Hathway Internet Services — No Deposit Refund even after 6 months of disconnection

I have still not received my deposit Refund for my Hathway broadband connection even after 6 months of disconnection.

On following up with them, they request to wait for another 15 days every time.

My net is not working from one month...and no one from Customer care is helping us to get it back. so i can understand.

My net is not working from 23rd October and every time customer care person gives us promises but nothing happens.
My acc number is 352283.
And i dont know what to do now.

Dear Sir,

We are not using Hathway Network. But but in Jan 22, 2011 we pay money for new Internet Connection but because of some problem, there is no possibility to connect network in our area, and we have no idea about it. We already pay New Internet Connection Money, so we want Refund. Because we not use your service.
And from your side Hathway executive not give any proper reply.

So please do needful.

HATHWAY COLLECTED THE CASH PAYMENT FOR RENEWAL OF THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING THE CASH RECEIPT AND EVEN AFTER 5 DAYS OF REMINDERS THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY FOR THE RECEIPT

THE INTERNET CONNECTIVITY IS ALSO VERY SLOW

Broadband in Bangalore very bad.

Pathetic Broadband sevice in bangalore. Customer complaints is not getting addressed
