Hi my name is Vipin Tyagi and i live in Jaipur (Rajasthan). I am having one Water Purifier (Aqua Guard- Compact model) for which i had signed an AMC of Two years ( Contract No.[protected] dated 29/12/2007) under which the Eureka Service team has to visit my place every six month for changing the candle/carbon of the machine.
The first changing was done the day i signed the contract but for second service i had to call up the service centre to do the needful to which they sent the technician in July 08(on 7th month). In the meanwhile i changed by residence in Sept 2008 . Now again the six month period is over but still there is no communication from the local service centre towards changing the candle/carbon. Is there any system in place...?

I tried to contact the local chap (Mr Pankaj on 5100847) but i dont think company has provided them adequate training as to how to deal with customers.? Instead of accepting the flaw in the system he asked me numerous questions as if Co is doing some charity by providing me service.

On questioning about the service levels, he told me he had sent a technician to my earlier residence on 28 Dec 08 but he was told i had changed my residence, whereas the fact remains that my earlier landlord has got my new address and no one had visited them !! Our two contact numbers are clearly mentioned on the AMC card but no one took the pain of calling up and asking for the changed address...Today(13/1/09) when i called up i was asked where to send the person...? Again my question is - Is there any system in place.? Do we have to call up everytine to get the service ?
I hope the people sitting on the top level understands the seriousness and the possible threat arising due to drinking of non-clean water.

I strongly beileve in a brand called TATA but such level of service puts a big question mark on the systems/processes and checks.?

    I have a aqua guard water purification system from last 8 yrs. and had no problems about its functioning, the candle and carbon was changed every 6 months. But no no for AMC. Now the rear pipe bringing water to e boiling after filtration stared leaking, I called the service personal to repair it, He said your PCB is burnt . I said when e boiling and filtration is working who PCB can burnt. hE SAID YOU TAKE A TWO yrs AMC and it will be repaired he took RS 1900/ for two yrs maint The machine is still leaking, no action is taken by company to sent mech for repair, Since it is a propriety item the govt should ensure the customer is not cheated by company

    We brought an Aquaguard RO system. In 3 months the problem starts with the unit. Water is not coming into container instead it go to drain. When the service engineer comes he simply removes the filter and hit with his screwdriver and refits it. Then it will work for some days. When we ask this is the way they clear the filter? He doesn’t have any other tools clear the filter. I really think they don't have a proper mechanism to clear the filter. With in 2 months the filter is cleared 3 times and now filter is gone bad. Now they say it needs to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty.

    My sincere advice NOT TO GO FOR ANY EurekaForbs products.

    Now they just want to have sales but not give customers the best service even in warranty period.
    I totally agree. I too paid rs. 900/- for a year's contract with a company with valid office, phone numbers and receipt but i got only one service and now none of the phone numbers are working! My machine is left unattended and the cylinder has not been refilled. I don't even know where to contact a proper servicing person. This company is worthless and I am thinking of switching to some other brand like PureIt.

      I, Mr. Prabhakar V. Bokad, Shegaon Dist Buldana (M.S.), India, have purchased Ureka Forbes water purifier through receipt no. 326408 dated 21/6/2008 . The salesman Mr. Pankaj Munde (salesman no. 9006702) was frequently visiting to my house for marketing and selling this product. Lastly on 21/6/2008 I have given him cash of Rs. 1000/- and one cheque of Rs. 1000, and 6 chequess of Rs. 990/-. He had promised me to return 3 cheques of Rs. 990/- against payment of Rs. 2300/- Rs. 700/- on 13/10/2008. But after 2-3 reminder every month and discussing the thing with his boss at Akola office(M.S.), India. Just 2 days before he gives me time to collect the money, but he does not found me after giving different places of contacts to me. So this is the direct way of cheating the customer. This thing is also happend with 2 person, I know.

        hi sir my aquaguard does not work proparly when i switched it to the on position it worked only for a minute and after that it starts beeping and does not gives water how i solve thos problem.

