There are a couple of issues here.

1. The sales representatives are total liars. They come to gossip with you only if you have to buy something or else they walk away from you.

2. I bought a Croma 1.5 ton split 5 star AC on 21st April 2013 from Aditya Mall, Ghaziabad. I was persuaded into buying Croma saying I get free installation. I was told that installation happens 48 hours later. So I got the delivery done on the next friday 26th April hoping that the installation happens on Sunday. I was then told the installation does not happen on Sunday. After escalating they sent an engineer to my place on Sunday to do the installation.

The Engineers are least bothered to install it properly. They select the easiest method to install and lie to you that this wall is weak etc and install it where you do not want it. They don't carry equipments like Pressure Meter, Vacuum Pump etc to ensure that the gas pressure and everything is right. They do not even have saw blades or drills to drill through walls. He just used a chisel and hammer and damaged both the inside and outside of my room's wall. Please refer to the pictures.

On top of this, he took 1000 (For outdoor unit stand) and 300 Rs for the water pipe. And as you can see he just fit a 4 meter HOSE PIPE!!!. How ridiculous will it look with a hose pipe going across half your wall? It was done in the night and I didn't observe it was like that. To each of my arguments he just gave some lame excuses.

A. I told him to use the plastic pipe and cap through the wall. This was a protective pipe with a sort of a cap that goes through the hole in the wall and the AC pipes are to be put through that. It makes it look neat and not idiotic like it is now.

B. I wanted him to fit the outdoor unit higher in the wall. He argued that when they come for service, they will open the upper door of it and see into the unit. I now checked and found there is NO UPPER DOOR of any kind. The unit will simply have to be disassembled for service or repair.

C. I had told him to not drag these pipes half way across the room and instead just drill a hole behind the indoor unit. He said that the upper portion of the wall has the foundation metals and if he drills through it, the wall would collapse. Now I am not a civil engineer to know what it is. He simply wanted to chisel through a thinner wall that is all.

D. Since he was lazy to drill through the upper wall, we needed extra water outlet pipes. He said it would cost 300 Rs for extra pipes. He went to buy it from somewhere and simply brought a garden hose pipe. The pipe retains water inside it and it doesn't freely flow down. It is said in the manual that we should not allow it to stagnate water like this.

Today I went to Croma showroom and asked the sales guys about the Vitamin C filter. The guy fumbled and then later lied it is inside the unit. I checked the manuals and found the Vit C filter is just below the air filter.

I paid 1300 Rs for nothing and I think I have to pay someone to install it properly all over again. Additionally the unit gives out a burnt milk smell already.

Now the Croma site says it is around 31000 Rs for a 5 star split AC. However, Croma Retail in Ghaziabad sells a similar AC with a tweaked model number for 3k Rs higher. They sell it for 34,000 Rs.

If I had to go through all the mess, I would have opted to pay 2-3 thousand Rs extra and buy a Samsung instead.

Croma 1.5 Ton AC — AC not being repaired

I Purchased an croma branded AC from croma 1 month back. Within a month it has stopped cooling. It has been 2 weeks since I am calling them and asking for repair. No use. I have made up my mind to take them to consumer court.

Bought it from Jublee hills store in Hyderabad.

    Bought a Croma branded refrigerator 2 years +, called toll free number for paid service, took more than 10 mins & person assured action in 2 working days. When they can sell on Sunday why they cannot service on Sundays. Service man calls, says will visit after calling on Day 2, nobody bothers to call till late evening, when call back service man says not possible to come today & did not matter to inform. Gives number of his senior, call not taken by the senior, toll free number keeps on hold for 10 mins, does not share supervisors number & when I insist, another 10 mins on hold & disconnection. Day 3 service person called, in a meeting did nit take call, when call back after 30 mins no answer. supervisor takes call around 11 am says the serviceman will call back, does not happen even after 3 follow up during the day. At last service man calls back around 3.15 says will come around 8 pm will inform before coming but does not happen.
    So imagine a household in peak summer without refrigerator for 4 days.

    Request all Not to Buy Croma Branded products. Better to stick with big boys of consumer durables. People have moved to 6 hours service & Croma does not think its required for 4 days or more.
    If they have good shopping experience service is surely nightmare.

