RESPECTED SIR, I AM RAJ KUMAR S/O JAGDISH CHANDER. I BOUGHT A DELL INSPIRON N5050 (TAG NO:[protected]) ON 22 AUGUST 2012 FOR RS.36,500 AND WAS PROVIDED A GARAUNTEE OF 1 YEAR. SO, MY LAPTOP STARTED GIVING PROBLEM ON 1 FEB.2013. THEY REPAIRED MY LAPTOP ON[protected]. BUT , WHEN IT WAS REPAIRED, THE PROBLEM REOCCURED. I COMPLAINED AGAIN AGAIN BUT THERE WAS NO POSITIVE RESPONCE FROM THEIR SIDE. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED.I AM A STUDENT AND I BELONG TO A VERY POOR FAMILY.MY FATHER COULDN'T AFFORD THE LAPTOP BUT HE STILL BOUGHT ME THIS SO THAT IT COULD HELP ME IN THE STUDIES. I have bought a Laptop on 1-3-12 of DELL.Now it’s touch pad is not working.

Dell Laptop — Mouse touchpad not working
Dear sir ;I am posting this complient from Sree Sakthi Paper Mill .Ltd Edayar, I am the IT Admin of this company .We have a Dell Laptop which had brought reacentaly it had also not completed the warrenty period . My laptop had a problem that its touch pad is not senceing properly, so it is inconvinent to use . I need the onsite service to resolve this problem .
