Dear Team, i recently purchased the Micro Wave from your Prestigious company, i was really happy that the product was purchase on the auspicious day of Diwali, but to my surprise when i opened the box i could not find any Manual with the same & moreover i was given the commitment from the croma people that Demo for the same will be done soon but its been more than 48 hours that i have not received any call or visit from your engineer . In short the microwave is of no use to me as of now since neither i have the manual nor i have been given the "Demo", hence i would really appreciate the very fact if you could arrange the Manual as well as the Demo of the same .     I am forwarding herewith a copy of complaint sent to Croma, which is self explanatory, It is much regretted to inform you that despite of constant follow up by email, tel.& personal visit to your Croma Store, Dahisar, Mumbai, I have not received Free Gift which was promised to me at the time of purchase of Samsung LCD. I am a regular customer of Croma Store, only because of the fact that its a company of TATA group and there is some credibility for this name, but with this incidence I have doubt that is it realy a TATA group Co.. Who will trust the firm for after sales service, which is not even capable of honoring the commitment of free gift given at the time of purchase. To [protected]@cromaretail.com Oct 27 at 10:54 AM Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung LED 101cm 40F5100 TV from Croma Store Dahisar, Mumbai on 06.10.2013 vide their Invoice No.SLF02A[protected].I have made payment of Rs.58199/- on the same day and asked for the delivery on[protected] being an auspicious day of Dashera.At the time of purchase the TV I was told that there is a free gift of 51 movie pack from Samsung. Upon my demanding the free gift on 06-10-13, I have been told that I will get the same at the time of delivery of the product i.e.on 13.10.13 but to my surprise I have not received any gift alongwith the delivery of the product and the delivery boy told me to contact the Croma store. As it is time consuming and expensive to go to the Croma store I called on Phone No. mentioned on the bill [protected], which is customer care number I asked them for the Tel.No.of Croma Store, Dahisar, which they refused to give me, however they have noted my compliant about non receipt of free gift. I received a call from Croma store on the same day i.e. on 13.10.13, saying that the said gift pack is out of stock and it will be delivered to me with in 2-3 days .As I have not received any call or gift pack I visited the Croma store on 16.10.13 and met Store manager, who has expressed his inability to provide me the free gift because of its non availability. He has assured me the same within 10 days in writing on the copy of Invoice. Today is 27.10.13 i.e. more than 10 days has passed, till date I have not received any call from the store not the gift. Now, It is not just a question of free gift which I have to receive, nor, the cost how worth it is, but it is the credibility of the two big names in Indian Electronic market, one is Croma Store and the other Samsung, I am forwarding this letter to Croma, Samsung, and consumer Redressal forum, will any one answer my queries raised due to this unpleasant Incidence- 1. Whenever any free gift is offered the same is to be honoured at the time of purchase or delivery of the goods. If it is not possible the same has to explain to customer before the purchase of the product and the tentative date for honouring the same must be mentioned on the bill. 2. Basic idea of offering the free gifts/discounts/exchange etc. is to promote the sale by luring the customer. Many a times where there is no much product differentiation in two products, customer takes decision by such promotional schemes and not honouring the same by the manufacturer or retailer is sheer cheating/fraud. 3. Whenever such problem comes, where customer needs to contact the retail store for its redressal of the grievances, which is possible to resolve by the retailer, it is essential to mention the direct contact nos.of the retailer, besides the Toll free Customer Care number.       I Had given a tab for replacement on 8/10/2013 Model number CRXT1131 . I had given my tab for repairing as i was facing problems in touch plate and the power button. I was given assurance that i will get my tab within 10 days. 15 days have been passed by i have not got my problems solved. The Place where i have given my tab (Maxcom Thane) says that they don't know how much time more it will take for the tab to get repaired. It does not take 15 days to repair a part.         I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT FOR REPAIR OF AIRCONDITIONER VIDE NO SR-[protected] ON 09.10.2013 AND MADE SEVERAL CALL TO HELPLINE NO[protected] WITH NO POSITIVE RESPONSE TILL 21.10.2013. When I made a Call again today, it is understood that above complaint No is closed as they could not get the response of contact No registered 3 years back. Very Poor Service. I will wait for another 1 day else I have to hire some other service engineer to repair the same. Feel sorry that AC is purchased from CROMA. Hope for the better.         The represetative have visited the site. Inspite of having extended warantee valid upto 07.08.2014 with extended warrantee code 163457 and invoice no SLF02A[protected], your represetative have refused to service the Airconditioner. We have to shell out Rs.2500.00 for servicing / refilling of Gas etc. Funny thing is that the company is not accepting cheque. Only cash payment is accepted. Logic ????????.

