Aquaguard has the most pathetic horrible customer care.. when your servicing is due, they are more than happy to come even without you having to ask for it.. But when they actually should be helping you, no one even bothers to respond. A servicing agent had come to service my water purifier on 14th May. During the course of servicing, he broke one of the parts & said he would return back the next day to fix the purifier. I asked that person how he broke the part if he was a regular servicing agent. he then said that he was an office clerk who was sent as no one else was available. Today it is more than 15 days & that person is yet to return. I am sick & tired of calling on their customer care who is absolutely useless. Not only this, their local franchisee head, area manager & even Mumbai head are not able to do anything. The only standard reply they have is that we are escalating your problem. Bad is just an understatement, their customer service is just unimaginably pathetic & all of them are useless. Was this information helpful? | |||

Customer Support — Absolutely useless customer support.
First of all calling customer support is a very long process going through several confusing and unnecessary menu options. Once you reach someone...you experience one of the worst customer support you can imagine. The staff is not trained, not qualified and they talk through their asses. Every-time you call someone, you get to hear a different story about the problem you are facing. Almost like machines...they repeat what they are taught. Doesn't matter if that helps the customer or not. Absolutely disgusting. Totally agree. worst company ever. annoyed of service and product. Don't ever dare to buy their product. Lets collectively take this to higher level. pls share if anybody has contact details of senior management.

eureka forbes Aquaguard i Nova — Pathetic Customer Care Service
Eureka forbs customer care service is very badFrom past 3 years, 11 services, I am requesting customer care executives to call up before coming or fix up an appointment for the same. But they have been ignoring my request. I have to face lot many problems because of there all unplanned visit during guest are at home or late afternoon
My last service is pending from past Jan 2008, I have registered complaint for the same on May 22nd 2008, “51047 532”which is yet to address. When I am calling to customer care unit on[protected], they refuse to takedown another complaint on the same and reply “We have already escalated your matter to higher officials” we can not take any other complaint on the same
Today when I wished to talk to there higher officials by my self I received number “[protected]” and I have been asked to speak to officer Manjula. I have tried this number more then 5 times but no response
I need legal advice to sue a case against eurecaforbs for the compensation against inconvenience caused