          Since last ten days my water purifier ( aquaguard classic model) is not working properly and complaint has been lodged end number of times but there is no response from the company.I m located in Bhagalpur, Bihar and have faced very poor customer care response, nobody is coming for servicing due to which i m facing lots of trouble.

          Hoping some positive reacton from the company after this complaint

          Since from the purchase date at the month of june my water purifier ( aquaguard classic model) is not working properly and complaint has been lodged end number of times. only once i got the reponse after number of times.after that again the machine is not working .. thrice i called to the customer care but there is no response from the company.I m located in Mettupalayam, near coimbatore, Tamilnadu and have faced very poor customer care response, nobody is coming for servicing due to which i m facing lots of trouble.
          iam personelly fed up with the machine. investing the money & not getting use of.. pls replace the machine for further use.

          Hi,

          We are facing the same problem, have beenusing Aquaguard water purifier since last 4 years but from past 1 months it is troubling us a lot. I am from bhagalpur, Bihar and calling Aquaguard office no. coutinuosly since 1 month (2-3 times a day), but till yet nobody has came to our house to resolve the issue. Pls help us to get this issue resolved.

            Hello Sir,

            This with regard to Water purifier with RO technology which I have purchased from Eureka Forbes through a sales representative in the year 2006. This system requires annual replacement of filtering candles. Changes of candles were taken up at appropriate time last year. But this year none of the technician were bothered to visit my home to attend maintenance. I have placed a request for change of candles on[protected],[protected] and again on[protected] by calling there customer care No[protected]. The quality of drinking water after RO deteriorated and it is causing all health problems for my family. My daughter is suffering from dysentery due to this. I have been going under high stress because of my daughter health.

            Hi : Last year in the month of May'2010 I had purchased a RO from Eureka Forbes company , Sales personnel promise me for supply of Heaven but just after purchasing all are worst than hell , quality of water was very bad , I complaint the same but after chasing for long he arrange to change the membrane , which was again a big mistake. Further I dial sales person number but he didn't pick my phone. Due to bad quality of water supply my daughter is suffering from typhoid , doctor told me that. Now who is responsible for that of such a hell situation . Eureka forbes company asked me to take an AMC , in spite of product is in warrant period. Is some body look into this.

            We had purchased aquasure reviva this march-april which was giving good service. around last month a service person had come to the blding whom my mom asked to look at our system.As our receipt was not to be found he said that he would not see and later reluctantly agreed to, but took a part of it and disappeared.i also called on the customer care helpline and they gave me a no 73866329, which till date has not been attended to.Kindly look into the matter.For more than a month we are borrowing drinking water from our neighbours.

              Hi

              We bought an Aquaguard NF costing around 13, 500/- in April 2007. We are having severe issues with the pressure of water not to the required level and hence we dont get drinking water for days together. When the purifier was installed the "sales person did not check for the water pressure" or for the hardness of water to ensure that the purifier works.

              We complained to the service people several times but the response that was given each time was that the pressure was not upto the mark.It was quite disgusting to know about it so late and to know that the buy back worth would be Rs.1500/- only.

              The manager who attended to us did not have the courtesy to ask us to sit and talk, was not willing to listen and didn't look as if he was going to solve an issue.
              We told him the issue and he told us to raise the height of the tank. This option cannot be resorted to as we stay in a rented house and we cannot ask the ownner to have the tank on a tower for the sake of the purifier. This is the most ridiculous solution to an issue that we have got so far. When we said that it wasn't a feasible solution, he gave us an option of the unworthy buy back.

              No feeasible solution was offered, instead the manager advised us to wait till the point of time the water filter can be put to use effectively. The next level of escalation told was www.eurekaforbes.com. I have sent them an email but there has been no response.