        We request you to refund an amount of Rs.2500.00 paid vide receipt no 1741 dated 23.10.2013 and work order no DEL231013FS00015.

          On 20th Oct 2013 I went to purchase 2 Iphones at Croma Store at Pacific Mall Ghaziabad (UP). The store sales boy were simply not interested in selling the product. They were not ready to understand issues or resolve any query. I wanted to avail the exchange offer going on Apple but deeply disappointed at their service. When I told them am also a TATA employee they were amused, which made me realized they are all Off roll bunch of Jokers. The real trouble started when everything was finalized and I realized that I have left my smart phone charger at home, so I told them I can give you charger tomorrow – they were totally non supportive of the fact. With a small child in hand and zero customer service they told me we can’t sell you handset because you don’t have charger of right now. Instead they should have sold the phone and should have asked someone to accompany me at home ( which was just 10mins drive) and took the charge OR agree with me that I will give them tomorrow. Finally after wasting 3 hours I went to Reliance digital and took IPHONE and came back. 100% poor customer service, lack of willingness to sell, and it was Ghaziabad factor. Also I know CROMA not be doing anything as that must be CROMA way of dealing with customers. 

As promised the delivery was made the next day and the demonstration was to be made within 48 hours of the delivery. Since it was delivered at 2.50pm, I took the delivery of the Microwave at the above address, although it was a gift to my elderly mother of 77 years, who stays on the floor above mine. When the person who was to give the demonstration arrived, I brought the box of the microwave to the door of my house and requested him to help my son a little in taking it to the second floor. Incidentally, we do not have a lift. He just said that it is not that heavy and did not offer any help. Later, he was very impatient, and in a hurry to get over with his task. He received a few calls from some customers, and talked very rudely to them. He offered to boil a potato, and when it was not properly boiled, he had the audacity to say that it was a “raw potato” . I am sure one boils raw potatoes only, isn’t it ? Although he was abrupt, curt, unsmiling and downright uninterested in his job, he was very insistent that we note a particular number, where we would be giving cooking lessons at an electronic-goods shop. No doubt, our purchase may be very tiny, but one does look forward to the highlighted ‘demo’, before one starts using the product. The above demo left a very bad taste in our mouth. My elderly parents are left all the more bewildered about the gadget. No doubt, I will try and lessen their apprehension, but I felt it important that the products that your salesmen so diligently sell, are very badly demonstrated by some third-party outsourced personnel. Since we have high regard for the Tata flagship, I took the trouble to put my feelings on paper. I fervently hope that you look into the matter and appoint more friendly, humane and sincere demo staff. Regards, Mohna Karnik

              It has been a disappointing experience with your product. I bought an iBall Slide last month from Croma, CP, Delhi. The very day I bought it, I could notice that the Bluetooth wasn't working, the notifications weren't coming with the strongest network connection and numerous attempts of reboot. I took it back to Croma, but they misguided me and never told me that I have a right to get the product changed within a week of purchase. Instead, they tried to reboot it. The Bluetooth worked fine then. But again the problem arose next day. I went again to them, and that's when they asked me to get it repaired. They insisted that the motherboard needs to get replaced etc. Now when i gave my tab for repair and contacted to iBALL, they told me that they have not received any tab of my serial number and the same iBALL tab has been received by them in June 2013. This means that CRoma gave me the second hand tab which is highly irritating . Why am I being harassed like this to buy defective product? I spent my hard-earned money to buy the best in the market and now I feel crooked. It is my request to you that either you take my case as an exemplary issue and act on it accordingly or just let me know what is the best way to get out of this terrible situation so that I don't need to get my money, time and energy into jeopardy anymore.                 I purchased a Sony LED TV from Croma Banashankari Store on 07/07/2013. I was told by the store employees that I will be getting a 5% Cash back if I use Axis bank debit card. So I do the same and I used the Axis bank Debit card to purchase the product. They informed me that within 45days the amount will be transferred to my account. But till now I have not received any amount. Whenever I register a complain via store customer care they response quickly but they don't do any further process. I guess they cheat the customers in this way (by showing the cash back offers). Complain Number : SR[protected]

Payment was done through Axis bank debit card with offer of 5% cash back up to Rs.1000/-. But till date I haven't recieved the cash back. Please look in the matter.

