2 days ago i complaint for Aquaguard complaint but actually it was my mistake and now i am fully satisfied from company person MR. RAJEEV.

I AM FULLY SATISFIED WITH COMPANY AND MR RAJEEV SERVICES .

My experience with aquaguard- EUREKA FORBES IN bANGALORE has been very bad, to say the least. right from installation, They have provided the worst possible consumer service. Competition between two nearby branches for installation leading to delay, providing the wrong model for my requirements- (as reported by the Manager!), delay in installation for days after payment- Can things be worse? This is in Koramangla branch/kanakapira branch Bangalore. My advice never get their products.

I called up four times on [protected] from June 19th 2013 till the date for service at the place Aquaguard installed on November 2012 .


Till now no one turned up and all the four times I received only one answer that " IT WILL BE DONE BY TODAY EVENING ".

Really you guys are sucking my blood like anything.

NOW LET ME KNOW WHETHER SOME ONE WILL COME FOR SERVICE OR NOT ?

OTHERWISE I REQUEST TO SEND SOMEONE TO DISMANDLE THE AQUAGAURD AND THROUGH IT OUTSIDE..

REPLY NEEDED ON INSTANTANEOUS BASIS BECAUSE I AM YOUR CUSTOMER .

Worst customer support. This brand has cheated me.Machine is not working within 15 days of purchase. No one turned even logged complaint four times a week. Worst service I ever seen. Not giving quality product for huge money. I request the company to replace the product or take way product and give my money back.plzz don't go for tthese brands.making us fooolZ

Worst service... completely disappointed ..

I have a AMC with Eureka forb & have complained in last week about my aquaguard which is not working at all from last 1 week specially in rainy season but nobody has visited @ my home & now we r facing health problem in my family . Now I m going to take legal action on it. & truly not recommending to buy Aquaguard . Company is not customer centric. playing with people health.