              The policies of the company and the service offered by the company cannot be digested and have deep sense of being cheated.

                i have bought a new Aqua guard gold nova water purification system on23rd september 2008 [Inova gold] at chennai adambakkam..
                the next day i found the start electric button was not functioning properly on 24th.september 2008. till date i have made six complaints about it. three persons visited and only told the button requires REPLACEMENT. only promise is made. but NOT REPLACED. about a repeated about a week back I was given a customer ID as [protected]. i was also told to inform my complaint in futur e referring this ID. I want action . i cannot hold the start button with my finger or by stick, till the filling of vessels. NOW FIRST SERVICE is due since Expiry of 3 months.
                i have taken photo how i operate th e aqua guard on my cell for future re dressal by authorities.this may be noted

                  I paid Rs.5450/- for buying a Trendy-Xeon Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner from MGB, 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore.They delivered me a wrong model(Trendy Cherry) which is Rs.1000/- less and was not even in good working condition. The same was informed to them the next day and was agreed to change after they accept their mistake.

                  But when i went to the MGB, 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore they were not ready to replace it for me beacuse they dont have a ready stock to rectify their mistake.

                  I informed the same to Eureka Forbes Customer service executives (around 3 people) but they didnt take any action for it yet.

                  I am ANOOP AGARWAL ihave purchased RO on 28june2009 from mark point LALITPUR(UP) but not getting not even one service as i have complained many time to your deler and service manager ASHISH
                  I'm PETER from COIMBATORE..My machine got repaired on 4th november... from then i'm trying to file a complaint but i could'nt file due to diwali it seems.. after 5 days i filed the complaint([protected]).. the technician on 11th and inspected the machine and told that the board is not functioning so we'll replace it within two days... but its already a week gone and no proper reply and response... also complained to the manager MR.MANI([protected]) He too not answering properly.. My machine is in Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) from the date of purchase... WORST SERVICE..
                  MGB Coimbatore 100 Feet road- Cheated me, They gave me a wrong model TV Bravia 600 which cost less than 1000 when compared with other shop. They also tried to send me a showroom TV and tried to cheat me. I told that I can not accept showroom TVs. Late with in a week I informed the them that my eyes are getting strained due to 60 HZ TV and asked them to replace it. No one cared about it. They are the real cheaters. Do ever go to MGB Coimbatore 100 Feet road.

                    To people who read this note:-

                    DO NOT BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS.

                    I have purchased an Aquaflo (Aquasure) Water Purifier and a Vacuum Cleaner from the NEXT shop (34240/1/4239) - M G Road Ernakulam on 27-10-08.

                    The Aquaflo product is simply a complete hog wash. Within 2 days of installation there were water leakages in various points. The technician since that till the date of posting has not been able to resolve the issue. The entire service delivery for the product is done through a franchisee network in Cochin city and hence the company effectively does not want to give a sufficient (read cost intensive) and effective service platform to service sales.

                    The Vacuum Cleaner is also giving problems. The retractable cord simply winds up without pressing the cord retractor button. This creates a lot of issues while once is vacuuming. In addition to this the company provides a single appliance for collecting dust from hard surfaces - tiles and soft surfaces - carpets. There is a small knob which needs to be used to switch from one to the other. The locking arrangement for the same does not work effectively. This creates scratches on your floor surface.

                    The NEXT shop coolly palms off the complaint to a call center no.

                    The call center gives the feedback to the same franchisee creating a never ending loop of service issues for the customer.

                    Two months have elapsed in this cat and mouse game to no avail.

                    I hope there is some change to this entire process and people at EUREKA ( my foot) FORBES wake up.

                    My Aqua sure filter got damaged by fallen over floor. Please suggest any service provider in INDORE city bywhere we purchased it.

Modi & Mr. prajapati of eureka forbs in 06/2008, on the time of sales he gave full service commitents, but now he is not ready to recieve my call. i am trying since last 5 months in regard of service issue but thare is no responce from them, even they have not attempt single visit to us.

                    i think company is waiting of 1 yr warranty period to be expired then they will make contact to earn money also.

