I have purchased Nova Gold Machine from your Executive Mr. Padeep Kumar Shukla on November 20th 2008
the same was delivered on 24th evening
and was sunsequently installed on 25th
after the installation it was found that machine was leaking from four places
same day it was inspected by your technician, but he could not rectify the problem
and he informed us that the machine will be replaced
same night and subsequently everyday i have been speaking with Mr. Pradeep Shukla
each time i was promised i was told that the technician will again check the machine - no technician have ever visited our site
no feedback from him till now after repeated calls from my side
atleast 5 times i have called your office on 67611800 number and left the message for Mr. Qureshi and Mr. Vijay
sorry to say no call back from their side also

    Hi,
    I've registered a complaint with the Eureka Forbes Customer Service Center in the month of August 2008 - The complaint was about leakage from the outlet of the machine.
    One technician came he said it is normal the leakage will stop automatically. The problem was never solved. Even after making reminder calls couple of times, nobody turned up.

    I registered the complaint (Complaint No.[protected] again on 25 Nov 2008 for the same reason. The technician came on 29 Nov 2008 (after 4 days). This time he said, to stop the leakage he will have to change a particular part of the machine. He said that he'll come on 30 Nov 2008 and replace the part. But he never turned up.
    I called Eureka Forbes Customer Service Center on 30 Nov 2008 about the incident. They said don't worry it will be taken care of on priority. I again gave a reminder call (Complaint No. 0111) on 1 Dec 2008 to the Eureka Forbes Customer Service Center. I got the same reply 'that it will be done on priority'.
    I did not get any reply on this neither my problem has been solved. It's been almost a week now.
    I don't understand whether these guys really understand the meaning of 'PRIORITY'.

    Please help me get it done asap.

    Aquaguard Gold Nova — free servicing for the 1st year of purchase

    sir,
    free service request have been made but the service personnel have not attended to the same even after 7 days. my complaint number is 52115610.

    Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Gold Nova — Defective goods & deficiency in service

    I have purchased Aquaguard Gold NOVA in September, 2009. Within 15 days machine started giving troubles and completely stopped functioning in one month. Compaint lodged with helpline. After 2 days a technician comes and does something. On the same day machine again stopped working !!!! Requested for replacement. No response from company yet. Only false assurnaces given every time I give a call to helpline. Absolutely defective peice supplied by the company. The sales person who had sold the product also not responding, who used to give frequent calls before purchasing the machine.

    Extremely disappointed with the product and services.
    I too experianced same kind of service(?) from Aquaguard. I made about 30 calls requesting the guy who sold me the water purifier for my first free servicing of the product.

    I will never sudget anybody to buy Aquaguard products.

    Aquaguard Gold Nova — water discoloration after purification

    We own a "aquaguard total gold nova". Since the beginning, the water that is purified and comes out of it has a yellowish discolouration. It is more evident when we store the water in a plastic bottle which also becomes stained yellow in due course of time. Having complained about that ,the eureka forbes personnel asked us to store the water in a metal container and not in a plastic container. whats there in a container when the water itself is discolored. we are in doubt that the colour is due to some particles present in the filter for purification, and worried that it may cause some health hazards in long run

      I would rate the service level of Eureka forbes as pathetic & third category service level. I have not seen any company which has all its business based on service quality, having such a lethargic attitude towards customer service level.

      I am having Aquaguard reviva smart(RO) purchased from Ahmedabad from Aquaguard sales person. Now, I have shifted to Pune. I have requested for fitting & service of my machine. Fitting was done (after charging hefty amount of Rs.250/- with no receipt given for the same) after several follow-ups.Then after calling CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE atleast FIVE times, one service technician came but after looking at the model, he informed that he is not trained to service this machine & he will send some senior technician. But no body came.

      Finally, I had put a request at call centre on 26/11/2008 with service request no. 80769873 & I was assured that service people will visit in maximum 48 hours. No Body came.

      Once again, I called up callcentre & I was told that the matter had been taken up to senior people & some body will visit within 24-48 hours. No body visited.

      Once again I called up call centre & the reply as above was given. I doubt whether there are machines answering the call with human names or is it really some people sitting over there & giving same reply.

      I am working with press & planning to takeup this matter in pressway now.

      In nut shell, A slumber company with pathetic service levels & inefficient people.

