Forbes Aqua Sure Storage Water Filter — Regarding the Filters

when i am cleaning the Water Purifier, one of the two filters in the Water Container, is fell down, turned into two pieces.

when i am trying to combine those both pieces, i am not able to combine them

I have purchased aquasure 18L on march 2008 in Tamilnadu.But till now that is not working properly.We have asked to the shopkeeper and they are saying this is old method, it means there is no air releasing system so it should be replaced.We don't understand exactly what should I do now. So please help me.

Hi, I have been using aqua sure water purifier for more than a year now. I need to replace the filters but I am not able to locate the same in hyderabad. The shop from where I purchased advised me to go for a new one.
Please help me locate the dealer where I can find the parts.

It is not a complaint but I would like to know how can get the parts of the Aquasure Water Purifier which I am already using. I need a base rest plate to be attached to the aquasure to keep the container to collect the water from the nozal on the top.

Eureka Forbes Aquasure storage Water Purifier — not getting the new part to purchase for the damaged one of it

Dear Sir,
Regarding above mentioned subject,
It is my complaint that purchased waterpurifiers one part which is fitted before the last purifier part(The White one) had gone crack, I asked the local dealer for purchasing it but he said that we won't get it in single piece from Bangalore.
So now i am stuck and the Purifier is not working since one month.
Due to companies demand( they would send atleast 10 piece of the part to local dealer, and Local dealer is not interested in it.) Customer should not get in trouble
what should I do now?

Leakage of Chamber of Aquaguard

We have complianed manytimes but not resolved yet. Our compliant Number 81079653. First compliant made on 11/4/2015.

faulty product

i purchased eureka forbes elegant ro water purifier system. the system got non functional within 02 weeks of purchase. I have been making calls to company representative since 02 weeks however the system has not been repaired till date.
