[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes Ltd — Low TDS in water

We were fraudulently sold RO system although we live in Chandigarh, where RO is not recommended. For the last 4 years we were made to drink water which had very low TDS factor. Recommended TDS is atleat 50 but in our case it is abysmally low at 12. No one came to check TDS inspite of our repeated complaints. When we got it checked this week, it was just 12 . Company played with our health, including our minor daughter. All documents with us.

I agree with you mr.jain. Even we have got similar problem.Since two years we are also drinking low tds water.The Company does'nt helps at all and responsibles say that tds will get corrected in rainy seasons. We've talked mumbai and bhopal...but no use at all.Regret to buy eureka Forbes products...

I HAVE PURCHASED ELEGANT+RO ON[protected] I REQUESTED TO INSTALL THE SAME BUT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE SAID THIS ITEM IS NOT FOR MUMBAI AND IF INSTALLED THE WATER WILL BE VERY BED YOU CAN NOT BE DRINK PLEASE HELP