      Aquaguard RO Smart — BAD SERVICE COMPLAIN

      Dear Sir,
      we have purchase aqugured Ro Smart in month of April - 2009 in your Shyam Nagar kanpur office through your sales excecutive Mr.Umesh devedi.
      we have receved four free service coopan with this machine but after six month no one is come to my office for service of this machine that result our machine was not working properly last 15 days. last week we complain your kanpur office no[protected] they give us complain no 131 dt.13/11/2009 and told wthin 24 houres our excecutive come you office to solve this problem but till today no one is come to my office to solve this problem and you kanpur office people do not give us proper response your Sales excecutive Mr.umesh devedi do not receved my phone call also.

      Please look this matter and suggest me what will i do

        I purchased a new Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO Water Filter unit on 09 Sep 2007 from Nagercoil (Tamil Nadu) Salesman Mr. V. Marimuthu (Mob: [protected]) after exchanging my old Aquaguard NOVA Water Filter unit. As the NOVA unit's Annual Maintenance Contract has a balance of about 15 months, the Salesman assured me that I will receive the balance period AMC fee of the NOVA Water filter back (About Rs 1, 250.00). Though I spent few hundred Rupees in Phone charges to followup the matter with Manager Mr. Santhakumar (Mob: [protected]) and AMC Claims Officer Mr. Thiraviam (Mob: [protected]), I have not yet received my money back.

        Apart from the Water Filter, I also purchased Vaccum Cleaner and Air Filter from Eureka Forbes. Though this Company's products are good and had good after sales Service, the Company's after Sales service is getting worse now (may be in Tamil Nadu ?). I suggest the consumers to be very alert with this Company.

          Dear All,

          I have fed up with the services rendered by Eureka forbes, I called the Eureka help line and made the complaint on 18/11/2008, I spoke to Mr Kathik and registered my complaint of getting low quantity of purified water becasue of dust, I have been informed that the complaint will be attened by the service person with in[protected], since no persons atteneded, I called the help line number 39883333 and reminded to Mr Harish, no response till[protected] again I reminded to Mr Rajkumar on[protected], for that call the company responded, but no use, Actually at the time of registration itself I asked the company to provide the Carbon and Mandle as it was due for last one year as per the AMC contract, but the service person didnt carrty along with him and with out attending the complaint he went back and recorded in their books as "call attended", hence I contacted on[protected] and again registered to Mr Naranderan, he also promises now ...

          I dont have scope in Eureka forbes false commitments since they have not attened the regular service for the last 7 months .
          I never expected such a worst service from a reputed company like Eureka forbes, they are actually cheating, and fooling us.

          Still this momet the call is open, hence I request not believe the Eureka forbes assurance, their after sales services are very very very poor

          Eureka Forbes / i-Nova — Very Poor Service

          I had logged a complain with Eureka Forbes on 15 Oct 2010 , No[protected] reminded on 19th oct but no action taken by them. Now it is 27 Oct but still no action has been taken by the company to resolve the issue. Very poor Service by the company. One should really think before buying Eureka forbes Eqaguard.

            I bought the 18L water storage purifier from Home Stop Bangalore on 8th Nov. From that day after assembling the product, water leaks out from the upper storage compartment. I have approached Home Stop as well as Eureka Forbes for service support. These companies have shown absolute apathy in terms of customer service and have not taken action till date. I have logged a complaint at the Eureka Forbes website also, this company seems to be appalling in terms of customer service. I require help to address this problem. I need this product replaced or fixed by a technician.

            Forbes Aqua Sure Storage Water Filter — Regarding the Filters

            when i am cleaning the Water Purifier, one of the two filters in the Water Container, is fell down, turned into two pieces.

            when i am trying to combine those both pieces, i am not able to combine them
            I have purchased aquasure 18L on march 2008 in Tamilnadu.But till now that is not working properly.We have asked to the shopkeeper and they are saying this is old method, it means there is no air releasing system so it should be replaced.We don't understand exactly what should I do now. So please help me.

            Eureka Forbes Aquasure storage Water Purifier — not getting the new part to purchase for the damaged one of it

            Dear Sir,
            Regarding above mentioned subject,
            It is my complaint that purchased waterpurifiers one part which is fitted before the last purifier part(The White one) had gone crack, I asked the local dealer for purchasing it but he said that we won't get it in single piece from Bangalore.
            So now i am stuck and the Purifier is not working since one month.

            faulty product

              I've purchased euro aqua care RO water purifier system last Dec., 2008 & Its still in warranty period.Since Installation water is not coming out as per prescribed peed of 9 Liters per Hour and its not functioning well.I gave call to eureka forbes cust care 10-12 times during the period @ Patna & Kolkata but they couldn't solved the problem. Last technician had broken the system and water is free flowing. I dont know what should i do. I stay @ # 207, Shivanil Apts., West Anandpuri, Kasturba Path, Boring Road, Patna - 800 013.

                dear sir,
                I have purchased this product online, 3 months back and when I started using the product, it only worked for 2 weeks, started giving problem, I purchased the product for the good cause, and the money i spend was wasted, I have called up to the customer care and given a complaint, they told me to contact the local office, as I stay in Hyderabad.                 These people cheating public and menting money, but very poor service.

