Eureka Forbes / Aquasure — No technician visit | |||
Dear Sir I am very distressed by the extremely bad customer response by Eureka Forbes Ltd. I have a an AquaSure Unit installed which needed servicing and a new pump.. I called up and requested for a technician visit. The technician came but had no idea why he was here... He did not have any tools to fix the issue but he asked me to sign up for service contract for 3 years, he promised to come next day and fix the issue. After 5 days and 5 phone calls now there is no visit from the technician. The customer care center people always assure me the technician will come but it never happens. They gave me the name of their service leader - Mr. G Jayant but his phone continues gives an extended busy tone. I am at my wits end to get a technician to fix my problem. I always imagined that Eureka Forbes to be a good customer-centric company but obviously they do not care about their customers! Regards Asif Hussain Was this information helpful? | |||
