[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Pathetic after sales service

Aquaguard has a pathetic after sales service. It has been a week since a request for installation of Aquaguard was lodgged. Everytime you call the service centre the person assure you that the installation will be done by the end of the day. But no one arrives. This is really very bad for a big company like this. PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS THAN SPENDING MONEY AND TIME ON SUCH A CRAP THING.

I had purchased Aquaguard-Nova-Celebration series only on my own request at Trichy last year. While installing the machine it had been promised to do free service every six months. But even after one year the agency had not done anything to service the machine. I had tried to contact the agency but in vain. The agency asked to me to contact the Service Engineer who had informed me that the time for free service is over and instructed me to contact another agency for paid up Service. Even though the performance of thes machine is good the service after sales is very bad.

Pls Dont Buy Wet & Dry Vacuem Cllener Its not Value for Rs. 9500 A small Low Power motor In Get Heated an will Not work

I have a serious concern over the Eureka Forbes. I bought a aquagard water purifier in August, 2009. Last one week the carbon is passing through. Complaint unattended. They were saying all the serive engineers are in a meeting.

I am Managing Director of a company who are authorised dealers for Mercedes-Benz and Maruti Suzuki, passanger cars, based in Pune city. We too have been in the selling and servicing business & we never keep all our engineers busy in a meeting.

My concern is exactly what I have mentioned above. I am prepared to wait, for any other reason than this.

Please look into this and if the service is going to be like that, I would beeter return the product.

The filter was bought from office in Aundh.[protected]/92)

I am fed up with the after sales service. i also have few cases
1) I requester Auuaguard to send some agent for maintenance activity during the warranty period (1.5 yrs ago). the agent visited us but he was not aware about the process to operate, later on (the analyst revealed) i came to know that he was trainee and he has never worked on this product.
2) I have requested company to reinstall my Aquaguard (complaint no[protected] and 91) in July, after shifting to new location. they committed that the serice will be provided to me within 48 Hrs... Even afetr 2 months i am still awaiting for service boy to give me a call. whenever i tries to take followup by caling the call centre, i sence that every engineer is surprized and have nothing to answer except promising that this will be closed "TOMORROW". The best part that they keeps opening a new ticket also (they have opened 3 tickets till now for the same cause)...

Due to this inconvenience i ended up paying thouands of rupess just to buy WATER bottles.

I am not sure if i need to PAY these guys for this pathetic service.

I would strongly recommend new buyers not to go in for Aquaguard.
i do agree with all the customers of the eureka forbes because in kotdwara in uttrakhand
pauri garhwal water is not pure calcium is there so make a call for aquaguard and they came and then we gota fresh and diffrent water but well i make call to ur dealer he did not give me nice response to me i am just irretate with him give the call he is mr bhatt no is [protected] my no is [protected] in this circumstances i have to change my aquaguard and is good for me thankyou
Aquaguard service is simply pathetic. We have been customers of aquagaurd for many many years. But the service has deteriorated considerably in the last few years. They will chase you and chase you and harrass you with their sales talk when it comes to seeling their product. I guess that is how they have been trained. Then comes the service part. They will visit you as many times as you want to collect the money for a serice contract and they will persuade you and tell you how advantageous it is to ake a 2 year contract. After that nobody bothers to come. I have a 2 year contract taken in 2008. The service is supposed to be once in 6 mths. Till today I can tewll you they have not come for service withut my calling them atleast five times. I am quite sick of the 'we are sorry for the inconvenience ma'am' spiel of the call center staff.

The latest...I called them on the 19th of Nov and till yesterday nobody turned up.( Incidentally need to mention that the lady said the records mention that the machine was serviced in Sept!!) I called again yesterday and the lady apologised as usual and said it will be attended to by evening. Evening the technician comes in at 6 pm, has a look at the filter and is himself shocked at the state of it. And then says the filter has to be changed and since he does not have one he will come back tomorrow. Whern askled why this was not being serviced regularly, he says we are a new branch now in Choolaimedu and we are putting the data base together. Till now it had been serviced by the T, Nagar, Chennai branch of the same company!! last year when asked they said there were complaints about the service ppl so they had changed the agents and aas a special case they had sent some one from the main office to service my machine.

So while the company earns interest on my money paid in advance for a 2yrs AMC, they have no responsiblity towards the customer.

Will a senior Aquaguard Executve call me and explain and also explain through your columns? As customers we demand an explanation and better service.

your two executives akhilesh yadav and raj pratap yadav cheated us. Today they sold us RO reviva at 12500 rs. actual cost is 9990 rs, and also took my old aquagaurd compact in exchange offer and told me that i will get back with your ro machine after giving your old machine to our godown, so i gave him that machine but they didnt gave that ro system to us.
after that i complained to mansaroover office they give me akhilesh yadav's no. than i called him and told them complete story then he said i dont know about that. i also told him that i'm going police station for FIR then he said just go there and also complain to head office or any other else, i dont care.

