I purchased a Samsung LED T V on 3-8-2013 from AUNDH. T V was sincerely delivered on 4-8-2013 . Eventhough it was told at the time of purchase that T V will be installed in 2 days,4 days have passed but the T V was not installed.Contact made to call center resulted in no useful purpose as they only say it will be done tomorrow.I donot when that tomorrow will come.Very sad experience with Croma. Either there is a problem at Croma or at Samsung. My complaint no is BOW040813ID00338.I hope somebody at appropriate level will see this message take corrective action to keep up their name.

    Hi All,
    Beware of buying products from Croma.
    Because after selling products it is totally fail to provide any type of service.
    Its all type of employees are only hunger to sell the product and their after they behave like a Loafer person.
    They will try their best to threaten if you go near them.
    Wheather it is store manager or any very big personality of Croma all will behave like a handicaped person.
    Some of them will enjoy your problems.
    And will say "Do what you want.. but our staff will do only what I'll say"

    So as per my around last 3 years of experience Croma has an intentional pathetic service after selling the product.
    So that customer will not insist for any service and they will have less no of service request and then finally they will telecast "Hey we(Croma) are no one in getting less no of service request" Obviousley if one will not provide any service then they will not have service request further.

    You can see the no of complains full related to service and replacements after sell.

    Stricktly Beware!!!

    You can see I'm being punished from last two consecutive months and they laughing at me.

      Hi Raman and Croma service department,
      You have failed all round.
      First your engineer visited after many phone call.
      Then very long wait for parts.
      Failed to arrange the parts.
      Now changed your decision to repair the existing part.
      I was not agree for this.
      But you people kept calling on for taking my TV away.
      After an alternative I surrendered you my TV.
      And RAMAN had committed that after 4 days I will give my TV back.
      If Croma fail to do this then a replacement will definately be arranged.
      And now 15 has gone still no response from your side.
      Finally I'm going to take a leagal action.
      Because I don't think their is any person in Croma department to take any decision. Starting from managers to service providers and senior leaders all are cheater, anti-social and manner-less. Last time I had a talk with Higher CCE named as VINAYAK he also seemed very helpless and asked that he can not do anything.
      Once I start leagal procedure you will have to pay all the charges like
      Advocate
      Office leaves
      Other expences during leaga process like travel, documentation etc.

      Even more the same I'll mention on all the feedback/review websites.

      That only I want to escalate to the public that you have only round table escalation system. But no one is having power to take any decision. You can take action only when your business going down.
      And you and your CRoma team is very well aware of it.
      Croma has a practice of selling repaired device as new and I have the recordings as I am also the victim of same & during one concall their officer commited the same as common practices in Croma.

        I bought a micromax funbook infinity p 275 from Croma Koramangala Bangalore on 17 Feb 2013. Serial number is v[protected] mep no 8503in the month of March
        The software of the tablet got corrupted and I had submitted to Croma service desk for repair in the month of March. I was given a receipt for follow up. The tablet was send to Micromax service center. After frequent follow and visits to Croma I was called one day to collect the tablet in the month of May 2013.
        To my surprise there were other issue like
        1) Camera was not working,
        2) Not getting charged,
        3) Tablet screen is replaced with some other old damaged second hand screen which happens to have lot of scratches also
        4) I could see the tablet screws are protruding outside and also lost safety cap I have asked Croma to Fix all this and given me back my tablet in the same submitted status, which has even the screen guards for protecting screen.
        In short It was not the tablet I submitted to Croma. Seems like its exchanged with some one elses
        Croma submitted to Micromax on 09/06/2013. Croma took my old receipt and gave me a new one with new date.
        This is 6 months now and I have been following up weekly on this. I got a message from Croma Manager Uma (mobile [protected]) to come and collect it from the croma store. The message read "Sir Pls collect ur tablet 4rm the croma store. Which is in koramangala 6th blk. near to Sony world signal." dated 30/07/2013
        I went to croma store to collect it today.3/08/2013.
        To my surprise they have lost my tablet somewhere. Uma has requested me to again wait till they find it. The Koramangala store manager (mobile [protected]) said he is not responsible he can look into it on Monday.
        I asked him for a refund or I was also ready to buy anything of equivalent or more price from croma if I get a refund for this. They have completely denied all my request and asked me to wait until they find it. For this same issue I have visited Croma several times (may be 15 to 20 times) since March Uma (mobile [protected]) used to fool me always saying she will get it done in one week.
        I have paid 20 rupees as parking charges every time I have visited croma + petrol (my house is 12 km away from Croma) + time (every time I would have spent 1 to 2 hours waiting for resolution)
        I wanted Croma manager to provide a letter in writing that he will surely fix it on coming Monday, he has denied that also. I require a refund for the Tablet now.

