Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Pathetic after sales service

Aquaguard has a pathetic after sales service. It has been a week since a request for installation of Aquaguard was lodgged. Everytime you call the service centre the person assure you that the installation will be done by the end of the day. But no one arrives. This is really very bad for a big company like this. PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS THAN SPENDING MONEY AND TIME ON SUCH A CRAP THING.

MY AQUA GUARD IS UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO SERVICE CENTRE AT JABALPUR DUE TO SOME LEAKAGE DURING TAKING OUT WATER FROM AQUAGUARD.SERVICE MAN HAS VISTITED ON 13 OCT 07 AND INTIMATED THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN SENCER AND BREAKAGE OF SOME INTERNAL PART.HE SAID THAT HE WILL COME ON MONDAY(15 OCT 07) ALONGWITH PARTS BUT TILL DATE HE HAS NOT ATTENDED AFTER REPEATED TELE CONVN TO SERVICE CENTRE.MY COMPLAIN NO IS 434 DATED 13 0CT O7

Eureka Forbes-Aquaguard — poor,pathetic service

i have gone for acquaguard water purifier. at the time of purchase, the sales guy sold it immediately. but after 1 year, i suffered for the service like anything.then i have gone for some service contract. when they said it will be prompt. but that was even worst. so, never ever go for acquaguard. we have too meny products in the market for water purification. if you have the same openion, please post it. it should be there in "stay away" list.

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — after sales servicing & servicing

Aqua Guard was installed at my house last year but no service has been provided till now even the free serice after three months has not been provided. Inspite of many complaints made to your local office at Jaipur no one has come till now. The carbon & the candle need to be changed.
I have had repeated problems with the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard. The way they position themselves through their ads is just fake. Once they sell the product to you, they will ensure that you keep running after them for every thing. I really do not know how, they are internally tied up to provide servicing facilities to the customer but in the last one year using their product Aquaguard Nova eboiling, I've realised that they have bunch of irresponsible and rude people, complete lack of coordination among each other and giving you the impression that you are a fool to select us and our product and now that you have committed this crime, do pay the price.
Quoting a recent experience: On the completion one year of the company product at my place, I had logged a servicing request and it has been 4 weeks since then that the call has not been attended. Every time I call, I am assured that by this week it will be done.
After all this sufferring one HUMBLE REQUEST to you is PLEASE BE MENTALLY PREPARED TO FEEL LIKE A STUPID FOOL IF YOU ARE PICKING UP A EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT FOR ITS PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I do agree that the after sales service of Eureka Forbes has been drastically bad. I too have suffered the same and completely agree what has been put up.
This comany has the worst after sales service one can think off. It is a task in itself to find the phone working when you want to make the complaint. the phone numbers useually tell you that this number doesn't exist.

I have a problem at present and if someone out there can tell me the phne number to loadge complaint in the city of Panchkula [City next to Chandigarh].

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Not functioning

The Aqua Guard installed in the Vice-Chancellor office of Patna University is not in order since so many days. Even After lodging complain to Patna office of eureka forbes, they are no providing services
I want to know if the quality of the water can be checked in anyway. We just bought the auqaguard system thinking it would rid us of buygin cans but there is odor in the water, and my 3 month old nephew got sick right after using the water. Do the service ppl(i know ur all pissed off) have a way of telling if the thing workes or we getting the tap water indirectly.
I have an Aquagaurd water purifier bought in 2002 in Delhi. The model is classic and i have been regular as far as maintainence is concerned and recently after getting posted to Gorakhpur i got AMC done .My whole family has not been keeping well so i got the water from my Aqugaurd tested and was shocked to see loads of gut bacteria at very high unexpected levels. I contacted the local Eureka forbes guys 2 weeks back and they took water in non sterile bottle inspite of me telling not to do so. I was given 4-5 days by them for a decision and since then there was no communication from these guys. In i have been calling them up regularly but everytime they give some excuse or the other. In fact other day they told me that this model doesnt remove bacterias and i should buy the RO model from them.
When it comes to selling their product they really keep calling you day and night and now suddenly there is all silence from the other end.
I must say a very pathetic after sales service .Tomorrow if i buy a RO from them and it gives similar problem, i guess these guys will suggest to me to go for something costlier. There is no limits i must say.After all its not their money which is at stake i guess.I hope those guys at Eureka Forbes do something about it.
the entire site and company service is pathetic and lousy .No one pick up the call in mumbai office . write feedback on website no one follows up .local service i think is is in shambles . a new water purifier cannot be installed. What will happen if it breakdown ? . I think i have take a wrong decision taking the purifier. i think we need to to file a complaint for poor service, wrong commitments, and wrong punchline as friends for service it will be good if it becomes enemies of good service . It is very sorry to see a good company which took pride in there sale and service setup has grown in unmanageable unresponsive entity. There should be a law which is quick and complaints can be filed online. These companies even do not respect consumer forums because they now very few people will have time to actually register and follow up complaint.
I am very disappointed with very bad servvice, i need v v urgent help from the consumer court.
I had bought a "REVIVA" R.O.water purifier of Eureka.On dated[protected].But it is not working well. It gives very tasteless & dirty water. I had complaint(by phone) many times to service center (Sukhrali near sec 17.).Two persons came, they had also face the water problem.And I had repoted the problem in their jobcard.But no response came from there. Now, I want to check the water sample and send a Serviceman to follow the system.

