Dear Sir/Mam,
We purchased a new R.O of company Eureka forbes (Aquaguard Reviva) in the month of April,2011,with three free servicing till warranty period(1 year from the date of purchasing). After six month they provided us our first service and then second and third service within a very short time intervals,but they never informed us anything about the T.D.S % of water or any other thing related with water contents .
We called a person from a lab, to check the water.He said T.D.S percentage was very low in the water.We informed the service center about this thing in febuary,2012,but no one came to check the water.After two months, a person came to check the water and suggested us to replace and purchase the filter (worth - 3800/- Rs), because our warranty period was over.
We already informed about this problem in warranty period,but no one came from the company to check the problem in that period.The company sent a person after our warranty period and asked to purchase a filter.
