[Resolved] Hathway — CustomerCare [protected] unreachable under all circumstances
The above number is the only life-line for a customer to get in touch with hathway. They have stopped their service to me since 12th Jan 2008. Inspite of paying in advance. My customer code is 168768. They have not sent a sales executive to collect the renewal amount.
THE WORST PROBLEM IS THAT I CANNOT GET THRU THE ONLY CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER - [protected], NO MATTER WHATEVER TIME OF THE DAY.
Please advice as to what action can be taken against this company.