                    I have Purchsed Aquaguard water purifier but it is not having RO system, and dealer had misguided us about the same, i CAME TO KNOW THAT RECENT SYSTEMS HAD UPGRADED WITH RO, ALONG WITH CARBON /SAND FILTERS, AND UV.
                    I REQUEST TO GIVE ME A OPTION OF EITHER UPGRADATION OF MY PRESENT SYSTEM WITH RO, OR PROVIDE ME ONLY RO CARTRIDGE THAT CAN BE FIXED ON LINE TO PRESENT SYSTEM

                      I had aquaguard_NOVA water filter under AMC of Eureka Forbes Ltd.The contract period was 24.07.2004-23.07.2006. On 20.11.2005 I was again approached by the company for AMC and was mislead into another AMC for two years running from 09.12.05 to 07.12.07. I realised the mistake only when on 04.10.06 I purchased R.O. water filter from the same company. Further I noticed that the second AMC was bearing different serial No.and different model.On explaining this to sales executive, he assured me to get me the refund of AMC amount of Rs.1750.00 charged wrongly. I asked him to adjust the amount in cost of the new filter to which he replied that this issue has to be dealt seperately. Afterwards I was told by the same executive that company has refused to refund the amount, rather it can be adjusted towards AMC of the new machine, when due. I approached the company again after expiry of the warranty of new filter but they refused to adjust the amount .So far I have written to the company's office at Nirala nagar, Lucknow on 29.09.2006; main office in Lucknow on 26.06.2007 and to Their head office at Bangalore on 03.12.2007 without any response from them. I and my husband are working people and do not find time to approach CONSUMER FORUM. Now that we have subscribed to net and we have found your site, we are approaching you for justice. It is not matter of money but the "we care a damn ' approach of the multinationals. They need to be desciplined.

                      I have been calling Eurecka Forbes Aquaguard cunstomer service the last several weeks, asking them to come test my water source in Jangpura Delhi, but no one has come. I call, they say they will send someone, I wait hour after hour, but no one comes. It could be they are coming when I step out of my house a short time but still even then they dont call to confirm they are coming. This makes it very difflicult to have someone test my water supply. It has been making me sick, so I REALLY need someone to come test it to see if I need a new machine.

                      KIndly let us know the charges for changing the aquaguard candle.Also your yearly service charge...Our address is 5/98, Vipul Khand Gomtinagar, near CMS Gomtinagar..We had called for candle change and the person was charging more than the rate according to us as in Aliganj my mother has the membership six monthly sevice for which it is charged around 750 rs.So kindly tell us the correct charge for that and send a proper reliable person for the work.
                      Im very fed up from the services of eureka forbes as they pay no attention at all towards the problems of the consumers, we have to call the so many times to get our product repaired but they always give fake responce that it will b doday every time i think thse type of companices should be banned as there is no difference berween them n govt organisations...

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have contacted the customer care services so may times but they give false promises to come and repair my Aquaguard water purifier and till now no one has come. I think you understand that this type of response from your side spoils your image as if some one asks us about our opinion regarding aquaguard it will surely not be a good one, you will lose cutomers new and old at the same time. So please send your mechanic for repairing the product.                         Aquaguard (Classic) — water purifier not working

                        I had got replaced the sensor by the authrized dealer of Aquaguard in chattis garh and the same is not working since last one week. I call him to check the machine then he once again said to me that send your machine to me, which is 40 km away from my residence and it is very dificult to visit the shop at desired time. I am higly intersted to give AMC of the above product. Please interfere into the matter and get resolve the problem at the earliest
                        I amfrom thiruvanmiyur . we didi't use this for past one year. but we want use so fixed the aquaguard but after that i think I need service for this pls can you help us.

                        I have a Aquaguard iNova. This was bought more than 4 years back. I have AMC on this product. I have registered a complaint more than a month back and am still waiting for the service technician to turn up.

                        The service in Chennai is very poor from Eureka Forbes.

                        Please do not go for EF products, especially in Chennai, as they don't know how to provide customer service.
                        The service in Bangalore is very very poor and the The respective person who should come for a check uses abusive words and they give wrong contact number.