      This is about the kind of respect consumers get after paying the money. I recently bought AquaSure water purifier at Croma Retail Shop, Banashankari Branch.I bought it on Saturday and they said Delivery will be done on Monday and Installation on Tuesday. I told them that I return from office by 7 PM. Will it be ok to do demo and installation after 7 PM. For which they said a vehement NO and asked me to be at my home by 6:30 PM. I had to rush from office and was at home by 6:15 PM and called the store guy to check whether he is sending someone for installation. He said it is not possible and said installation will be done only on the next day i.e. Wednesday.
      Then I was trying to explain him how difficult was it for me to come by 6:30 PM and it would be even more difficult for me to come the next day also the same way. As I was talking in English and he was not able to converse in English. He passed on the phone to someone else and in Kannada he said 'This guy is eating my head. You talk to him.' He presumed that I wouldn't understand Kannada.
      This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. I bought some Rs. 20 K worth of goods from Croma on that day and is this the kind of response I get when I follow what they have said. I know in India, following time lines is difficult for a company like TATA also. But can't they have informed me prior or at least they should have told me in a nice way that why installation cant happen on that day.
      Least of the least, I expect professional behavior if not professional way of operations and customer facing executives should be at least able to converse in Hindi or English.

        I was the unfortunate customer who bought a Croma AC 1.5 Ton, from Croma Vikrampuri Store, Secunderabad. Despite spending Rs. 30000 and spending countless days (24 days in total) and hours speaking to the servicemen and visited the store around 10 times already.

        The result, the AC is still not working. They haven’t changed/replaced the Indoor unit yet despite multiple requests and they extend the days one after another. It is 20 days and my father is sick at home and required AC for which we went beyond our budget to purchase the AC. This experience has caused me and my family terrible trauma for these 24 days and we demand compensation for the horrific experience of follow-up and fruitless efforts.

        My request is to replace the indoor AC immediately without any further delay (Today, NOW). The store can track the order from the phone number I gave below.

          MY EXPERIENCES as a customer of CROMA ( a Tata Company) who purchased a Apple Desktop and 2 years extended warranty from CROMA.
          

April 21st, 2013 ( Day 1) - I faced problem with the keyboard and the DVD drive of my Apple Desktop


          April 22st, 2013 (Day 2) - I made a complaint with Croma Extended warranty call center about the same and I was told that with in 48 hours your complaint will be attended by their service representative organization M/s F1 Info Solutions and services). My complaint number is 79863


          April 23rd, 2013 ( Day 3)- Mr. Durga Prasad of F1 Solutions visited my home to attend to my complaint. He inspected the system, asked me to to type on keyboard ( most of the keys were not working) and also tried the DVD drive by playing some DVD's. he said that these two need to be replaced and 
asked me to provide the xerox copies of the bill and the extend warranty receipt (Luckily my printer has copying facilities so I manage to get the copy of the same otherwise i had to go out and get the copies done). The same was given to him and he provided us with a piece of paper of Tata AIG as "JOB CARD" with Jon ID no. 82944 with a status mentioned as "Pending for keyboard and DVD Drive. He mentioned that these two parts need to be replaced and it will be done next day or two.


          April 25th, 2013 ( Day 4) 
After waiting for two days, I called up the F1 Solutions & Services office to check what;s going on, they informed me that that have already requested Tata AIG for their approval and waiting for the approval from them. I should call up Tata extended warranty for the current status.
I called up the customer care of Tata AIG to check the status, they asked me to call up the F1 Solutions, when I told that i have been told by that i have contacted F1 Solution and they have asked me that they are waiting for approval from Tata AIG. After lots of request and assertiveness, he asked me to wait for some time, he will follow up and will come back to me. He never called me back, so i decided to call back F1 Solutions and they informed me that they have got the approval and now they are ordering the parts and will be replaced by Friday evening.
          

April 26th, 2013 (Day 6) 
since there was no call from Tata as well as F1 solutions on the status, once again i called up the F1 Solutions, and they ( Mr. Hari Prasad) told me that the parts are being dispatched today and it will be replied positively by 27th.


          April 27th, 2013 (Day 7) 
nothing moved , no progress, I called up F1 once again and they ( Mr. Hari Prasad) once again changed the date and asked me that unfortunately the parts are being dispatched today so it can only be replaced by Monday. 