                  I took 3 year AMC for aqua flow of eureka forbes on 29/09/07, Receipt number AG96B14764604, customer code 12596496. In general for every six months for service the customer care person should come by default but even after i complain they are not responding. The contact numbers given to me are [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected] (manager deepank - hyderabad). If i contact by phone the response is poor and non sensical answers are being given. Hyderabad service center of Andhra pradesh, India is dealing the customer in a very bad manner. If you do not take any action on them i will be constrained to go to consumer forum for refund of amout paid towards AMC along with other claims.

                  Eureka Forbes Aquaflow — Aquaflow Unit

                  My Aquaflow unit is not working.I purchased it around 8 months before.This time its under warrenty period.Its not working from last 3 months.I called to Customer care of this company 1000 times, every time they register complain but never sent any mechanics.Please solve this problem as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.
                  I have purchased one Eureka Water Purifier and recently I have shifted my house and I requested to re connect the system to my water connection. I have paid Rs.2, 850/- for AMC just 10 days ago.. The team who visited my house has collected Rs.365/- for reconnection and Rs.100/-for pipe in addition to the above AMC charges of Rs.2850/-. They have connected the system when water is not coming from ouotside and went off. When we tried to get water to be purified when muncipal water releases a single drop of water is not coming from the purifier. We have contacted many times to the concerned person Mr. Srinivasa Reddy and Mr. Sai, they are simply they will next day; Even after 10 days no person has turned to rectify the problem.

                  We are really felt very sorry for buying the AQUA FLOW from Eureka Forbers. They are cheating the customers and looting money by way of A.M.C. but no service. It is really shame to Eureka Forbes for keeping such type of customer service in Hyderabad. I was vexed with service and I am ready to file a complaint with consumer form at Hyderabad for cheating the customers like me.

                    I purchased the RO System of Aquaguard, which was well known due to it's service but my personnel experince with the company is very bad. There is no Service after sale. No any service personnel came for the service during one year. After one when my RO System is not working properly, i contacted to the Customercare Service (Complaint No.[protected], but even after more than one week no service engineer reached to attend the complaint. So kindly makethe arrengement to attend the problem at the earliest.

                    I would like to inform u that, my self Pawan Kumar from Amritsar. Sir, many of time I complained to Sh. Kulwinder Singh dealer of Aqua-pure ([protected] and [protected]) to provide a good service to us but they never take care of it. So, I have facing lot of problems for last few weeks, I and our family was providing water from the other houses, so I humbly request to you please provide a good and intelligent engineer for repairing our R. O. System which was installed in our house year 2007. But after one year Dealer of Aqua-pure has getting Rs.1500/- for servicing of the R. O. System, but they still not give good service. So I request to you please take an action on them.

                      We have registered our complaint in the service center of bareilly for a number of times but no one is coming to check out the problem.

                      I have classic model of water purifier since 2006. I am having a maintenance contract with one of the frenchisee of the Eureka Forbes office at Nagpur. During the routine maintenance service by the company service engineer, the base of the aquaguard was broken in June'09. I was told by the service engineer that the piece of the reuired part, which was broken by him is not available in the company at present & it will be made available in a weeks time. But many weeks have passed, nobody from Eureka Forbes or their service provider come to attend the complaint. I talked to the service head of the Eureka Forbes at Nagpur, Shri Amit Vishwas. He says that I will get solution of your problem within this week positively but nothing has been done so far. Already three weeks have passed but my complaint is still un attended. I do not know what is going to be the fate of this company when service head of a company, which has many service oriented products in the market, is unable to provide a small quantum of service to its consumer.They should provide quick & better service to their customers to survive in this competitive world, where every day a new competitor rises in a nail biting competition. I hope they will come to their good senses & start taking care of their esteemed coustomers.

