Dear sir,
Our office by name M/s Zero-Mass Foundation has been using your water purifier since more than 1 year.Recently it had developed a problem of water not getting filtered.We complained to your people at phone no:[protected] about this on[protected].A person named Mr.Udhav registered the complaint and gave us a number 2965 as a reference.No one attended to it till now.We again reminded him about it this morning.He connected us to another person.We narrated our problem once again.After listening to us, he said that he was only dealing with non-electrical filters and for electrical purifiers he gave us two more numbers[protected] &[protected].He laid the blame on us for not having mentioned the fact of the purifier being of electrical type in our earlier complaint.
You may kindly notice that this fact should have been ascertained when our complaint was being registered on number 2965.
However, when we rang up the other two numbers, both of them were constantly engaged for nearly two hours.Your people should have been courteous enough to ring back the missed call numbers.
I request you to kindly prevail upon your Hyderabad service agency people to attend to the complaints in a reasonably prompt time.

    Hello Sir,
    I have registered the complaint on 14th Nov '08 still nobody turned up and not even called up. This is under AMC period. I have called so many time to 3988 3333 about the complaint. They are giving assurance but nobody turned up. I fed up with this response and I don't want to buy any of your product in future and I recommend other people to don't buy also. Your service is worst. If you behave like this you will not be in the market and customers may look for other products. I want immediate response from your side otherwise I go to consumer court.     kindly send somebody to do the servicing of our aquaguard classic model along with reinstallation
    i used your product aquqguard classic since 3years. before 1.5 year i take 2year warranty card with payment date up to feb 2010. your agent said future 2year if any problem thay will repair at home free of cost service charge.
    on last friday at 4.30pm, 24 july 09 i complaint abot not working properly and water doesnot supply, but till today anybody doesnot visit my house and the machine stopped.

      sevicing of aquaguard
      i bought aquasure of eureka forbes from kolhapur bigg bazaar... i asked the aquaguard person to instal it, well he came after 8 days and installed it.. to my surprise this guy asked me for installation charges, me not being at home my wife gave him the installation charges. when asked for the annual maintainence he says that i[censored] buy these products from bigg bazaar u dnt get the AMC. this is the thing which ive heard for the first time.. and im going to give a writted complaint to bigg bazaar.
      to people who dnt knw this better dnt buy electronic items from bigg bazaar be it anything. everyone thinks people are fools.. as no one cares to complaint...

        1. I have a Aqua Nova Water Purifierl with me which is under Annual Maintenance Contract, through Eureka Forbes Pathankot (Punjab) Service Centre, contact No [protected]. It is presently not functioning properly and requires servicing. During last two weeks, I have put sevice request three times, however no one from Company service centre has attended to the request, inspite of repeated reminders over tele.
        2. The above amounts to gross deficiency in services. May I request for your assistance in ensuring that the service request is attended to at the earliest.

          We have signed the annual contract w.e.f. 19.11.2007 to 18.11.2008 vide their contract receipt no. AG 96B 13347019 and while signing / taking the money their representatives have given big assurances. But after taking the money they never bother to service even once. Not even one time they serviced the water purifier. Particularly their Chennai Branch gives hopeless response their Helpline Service[protected], people just pass on the bugs. I had given a complaint on 08.12.2008 and they had also given ID No., but even after 5 days they could not attend to it. Today I had spoke to 3 people by name Mr. Sada. Mr. Stephen & Ms. Premila but no response to my earlier 2 complaints. Neither they honour to the contract nor to our complaint.

          Hopeless service. ... We need to be very careful before signing the contract with them and purchasing the equipments.

            I bought a product of eureka fobes water purifier model-i-nova
            last year.product was working properly. Some of the salesman of the above company asked to change the parts i.e filters because they run for six month only after that they are of no use. i phoned to service office of eureca fobes panipat.they changed the filters but from that day product is continusely giving problems that is water continously comes from the m/c when m/c is off. the service man of the company has changed the auto valve of the product but still problem is there.after continously phoning to the service office no one is bother about the consumer problem.

              I am resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

              Your Franchisee M/s Sai Srinivasa Technologies TIn No. [protected] is the most useless service centre that I have ever come across.

              My Aquaguard water purifier is giving a problem so I lodged a complaint at the service centre today morning at 0925 hrs (Complain No. 366 dated 08 Dec 08). I was assured that by 1200 hrs my problem will be looked into.
              As my wife and me are both working, I had to take leave and wait for your technician to come. However, when no one came till 1400 hrs I again called up the service centre. I was told that the technician (Mr. Suresh) has already been sent in the morning. When I told that he has not reached my house (my house is 10 min drive on a bike from the service centre), the reply I got is "I don't know sir, he does not have mobile and I cannot contact him".

              Till 1700 hrs when again no one came I once again contacted the service centre, and I got the same answer. When I asked for the manager, I was told that he is busy and cannot speak to me.

              This has not only happened with me but in my apartment two of my neighbours have also got the same kind of treatment from the service centre. Whenever they have call them as to what happened to their complain, the answer is - "we have sent the technician, or I do not know".

