Booking Failure & Lack of Customer Support

I booked three ticket through www.ezeego1.com. After the money from my credit card was debited and the booking completed and on PNR NUMBER ONLY IT SHOWS-Booking failure with reference number EZR[protected]/A . No PNR Number was displayed. After this i tried contacting them through their call center but it is always busy. For a number of times i waited for atleast 25-30 mins online but there was no response. I also mailed them at [protected]@ezeego1.com, Preeti Gupta; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com'; '[protected]@ezeego1.com' [protected]@ezeego1.com but there was no response.
No one responded at their booking number at head office.
Now i dont know whether the booking is done or not and if not then what about my money???

This is a pathetic situation. Kindly do inform me on [protected].

ezeego — around 20 phone calls made,but cancellation refund not made even after 35 days

HI,

I had made a a hotel booking thru ezeego reference no EZR[protected] on the 21st of April.Due to personal reasons I had to cancel the booking on 23rd of April, when the status was still showing me as pending.
I called up the customer care and the booking was cancelled.
I was told that within 7 working days, I would receive my money back.
But without success, and now its more than a month.
Since then I have called up ezeego customer care around 15-18 times .
Everytime I call up, the executive assures me that the money would be credited in another 48 hours, but till now it has not come to my account.
Everytime, I wait for 48 hours, and the money doesn’t come, then I again call up, and then again get a new reassurance, then again wait, then again call up and so on…..
Then on Wednesday, 21st Of May I spoke to one of the supervisers, Mr Rajiv Sarin,
Who said that by any chance the money will be credited within 72 working hours, and again asked me to wait till Monday 4.30 pm, when he assured he will also give me a call to confirm whether the money has come or not.
As expected, nothing happened, neither the money came nor the call from Mr Sarin.
I also sent 2 mails to [protected]@ezeego1.com, but no response has been received .
The worst part is every time I call up, I am asked to wait so that the issue can be discussed with either the backend team or the finance team or fro some other reason.
I am just unable to interpret WHAT IS HAPPENING.
Its been long enough now that I should have received the payment.
I have been a regular cutomer fo ezeego and I never expected this kind of lapse and delay from your side.
Please if you actually read this complaint box and if someone is listening,
Please pay attention to my request…..get back my money.

HERE IS A SOLUTION TO ALL SUCH PROBLEMS WITH EZEEGO1
I had faced a similar issue with them and realized the fraud they were committing. i booked a pune to delhi ticket and when it gave an error, i tried again, and again. only to realize that while each time money was being debited from my credit card, no ticket PNR was being generated. Ezeego1 was not contactable, their numbers on website were not existing or not reachable.
finally i tried a solution and it worked
I called my credit crad company and informed them abt the fraud. they made me write and fax a written complaint along with the copy of failed reservation. I did exactly as directed, and thankfully my credit card company was able to block the debit and i was given the refund to the transaction.
You all should also try to immediately contact your credit card company and ask them to block the debit instantly.
Hope this helps the many people affected by this mega-fraudulent company

Ezeego1 Air Tickets — Not refunding the complete air ticket amount.

I am after these people from March when I booked the ticket for "kingfisher airline" evening flight from Delhi - Hyd and it showed me morning flight. Since then I am trying to get my complete money back.
They are saying that complete money cant be refunded as it was a non refundable flight. Now few concerns are
1. It was not my fault I booked for evening and it showed me morning. Which there people accepted but when it came to transffering the complete money they didnt responded.
2. In there website they no where mention that the flight which we are booking is refundable or not in relation to march.

I just want a help from we the people of indai to teach these kind of people a lesson. So that any poor should not suffer becuase of them. I am planning to put an FIR against them.

EZEEGO is FRAUD... The same thing happened to me... It's almost 1 month... they haven't refunded my money yet...

I had booked ticket for GoAir from Jaipur to Hyderabad dated 16th May 2008 on 14th April 2008 via ezeego1 website. Ezeego1 booking reference number is EZR[protected]/A and Airline PNR number is B6KNIB. On 12th May, I received message from GoAir that they have cancelled the sector between Jaipur and Hyderabad and thus call the flights have been cancelled with immediate effect.
When I contacted GoAir, they confirmed that full amount has been refunded to ezeego1 and I can claim my refund from them. I filled the refund form available online on ezeego1 website on 17th May and talked with their customer care. Ezeego1 Customer care confirmed that, refund will be reflected back in 3 working days in my credit card.
It has been since then, I have followed up the case with customer care multiple times and I hear the same response that, my refund is under process and it will take 3 working days. I am really frustated with their services, they do not provide any information, why there has been delay in refund processing. I have been informed that my payment reference number is [protected].
I sent multiple emails to [protected]@ezeego1.com, [protected]@ezeego1.com, [protected]@ezeego1.com. Everytime I send email to [protected]@ezeego1.com, a new query reference number is generated and If follow-up the case with old query reference number by sending email to [protected]@ezeego1.com, then email gets bounced, saying that no such address exists. It has been really a horrible experience. Looks like these folks do not want to refund the money.
Is there any way, we can take legal action against this site ?
Dear gentlemen,
Do not try to book any ticket from Ezeego1 . I have booked tickets . amount has been debited from my icici bank account and it is 25 days over I have not yet received my money back.Is there anyway we can take legal action. Horrible experience.

i booked 2 tickets for bangkok on the 26th novemmber 2008 with ezeego travels through the toll free no [protected] unfortunately due to the political unrest in bangkok all flights were cancelled and their airports shut i cancelled my tickets (cancelllation acklowdegement EZR[protected]/A - Cancellation Acknowledgement (TG - 26/11/08) the refrerence was from anita ..they told me the ammount would be refunded to my credit bank citibank within 9 working days today being the 24th dec i havent received any money yet from them i have called them several times the respone i get from them is tht we will call you back since their systems r down i can understand once twice but i have called them about 20 times with teh same excuse nobody calls back i have decided to take things in my own hand would like to either put a police complaint or go to the media bout this need help how to go about this awaiting a quick response

