[Resolved] Eureka Forbes: RO Reviva Smart — Service not provided by Times Enterprises,Ghaziabad | |||
I went for revewing my AMC from Eureka Forbes. Times Enterprises, Shipra Rivera Representative came & collected cheque rs 2850/- from me on 03-Jul-2010. The cheque has already debited from my A/c. But, they have not replaced filters till date(09-Sep-10) .One day, Representative came & give to me following things with broken seal(seems used ones): 1> membrane. 2> Post carbon filter. TILL DATE EUREKA FORBES SERVICE CENTRE FAILED TO REPLY/ATTEND OUR REQUEST. SEVERAL EMAILS WERE SENT AT [protected]@EUREKAFORBES.COM BUT NON WERE ATTENDED/REPLIED. IS THERE ANY ONE TO ATTEND OUR REQUEST ?????????
when today I insisted to give higher officer phone nbr ; I was given a telephone nbr :[protected] which is switched off.
is this customer service/after sales service ?