          I had ordered a 'HUL Pureit" on 16-June-2013 & got delivery on 23rd June 2013. I found product was damaged.

          Complaint on Customer Support by phone on delivery date (23rd-June-2013) & sent mail about the same at [protected]@cromtaretail.com, with damaged product snaps.

          Still waiting for exchange.

          When ever I called to Customer Care, they just regrets for inconvenience and told me that your product will be picked up by tomorrow.

          But still I am waiting for exchange OR amount refund.

          Please if any one from cromaretail see this complain, try to sort our the problem.

            I bought a refrigetor and Washing machine from croma Aundh store and I am going through hell to get it delivered (still not delivered). I bought it on Monday 15.07.2013 with half payment and they promised to deliver on 28.07.2013. It was a Sunday and I ruined my whole day waiting for them. I called 4 times to customer care and every time they said someone from Croma store will call me in next 10 mins (obiously this never happened). Finalally after so much of piss off I visited to Croma store personally (add 300 Rs. of auto charges). When I complained in store they said there was a mistake and sales department did not send email for delivery to other internal departments. (Yes thats what they said!!!!). Finally after some sorries and all they said since it is past 8:00PM now so even if they send the missing email it will be considered for delivery on Tuesday 30.07.2013. Here comes Tuesday.....and no calls during day. I called customer care at around 6:30 PM and they said dont worry sir the goods will be delivered at 8:00 PM and there is a rule to call 1 hour before thats why you did not recieve a call. So I was hoping for a call at 7:00 PM and I left from office to reach at Home early. Guess what....no one called. I called again at 7:30 to customer care and was told that Sir your complain has been written (remember exactly same thing was told 2 days back on Sunday as well) and someone will call you latest tomorrow noon ie. 31.07, give us some time. Today again its already past noon and no one has called yet.....

            Just wanted to share to make people more aware :)
            Anyways hopefully I ll get the delivey within next 1 month.

              We have purchased a Croma Washing Machine in Feb 2011. Machine worked fine intially for 3 month, but after that are conitnious problems. Dryer vibration is tremendous. Spin ceased and did not work. The complaint was also attended after 15 days as they could not register the complaint because server was down. After attending the complaint, we were responded that spares we not availble for 15-20 days.

              Also the local employees didnt answer calls for many days and then we had to go there and complain.

              Now we are completely fed up and want our money back.

              washing m/c — not working

                I would like to share my terrible experience i am going through after purchasing cell from Croma.

                I was at Croma, R-City Mall, Ghatkopar on 22nd June 2013 to buy a cell phone. I picked up a Xolo Q700 for Rs 9999/-, bill no SLF02A[protected]. First the sales personnel’s there are only interested in selling phones and not informing about warranty, and i will let you know why in a minute.

                The cell had a problem, ie while charging the touchscreen would vibrate and wouldnt allow me to work. Since i was out of town (left Mumbai on 23rd June) from 24th to 29th June, i returned to Mumbai on 29th June and next day 30th June i visited Croma with my cell and showed them the problem. First those Customer Support guys did not want to entertain my request saying this is a known problem even Sony cells have this problems and they got a Sony sales guys to come in CS room and asked the question of this problem that while charging the touchscreen vibrates if touched and doesnt allow to work to this the Sony guy said this problem is there but with third party chargers and not sony chargers, so now Croma CS guys were in a fixed but not ready to accept there is a problem.

                I asked for a replacement and i was told they cant as replacement warranty is for 4 days only. Gosh they should have told this when a person buys a phone. FLIPKART.COM offers 30 days replacement warranty, cromaretail website offers 14 days replacement warranty but Croma Stores offers only 4 days warranty.