I had booked a ticket for Bombay Bhopal sector by Air India and subsequently cancelled the same. While I have received refund after a number of reminders, I am yet to receive the invoice/details of cancellation amount. I will be in a position to claim refund from my employer only on receipt of details. Even after 12 reminders Ezeego1 is not sending the details. Original reference No. of booking was EZR[protected]/A. Please take up with company and help.
I had booked a ticket on 8th Feb 2009 for Air India(AI 102) from Delhi to Kolkata for 9th Feb, 2009 (departure time 19:15p.m)using the ezeego1 site. While booking the ticket transaction was failed but at the same time i received a sms that the amount have been debited from the credit card. i had booked a ticket with ezeego on 6/11/2007 and Booking Reference No: EZR[protected]/A and i had cancelled that on 26/112007 and it was confirmed by ezeego, still now i have not recieved and refund from them and i have made several complaint to them in this reaged but only one answer i get that is it will be refunded in 7 working day. i dont this that 7 working day still have not completed from last 14 months. please help me in this regard

Please suggest what to do now.

As per our plans after having darshana at Maa Vaishno Devi, booked a taxi and reached Asia the Oasis Resort on 14th May at about 2.00 pm. (booked through you for 2 nights i.e. 14th & 15 th instant). On presenting the Hotel Voucher at the reception, we were offered a room. Since we were quite tired, we wanted to rest for some time. While I removed the Bed cover, my wife went to fresh up. .
We were shocked to see that-(i) bed sheets & pillow covers were dirty and (ii) the toilet seat was full of . It totally spoiled our mood. I went to the reception and complained. We were immediately offered another room To our great surprise, here also the bed sheets were dirty and soiled while there was some bloodstain on the bed cover. The gentleman at the reception named Mr. Kartar Raina appologised on personally inspecting the rooms and said that the person on duty had not prepared the rooms after guests occupying them had vacated. It was disgusting. I refused to stay at such a place, and requested Mr. Raina to book us in some other hotel. As per his advise the nearest hotel at Patnitop was 3-4 Kms. away and we could reach there only by bus. He also advised to approach you for cancellation and refund. He was kind enough to send a boy to help us board a bus. We were standing at the roadside for more than 40 mts. but could not get the bus. Luckily a private car driver stopped and agreed to drop us at the hotel/tourist bungalow .We had to pay Rs.300/-. I tried to contact you on my mobile on numbers [protected] & [protected] but could not get through.
My request:-
1. Please ensure that hotels/resorts you recommend/book are of some standard. People plan to spend a few days at hill stations to relax or some other places for sight seeing and not to waste time and money. For more than last ten years I have been spending a few days at some resort during summer vacation and had wonderful time. For the first time I wasted a day and money along with inconvenience and mental torture.
2. Please arrange to refund at least the amount paid by me immediately, if not the compensation for inconvenience, monetary loss and time wastage.

ezeego — Non Refund Of Excess Amount Charged

I had sent the complaint detailed below by email to ezeego and have sent several (at least Ten) reminders till now. I did not receive any response till date. Calling the customer care is a nightmare. It is an STD call in the first place and it takes about 15 minutes after the call is through to speak to the officer. And again the person puts you on hold very often. And finally they say please send an email and slam the phone down without listening to you. For emails they dont respond. Pathetic service and a high level fraud company I have ever faced in my life.
The email I sent to them is as follows.
I had booked a ticket for one adult, MRG.D.sharma, through ezeego from Delhi To London & back for 14/17 th of September 2008, for which an excess amount of Rs.19047.00, (over and above the fare printed on the ticket)was Charged against my credit card. The details are as follows;
Air Booking Reference No : EZR[protected]/A
The payment Reference no is : [protected]
as per the message received from ezeego the amount was expected to have been refunded
to my account within one weeks time but that one week is not seen even after nine months.

Whoever is reading this mesasge pelase go to makemytrip.com and book your tickets, they provide best service and they really take care of their customers.
I was flabbergasted when I was told that I have to pay a fine/charge of 300.00 per head for cancellation of tickets.

I booked two tickets on 29/06/2009, one for 09/07/2009 { New Delhi – Chandigarh} and another for 12/07/2009 { Chandigarh to New- Delhi “back”}, however, when I got the itinerary I can see that both of the tickets are booked on the same date, it was a surprise to me, as I took extra care while selecting the dates, hence I Cancelled the second ticket.

I am ready to pay the IRCTC cancellation charges, Ezeego Service charges (around 20.00) but that extra cost of 600.00 for two tickets which will be more than 50% of the amount of the ticket will be injustice to me.

Reason why I am mentioning it injustice:

It is not that I changed my Travel plan, I am not sure whether it is an application mistake or human error and I don’t want to argue for that as well but it is something for which I should not be charged such a hefty amount (relative to ticket amount).

I have already approached Customer service desk but they continue to say one thing " rule is a rule" but what is that for???

please suggest how to go forward...

Ezeego1 — ezeego1 is fraud

I had recieved an SMS that if I buy a ticket from ezeego1, there is Flat 25% discount.

I bought a ticket two weeks ago from their site, but when i didnt get any discount i called their help line number and they said that the disount is only on the base fare which was only Rs. 250 and not on the final amount. They said it is mentioned in terms and conditions. I have searched it everywhere but could not find where they have mentioned. Also their price was Rs 300 more compared to other sites like makemy trip and yatraa.

Please do not purchase any tickets from them, they are big fraud and robbing people of their hard earned money.