          April 30th, 2013 ( Day 10) 
when i did not hear anything, I called up he Tata extended warranty once again and after lots of request managed to speak to the supervisor Mr. SANDEEP JAISWAL who told me that every things is approved but the parts are not avail be from Apple so that are arranging the same and positively by Friday May 3rd things will be replaced, he also mentioned that he will ensure that this is dome positively before friday. 

In the after noon Mr. Durga Prasad visited my home and asked me that they need the serial number of the system and DVD and he require to open the system. When I contested the same and told thenm that Tata extended warranty customer care has told me that every things is approved wand they are only waiting for parts and it will be dome by Friday, he connected me to his superior mr. Haro Prasad, and he informed me that without the serial number, there will be no approval and without approval the parts cannot not be procured and replaced…..this was complete contradiction from their earlier version as well as what Mr. Sandeep Jaiswal of Tata extended warranty told me. I asked Mr. Hari Prasad since I am getting totally contradictory information from you as well as between their and Tata extended warrant y information so please send me a email with CC to Tata extend warranty guys so that I should have the exact information on what is going on. He did not send the mail and after around 15- 20 minutes, Mr. Durga Prasad has told me that his seniors has told him that the problem will be directly taken care by Croma and he returned back.

In the mean time I also received the call from Mr. Vasudev Kumar of Croma Online and he confirmed that he will check the status and come back to me….later he informed me that yes, positively my problem will be resolved positively by Friday May 3rd. He confirmed that he has spoke with senior management of Tata extended warranty, their service provided and i should wait for couple of days and by Friday the things will be taken care of. he also told me to contact him for any information or status.
          

May 3rd, 2013 (day 13) - I waited till afternoon of Friday,but there was no information or stasis on my complain, I decided to call up Mr. Vasudev Kumar of Croma Online as he told me to contact him to get the status on my problem. When I spoke to him, he was surprised that no one attend my problem till now, he requested me to allow him few minutes and he will come back to me. When he did not call back once again I called him up and he informed me around 4:30 Pm) that within half an hour their guys will visits my place and parts will be replaced…..nothing happened till 6:30 so i had to call him up again and he again said that he will call me back. 

In the mean time around 7 PM Mr. Ramesh of Croma Custimer care called up and told me that some one will be visiting my place to replace the parts within 30 minutes…..and he also asked me that i can contact him if my problem is not resolved within one hour.

After some time around 7:30 PM Mr. Vasudev Kumar called me top and mentioned that actually the part they had ordered were oder wrongly so that have received the wrong part which was coming only as an excuse of delaying the matter further as I am sure all the Bluetooth keyboard of apple desk top and DVD drives are same. I requested him that pleas do not now tries to come with another excuse of trick and if you can't do anything please do not unnecessary keep giving me excuses.

Croma- when extended warranty was sold to me, they never mentioned not it is written anywhere in my bill and extended warranty that it is not a warranty but an insurance where the insurance party is TATA AIG and whenever there is complaint with my Apple desktop it will be dealt as the care insurance is dealt with.

Ate around 8:30 Mr. Ramesh as called up that sorry, I have to allow him till 12 noon on saturday (Today) and he will ensure that things are taken care of.


          May 4th, 2013 It's already 3:45 PM but i have no information from any one from Croma, customer care, Croma Online, Tata extended warranty…..to me this whole experience is reflecting on the customer care attitude of Brand Tata…seems the senior management is sleeping and do not have time to look into their customer problem……

            It’s not only surprising but amazing, Croma, Phonix mills being such a big brand, have ridiculous attitude towards their customer, I went to buy a HCL Me tablet for my son on 13/4/13, Sunday, but the sales staff were pathetic they were not at all corporative and were not at all interested in selling the products, still we had to buy, since my son liked the product after buying the product we requested them to please allow us to use their internet so we can load some games and check but they did not have any internet facility, after taking the product my son was not able to use it for even 20 mintues , since there was some hard ware defect in the product, so we had to go back to this ridiculous store for their help, forget about changing they told us on Sunday, tomorrow itself we will send the product for servicing, when I called HCL today they said they haves still not received my product for repair / service and Croma kept on informing us they will give it back in 2 to 3 days, from 28/4/13, till today 2/5/13 (4days ) every day they are giving one standard reply tomorrow we will update you. But till now I have not received my product. My son is completly disappointed and we too. They are just playing with Customers money, request you to please intervene