                        I had purchased one water filter from EUREKA FORBES LTD. couple of years back and there after I have made AMC with them after my warranty period.
                        This year too I am having AMC with M/s. Arindam Neogi (Francisee of Eureka Forbes Ltd.), Code No.-1367, 56/G Bidhan Nagar Road, Kolkata-700067, Phone:[protected].

                        Almost a month back one of their service person came to our house for Annual servicing of the filter machine but he had damaged the knob of the water inlet valve and also the water holding stand. Though after several request and complain they have replaced the stand almost after 20 days but till date they have not repair that water inlet valve due to which we are unable to filter the water properly and have to consume tha contagious water .

                        I have also complain it directly to the Company through Euro Help Line on 39883333 and each and every time they have assured me of providing me the services and had issued complain number accordingly (few I remember[protected] on 05.11.08, 52322311 on 12.11.08 etc.etc) but till date neither the company nor the franchisee has taken care of our problem.Each and every time the franchisee make a courtesy call after the complain and then went silent till the next complain.

                        Sir, my earnest request to you that to take a very strict disciplinary action against the company as well as against the franchisee for bluffing and harassing customer like this inspite of the annual contract.

                        If it is possible I want to go for compensation since each and every day we are consuming bacteria and detoriating our health just because of them.

                        I shall be highly obliged if you can teach them a good lesson and kindly do the needfull.

                        Sir,
                        I would also like to register my complaint. I purchased a reviva aqua guard water filter for Rs 10, 000/- on monthly instalment basis in he month of January. Ever since it has been installed my machine frequently gets into the same problem. Its almost thrice I had given a complaint ( within these few months ) and the service people after many calls attend to the fault. I will be releived only for few days and the same problem erupts. Your service people are not able to give me a permanent solution to this problem. Right from the beginning I am of the view that a faulty piece has been installed. Now they are questioning on the guarantee/ warranty period. I feel that you people wanted to extend this fault beyond the quaranntine period so that I will be charged for some major defect in the machine.
                        Fault is : 1. Water is getting hotter and hotter and the machine itself gets hot forcing us to switch off permanently the machine. 2. Water after going through the entire purifying process does not loose its salty nature.
                        WILL ANY ONE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND GIVE ME A PERMANENT SOLUTION?
                        I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER AGAIN GET INTO THE IDEA OF PURCHASING ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT.
                        Note: I am still paying the EMI's. Will I get a remedy? or will I be forced to loose my money?

                          I bought Eureka Forbes Aqua Sure model 18lts.in May 08.There was some problem in filter so i lodged a complaint on 24 oct 08 and after that i have called atleast 5-6 times but there is no proper response.I have two seperate complaint no. I am always assured that the technician will reach in two days but so far till date no service have been provided.The company is a failure in after sales services

                            I had purchased a Euroclean Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner from Eureka Forbes through a representative named P.Suresh, chennai branch on 15th September 2008. At the time of Purchase, he had promised us that the original invoice/bill would be couriered within 7 days and at the max 15 days and would be despatched . Apart from this, he had promised to give us the kit bag as a compliment under the scheme for that period. It is since 2 months and I havent received my Bill nor the bag and no one has come properly to demostrate the functionality as promised at the time of purchase. They did send a person who was novice and was unable to explain all the features and went away quickly fearing too many queries from us.

                            As it was two months since we did'nt receive the bill, we went directly to their office and enquired about it and the response was shocking. They said that it has been already despatched from the head office and I even tried calling the head office but no one replied properly. I again had to fight to get a duplicate bill from their office and no bag since it was out of stock. I tried reaching the manager of the chennai branch but he seems to be always occupied in some meeting or pretending to do so and was unable to get a reply from their side. Please can anyone suggest to proceed in such a worst service scenario?

                            i have ordered aquagard & local agent fixed it. after that that gus hasent come for payment. helpline people tell that their reprentative will come to take care of my unit. my unit has never given me pure water. quality of water is same that goes in . agent has not given me bill. help line agent speaks in very sweet word but not helped atall. they just forward my complaint. helpline agent are helpless and useless i am seriously thinking to go toconsumer court