              It is therefore requested that strict action be taken against the service centre, after all the name of your company is at stake. Also a technician be sent to my house to look into my problem as soon as possible.

              Since last two three months from the date of installation we are following up for either repairing of faulty machine provided to us or replace the machine.               We like to bring to notice that we had entered in to an AMC agreement with them for 1 year . Now we had made a complaint on dt :02/09/2010 complaint reference number is : [protected] . We see such an in difference both with the customer service section and the local incharge. We are being cheated of the AMC. If we call the local service head, they do not take the complaint very seriously. Now after using the product for 4 years, I am now comtemplating on shifting to some other brand. Service is most important factor for any consumer product and it has now become a complete failure in your case.

              Do let us know whether any body takes customer complaint seriously

                I have purchased Water Purifier (Spring Fresh) From Bharat Distributors, sector 34, Chandigarh on 6 /12 / 08. My home is near Mohali and comes under the Mohali 3B2 service station (Phone Number: [protected]) . I made request to service center for the installation of aqua guard on same day 6 /12 / 08 and they said that they will come at 6:30 PM in the evening on the same day but they did not come. From that day i am continuously making request for installation of but no body came till now. I ranged them up so many times and they were always saying we are just coming but they never came. Its very very poor service of Eureka Forbes. We have purchased bcoz its branded company and service is good. but we are in embarrassing position after purchasing aqua guard.

                  i brought ur company filter last 9 month. i always complin ur deler that pure water flow are very slow so do any thing but they alway came and open filter then service but problem is always not cure. now 3 day ago i was comlained for service but ut delear service man does not come for service. ur company deler name is rangila television at upleta dis rajkot at gujrat. so as a customer now what to do?

                    Iam Major (Dr.) Murtaza presently employed with INDIAN ARMY. I have purchased aqua care RO in october 2008 from Bangalore(INDIA) which is under warrenty. Its inlet pipe broke around 14 days ago. I lodged the complaint with service centre at phone no. 39883333. Complaint no. given to me was 1254. I have been almost calling daily at the service centre but nobody has come to repair the unit. I was given the no. of technical manager Mr. Jagdish(ph no.[protected]) 3 days back who assured me that somebody will attend the complaint. For the past three days nobody has turned up for the repair. Now its about two weeks that Iam waiting for somebody from Eureka forbes to attend to my complaint.                       Dear Sirs,
                      My complaint no.80803522

                      I have bought the above product/water purifier from EUREKA FORBES, which was installed at my home on 01.09.2008. We were told by the installation team that during the warranty period i.e. 1 year, two services will be provided from the co. free charge. However, till yesterday that is even one year has passed, there has not a single service provided by the co.

                      It was only when the product startind giving problems i.e. the machine was not getting started and the water refused to flow out from the machine tap, we lodged the complaint and the technician from BHUSHAN SERVICES, Thane (claiming to be authorised service provider of EUREKA FORBES) came and set right the problem.

                      However, today i.e. on 09.12.2008 we got a call from BHUSHAN SERVICES, informing us about the expiry of warranty period in August, 2008 and offered a second and last service of the product which was due in warranty period, which according to me is the 1st service for the product. We requested the BHUSHAN SERVICES to visit our home and do the needful.

                      In the absence of any service provided during the warranty period and since the warranty period has already expired, it is expected from the co. to extend the warranty period to enable us to get second service free of charge.

                      This would save us from paying Rs.250.00 being charged by the co., through BHUSHAN SERVICES, for signing the contract for services after the expiry of date of warranty period.

                      Your immediate action and positive response is awaited.

                        I AM SORRY TO STATE THAT A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE EUREKHA FORBES APPOINTS ARYA SERVICE AS THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS. HERE THE RECEPNIST HAS NO COURTESY AND TALKS RUDELY TO CLIENTS LODGING COMPLAINTS. AFTER CALLING 25 TIMES SHE SENDS A MECHANIC. SHE REFUSES TO ALLOW US TO TALK TO HER SENIOR MS. ASWINI. IN THE LAST EIHT DAYS i.e. FROM 1ST DEC TO 8TH DEC THE AQUA GAURD WATER PURIFIER HAS GONE REPAIR THREE TIMES THAT SHOWS THAT THE MECHANIC HAS DONE TEMPORARY REPAIR. INSPITE OF HAVING A WATER PURIFIERE BEEN FORCED TO BUY BISLERY WATER. I HOPE EUREKHA FORBES WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

                        I had submitted a Complain to local office of Aqua Guard at lucknow.Nobody is taking care of my complain
                        The product was purchased in july 2007. Every family needs hygenic water after investing in a product, but this company is cheating consumer and making easy money, And they only concern about there money and they think that consumer money is a dustbin paper . I did not get any reply on this neither my problem has been solved . Please look into this and help in resolving .

                          It sounds very bad, from this Machine we are unable to get CLEAN water, actually I had purchased this Machine before 3-4 months back (Rs.12000/-) and also I have requested to concern person to change this machine, but in reply we got negative response only. So, Now I am FED UP.
                          At any cost I want to return this machine As Soon As Possible. So, that I could purchase some other Machine.
                          Collection Manager/Executive is also trying to force me regarding Payment in very bad way.