                        LOCALLY I HAVE COMPLAINED TWICE , DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY DUT TILL TODAY IT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED
                        I HAVE PURCHASED THIS YEAR ABOUT TWO MONTHS BACK IN THE MONTH OF JUNE .
                        WATER IS NOT FLOWING EVEN IF IT IS ON FROM YOUR PRODUCT AQUAGARD INFINITY
                        I have not seen such a fraud customer care, after giving 3 to 4 complaint no one has visited the site, only there will say every customer is important for them till there take over money to there pocket after that, how are you, I will make inshore them, once I will get them in any of the site when there will come for demo, I will loss there as more as customer, telling them what is happened with me.
                        My aquaguard is not working and service in bangalore is very-very poor. I have contacted customer care so many times, but they give false promises. they don't come to visit my house.

                          Euro clean was bought from Home Town - Home Solutions Retail(India) Limited Plot No. A -2, Lower ground Floor, Sector 38 A, Noida.

                          Receipt No. T25 / 2899. Item Code as per bill [protected] Forbes trendy S of Rs 5299 on 27 / 05 / 2007.

                          Complaint for improper functioning of the product was lodged with the call centre on 23rd November 2008 with the Complaint Number M - 60514.

                          Till date promise of attending the complaint in 24 hours has not been kept by the comapny. Calls were also made post 23rd November as reminder but nothing has happened.

                          Demand:

                          Product shall be changed immediately with the fresh product.

[protected], [protected] ) in MEERUT for the bill but always they says that this bill will be automatic generate from our bombay head office and sent to you by courier with in 15 days but still one month has been passed we could not able to got the Invoice for the vaccum cleaner, we have paid the cheque payment as full and final in facvour of M/s EUREKA FORBES LIMITED

                            Eureka forbs vaccume cleaner — Invoice Bill not delivered

                            Dear Sir,
                            My mame is Madhuri shivastava.I have been sold one vaccume cleaner Euroclean ace by the sales team of Eureka Forbs. They informed me that the bill/Invoive for this product will be delivered to me directly through the Company. They have also taken two cheque of Rs 500/- & Rs 7290/- for the cost of this product. The amount had been deducted from my bank account but even after two months, I could not get the Invoice for this product. I am realy sorry to inform You that they showed little response when I tried to contact on their contact no. Mr Santosh Gupta & his boss from that sales team of Eureka Forbs acted in highly irresponsible manner that has caused me alot of stress and I felt like cheeted. I do not know what has made them to do so. Please do need ful.

                            I was assured that someone would revert and the issue shoud get resolved in 24 working hours. Today is the 11th day and no revert. Despite repeated follow up no action taken and on aksing for a complaint no: i was not given one.

                            Request you to kindly look into this issue . Currently the Machine is under guarantee period. Thanks

                              I made a complaint stating that the water purifier purchased by me vide invoice No [protected] dated 28.12.07 was not functioning .The customer ID No.[protected].Even after lapse of 4 days nobody turned up for my complaint.I have made nearly 10 calls to customer care office &local sales office.I feel that the EUREKA FORBES Officials have cheated me by saying that they will provide good services.Believing their word I purchased the purifier.

                              Eureka forbes water purifier - Crystal — Worst After Sales services

                              I have purchased water purifier (Make Eureka forbes, Model - Crystal) from Vijay sales - Thane on 02.06.08 thinking that it will be peace of mind if i go with a branded one. But my all thinking got shattered when i requested services of Eureka Forbes for attending my machine that too with in warranty period. I have called 7-8 times in past 20-25 days on all the numbers and help lines they have provided for customer care and also lodging the complaint on their site. Every time i was assured that this was my last call and my problem will be attended in 24 hours time. and Truth is that on one visited till today. And now i have decided to go to consumer court and post my experience on all the places so as to save other customers to fall in the trap of such irritating companies.
                              Respected sir,
                              I have aquaguard Nova water purifier.
                              It had a servicing just one before.
                              The had change the filter and did some cleaning.
                              But later withihn three days we found that the the filter was not good
                              and we were getting small black crystals of charcoal in water.
                              Also as the supply of water from tap was turn on at very high force by the
                              service person the black cap behind the machine broke and water
                              started to leak out of the machine.
                              We called the service person and asked to rectify the problem.
                              He came checked everything and promised that he will change the
                              filter and also replace the cap.
                              It is almost three weeks I am trying to reach him on his mobile [protected]
                              but I am getting switched off message.
                              Please help me in sorting this problem as soon as possible.