                            We had Purchase Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Machine Model No: AG COMPACT (WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER) on 13.07.2009 wide bill no:[protected] through order no:[protected] from their Chembur Branch for my office. Where we purchased the machine only after the inspection done by their Engineer suggesting us which was suitable for our office. After they delivered the machine, machine was not able to pull the water from the water tank. And after lot of follow up with their executive nearly after 4 week it was told that we need to change the machine to Booster Model and would have to pay additional charges for the product.Due to so much of problem faced by us, the company executive gave us one additional benefit as to compensate our loss of time and energy. That benefit was that told us to give us the service free for three years. One year Officially given by the company with additional Two more years free services.
                            So We changed our machine and we made the Additional payment. After that no body turned up for Servicing of machine. After 11 months we placed a complain in Eureka Helpline no for getting no service and also they told us to place a complain for receiving no Bill for the same. On 14.06.2010 we placed two complain no: 83046662 for Received No service after sale and Complain No: 83046718 For not receiving the Bill.
                            For service part very next day person had come for servicing of machine and for that he asked me a Bill. Till i will not produce the Bill he can not service the machine Free. Luckily i had the first bill copy of AG COMPACT on that basis i could made get the first service after 11 months of purchase of machine and there after i have been following up with the call center with Mr. Samar who is main executive but till date i have not got any results and only telling us by tomorrow my complain will be resolved. I don't know when that tomorrow will come. My main thing is that i have not got the bill for the New Product and The Promise for giving me three Years Service free is also no where . Just to keep the sales executive good image in front of the clients they promises and then Clients only has to suffer for their promises.Please Help me to fight with such company making Falsy Promises and disturb the clients later on

                              Dear sir, I am having Eureka Forbes Nova water purifier since 2001 and the product is continuously under AMC till date (upto March 2009, I suppose). The product has been purchased in my spouse's name K. USHA and our residence is at "C-2, First floor, Malles Roy Enclave, New No.7, Central Avenue Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024. Phone (Res[protected] and mobile no.[protected]. While upto 2007 the service by the franchisee was quite ok, thereafter it is going from bad to worst (if there is more harsh word than 'worst' pl. substitue the same). I think the present franchisee Sruthi Dynamics at Kodambakkam, Chennai 24, is absolutely not only rendering discourteous service but also employs personnel who are unfit and misbehaving with the consumers. The service personnel do not bring the job cards and hence we are unable to know when the candles have been changed. They turn after a long gap that too after the problem becomes acute. COMING TO THE POINT :: DURING APRIL 2008 THE CABINET WAS BROKEN BY THE SERVICE PERSON AND WE WERE ASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE REPLACED SOON. BUT THE "SOON" HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. FOR ABOUT A FORTNIGHT THE WATERFLOW HAS ALSO ALMOST STOPPED. WITH MUCH FOLLOWUP WITH BOTH THE FRANCHISEE AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE (?) CELL, TWO SERVICE PERSONS MR. VIJAYAKUMAR AND MR.SEBASTIAN HAD CHANGED THE CANDLES LAST WEEK WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT THE CABINET WOULD BE SOON THE NEXT DAY. BUT NEXT DAY THEY HAD MY SPOUSE THAT IT HAD TO BE TAKEN TO OFFICE AND GOT REPAIRED. (BUT I WAS INFORMED BY ONE OF YOUR EX-STAFF THAT IT COULD BE CHANGED WITHIN AN HOUR IN THE CUSTOMER'S RESIDENCE ITSELF). ON THAT DAY ITSELF THEY HAVE NEARLY MISBEHAVED WITH MY SPOUSE WITH UNPARLIAMENTARY WORDS. I WANTED TO COMPLAIN ON THAT DAY ITSELF BUT POSTPONED IT AND IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID IT. BUT EVEN AFTER TWO – THREE DAYS THE MACHINE IS NOT RETURNED AND MY SPOUSE HAS INFORMED THAT SHE HAD GOT A RUDE REPLY FROM THE SERVICE PERSON MR.                                 Sir,
                                We were sold a water purifier from Aquaguard Robot model - the sales person promised that the machine would clean any type of water quality and make it pure. After 2 months o[censored]sing the model it started giving me problems - the water does not get filtered properly and the machine does not purify water. The water does not even come. The machine gives trouble every 10 days. The service desk does not respond properly and i have to make literally 50 calls for 5 days every time to get the service person to fix the problem. Its really unfair that such a model has been recommended with all false promises that it cleans any type of water. I had been requesting for lab results of the water which also was not shown to me.
                                Request you to help in resolving this issue. Awaiting your advice.