                Anyways after lots of arguement he took the phone saying Xolo might not entertain this request as its a known problem. So 30th June the cell was taken by Croma and sent to Xolo Service Center. I was given a number to enquire if i dont get a call in 7 days. But i did get a call saying the charger was a problem and Xolo is replacing the charger.

                I went to Croma on 6th July and they gave me a brand new charger (LOL), but i wanted to test it before i took the cell back and while testing the same problem happened. Now Croma CS called up Xolo Representative Naushad who was around Croma and he came and tested my cell showing me no problems are there and all that stuff but i asked him to test while charging and also while not charging by typing a sms and he tested as i said and accepted there was a problem. I asked for a replacement since this was new handset but he refused saying we will send it to service center and i will get back to you and try and get a new handset and even took my cell number. This was on 6th July.

                There were no calls from Croma or Xolo or Naushad for a week and then i called up Croma support number and they took my complaint and said someone will call back. But no one did, i called up again after 2 days and this time they transfered my complaint to a supervisor who assured me that someone will attend from Croma Ghatkopar. Then i received a call from Croma Ghatkopar that there is a problem with a IC in the phone and that will be replaced and they cell will be got by 17th July.

                Ok but nothing happened by 17th July and i went to Croma on 19th July and had arguement with Croma Support Staff as Naushad was not there, there was this newer Support Staff who i hadnt seen previously who i argued this was a new handset then why dont you give a replacement. His answer was replacement is given if i return handset in 7 days and i returned it on 8th day.

                Hold on, recall that on 30th June their staff had said that replacement is given if i return in 4 days and now another staff is saying 7 days. That means the staff of Croma themselves dont know replacement warranty period or guidelines.

                Anyways they called up Naushad and he said my cell will come on 22nd July Monday, i said i am out of town and now i have to wait again and come again for my cell. The CS Staff said they will courier me my cell on 22nd July.

                But came Monday and went and entire week went by but neither i received my cell nor any calls about the status.

                Today ie 27th July i visited Croma at R-Mall and had a arguement again when they called Naushad and showed them FLIPKART.com website on my cell with Xolo Q700 showing a 30 day replacement warranty and my new cell of 7 days was still being repaired for 30 days?

                I gave them trash they deserved in front of other customers while Naushad said it was repaired but not yet delivered and promised that my cell will be couriered on Sunday ie tomorrow 28th July 2013.

                I dont trust any of them now, neither Croma Staff’s nor those Xolo guys at Croma.

                I advise anyone who thinks of buying cell or other products from Croma that try and check Flipkart.com as they have a 30 day replacement warranty for most products and i have myself seen friends who have got replacement of cell phones in less than a week after complaining about handset giving a problem.

                I will never again walk in Croma to buy any product and neither will refer anyone, i will prefer Vijay Sales, eZone or even flipkart but never Croma.

                I have neither received any calls nor my cell as was promised by Mr Naushad @ Croma Stores, R-City Mall. I was told after having arguements on Saturday that my cell will be couriered and delivered by sunday 28th July, today is 29th July, no cell received, no calls informing status of my cell.

                What kind of support is there at Croma?

                I have never seen a more worse support ever in my life.

                I will never ever step in a Croma Store again and neither recommend Croma to anyone.

                I bought this phone on 22nd June 2013 at 9999/- Rs, and gave it back due to problem in handset on 30th June, it is now one month and that mobile model, Xolo Q700 is already depreciated, without using that cell even for 10 days, that new handset is now costing Rs 9299/- at Flipkart.

                Your representative yesterday called up and said we will follow this up on emergency basis and you will receive a call in 4 hours.

                It has been more than 24 hours now and there has been no calls.

                I was told yesterday by your representative on cell same time that if there is any delay from your side, you will provide a new handset.

                Now are you ready to provide a new handset, cause again the date given to me of delivery of repaired handset has gone, ie 27th July. And this was the third time a date was given and gone.

                Is your company's responsibility only limited to selling a product and then forgetting if there is a problem in the product?, that is exactly what it looks like, when i go to Croma that lady the moment she saw me called up Naushad cause she knew she had promised delivery on 20th July but nothing happned and then when Naushad came he picks up phone and starts calling service center of xolo in front of me. So was he sleeping the whole 10/12 days in between?

