i, ve always been polite to everyone that i spoke in your team inspite of all that i, ve gone through, but like always Mr. Vishwas would not answer my call after every falls promise is broken and neither Mr. vijay and ones who would answer would say they have no knowledge of the situation.Finally there is one more person that i dealt with quite often on all this is Mr.Milind Kambli, his mobile # [protected]. I was told that he is a big boss man of croma&#039;s extended warranty affairs and hence with all my politeness i explained him everything and he promised me solution and confirmed to get back to me on the matter.I was all happy that now i will be heard and my troubles and being nice to everyone would pay off, but to my shock even he was no different then the whole cavalry thats there with croma. He too continued making solid promises after promises and the excuses if i tell you even you will be amazed that how creative is croma team.Its been 2 months now that i, ve been toy of Mr Kambli aswell and today i gave up all hope when he called me and said that i can go to croma near my house which is at thakur mall dahisar and buy anything for amount upto 16000 RS, I was not happy with solution but beggars cant be choosers, so rushed to croma along with my two kids to buy something new and shiny which i had no need o[censored]ntill couple of hours ago but still happy and exited only to hear that they at croma have not recieved any intimation of such transaction and hence they will not honour it.I called Mr Kambli from store hoping against the hope but as usual he hung up on me, I laid down my weapons and surrender knowing that i cannot win this battle, Like a little light my friend told me me if i regiter complain here it will be heard.I conclude my email Sir with hope still alive that people still listen to man like me.

                  i have got a note 2 from Croma in feb 2013 and its was in extended warranty in mar 2014 i had given my phone in croma as i had a censor issue and the censor was not working properly but my phone was working properly and had no other problems was asked to submit the phone in borivali Sg infotech and when i asked them abt back up i was informed that backup is not required after 2 days i got a call from Sg infotech stating
                  that the mother board has to be changed coz after changing the censor phone is not working and mother board has to changed i was told that i wont get backup of my data as it was very important.
                  i had asked them for a replacement of my phone as my data is all gone and had also email abt this to Mr Milind Kamble from Tata Aig as was asked in croma (malad) but havnt got any response, my phone is still with them and they are not giving me any answer abt replacement of my phone. I want to complaint about this to the highest level.

                  I am Rishabh. I puchsed a laptop Acer aspire 5733 c13 380 on 8.9.2012. They told me for extended warranty for my laptop.
                  And today 5.8.2014 I need servicing for the laptop and I am calling on [protected] to register my general service request and information but nobody is picking the call. Now I feel they are cheaters in extended warranties. They sucked my 1499 ruppees with false promises.
                  Its better to buy acer products from acer show rooms.
                  Croma is good place to see and compare products only. not to purchase.

                  I had purchased LG washing machine from the company in 2012 with a 2 year extended warranty. It worked very well for 2 years but somehow it started creating problem in which one the power panel of the product is dead. I had already registered a complaint 9 days before where a service engineer attended it and informed that the power panel is suppose to be replaced and it shall be done in a day or two. Since he took the part along with it there is no call back nor any reply from either of the companies. When i called him to know the status he replied that i am not been provided the part from the company itself so how will i be able to resolve your problem. Such a huge company and such a running model but still lacking to provide service under warranty. Its rainy season anyways, so my family is facing day to day problems with the clothes which cant soak for 2 days. This was not the reason i purchased with extended warranty. If my complain number 142932 does not get resolved by today itself than i will be claiming a refund and will replace the part by my own which i will be getting from any local supply. Pls upgrde your systems as whenever i call up in the mornings, systems are always under maintenance or an update. My number is [protected]
                  I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine from croma with an extended warranty in2012. Due to some reasons the product stopped working and the reason was the power panel failure. Service engineer took the part along with him informing that the problem will be resolved in a day or two.. its been more than a week that the company is not providing part to him ad thus i am facing severe issues in such weather where the clothes takes more than 2 days to dry. One most important thing i the same part is available in the local market but the company is not providing it to me. Was this the reason behind to take an extended warran. Pls resolve the complain by today itself or else provide me my extended warranty refund after i purchase the part from the market. This was not at all the reason to take the product along with extended warranty. My complaint number is 142932.