                                This model has lot of problems, anyone reading this please dont buy this model. The company didnt respond after numerous complaints made by us. They are trying to get past the warranty period. We were cheated, this model works fine for one or two months after which it has a lot of problems like leaking, the tank has many gaps through which dirt enter and the water is not safe to drink etc.
                                Worst product !
                                Even I feel the same. We bought AquaGuard RObot, Even since we purchased this model, we faced a lot of problems. Some are listed below.
                                * Leaking
                                * The tank where filtered water gets stored is not sealed properly, water ain't safe to drink.
                                * Filtered water quality degrades with time, even after cleaning the tank and performing all maintainence procedures.
                                * Poor service, Making the service personnel to reach you is a great thing, Even the personnel who came for the service couldn't fix the problem.
                                * Numerous calls to customer care, no response, they say that they(Service Personnel) will at your door step in 10 minutes, No one turns up, they repeat this everytime my mom calls the customer care.
                                * Too costly!
                                * Fraudulent canvasing, the person who came to sell this boasted too much about this model, but it was just a huge bunch of lies thrown at us.
                                * They don't respond and they are trying to get past the warranty period so they can slap us with huge bill forcing us to pay for the repairs to be done.

                                We were cheated. Please don't buy this model, its a total failure, they shouldn't have released this model in the first place without extensive testing. Worst product from Eureka Forbes. This product and customer care experience brought down the reputation which I had for EurekaForbes.
                                We were sold a water purifier from Aquaguard Robot model - the sales person promised that the membrane life would be atleast for an year but within 8 months the membrane bocome inactive that is suggested by service person..Now, it has been advised for memrane replacemnt not at the free of cost.Since, the product is still on warranty period. Its really unfair that such a model has been recommended with all false promises.Hence, I request you to kindly make an arrangement for the replacement of membrane at the free of cost.Request you to help in resolving this issue. Awaiting your advice.

                                    i had purchased eureka forbes aqua guard gold nova around september 2008 from sales rep Mr rahul tharoor, by cash payment. i forgot to insist on cash recpt from his thinking i would get the invoice from the company after getting the delivery of the machine. but till date Neither Mr rahul nor his superior Mr suresh Kelade has obliged to heed my request. instead they demand a recpt of payment from me which i havent got . Mr suresh Kelade cell no is [protected] and when i try to call him he switches off his cell phone. i earnestly request forum to pls help me solve the harrassment by the company staff . Further i request all others who interested in buying eureka forbes products to think twice before they buy the product.

                                    2. Cheque issued for Rs 9590/- addressed to Eureka forbes.cheque number -594038 ( bank of Baroda )
                                    3. One of your personal Named Mr. M.S Shaikh had come with a mechanic and installed it.
                                    4. The name of the Mechanic was Prakash and the Mobile no [protected].
                                    5. We were told that they will send the receipt after the cheque is realised.
                                    6. till date we have not received the receipt.
                                    7 .several times we contacted Mr. Shaikh, But he has not sent the receipt

                                    8. we complained at your office, in the land line 39883333 to Shradha.- the complain number[protected], and the personal code number[protected], and the permanent code number-[protected]
                                    9. till date we have not received the original bill.Requested to look in the matter at the earliest and send us the bill,

Its over a month and they are still saying that pasrt is not available. I have even offered that I will buy the pasrt from outside and will give to them for repair but they are saying that they can not change the pasrt purchased from outside and if I will get it repaired from a outside vendor than the AMC will lapse. Height of diplomacy...

                                        we had purchased a eureka forbes aqua gaurd classic and aquagaurd hi-flo. and for the last 4 months they are not working and we have tried to contact the local aqua gaurd technician for the repair but to no avail. he is not responding and whenever we call him he says he will come but he does not come. so i request you to kindly look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible.
                                        I purchased a RO in may 2008 and it is not working since last 5 days.The salesmen which have come to my house had shown the so called the best and the costliest product offered by the Euraka Forbes the Aquaguard Total SENSA 3G at the cost of Rs. 19000 along with so many promises. But since then it has malfunctioned twice and this time insite of the promise by the salemen that by sunday (26/10/08) or latest by monday (27/10/08) he will send the engineer to rectify the water purifer problem. But no body turned up and we are forced to buy drinking water from the market for the drinking purpose.

                                        I have tried to called up the customer care center and he recognised my name as well as my home address but said you have not registered your complained with us. When asking from where he has got my name and home address he talked to me such a rude manner instead of helping me out or taking my complaint. Now even the salemen in not replying to my calls send even SMS but failed to got any call or reply which shows their calious attitude.

                                        These are the people who make your life so difficult while selling their product.they dont see any time, whether its late at night or early morning to sell their product but dont care when any problem comes.The sales person Ravi Kumar gave his cell number but despite repeated calls, he does not have time to pick his phone.

                                        Look at the attitude of so called Prodfessional company