                Why is it that when a customer goes in front of them the pick up calls and call service centers, why is it that your customer support is not even bothered to call up customers informing the status of their product? Only when they see a customer in front will the call up service centers and tell us that it is delayed again. Why doesnt Croma fight with the vendors to give a replacement.

                I will buy products from flipkart.com cause i have seen if informed of faulty product in 30 days, how quickly they replace product.

                After your calls from Croma Social Service Care, i received a call from Croma, R-City Mall, Ghatkopar on Monday night, ie 29th July and they said they are delivering my cell. I asked them if they tested the cell and they said yes it has been tested.

                The xolo q700 was delivered to my home on 29th July night, but when i tested it while charging it the same problem was still there.

                Even after keeping the cell with Xolo Service Center for 3 weeks they seem to have just updated the software cause while charging the cell if i worked, like while typing a url in chrome browser or opera the keyboard would go down, or clicking on touchscreen in chrome would shake the screen up and down, which meant that if i would need to work while charging it wouldnt allow me. Even while receiving calls while charging, if i touched the screen it would start shaking and something else would get clicked or dragged.

                I went to Croma on 30th July with my cell and met Ms Karuna who is the support center executive who saw the problem herself, and she called up the manager and he came and he too tested the cell while charging and accepted there is a problem with the handset. I requested them they atleast give me a credit note so that i can buy another handset, but they said Xolo has to confirm the problem only then they can issue such a request.

                The manager called up Xolo support head and asked him solution, cause it was not possible to send it again for repairs, and said that they have to give it in writing about the handset having a issue

                Ms Karuna and the manager spoke to Xolo support and said there is still a problem with the handset and they should give in writing that there is a problem with the handset so that the customer can be given a solution.

                I was told that this would take 24 hours, but i have yet to receive a call.

                Meanwhile i received a call from Croma Social support today and they asked status and i informed all the above and i have been told that this will be escalated.

                I hope i get some solution by tomorrow.

                  Myself Yogesh Borde I have purchased a 1 Ton Split AC few months ago from croma retail vashi store billed on the name of Mr. Amrish Singh. Its remote stopped working at 10th July 2013 then I made a complaint at their helpline number [protected], then their technician came and took that remote said that he will get back to me in 1 or 2 days. then I called on the same number after a week because I didn't received any feedback from their side and from then onwards every day I called them & they answer me that your remote will deliver in 1 or 2 days after that they said sorry and again ask for few more days, now its almost over 15 days,
                  I spoke to their supervisor also but I didn't get any solution.
                  That AC has no ON/OFF switch so without remote its useless. now I want to take back their AC & refund my money.

                    It is a strong malignant virus, which is prevalent in corporates and businesses as well. It needs to be dealt with great strength and resolute willingness. The corporate sector has created many hiding holes, for several languishing and opinionated managers, who ride free on the backs of their hard-working colleagues. (They’ve been getting away scot-free too!)



                    OUR INTENT AND SUPPORT:

                    Being residents of Greater Kailash Part 1, New Delhi, and being very active in Community Welfare for over four and a half decades, we are concerned about the issues of Consumer Welfare, and Awareness, and would like our fellow residents and neighbors, including co-investors (those who have brought products from Croma Retail Outlets/ Infiniti Retail, India) to support us with their signatures, as well as through the social media, to highlight this issue.



                    We would also request consumer organizations, within the country, and abroad to take up, and help us wake many such ‘indifferent’, and ‘insensitive’ consciences from their ‘Sunday Siestas’, and ‘Employment Sabbaticals’.



                    Furthermore, we ask our veteran Media Comrades in India, and many friends from New Media to propagate these issues, and start exposing these management tyrants who are destroying the ethics of corporate businesses, and trading.



                    Their ways of conducting their professions, and their ‘free-ways’ with words could be the reason why we’re still a ‘developing country’, and a motive why we must come together, to weed them out, with a strong rake, if we, as a people, wish to lead, and inspire a world audience.



                    OUR CASE:

                    After an agonizing week of following up, with a pompous Service Management Head, who seems to have be sworn to his seat, by favoritism, and not qualification; we have been pushed to take the stance of going public, and will also put a legal claim if misbehaved with, ignored, or mistreated, in the same arrogant way, again, by any other senior management professionals, or directors of Infiniti Retail. We will have to end our forbearance, and shall be forced to forego our compassion.