              I have bought the the Croma 1 Ton CRC1067 Portable Air Conditioner a month back with an extended warrenty.
              the cost of AC was 23,999 and the cost of extended warrenty is 899, no let me dig into the issue actually i bought the AC from Croma Retail chennai when i went to buy that the sales person said there are good reviews for the above mentioned AC, but i came to know after using that it is waste of money and it never cools the room if you want to have the cool air you should sit in from of the AC if you move bit side again you should forget that you are sitting in the AC room

              Coming to noise it is horrible when the AC is running, again there is an extra sound like extended warrenty, that is when the water gets full it will start pumping out side, when it starts pumping the noise gets double, about the big pipe which they gave to send the hot air outside is a big nonsense, it is not flexible and not so standard, i have tied a thread to make stand in the position, and my daily routine duty after waking up from sleep is to empty the water bucket of water which came out of SO CALLED AC,

              ok as an INDIAN i have compramised all these things, But i cant tolerate the Customer care, when i bought the AC the Guy came to give the demo i dont understand why that guy came, he doesnt even know the techinical specifications of AC he was was clarifing all of his doubts with me, he was questioning me, i felt like iam the guy came to give the demo of AC, Conclusion is i havent got any demo form the service guys, and after that i hev raised the complaint #(CHN260413FS00016) , the complaint was regerding the noise and Cooling performance, the service guy called me up and said he will be coming in an Hour, but no response for the hole day, i was trying to contact him but i havnet got any reply form the respective persons, and at the funny thing was i have got Message stating Dear Custome, (We are pleased to inform you that service request # CHN260413FS00016) for the item croma portable AC 1T CRC1067 is COMPLETED. Please call [protected] for further Queries), I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN THE SERVICE GUY CAME TO MY HOME AND CLEARED THE PROBLEM WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE)

              Conclusion: I want to Raise a complaint with regards to false commitments and fake promises and fake products of CROMA. Please reimburse the money or please replace the AC

              Blue Star- Window AC — Noise problem-since purchased

              I had purchase one window AC Machine in the month of april 09. Since purchase the product is working with bad noice. In the mean time we had lodge a complaint with the company. The company people had come and told your compressure is required to change. But till now inspite of repeatative complaint the company is not attending our request. Please look into the matter.

              Window AC — consuming 4 units per hour

              I have purchasad the Electolux Window AC(1.5) 7 days back. Problem with this AC is that it is consuming 4 units per hour . There is no problem of earting in my light.

              Can you pls check the same..

              Hi,
              My name is Som Appu.
              I am also one of the person in the list who bought this utter cheap product named "Croma 1 Ton CRC1067 Portable Air Conditioner". I don't know why they are calling it an "Air Conditioner" I bought this product on 19/04/2103 having the order number: “SLE00355593” for Rs23999.

              The device is not able to chill the room, even after continuous long hour’s operation, and eventually it is heating up the room (if the device is running for a long duration with out cut off). I have raised several complaints / service requests regarding this concern.

              A technician named "Senthil Vel" visited my apartment on (26/04/2013) and verified the problem for about 1.5 hrs. He set the cut off temperature to 21 C and observed that the temperature is not falling below 26 C(The room temperature was 29 C before running the ac).


              I have raised several complaints from the next day of the of device delivery . I even made the technician to speak to the customer care during his visit (26/04/2013) regarding the issue. Until now I am not satisfied with the performance of device. It is my regular routine to speak up with the customer care person & mail them daily. The customer care person is blaming me that I haven't taken the Job sheet from the Technician when he visited on 26/04/2013 and it is my responsibility to get it from him. Since I didn't take the job sheet from him they can't do anything.

              I 'm totally fed up with the corma service and the product (portable ac). The customer care people are fooling the customer by giving fake commitments and they are just pushing the time. I think that I bought a very expensive heater in the name of “Croma 1 Ton CRC1067 Portable Air Conditioner”. I was not even given the free stuff which was displayed on the website when I placed the order. I don’t want to stick with croma anymore because of their worst annoying product and the customer service.

              I spoke to a Supervisor named ajith. According to him, even if the device is not cooling the room, they are not considering it as a product defect. He also asked me not to compare Croma with other standard product like Blue Star or Samsung regarding the cooling efficiency. He mentioned that he won't arrange for either a replacement or refund. He even told that he is not considering my concern as a complaint and mentioned that this product is not having any customer complaint at all. I don't know why Croma is fooling people like this by selling degraded products and cheating the customer. Even if there 15 days refund policy there are not willing to do that.