                    I had deposited a tablet for malfunction on 29th of March 13. At the time I was advised that the status would be updated with in a day. Subsequently I tried calling the customer service numbers 67488300 , 67488301 and personal number of Mr. Rakesh Singh [protected] with no response. I have visited the store further on 2nd and 4th of april when every time I was told that the tablet would be ready tomorrow. On 4th April I was told that the tablet has been repaired and will be delivered at my residence on 5th April around noon, by floor manager Neeta. It is 01:00 pm on 6th April and nor have I received any call nor the tablet. As usual no one is responding to the numerous phone calls made to the Mall including the manager's number which is 67488303.

                    Oberoi Mall service RIC, I would like you to take the matter with concerned in Croma and ensure appropriate action is taken. I do not expect to visit any sub-standard facility at the mall time and again.

                        Purchased a symphony cooler on 26th March 2013, and I was told that it would be delivered the next day between 10 AM to 5 PM IST only. So I did not have any other option but have to take leave from office in order to receive the delivery. I did so but the next day when I called them up the customer care, they told the delivery is postponed for the next day since it was HOLI that day and that they would arrange a call from the store regarding the same. Believing them I said fine and I took leave from office for the next consecutive day. But it was really unprofessional from their end and they did not bother to call me the next day also. Never mind I call them thrice the next day since it was my product and I had paid for it, first call I made was at 10 AM, in that call they told it would be delivered by 5 PM that day. so i waited till 4.30 PM and when called the customer care again they said they dont have any clue (I mean they need to check) and they told they will arrange a call back from the concerned store. So desperately I waited till 6.45 PM but since then there was no calls...truly DISGUSTING......................
                        Though I was a loyal customer to Croma, I am promising from today that I would not purchase any products from this unprofessional organisation who dont any value even their long time customers. And it was truly disappointing how they run their customer care where there is no coordination between the store and them. And that to sometimes with wrong commitments. I did not have such an expectation from CROMA RETAIL (Prestigious Tata Group Company).
                        Then I had only one option left with me..that was I visited some other store purchased the product and took the delivery the same day itself that is today. And had asked Croma Retail to refund my money back the same since I had already purchased the product. I had already informed their customer care to raise the request and arrange for the refund as soon a possible. Oh this was really horrible.....Never would suggest anyone to buy from here again.

                          Hi I bought a Lenovo Z580 laptop from Croma stores Koramangala on Oct 20 - 2012. The reason why i took lenovo was that as part of Diwali offer croma promised me that lenovo is giving 2 year extended warranty. As mentioned by Croma I scanned and sent the serial number of laptop, Invoice and ID proof to the id "[protected]@lenovodiwalioffer.com". I got a ticket number from Lenovo as part of registration. the number is : 50124. But later they called me and told that the dealer has sold a laptop which does not come under the diwali offer.

                          I went back to Croma and told them the same thing. they told me that they will get it done . But after that its 6 months since i purchased th elaptop, and i didnt get the extended warranty till now.I'm really tired calling the sales person nd manager in croma. They are not picking my calls often. This is a real cheating.


                          I made close to 100 calls for just this purpose and went thrice to croma. Now they are getting angry when i call them for this purpose. But its my right to get that 2 year extended warranty. I also asked them if they are not able to get me 2 year extended warranty from lenovo, they they can give me 2 year warranty from Croma which they normmally provide on money. But they dont agree for that.