                    NOT QUALIFIED TO SELL

                    As all customers are, we, too reserve the right to be served with a smile, especially when we are paying for it.

                    But, do you, as retailers, have the justifications to sell an electronic product to your customers without knowing how your products work, and how they are to be repaired?



                    NOT QUALIFIED TO SERVICE

                    The two engineers who visited us, one yesterday, and the other one today, both seem to have ‘zero-product knowledge’. Your Service Manager, and your Assistant Manager (Under Zonal Manager’s) defense make no sense.

                    When you sell a product, your team, needs to be product trained. Your site-engineers or whomever you send across need to be smart enough or qualified enough to know how it works.

                    Only an enthusiastic and qualified engineer deserves to be a Service Manager, and not one who just knows how to throw his weight around on his juniors which you term as ‘engineers’ - either ‘qualified’ or ‘namesake’) and definitely not one who has absolute no training in listening skills, and customer-relationship etiquette.

                    Generally speaking, incompetent team-leaders only claim to fame, will be their ability to cling on to their jobs, until all the good ones, have left. “CEO’s will come and CEO’s will go, but I will cling on forever!” shall be their mottos.

                    Procrastination, and ‘Nobody Can Touch Me, I Have A God Father In This Company’ Nepotisms is the corruption that needs to be strongly dealt with.


                    THE URGENCY TO REDRESS

                    We bought this particular Croma De-humidifier, because we have been using two of them in our home in Bandra, Mumbai, for the past two years.



                    We bought another one in Delhi, clearly defining that it was for ‘Urgent Medical Reasons’, which has so unashamedly been ignored, by the Infiniti Retail Service Management, that has made us wonder if anyone in this ‘over-staffed’ company, actually believes in caring for their customers needs (in this case, for the ailing ones in your family)



                    What is the point of opening a shop in our neighborhoods, when you can’t be aware of our needs, and sensitivities? We suggest you immediately shut down your stores from all neighborhoods and start selling arms and ammunition, instead. Customers are realistic people, with real needs, and of course, real money.



                    AFTER SALES SERVICE AFFECTS YOUR SALES AND SALARIES

                    Service affects sales. Don’t try to speak on behalf of an intelligently designed product, if you cannot make head or tail of it, yourself. Find someone more qualified in your team to make that statement. Don’t shoo away those customers, which showroom managers, so painstakingly woo to bring in. Serve Fair.



                    Never try to kill the spirit, and enthusiasm of your customer, especially when they have the ability to pay. Maybe, the best way to save your job, all those years, was by giving your customers a refund. On the other hand, maybe your next promotion can come by knowing how to retain them!



                    INCOMPETENT SERVICE MANAGEMENT

                    If your team was eager enough, the first option would have been a stand-by replacement, or suggested a quicker 'resolve', than being asked to 'revolve' around the broken words of a quick-tempered team leader who has over the past week, been caught by us, sitting in the comfort of his office and home, giving impractical orders to his juniors, and shouting out to us ‘What More Can I Do But Give You A Refund’ commentary, just because he was unable to make it work from his ‘mental, imaginative remote’.



                    His ‘mental remote control’ seems to be the issue, as we have observed that he has a dwindling memory, he is completely insensitive about the failing health of our mother, he has no value for our time, and profession, for he keeps us waiting for days, whereby we cancel our speaking, and consulting appointments, thereby causing us to lose a lot of money. Apart from this, he also has, which is strongly evident, by now, a very weak backend team, along with a vilified ego, as he has till now, been unable to resource, or motivate a ‘more experienced’ technician, or engineer from within the company, to redress this issue, apart from the ‘namesake’ ones he sent us over.

                    Above all, the ‘batteries’ that drive his mental remote are acidic, and people with self-respect and communicative intelligence, such as us, will not accept his choice of slangs, rebukes, and sarcasm. He is completely amateurish in his demeanor, and get’s into petty talk. We are not interested in repeating and discussing the problems we’ve been facing, but he doesn’t seem to be inclined towards finding solutions, either.

                    Hence, he is not a worthy team leader, and we are unsure of his ability to keep his new ‘open-promise’ of tomorrow afternoon and provide us with a timely solution.