              Considering the issues mentioned above, I would like to get a refund of the product as early as possible.
              Hi I have been buying all my products from Croma and I have never faced any problem as regards to the product life and customer service.

              However since you are buying the Croma brand itself from a Croma store it would not be correct to compare with a sony or samsung or LG since price wise also their products are costly and the price gap between Croma brand and other brands is quite huge so accordingly the product would perform.

              Also you should check the product feature before buying and accordingly would be its performance.

                I bought a “Croma 1 Ton CRC1067 Portable Air Conditioner” on 19/04/2103 having the order number: “SLE00355593” and got the delivery on 20/04/2013 for Rs23999.

                The problem is that, the device is not cooling the room. I could feel cold air if I am sitting just in front of the device and rest every where it is hot. I tried running the device for the entire night & couldn't see the temperature falling below 26 C (displayed on the device) with respect to an outside temperature of 29 C.. I even tried closing the entire air gap and also leaving some gaps open, but couldn't see the device chilling in either cases.

                The device is not able to chill the room, even after continuous long hour’s operation, and eventually it is heating up the room (if the device is running for a long duration with out cut off). I have raised several complaints / service requests regarding this concern.

                A technician named "Senthil Vel" visited my apartment on (26/04/2013) and verified the problem for about 1.5 hrs. He set the cut off temperature to 21 C and observed that the temperature is not falling below 26 C(The room temperature was 29 C before running the ac).


                I have raised several complaints from the next day of the of device delivery . I even made the technician to speak to the customer care during his visit (26/04/2013) regarding the issue. Until now I am not satisfied with the performance of device. It is my regular routine to speak up with the customer care person & mail them daily. The customer care person is blaming me that I haven't taken the Job sheet from the Technician when he visited on 26/04/2013 and it is my responsibility to get it from him. Since I didn't take the job sheet from him they can't do anything.

                I 'm totally fed up with the corma service and the product (portable ac). The customer care people are fooling the customer by giving fake commitments and they are just pushing the time. I think that I bought a very expensive heater in the name of “Croma 1 Ton CRC1067 Portable Air Conditioner”. I was not even given the free stuff which was displayed on the website when I placed the order. I don’t want to stick with croma anymore because of their annoying product and the worst customer service.

                Considering the issues mentioned above, I would like to get a refund of the product as early as possible.

                  I had purchased W/m in the month June 2012. In February 2013 I got problem that water is not Drained. We complain and It resolved in 6/7 Days.
                  After that again same problem creates and we lodge complained vide our complain No. MUM050413FS 00009 on 5.4.13. on 8/9 April Service Engg. came and he inspected the W/m and noted that "Some Problem in PCB". He confirmed that PCB have to be change and will back within 3/4 Days with New PCB. On 13.4.13 We got SMS that "We regret to inform you that your service request vide subject complaint no. shall be delayed due to non available of spare part". After that no response from Chroma Service Center.
                  Again we call to Tall Free and regular follow up, every time same reply we got from tall free that part is not available. On 24th I personally visit to Mulund Chroma for the same complain. Mr. Ganesh from (Executive of Service Division) had confirm that on 26th Your complained will be resolved. If not, you call to tall free no. and give msg. and he will call me.
                  On 26.4 I called to sevrice Engg, he replied that tiill date he didn'r received the part. same time I called to Service center and gave MSg. to Mr. Ganesh to call me for not resolved complain. After 2 times reminder but no call from Ganesh neither any complained Resolved.
                  After 23 days passed but Chroma (Tata Grup. of company - Indias Best Leading Brand in Every Sector) not getting the part of Locally Manufactured Machine.
                  I Request to Chroma That Please Replace the Machine.
                  I appeal to all Chroma Customer that Before Purchase from Chroma, Please Please Think 10 Times that - will You get service from Chroma after the sale ?

                    I have purchased Bajaj Cooler PC 2012, purchase was made on Sunday dated 14 April '13 at Croma showroom, Phoniex, Lower Parel, with a promise to deliver next day (Monday) at my residence, today is Wednesday and I have been following up for delivery, call centre guy says we have no record and when contacted Croma today they say we do not have stock for the same.