EUROHELPLINE sucks. I had registered service complaint weeks back. I have been calling up Euro Helpline 39883333 every day multiple times to get it addressed. But to no use. Every time I am assured it will be done today, but no one turns up. Is there a grievance cell where I can register a complaint? I have already wasted several days waiting at home for some body I had called up yesterday at 8:00 AM so that some technician can be assigned. No one turned up yet. Since then I have called up at least 10 times. This company shouldn't live long!!!
AT THE OUTSET I AM READY TO TAKE THEM TO THE COURT AND TEACH A LESSON IF LIKE MINDED PEOPLE JOIN. I NARRATE MY PROBLEM AS FOLLOWS. I have taken two years AMC. Two months back my machine went out of order and their service engineer Mr.Jaishankar comes and repair it in such a manner that it will last not more than one hour. Their representatives advises us to buy softener which is launched and he intentionally does temporary repair so that I depend on him and he is blackmailing to buy softener. I complained to Eureka Forbes head office in Noida and written mails on their website but still my problem is not solved. On sunday he came and took the machine and said he will repair in his office and will return next day. Today 6 days are over and he neither returned the machine nor receiving my phone. I found Eureka Forbes service is pathetic and they employ a bunch of incompetent and rude people.
I agree certainly agree that Eureka is worst company I have faced with. They have poorest quality products and poorest after sales service and poorest staff who dont understand customer needs and total fake sales people all that they know is to anything to sell their product. As a consumers we need to take actions against these companies by spreading the messages to not to by any products from Eureka. Not to worry about the products we have many desciplined players in the market and we can approach them for similar products.
ALL THAT I CAN SAY IS ITS A FAKE STUPID BULLSHIP COMPANY WHO DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, I WISH EVERY BODY STOPS BUYING THEIR PRODUCT AND EVENTUALLY THEY SHUD SHUT DOWN. I AM SURE IF THEY CONTINUE LIKE THIS THERE WILL BE SOMEONE WHO WILL KICK THE BUT OF THE CEO AND CLOSE THE COMPANY
i do agree with the views. i keep on trying to contact the service people, but they just dont respond. every time they will say, '' sir, our service person will attend to you shortly.''
i will not advice any body to purchase Eureka product.

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Defective equipment

Dear Sir,

I have purchased an Aqua Guard on 09.09.2006. Since the installation of the same it was defective and I was told that it would be replaced if further problems occur. I regret to state that whenever there is a problem, the technicians come and rectify it but never was it replaced.

There is this perennial problem with the UV light which shifts (as per your technician) and the unit malfunctions.

I also have a Euro Clean (Bullet), which I purchased few years back. There was a short circuit in the power cord and I lodged a complaint. The technician came and said that the cord spring is damaged and the motor is burnt, which is not true. When I said this he just walked away and never came back.

I would request you to necessary action and also would like to state that due to your some DSA and their staff, your company is getting a bad name in my locality.

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Worst Service I have ever seen

I have a 2 yr servive AMC with Aquaguard. They provide no service at all on their own and when I call up and register also they do not show up. They just say we will send you a person and no one ever comes. This is just horrible
Don't get attracted by Eureka forbes advertisements for their aquaguard water purifiers.
I have bought a booster model 3 weeks ago and it made me completely diasppointed.
First of all it is NOT functioning. It is NOT filtering the mud and the outflow water
is tasting carbon smell. The second one is the service..Really
it is the worst service and never experienced as much with any one.
The certifiction of Indian Medical Assoication may be a fake one otherwise
ours is a well noted corrupted country so it is a not a big deal to get such certificates.

Aquaguard hiflo-classic model — Not attending maintenance

Service franchisee m/s.Sushanta kumar singha, Inda, Kharagpur of Eureka Forbes ltd. is not attending to maintainance of Aquaguard in spite of submitting quotation for the same, thereby degrading the confidence of customers.Matter should be taken up urgently.