                    (We have two complete telephonic recordings in mp3 format to support our statement. Though, we’re sure his juniors and the customers he deals with, are silent testimonials to this demeanor.)



                    OUR REASON TO TAKE OUR COMPLAINT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

                    Due to paucity of time, and as it is a medical urgency, we cannot wait any longer, or get into any more pleading with this insensitive human being.



                    WHY DIRECTORS AND INVESTORS MUST RELOOK AT INFIINITI RETAIL, NORTH INDIA

                    Well, we could go on and on with the story of how one after one, over the past two years, neighbors and residents of South Delhi, have had near death experiences banging their faces and skulls, into the faulty entrance door at your East Of Kailash Store, and how a 5 year old boy ran headlong into the defective closed glass door, and still suffers from a deep trauma.

                    It’s easy for us to go ahead and do a signature campaign, to ask you to mend your business systems, and the services that you provide. But, by far the best way, to begin is by bringing this experience to the attention of the ‘God-father’s’ of these procrastinating co-workers, asking them to re-shuffle their cards, and sift the corrupt.



                    We hope you, individually or collectively, will not cause further mental agony, financial loss, and make amends immediately. We hope your conscience wakes up, before it’s too late. We hope you realize the value of a customer’s time and money, for that is what brings you, your professional successes, and happiness in your homes.




                    Eagerly expecting a ‘rocket-scientist’ to land up, at our home, and telling us the secret codes of running this ‘God-father driven’ Dehumidifier!

                    Both De-Humidifiers, (including the replacement piece sent today) are functioning, alike. So either, both are faulty, or the previous one was perfectly fine. It was the inability of the engineer to know how to use it. ‘Compressor Not Working’ was his analysis yesterday.

                    The engineer ‘who came today, did not know how it worked, and was trying to read the manual. Both ‘compressors’ were working!

                      I have placed my order no SLE[protected]Canon IP1188) printer from www.croma.com and it got delivered but it does not have single cartridge in it. It should contain on black cartridge with in its box. Box clearly says about cartridge in its content. Everywhere else it is coming along with this. I do not know why it was missing in my box.

                      I was continuously follwing up this Croma support team from last 2 month but they are not able to solve the issue and every time they say that give us 48hrs time and we will resolve that. Even long back one agent said to me over email that "we are arranging the same from the manufacturers and and shall ensure the same is resolved at the earliest." But I dnnt know what they did after that and where is my complete product. I clearly mentioned to them that I want my full refund back if it is resolved soon. The product is useless to me and I want to return this asap.

                          Bought one Croma CRT TV with 1+2(Years Extended warranty). in Nov 2012.
                          Now in June My tv had problem in display.
                          Longed a services request. Comlian no is: 86712.
                          I was comminicated that within 24 hr engineer will visit.
                          But engineer did not visit even after 5 days. When I called many times then only the engineer visited and
                          without giving any solution the engineer went back.
                          He assured that within 4 days he will come back and repair the TV.
                          But after 15 days as well there was no response.
                          Finally I called your online executive they suggested to visit the store.
                          I went to CROMA Pimpri branch on 02nd July 2013.
                          The store manager SANDEEP behaved very rudely and conveyed following:
                          1. "I'm only manager and not the owner so I can't commit anything"
                          2. "All the staffs are working under me hence they will only do what I say."
                          3. "You don't have any option other than waiting till Tuesday"

                          They have anti-social person to handle the frustated customer.

                          As per discussion with RAMAN from bangalore on 13th July I agreed to send my TV to service centre if I get a standby/alternate TV.
                          On Wednesday 17th July in the night Croma sent me one Standby TV and took my TV.
                          Raman had communicated with me that they will take a maximum of 4 days but now it is seven days completed and the croma Pimpari is still trying to convience me that it will take more days.
                          So Raman as per your commitment what do you say? I would like to go for a Replacement. Because you can confirm with our Pimpari branch engineers that in last seven days even after using new parts TV is not in order then how long will it stay if I take it back.
                          So now as you committed ask them to give a replacement, I'm ready to buy the new elevision from your Pimpari branch itself.

                          And RAMAN had committed that after 4 days I will give my TV back.