                    I am not expecting any amount as compensation from Croma but, want authority to take action so that they do not take customers in future for granted. It is wrong from their part to give wrong commitment and response was so pathetic as no one feel a responsibility towards the customer, even to update them.

                    I am still in touch and following up on the same.

                      I HAVE PURCHASED HITACHI SPLIT AC FROM CROMA STORE, KONDAPUR ON 27TH MARCH 2013 FOR Rs.45,000/-. IT WAS DELIVERED WITH DEFECTED ODU ON 29TH MARCH. HITACHI TECHNICIANS CAME FOR INSTALLATION ON 1ST APRIL. INSTALLED IN A HURRY AND COLLECTED Rs.1200/- AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY.

                      WHEN I SWITCH ON THE AC ON THE SAME DAY NIGHT, IT WAS WORKING FOR 2 MINUTES AND OFFING AUTOMATICALLY. SO COMPLAINED THE SAME TO HITACHI SERVICE CENTER NEAR KUKATPALLY. THEY CAME ON NEXT DAY AND VERIFIED. FINALLY THEY FOUND THAT THERE IS A COMPRESSOR PROBLEM AND OTHER PROBLEMS IN THE OUTDOOR UNIT(ODU). THEY SIMPLY REMOVED AND PACKED THE ODU.

                      MY PROBLEMS STARTED HERE. NO ONE IS RESPONDING IN TIME. ALWAYS SAYING "NO STOCK". TODAY IS 12TH MAY. (17 DAYS OVER FROM THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT). PRODUCT IS NOT YET REPLACED. FINALLY MY SPLIT AC BECAME AS A SHOWCASE ITEM.

                      THEY ARE CONCENTRATING MORE ON "SALES" NOT ON "SERVICE".

                      VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CROMA STORE AND HITACHI SERVICING. I AM FILING A CASE AGAINST ON BOTH THE BRANDS IN 'CONSUMER COURT' FOR THE inconvenience OCCURRED.

                        My Online Order no. SLE00151166 booked on 3rd Apr.

                        It was showing no movement only showing "Dispatched on 4th Apr" but nvr got delivery..
                        La­ter after lot of followup i was told that there was a technical problem with bluedart & new way bill no will be created.....

                        finally new way bill was created & product was again shown as dispatched on 9th & 10th..But yesterda­y it is being shown as delivered on blue dart to some Mr.Chobe..whereas i never got my shipment??

                        Not only that yesterday afternoon i got a call from another customer [protected] in Amravati (i live in Mumbai) & he informed that he had ordered for Printer but got laptop bag with some Lady's name from Mumbai. Biggest tragedy was My Name & Contact no. was mentioned in the invoice.

                        I have mailed twice or thrice both to customer care & support not to mention the end no. of calls done with Mr.Arvind, Ms.Shagufta, Ms.Shovi but to no avail there is no response from your end only verbal assurance.

                        I am writing in hope that you would provide a solution to the problem & also to bring to your knowledge the mess Croma Online Warehousing is in with no real support from customer care & the MENTAL AGONY the online cutomers are facing (forget store customers.)

                        I would further like to bring the matter to Mr.Ajit Joshi who i believe would like to definitely know why other online stores are much successful.

                            My TV is not working for 5 days now .                                   i have got a note 2 from Croma in feb 2013 and its was in extended warranty in mar 2014 i had given my phone in croma as i had a censor issue and the censor was not working properly but my phone was working properly and had no other problems was asked to submit the phone in borivali Sg infotech and when i asked them abt back up i was informed that backup is not required after 2 days i got a call from Sg infotech stating
                                  that the mother board has to be changed coz after changing the censor phone is not working and mother board has to changed i was told that i wont get backup of my data as it was very important.
                                  i had asked them for a replacement of my phone as my data is all gone and had also email abt this to Mr Milind Kamble from Tata Aig as was asked in croma (malad) but havnt got any response, my phone is still with them and they are not giving me any answer abt replacement of my phone. I want to complaint about this to the highest level.

                                  I am Rishabh. I puchsed a laptop Acer aspire 5733 c13 380 on 8.9.2012. They told me for extended warranty for my laptop.
                                  And today 5.8.2014 I need servicing for the laptop and I am calling on [protected] to register my general service request and information but nobody is picking the call. Now I feel they are cheaters in extended warranties. They sucked my 1499 ruppees with false promises.
                                  Its better to buy acer products from acer show rooms.
                                  Croma is good place to see and compare products only. not to purchase.