                I purchased a LG LED TV from Croma HYD KONDAPUR A091 Store on 16/10/2020. I was told by the store employees that I will be getting a 3000rs Cash back if I use HDFC BANK debit card. So I do the same and I used the HDFC bank Debit card to purchase the product. They informed me that within 90days the amount will be transferred to my account. But till now I have not received any amount.

                    I have purchased a croma calling tab model crx71134 on 24th August 2013 vied bill # SLF[protected] from croma store at star bazar near Dahisar check naka.From the beginning it was having touch screen problem.I visited their store several times without any result.Yesterday they send me to the croma service center named FOUR GENIUS MOBILE near mira road station.Not even check the item thoroughly they told me that the same has to be sent to PUNE, their head office and after repairing they will give the item to me after at least 20 DAYS. I am loosing my time and money and croma is giving mental harassment to me.

                      yes i got my problem resolved. i got refund via credit note. but want to say that croma's store manager is no one and is not even suppose to tell me that my approach is wrong..! first look at ur behaviour and ur poor services & u can't ever stop a consumer using his/her rights.

                        I bought my 42' LED tv last week from Croma, Kammanahalli, Bangalore and there was a delay in delivery. i also purchased their 2 yr extended warranty. tried to contact the hotline and the guys answered the phone were the worst i have ever seen. The supervisor was super worst. These people are not fit to even run a platform shop. I sent a mail and also tried to escalate with no responce from their end. If you expect to get a better support from Croma just because its from TATA, you are very mistaken. This place is .

I am following up with ebay customer care regularly for my item but only false statement are given, saying that I will get my item soon. So, I registered for the item on my ebay guarantee claim (281976) on 17th September 2013 for Paisa pay ID [protected] and they told me that I will be updated for my item. Till now there is no mail in my account. Than, I called to Croma Customer Care and talked to one of the executive Sujata she told me I will get my item next day, before that I had also talked to Ebay Customer care executives faizal, rohit, patel and many more but nothing has happened so far only false remark was given by them. I even called up Blue dart regarding the item but they told to submit the form No16 and so I informed ebay and Croma about it but no action was taken so far. On 28th September 2013 I again called up Ebay Customer care Mr Sunny for refund but he told me that my item has been shipped and they have asked for form no 16 from the seller and by evening item will be cleared from the National Highway Hub and I will get my item by 48 hours ie on 30 Sept 2013 by evening. This complain was registered from Mr Sunny and my SR No ie 1-[protected]. I had therefore request Croma to cooperate with ebay/Bluedart and send them REGULATORY PAPERWORK. ie Form No 16, so that I will get my item at the earliest.                             Hi ! Last week Croma retail team called my mother on her cell phone while she was taking her lecture in college and asking her about the washing machine. NOW HERE IS THE FULL STORY PLEASE READ !!! I had placed an order for Samsung washing machine somewhere in July somewhere around 26th or 27th. The order number was SLE00178253 and the amount charged on my credit card was $ 403.54 I had placed the order as a gift for my mother who lives in Mumbai. I live in Canada. She didnt know where the machine was coming from. I had called her after few days and the machine was still not delivered as a result I cancelled and bought another machine from SONY MONY Parla west. It was a SIEMENS machine. Before ordering that machine I had asked Croma retail customer service representative to place and order for same machine but there was lot of hassle involved in doing so so i asked them to cancel the order all together ( the Samsung SLE00178253 order ). SONY MONY delivered the machine and thats what I have in my house. The SAMSUNG machine from CROMARETAIL never arrived at my doorstep. I had cancelled the order before it came to my house due to delays. Its been well over a month and a half that I had sent my initial email enquiring about the return credit. To follow this up one of your agents called my mother last week who knows nothing about from where the machine came. I am assuming she has mistakenly told your team member that CROMARETAIL sent the SIEMENS/SAMSUNG Machine, she doesnt even know which company machine is it !!! The current state of the transaction is that I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER AND THE MACHINE WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I HAVE ALSO NOT GOT THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT !! I had spoken to one of your customer service agents and they said that they would charge 2% refund fee for which I had agreed. After that I have exchanged few emails with [protected]@cromaretail.com enquiring about my money for which I get the same template every time. Here is the template "Dear Mr ABC( dont want to disclose my Identity kindly use my order number to track my details ), Greetings from Croma, Thank you for writing to us, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kindly request you to give us some time we are investigating the concern and will be resolved at the earliest . For any further details please call our toll free number[protected]. How much more time do you guys need for this ? " URGENTLY WAITING FOR MY REFUND REGARDS ROHIT.

