Hathway sucks !!!! Its one of the worst service provider on earth. The box has not been working for almost 3 months now. Contacted the concerned Hathway people. They assure me of immediate help. But they never did that. I am very dissapointed. Please help. I wish if someone could file complaint against this DIRTY organisation for there DIRTY job. HELP!! Was this information helpful? | |

I USE HATHWAY STB & HATHWAY SUCKS IT IS OF NO USE FIRSTLY THEY ARE TAKING MONTHS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ARE THEY DONKEYS? AND HOW CAN ANY CUSTOMER CARE PERSON ASK THE CUSTOMER PERSONAL QUESTION LIKE IS SHE YOUR DAUGHTER ! WHAT THE HELL IS THEIR PROBLEM!? THIS IS AGAINST THE RULES OF THE COMPANY FEELS LIKE SLAPING THAT LADY

i have complaint hath way about my connection lost till 4days and still not a single customer care executive send any one to solve problem and when we asked or phone them they just tell that our executive come and no body was at your home ...they thought we locked our home after phoned them how rubbish argument against poor service
Since last four days entire channels of STAR & Zee are missing apart from important news channels of NDTV (both English & Hindi) I am unable to contact their office in Bangalore as lines not getting .

Hathway — lost channel
respected sir, my name is mamatha.by mistake i deleted/lost 1 channel to get that back channel. what setting should have to get that channel back. thank you.i hope u will provide me that required information about this problem...Hathway — service disconnected
i stay in kamagondanahalli Jalahalli west Bangalore cable tv service was disconnected from 10 days i ma not getting proper respond from the operator . Cable tv service was very very bad in the area . In this place more house are installed the DTH because of very bad service .Hathway Internet Service — connectivity and speed problem
Its been more than two weeks no one has come to solve the problem of my net speed and conectivity issues.i m regular user of hathway net service then also I m faceing such problem instead I have made the bill payment on time still I m not getting better service from youHathway — Deactivation of Account
Please de-active my A/c no 667829 as i m not satisfied with your billing department . As soon As posible . I have Already told them but r not deactivating the A/c from last 15 days so its request to do the needful. And i want, t be reposible for excess payment if any One of the chutia company ever i seen ever. Sorry for being so rude but i don't have any other words to describe them. Their sales agent always ready for making new connections as after payment given to him after 3 days i started facing speed issue. When i called him he hanged up than tried from different no & i pretended like a new customer i was happy to respond and started appointing time for connection asap for him in couple of hours. Than i started shouting on him he dissappeared again.
Bloody scammers if you have any follow up on any of these comments than go ahead and terminate these ####### from your company if you wanna stay in bussiness. I wanna share your sale agents details also.