                            For my Aquagaurd RO, I have launched complaint with Call Centre for non Functioning of Purifier[protected].I was assured of the Service within 48 hrs from 3rd Dec, but till today (7th Dec) inspite of regular follow-up, my complaint has not been attented.

                            My Question is when you can't provide Service, you have no wright to sell the products for Basic & Most important need of Life.
                            I have the same problem. I have purchased Total RO system from Eureka forbs last year customer ID [protected]. After 3 month continious folloup I got the bill and after 8 month continuous folloup i got 1 servicing while i think it should be serviced once in 3 month.
                            It will also toled to me by the company salse manager Ravi hyderabad that they will provide free lifetime servicing card but till dated I have not received.
                            It was also told to me that filter will go 3 years. But yesterday i new by servicing persons who visited 1 time in 8 month it to be replased every years.

                            It means they are 100 % cheating us. It was also told to me that quality of water will be certified by Eureka forbs after installation but no body is responsible to respond.

                            I think this company to be banned in india.

                              I bought a "Aquaguard Total Sensa" (Sl No BD[protected] water purifier from their franchise Dinesh Enterprises in Yamuna Nagar on 5 Dec 2008 (Bill No 9870).

                              As I stay in Dubai, I specifically choose their latest table top model with best technology currently available.

                              My wife brought it here yesterday night. Upon opening the pacakage this smorning I noticed the following:
                              1) The unit is definitely not brand new as all the body bears fine scatches all over (it looks like a display unit or a demo piece used by their sales staff has been supplied).
                              2) There is no "User Manual" in the package (in fact there is no paper at all inside).
                              3) All the filters are installed on the unit except one (RO filter).

                              I always thought of Eureka Forbes as a highly professional company but they have let me down completely.
                              At this point, my minimum expectations from them are:
                              1) Arrange to send me the "User Manual" by courier or e-mail immediately.
                              2) Provide me a copy of step by step "Installation Guide" to enable me to make the unit operational.
                              3) Provide me a suitable compensation for supplying a used / old unit.

                                I had brought aquaguard model aquaguard classic e-balling from your panipat office on dated 8th OCT-08,

                                I had paid all payment through cheque, payment already debited from my account but still I m not received my invoice for same aquaguard.

                                I had many time talk with panipat region RM Mr. Deepak Wadhwa, but he is not give me any satisfactory answer, I m sorry to write you that he is not have knowledge how can talk with customer.



                                But from last one month he every time commit me they can send me invoice within two day but from last one month I m not received invoice from your side.



                                Please arrange to send my invoice as soon as possible.

                                  Our Aqua Guard is to be serviced every 3 months; At the last sevice a New AMC was taken which is valid till Oct 2009.
                                  The machine has developed a problem; have informed the local Service manager who opines
                                  a) his team is NOT ready to look at & repair this old machine.
                                  b) he insists on upgrading the machine to the latest model.

                                  Can the the AMC amount be adjusted towards the upgrade?
                                  IF not, the amount MUST be returned to us with immediate effect; Only then we can consider an upgrade.
                                  We await your reply; failing which we shall have to move to Consumer Court for deficiency of services.

                                    Recently two months ago I bought Eureka Forbes Aqua Total RO and the company executive assured that I will receive this document within 15 days by corrier. when I called up after 15 days the call centre person said it would take 30 days.. even then I did not receive.. after 30 days whwn I called up the call centre person increased the duration by 45 days.. now they are telling 2 months. Till now the company has not sent the Guarantee card. The sales executive who delivered when contacted talks as if doesn't know any thing about the product.
                                    The funniest part is that the call centre people do not even ask for Reciept no nor Address other than name and tell that I will be recieving this document within few days..
                                    I really don't know how they can send a document by asking for a name.
                                    I am really confused, if there are 10 customers by my name ( for example) and If I ask for a Guarantee card, will the company send this Guarantee to all, because the only thing they ask is name and immediately tell they will send this document.

                                    I suspect that machine sold to you is by means of some illegal ways as I have seen this happening in past.

                                      i have bought an aquaguard purifier 5 yrs ago.it worked very well for 2 years then we shifted to new place leaving aquaguard stopped for 3 yrs.now we have again called the person from aquaguard for its servicing.he changed candle and carbon and charged 600 rupees last week.the peoblem is that water is nottasting as good as it was before or as in through RO water. when i boiled water for my baby, there was lot of salt left behind which make me alarmed that water is not getting purified.please tell what to do.i have spent lot of money to give pure water to mykids still not satisfied.ples help.

                                        My Aquaguard is not working for the past one month. I have given complaint to the nearest service provider. They responded very well saying they will attend the problem the next day, but never turned up till date. My husband spoke with the toll free number, who gave some other phone numbers, which were all inactive. We have put up an AMC, for which service is due in September of 2009. No news about that too from the service center. Please help me. This is very important for us. We had very high opinion about Eureka. Do we have to change our minds?