                                  I had purchased LG washing machine from the company in 2012 with a 2 year extended warranty. It worked very well for 2 years but somehow it started creating problem in which one the power panel of the product is dead. I had already registered a complaint 9 days before where a service engineer attended it and informed that the power panel is suppose to be replaced and it shall be done in a day or two. Since he took the part along with it there is no call back nor any reply from either of the companies. When i called him to know the status he replied that i am not been provided the part from the company itself so how will i be able to resolve your problem. Such a huge company and such a running model but still lacking to provide service under warranty. Its rainy season anyways, so my family is facing day to day problems with the clothes which cant soak for 2 days. This was not the reason i purchased with extended warranty. If my complain number 142932 does not get resolved by today itself than i will be claiming a refund and will replace the part by my own which i will be getting from any local supply. Pls upgrde your systems as whenever i call up in the mornings, systems are always under maintenance or an update. My number is [protected]
                                  I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine from croma with an extended warranty in2012. Due to some reasons the product stopped working and the reason was the power panel failure. Service engineer took the part along with him informing that the problem will be resolved in a day or two.. its been more than a week that the company is not providing part to him ad thus i am facing severe issues in such weather where the clothes takes more than 2 days to dry. One most important thing i the same part is available in the local market but the company is not providing it to me. Was this the reason behind to take an extended warran. Pls resolve the complain by today itself or else provide me my extended warranty refund after i purchase the part from the market. This was not at all the reason to take the product along with extended warranty. My complaint number is 142932.

                                    With regret and disappointment I would like to bring to your notice the dismal and pathetic customer service at the Croma outlet at Oberoi Mall Goregaon east.

                                    Ref: Complaint invoice: 60006

                                    I had deposited a tablet for malfunction on 29th of March 13. At the time I was advised that the status would be updated with in a day. Subsequently I tried calling the customer service numbers 67488300 , 67488301 and personal number of Mr. Rakesh Singh [protected] with no response. I have visited the store further on 2nd and 4th of april when every time I was told that the tablet would be ready tomorrow. On 4th April I was told that the tablet has been repaired and will be delivered at my residence on 5th April around noon, by floor manager Neeta. It is 01:00 pm on 6th April and nor have I received any call nor the tablet. As usual no one is responding to the numerous phone calls made to the Mall including the manager's number which is 67488303.

                                    Oberoi Mall service RIC, I would like you to take the matter with concerned in Croma and ensure appropriate action is taken. I do not expect to visit any sub-standard facility at the mall time and again.

                                      I purchased a Nokia 620 vide Invoice No.slf02a[protected] dated 19/3/13. Till date i have not received my bill through email. I spoke to [protected] twice vide complaint No.163/270313 dated 27/3/13 but not received the bill. Very bad service no response from croma neither response from the call centre.

                                        Purchased a symphony cooler on 26th March 2013, and I was told that it would be delivered the next day between 10 AM to 5 PM IST only. So I did not have any other option but have to take leave from office in order to receive the delivery. I did so but the next day when I called them up the customer care, they told the delivery is postponed for the next day since it was HOLI that day and that they would arrange a call from the store regarding the same. Believing them I said fine and I took leave from office for the next consecutive day. But it was really unprofessional from their end and they did not bother to call me the next day also. Never mind I call them thrice the next day since it was my product and I had paid for it, first call I made was at 10 AM, in that call they told it would be delivered by 5 PM that day. so i waited till 4.30 PM and when called the customer care again they said they dont have any clue (I mean they need to check) and they told they will arrange a call back from the concerned store. So desperately I waited till 6.45 PM but since then there was no calls...truly DISGUSTING......................
                                        Though I was a loyal customer to Croma, I am promising from today that I would not purchase any products from this unprofessional organisation who dont any value even their long time customers. And it was truly disappointing how they run their customer care where there is no coordination between the store and them. And that to sometimes with wrong commitments. I did not have such an expectation from CROMA RETAIL (Prestigious Tata Group Company).
                                        Then I had only one option left with me..that was I visited some other store purchased the product and took the delivery the same day itself that is today. And had asked Croma Retail to refund my money back the same since I had already purchased the product. I had already informed their customer care to raise the request and arrange for the refund as soon a possible. Oh this was really horrible.....Never would suggest anyone to buy from here again.