Worst after sales service. After sales service is very poor and pathetic and customer care people will not send until the guarantee period is over. When the period is over then everyday you will be receiving a call.
I totally agree with whatever my friends have written here. EUREKA FORBES IS THE MOST COMPANY I'VE SEEN IN MY LIFE. I DONT KNOW WHO IS THE HEADLESS CEO OF THIS COMPANY, BUT IF I FIND HIM I SWEAR IF I FIND HIM AM GOING TO KICK HIS BUTT N TEACH HIM HOW TO RUN A COMPANY. I WILL REQUEST EVERYONE TO TRY HIS/HER BEST AND STOP THE SELL OF THE MOST WORST PRODUCT OF INDIA. SO BEWARE FRIENDS NEXT TIME WHEN YOU SEE A AQUAGUARD DOG TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE FOOL CATCH HOLD OF HIM AND THRASH HIM OUT OF YOUR HOME.

such a big company but worst service centre and service people, they are not ready to talk over
phones and not ready to lodge any complaint or problem of customer.henceforth i suggest to
my relatives and friends not to buy any product of eureka group .
Service is very very neglected. I contacted 10 times to customercare of aquaguard. Everytime they are assuring that you will get the service by the end of the day. But all assurance are false. Nobody is calling back and there is no response to provide a service. So please try not to buy eureka products.

Eureka Forbes — Product Aqua Guard Total not functioning satisfactorily since installation itself

We had booked an Aqua Guard Total & Vacuum Cleaner through the Door to Door Rep. of Aqua Guard trusting the name of the company. On Booking the unit itself, the entire payment was made. (November 2009). It is highly unfortunate that till date the Aqua Guard unit is not functioning properly. In spite of making more than 100 calls, all we get is a complaint number & an sms confirmation of the same. As a last resort, we now approach the consumer forum
I too share your views as i bought an aqua sure RO water purifier and had been sufferring after tha. Even if you place a complain they dont turn up. i am not havin the machine running for 5 days and with repeated complints people dont turn up. its my request to those who havent bought purifiers from this company think twice before doing so as they have some pathethic irresponsibile people out there.
I have purchased one EUREKA FORBES LTD a commercial water filter which has been recommended by their representative Mr.Sanjay Naik on 28/04/10. At the time of selling the said product Sanjay Naik assured that this product is developed for commercial use and any thing goes wrong will be taken care by the company for a year.
Sanjay Naik also assured that, they provide 2free service in a year. Though they never ever bothered to check after the sales and the time whether the machine working in good condition. This filter is attached with a water cooler and they only provided an auto cut the said auto cut also not functioning after only six months. We asked them to change the auto cut but they do not have stock available and can not give any positive date.
While talking to Sanjay Naik, he was very rude and rough saying that, we can complain any where and stated that, "If you want the service take it or leave it". This is the attitude of a sales person in Goa has and the service after sales is totally pathetic. Unlike other cities, the attitude of the sales person in Goa is totally un acceptable.
My question is how come a sales person provides all wrong and false information about the product to a customer at the time of selling a product.
People has a faith in TATA products and they go blindly. But, I wonder how company like TATA can afford to recruit/appoint all these rubbish personnel for selling their product???
TATA then must ensure not to sell any product in a place where there is no service after sales.
There are number of new and much reliable water purifier has launched in the market. Why one should opt for TATA product only !!!

I lodged complain on 9th August regarding the non working UV of aqua Sensa but still not corrected the fault.The mangement has planned such a beautifully the system that you will never know who is the actual incharge of system and complain is limited to call center and service center.It seems the hired persons are afraid of telling the contact no. of Incharge.But every year new models are developed but spares are not available in time for replacement hence compalin remains unattemted.It will be a lesson to every one that never purchase a new model as service persons hardly know about the system and no spares are available.

I have purchased a aquaguard total Ro in 2008. As per the terms and conditions and two years warranty card attached in booklet, they are to provide four free services withen two years. But after the delivery of item, no one has turndown to check TDS or, whether it is working good or not.when ever they are call in telephone, they reply quickly( visiting shortly.) After sending two mail last week a gentle man NUKULLA TELE-[protected], [protected] visited on 19/10/2010.He hsa checked the Aquaguard and handedover a big list as stated hereand his version.1.SEKVICE CHALGE RS 250/-, 2. POFOCANOLE RS 305/-, 3. MEMBRANE RS 2345/-, 4. POST SILVER RS 310/-, 5. PRE SILVER RS 310/-, 6. SEDIMENT RS 400/- AND TOTAL OF RS 3920/- This is the Aquaguard service provided to customers in india.
I Roohi Siddiqui have purchased Aqua Guard R.O. protect Plus in June 2010 at my residence XY-15, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.My Consumer ID is [protected]. Since the date of purchase, it is not working. Once its' four filters have been changed after much delayed. Now within 2 months of time, it is not working at all.
