[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Reviva — low TDS problem in outlet water of aquaguard. | |
We had purchased Aquaguard - REVIVA in 31st Dec. 2011. We were told that there will be a free service for 1 year from the date of installation every four months. At the time of purchasing company sales man measured TDS of inlet/outlet water he was found 1470/140 ,after one week my self measured at that time TDS vome 199/08,so, saled man not properly trained & he was given wrong information to custemor.. I had called up the customer care and lodged a complaint (request no: 182 - Customer ID:[protected]). I was told that it will be attended to in 48 hrs. No response after that. So, I called up 1 week later to check the status. They were sorry for that and confirmed that it will be attended to quickly. Again no one turned up.But no one turned up till date This is a pathetic service from a company so popular and claiming good service. I regret having bought the product. We installed this with an intention of drinking pure water, but I am no longer sure of this after spending so much. Please let me know how to take this further and get this service done.