                            I have a Samsung Galaxy Gti9003 phone which has been not operational since more than a week now. I took it to Samsung service centre and they diagnosed touch panel problem on that. My phone is however on Croma's extended warranty. They have been misdirecting me to different service centres. Once they say they do not have service centre for my phone in gurgaon, and I have to go to Faridabad. Now, when I took it to Faridabad, the service centre guy didn’t listen saying that they don’t repair Samsung phone. When I called croma customer care, they told me to go to gurgaon or Nehru place in Delhi. When i told them that you guys told me about fbd, they told me to go to some other sector in fbd(sec-21c). When i went to sector 21c in fbd, I came to know that the service centre has been closed since 6 months. I am really frustrated on this kind of service and look for an answer from croma as to where exactly are there service centre sin NCR and if any of them can repair Samsung phone.

                                  I had bought an LG 32 inch LCD TV from Croma 2 years back, along with extended warranty coverage. It was working fine for 4-5 months, after which the TV started having problems with the power supply board (it would turn on and off repeatedly and was completely unusable). Under LG company warranty, they replaced the board and the TV then started to work... But few months later, this problem repeated again while under extended warranty coverage..

                                  Croma has tied up with AHA electronics in Bangalore for servicing and extended warranty related repairs. When i had this problem last May, I had to go through a harrowing experience and 10-15 days of delay to get my problem addressed and TV repaired.

                                  Now 3 weeks back, my TV again had the same problem and I logged a complaint with their Croma 15 days ago... Still, these folks from AHA have not been able to address my problem, and have been inexplicably delaying my repair. I have been going through a lot of harassment from their end, and am looking for a means of ensuring that these people are punished for their incompetent service, and dishonest engineers.

                                    My Boombox is with CROMA from September 2012 ad it has not been repaired as yet.
                                    I have made more then 10 trips to the CROMA store is Anna Nagar Chennai to find out about the state of my Boombox,
                                    Every time I go there I get the same reply saying it is being done and will be delivered to me within the week. Now it is more than 20 weeks and they are still in the process of repairing it.

                                    I have lodged this complaint once before and the CROMA team wrote to me but has not taken any action on my complaint. I had given the team all the details of my purchase and I hope I do not have to go thru that rigmarole all over again with this complain.

                                    I think CROMA is a big enough company and can easily replace my Boombox if they cannot repair it. 20 week to repair a small boombox is too much time and in the meantime I have no Music at home.

                                      We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator (Whirlpool RefFF450L IC465ACGB4) on 11th Nov-2012 with invoice (SLF02A[protected] from

                                      Survey No. 127/2B/1A, ITI Road
                                      Pune - 411007.

                                      We got the installation of the refrigrator on 15th December (when we moved to the new house, where fridge was originally delivered) and the fuctioning was fine for 15-20 days (though I suspected quick chill function didnt freeze ice in 30 minutes as per claims from the company). But after that, one day, around 8th Jan, Fridge cooling stopped. We immediately lodged a complaint with Croma (complaint No.[protected]. The techinicain arrived next day and told us that wiring and the compressor is damaged. He suggested that he will get the same (faulty parts) replaced. But, we insisted that since we have faced compressor issues within 15 days o[censored]se, we want entire refrigerator replaced.Nothing happened after that.

                                      Then, after that we are continuously visiting (3-4 times already apart from number of phone calls) Croma store and meeting Mr Mitesh (Store Manager) who always tell us that he is in touch with Mr Ansari from Whirlpool to get us replacement. But, so far, after 2 weeks, nothing has happened. Whenever, we call him, he just says that he will get back to us in few minutes but the return call never arrives.


                                      We are highly appallled and disgusted with them and expecting a immediate solution,

                                        Now I have got call from HDFC Credit Card Department regarding this transaction stating that there would be a processing fee of Rs. 3900 (approx) which would be charged on my card as i have taken this product on 12 Months EMI scheme.

                                        I want a written confirmation about the same from your end.

                                        If I do not receive a confirmation , I will have to file a Charge back with the bank and lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum Team.

                                        The product is intact with the package and If you people want I can return the product the way it was when it was shipped.