                            I have purchased Washing Machine Model NO AW2071 from CROMA c Center one in Vashi BY paying full amount on the Spot by credit card on 10/4/2013. After operating up to 23/6/2013 Machine`s Spine motor stopped working.
                            I had complained about the same to the company on [protected].After lot of persuasion their representative ( Swati) gave me Mechanic `s cell no then I called him his first reply was he has not received any complained but he will call me & finally he visited my place on 29/5/2013 & tolled me that spine motor is to be replaced & will be replaced within a weeks time
                            He also gave me the cell no of (Mr Anand) the person who looks after the arrangement of spare parts. I called him on 1/3/2013 & he tolled me that it will arrive up to Friday 5/6/2013. On 4/6/2013 I tried to contact me him but he kept his cell off & or he not lifting call.
                            Latter on I tried to call on 6/6/2013 at company`s free toll no i.e.[protected], their representative ( Pooja ) told me it is under extended warranty service hence I must call to [protected] Iatter on I received SMS mentioning complaint no mum 250613fs00017 & to Call to [protected] I called them also Their representative tolled me that since Machine purchased on 10/4/2013 it comes under machine warranty . I have been misguided Hence I should talk to Their free toll no[protected].
                            I called them on 8/6/2013 & tolled all story to ( Pooja) She tolled me tat their Mechanic will call me up to 5 Pm on the same date. But no body gave the call OR came for my rescue.
                            I called them again on[protected] on 9/6/2013 their representative ( Diwya ) again tolled me their mechanic will call me. But after lot of persuasion she transferred to Their Supervisor (Dharmeshwaran) again he promised that their mechanic will call me. Without any commitment to repair of machine.

                              This is regarding my new Refrigerator and Air Cooler that I had purchased from the Croma store in Phoenix Mall in the month of May. The Croma Refrigerator has its gasket not proper which is why hot air seeps in and water droplets form inside the Fridge. The Air Cooler also started malfunctioning. After several complaints two service guys came to fix but unfortunately could not. The Fridge still has the same problem and it was discovered that the motor inside the Air Cooler is not working. This was also informed to the Manager of the servicing Dept.
                              It has been 2 months since then but no one has still turned up. They call and say that they do not have spare parts. I am suffering and regretting every moment. Kindly help me.!!

                              The Croma air cooler is still not rectified. It has been 3 months now. I need justice. GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT!!!
                              Send the Service guy tomorrow the 3rd of Aug. He Comes when I am in office. Tell him to call me before coming.
                              The Spoilt Motor of My Air Cooler was taken by the Service guy more than 10 days earlier but it has not been replaced till date. He Calls me when I am in office.

                                    I planned to purchase a mobile from the CROMA STORE at Mumbai Airport, terminal 1B.
                                    Details are as follows:

                                    My card was swiped 3 times and on prompt from the salesman 1 entered my ATM pin no 3 times.
                                    On all the 3 occasions i was told that my card has not been accepted.
                                    I was returning to India after an interval of about 2.5 month so i thought, may be there is some problem and walked away.
                                    Since then i have been using my card without any problems.
                                    Upon reaching home the registered mobile( carried by my wife when i am away) shows three deductions.

                                    I request the Tata Operated Croma store to arrange to refund my money and punish the fraudulent salesperson.
                                    That will save me from going to consumer court.
                                    It's a straightforward case of cheating.

                                      As we cheated at your chandigarh outlet we bought a product by invoice no SLF02A[protected] dt22.06.13 the same product is sold at h.p [protected]@31000/- & we paid 32990/-we purchased this product in tata's brand outlet as faith for genuine dealings but we are shocked for this type of malpractices is done here .pl take your product back or refund my payment thanks

                                        I am senthil anand,I bought samsung RR1915CCASA Refrigerator at 27/05/2013 6.28PM on Croma retail outlet in koramangala shop.My invoice number is SLF02A[protected] and the product got delivered at 28/05/2013,at the time delivery i found the door tray is missing and i asked to the delivery person and he told me to raise the service request to customer care.I did the same and my service request number is SR[protected].After one week one samsung person visit my house and note it down the missed part details then left.Everyday i follow up the request to croma customer care they ask me to visit croma retail outlet, then i went to outlet almost 3 times,but still this issue is pending no one give me the proper status and all are blaming to others.so kindly look at this issue adn do the needful asap.