                              Eureka Forbes Water Purifier- Crystal model — Bad after sales service

                              I am staying in Magarpatta City,
                              We bought Eureka Forbes Water purifier - Crystal Model (Feb 2008). So far not received proer service for the equipment. It is purchased from Das Electric, Nagar road.

                              There are no proper service center & technitians who will do servicing for Eureka Forbs equipments. Water purifier being very critical & health impacting applicance & if no proer service is available for the product Eureka should stop this business & playing with human lifes.

                                I have a Eureka Forbes Water purifier which is continiously under AMC since last 7 years.

                                Recently i have started expereincing very poor service from the company.

                                No one bothers to attend the complaints inspite of repeated telephonic reminders.

                                My complaint no 8080 2488 booked on 9th December remains unattended till this minute. Repeated calls given to Service centre no 3988 3333 invokes only mechanical reponse that the complaint is registered and will be attended to.

                                After repeated complaints following esclation nos where provided by the Service centre:-

                                Chinna Durai[protected]
                                Ravi[protected]

                                First no is worth dialling only to hear nice pre recorded songs and no body bothers to pick up the phone.

                                Those who are having mobile nos do not have the habit of picking up customer calls at all.

                                Having paid the money for 2 years against AMC, i think the machine is worth scrapping or throwing in the sea.

                                I am sure like many consumers who have registered the complaint in this site the company is going towards a slide.

                                I purchased Euraka forbes water purifier on 19th April 09 in Faridabad. On the day of installation due to missing of some components it was not commissioned. I had no option but for purchasing mineral water bottles on the day.

                                Next day it was commissioned and during testing water started overflowing from storage tank and auto switch is found not working. Immediately complaint was registered ie. on 20th April 09.

                                On 21st inspite of repeated requests and follow up, officials of Euraka forbes only assured of immediate action but no body turned. Till the time of writing this mail ie., at 10.00 Pm on 21st no body bothered to attend and water is still overflowing.

                                I feel that I have made a great mistake by opting for Euraka forbes and suggest consumers to be careful about such products.                                 My product is Eureka Forbes water purifier Nova model. I took a AMC for one year at Meerut on 10 Sep 09 (Contract Receipt No 15715100. On being posted to Sukna from Meerut, I contacted Siliguri branch for cleaning of candle which was changed in Meerut on 22 April 09. The mechanic Mr Pradeep did come after 4 days but did the refitting of purifier incorrectly which started causing the problem of water leakage. The machine had to be switched off due to the problem. On teleconversation again the mechanic was sent again after a span of 5 days. By that time, a civil mechanic had to be called since the problem of water leakage was a big nuisance. The response and expertise of this branch is questionable. I feel taking a AMC is a mistake since the customer service is not upto the mark. The telephone no of the branch is[protected]. You are requested to please advise us the next course of action so that our next three years of service tenure are not so problematic due to the service

                                I had purchased Aqua Royale water purifier in June 2000. The unit No. is 4011 and my customer code in[protected]. the unit is still under AMC. Since last one month, it is not working properly and I have made several complaint on customer care helpline 39883333 as well as to the service agency on 65751459. No one has visited andtattended to our complaint till date. I am very unhappy with overall attitude of Euraka Forbes. please note that the AMC is issued by the companty on its letter haed through frenchise. Therefore Euraka Forbes is completely responsible for any deficiency in the service.