                              I had given my Lenovo G570 laptop for service in Croma Retail Thane branch (Registered contact no. [protected] at the time of purchase). I was informed that there is a problem with the hard disk and the same would take 15 days to repair. I had given the laptop more than 20 days back and I'm still waiting for any reply from your end. When I contacted the customer support, I was assured of a call back within 24 hours. But regret to say that its been more than 72 hours since I received any call from your team. I did not expect such a poor quality of service from TATA brand. Rest assured I will not purchase any product henceforth from Croma and I will not recommend the same to anyone also. Your complaint has been routed to the appropriate teams and shall be addressed at the earliest. I got back my laptop after one month on 7th September 2013. After that the laptop was frequently hanging and extremely slow in response for few days. SInce yesterday Windows 7 is not starting at all. I get to see only a blank screen. There is no croma store near my area and every time I cannot go to the store in Thane. I dont have the time and energy to visit your store. In this regard, I have registered a complaint with ref no. I have reinstalled the windows operating system again. But the response time is very bad and this was not the case before the hard disk crashed. I really doubt whether a new hard disk was even replaced at all. I will visit your croma centre near my house and submit the laptop today. I want the problem to be checked. I have purchased the product from your branded store CROMA. The extended warranty is provided by CROMA so I'm under no obligation to visit any service centre said by you. If I have to visit a service centre to rectify the problem, I could have bought the product from any other shop.

                                  Hi, I have purchased croma tablet CRXT-1134 for Rs 6999 from Belapur croma store on 4th of August 2013 with 12 months warranty, but within 15-20 days i have noticed that there is some fault while charing the tablet and also the tablet gets stuck while using android software. Then on 4th september i submitted my faulty tablet to Croma centre at Belapur, after continuosly following up with croma customer care they replied me that the charing point of the tablet was physically damaged and i need to pay Rs.250 for the repair or you can take your tablet back with no repair. Now a days everybody knows how to charge a phone or a tablet, there is no way that it can be called as physical damaged piece as all the other functions of the tablet is working fine. I would request to please help me out from this issue as I have lot of faith in Indian Consumer Forum.

                                  This product and the Croma customer service deserves a NEGATIVE rating. Gifted this to my mother and it simply let me down.
                                  Bought this around Sept. Last year and has been going only for repair ever since. To add to the dissatisfaction the customer service is AWFUL.
                                  Request to one and all - PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER EVEN IF GIVEN FOR FREE.
                                  The battery life is disgusting.
                                  The tablet ONLY keeps rebooting and the service centre ONLY keeps formatting the software.
                                  I even went to the Croma customer support centre and they simply refused to get me an exchange for this useless product and directed me to the service centre.
                                  Don't waste your valuable money after this product.

                                    Hi, I had purchased a LED TV from croma fort store on 15th August and till date I have not been delivered with the TV. I have complaint many times and every time i am given an assurance but they are not met. I have a TV delivered which is faulty post 15 days and the replacement was promised but not delivered.                                       Had a worst experience buying a laptop from Croma store. Had bought it a year back along with extended warranty for 2 years thinking I will be able to hedge future risk of laptop repair. they are so clever in selling you the warranty but they suck when it comes to honoring the contract. Stupid people have contracted the whole servicing to third party and they take no responsibility on themselves. the third party is least bothered about the defects. Upon this nothing seems to be covered in the warranty. the end result is you have to get it repaired outside paying hefty amounts. My sincere request to the store to stop playing these games. The customer is no longer foolish as you think. You are not the only players in the market. Improve your services for customer satisfaction and stop people from badmouthing about you. The competition is as it is increasing. Learn some manners folks! Really frustrated.
