[Resolved] Ezeego.com — No response
I had booked a ’Deccan’ ticket under ’Ticket pe Ticket’ offer promoted jointly by Ezeego.com and ICICI credit card. The payment for the same was made through ICICI gold card No [protected] on 25th October –2007.
On making the payment for the first set of tickets, a promotional code was generated which was used for purchase of the return journey. For the return journey a sum of Rs 4725 was paid as a tax component of the ticket through the above said card.
At the end of the above, I got 2 invoices from Ezeego.com acknowledging the payment. The promotional ticket generated on the second instance does not have any PNR number of Air Deccan, which I see as a booking failure. I checked with Air Deccan and the invoice generated by Ezeego has no validity with them.
I wrote 5 mails and had been trying to reach customer care at Ezeego on the telephone number given in the web site and till date there is no response. I fear whether anything like customer care exist with Ezeego.
