[Resolved] Hathway Cable TV — Miserable and highy irresponsible customer care
The cable TV (setup box) is not receiving signals for more than last 2 weeks. After hundereds of call to customer care, 1 technican ( Named Jagan) has finally appeared , but has disapperared with my setup Box.
Now when calling at customer care, various support people keep lying and dilly dallying the matter of installing the setup box again.
Please note that I have paid 6 months rent in advance and want the refundable amount , if not the setup box.