                                I must say that i am not satisfied with the service provider whose personnnel often visit at odd hrs that too after our reminders for periodic mantenanace as per AMC. Now even after our complaint no one has attended to it till 12.10.2009
                                I ordered one of the new waterfilter in your favourite company. Paid the sum of Rs.2100/- for the advance payment at[protected].                                 I agree with you 100%. The service rendered by Euraka forbes water purifier is very very worst. I am from Chennai & purchased 2 years back (RO Total) and given for 2 years warranty paid Rs.6500/- and every time for servicing it is very much difficult to call the people. They will come leisuely after 5 to 6 days. During the period I have to make a call daily several times. Recently the handle of the tap got broken on 30-8-12. I booked a complaint on the same day vide complaint no.68019678. Till today I made lot of calls to Call centre and the Area Service Manager Saravannan on[protected]. Till on 3-9-12 there is no response. I feel that I made a mistake in buying the water purifier and by opting for AMC for 2 years. It should be published in the media. But recent incident has shattered my confidence in the company additionally disturbed me as a customer. I would like to share the incident. August end, salesman from the company reached my residence to share brochure and to ask for any product requirement. I told him that i am looking for a vacuum cleaner and he may come with a demo product. After few days he demonstrated the product and i told him that i am interested but connect with me around 15th September for my purchase decision, if yes, collect the payment as well. on 15th i witness worst possible customer engagement which was not only black spot on company's reputation in my mind. DeepChand, team leader of Eureka Forbes, at Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi called me from [protected](his alternate no. is [protected]) and asked for the payment options. I politely told him that i have bought Eureke Forbes vacuum cleaner from defence canteen as it was a better financial deal and thanked for his demo. In reply, he stated "Jab khareedne ki haisiyat nahi ho to demo bhi mat liya karo" to translate, don't call us for demo if you don't have purchase power. I was stocked with the kind of word he used and disrespected me. He claimed to be a team leader but i have never met a worse person than him in my life. I have sales experience of above 9 years but this was certainly not in my books... I urge the company to take strict action against DeepChand to maintain my confidence in the company.

                                The water is not coming pure its really hard i.e unable to drink and ur tollfree no.[protected] is not toll free taking charges and no one is giving any response and charges are apllied on call 😤😠

                                Cheated on the website with a fake sale

                                I made a purchase on the Eureka Forbes website and paid up Rs 17, 490 for an Aquaguard filter. Thsi happened on 28March 2015. But they never gave me any product and I have lost the entire money.

                                Cleaning & Maintenance not getting done after calling too many times

                                I have taken the 3 years warranty & Technician is not coming for Cleaning of Aquaguard Machine despite of placing request too many times. Recent Request # is 77120195 placed on 6th July.

                                  Our office by name M/s Zero-Mass Foundation has been using your water purifier since more than 1 year.Recently it had developed a problem of water not getting filtered.We complained to your people at phone no:[protected] about this on[protected].A person named Mr.Udhav registered the complaint and gave us a number 2965 as a reference.No one attended to it till now.We again reminded him about it this morning.He connected us to another person.We narrated our problem once again.After listening to us, he said that he was only dealing with non-electrical filters and for electrical purifiers he gave us two more numbers[protected] &[protected].He laid the blame on us for not having mentioned the fact of the purifier being of electrical type in our earlier complaint.
                                  You may kindly notice that this fact should have been ascertained when our complaint was being registered on number 2965.
                                  However, when we rang up the other two numbers, both of them were constantly engaged for nearly two hours.Your people should have been courteous enough to ring back the missed call numbers.
                                  I request you to kindly prevail upon your Hyderabad service agency people to attend to the complaints in a reasonably prompt time.

                                    I have registered the complaint on 14th Nov '08 still nobody turned up and not even called up. This is under AMC period. I have called so many time to 3988 3333 about the complaint. They are giving assurance but nobody turned up. I fed up with this response and I don't want to buy any of your product in future and I recommend other people to don't buy also. Your service is worst.                                       i bought aquasure of eureka forbes from kolhapur bigg bazaar... i asked the aquaguard person to instal it, well he came after 8 days and installed it.. to my surprise this guy asked me for installation charges, me not being at home my wife gave him the installation charges. when asked for the annual maintainence he says that i[censored] buy these products from bigg bazaar u dnt get the AMC. this is the thing which ive heard for the first time.. and im going to give a writted complaint to bigg bazaar.
                                      to people who dnt knw this better dnt buy electronic items from bigg bazaar be it anything. everyone thinks people are fools.. as no one cares to complaint...
