dear all,
up to now i used more internet connestions , but hathway connection is not bad from that all, even though there service is very poor , they will give some response , but if we go for bsnl, the technical person itself tare tthe wires for the money , so i am satisfied with the hathway internet

    i'm using hathway internet from last 4-5 years,service is really poor
    if problem arieses then it will take 1month to solve it.and in this period every day you have to call them and waste your 300-400rs on mobile bill

    this is problem with every hathway user,from last 5 years they are saying tollfree no will be available in few months but yet it's not available like other isps.

    from last 2 weeks i'm getting 64-88kbps speed but my plan is 256kbps.
    they don't care to correct this problem they said this is what you will get or max 120kbps
    this is really poor speed
    they are saying plan is 256kbps and giving 120kbps is not fair.

    i'm using unlimited 256kbps plan, i should get 256/8=32kilo bytes per sec. but getting less then half of this.

    please solve my problem.
    i have paid my full amount in advance for 6mnths plan.
    and now not getting service.

    toll free no should be must for every isps or dth.
    please solve my problem

    Internet — Hathway

    I stay in Yousufguda, Hyderabad. I have complained for NO internet connectivity on Friday. The number they have given is continuosly engaged. Till now they have n0t restored the connecitvity. Can someone look in to it.

      Customer support is pathetic. They disable accounts on their wish and will. The person handling my account.
      Mr. Aziz uses Indecent and obscene words and claims that hathway is not free to call their customers to inform that they are disconnecting accounts.
      And on complaining they provide suggestion to get disconnect with Hathway Broadband connection than complaining so much.On Asking how you can talk with your customer in this way.
      Mr. Aziz replies that he is not answerable to customer and he is only answerable to his boss.

      I hereby inform that I am getting disconnected. All the guys reading these pls pls pls dont n never opt. for Hathway Broadband Internet connectivity.

      it is very sorry to inform you that your surat office is the worstiest in the world as i am experincing sience last2 months as
      (1) your office is exposing only one no. to contact i.e.6696100, which is allways busy
      (2) the incharge of the officev mr.viraj gandhi is the most useless fellow he never attends his mob.no.[protected] to help the coustemer
      (3)in a week the services awailable for hardly 3-4 days
      (4) whenever the services resumes rhey never report to the customer
      (5) at any breakdown the attendent of[protected] replies that the services will resume in 2-3 days & never assures for it's recurence of fault
      i can't understand why you are cheating with the coustemers it would be better to shutdown your surat office & go to hell

        I am a HATHWAY customer since last 10 months but they are very WORST service with USELESS customer support. If you call at night they will say we will resolve in morning, in morning they will tell our engineer will come after 10:30, Engineer will tell its a problem in line may be and he is not sure where the problem is exactly. Most of time their connection will not available... Please please avoid this useless internet connection and beaware of this fraud....

        Hathway Broadband — To remove internet

        what is this sarves we have paid last month 796 Rs-/ advance pament we dont want your brod band internet this month but u have sent message to day to pay this month money what is this . we already i have sent message to remove this month internet our customer code number is 433789 so take action on this matter .

        Hathway — Horrible customer service

        I am a corporate user of Hathway. I have been facing problems of frequent disconnection. But Hathway is least bothered. They dont pick up calls nor they attend to your grievances . I am utterly fed up. Really dont know what to do.

        Hathway Broadband — Not Working

        Its been 15 days since the time of taking connection in my home in mazgaon but still the net at my home isn't working. The technicians come and go but no improvement is seen Also when call the helpline they always take 15 mins god knows what they do?!
        I am a new customer and this type of service they are giving. Any new users please be on guard by this company who says somethng and does something.

        According to your new system, we accepted the user and password authentication system. Lateron I face a lot of frustration the next day of commencement of this system. At my first login I changed the new password. Again the password was resetted back to 'hathway123' without my information and I was trying to connect unsuccessfully. Hathway is giving a very useless rubbish support. I was trying customer care numbers but no one was picking phone. Sometimes it was out of service, sometimes it was ringing but no one picking up. This is my frustration: My connection was not working, no one picking up phone, the new security login window was not opening, your customer care representatives are not interested to HELP ME REALLY....................

        WHY THE HELL ARE WE USING HATHWAY INTERNET?

        Hathway — HORRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE

        My A/c No is 736464.I was not getting internet connectivity for some days, and after waiting initially for the first few days lodged a complaint on 23/6/2012 at 9:30 pm. I was assured of immediate rectification. Problem was not solved, and again I called them on 25/6/2012. They checked and said “the problem will be solved by tomorrow”. Nothing happened, and I called up again on 26/6/2012. Same reply “problem will be solved tomorrow certainly”. I waited till next day. As usual, problem was not rectified, so I called again on 27/6/2012. This time reply was “we will send our engineer tomorrow”. Engineer came on 28/6/2012, but could not rectify the problem. I waited. I called again on 29/6/2012, and was assured that by any means the problem will be certainly fixed by 30/6/2012.On 30/6/2012, I called up 4 times, the last time at 9 pm. As usual, this time by a senior, I was assured that the “problem will be certainly fixed by 2/7/2012”. They took down a fresh complaint on 30/6/2012. Till 3/7/2012 the problem has not been rectified. It is very clear that the Company does not have any willingness or resources to continue servicing their customers.
        Between 23/6/2012 & 30/6/2012 I have called up the service centre 10 times & have spent a total of almost 107 minutes on phone. I cannot think of such an unresponsive service support and such a technologically obsolete ISP which cannot rectify a small problem for so many days.

        Wifi network not available

        cancellation and refund money

        Automatically disconnecting, wifi is very slow, daily 5to 10 times automatically disconnecting so i want cancellation and refund my money back i am requesting

        hathway also start cheating customer

          this is approx 15 days i am facing issues of connectivity
          on daily basis i make call to these guys...and they daily say to me "please wait for 30 mints it fine be fine, as connectivity issue in backend"

          now please disconnect my connection and also give my money back...its enough now.
          I cannot make complains on daily basis to you.

          You are one of cheap provider in world. And i wont recommend anyone to buy services from HATHWAT.

          MY NET R NOT WORKING
          We are facing a problem form 1year the internet service of HATHWAY..
          They give speed as per said but many many times the internet connection is not working, disconnected "modem reporting and error" come, etc problems occurs, but they don't give permanent solution of this problem, many time we have urgent work then we can't able to do.they taken advance payment also. that so please do any action on that .

          today i am very tired to see slaw internet connection...i take 256 kbps but use only 0.2 to10 kb...why?

            Its about the worst intenet connection provided by HATHWAY.
            We stay @ hirnandani gardens,n got a broadband connection 2 weeks ago....
            For our surprise , 512kbps broadband took atleast 2 minutes to load a gmail page.
            And the so called 'CUSTOMER CARE' always have the same answer that the engineers are checking the problem related to the same .

            I had taken the Prepaid internet services of Hathway for 3 months from 12.02.08. The problem was started from the beginning only, they took the advance without providing any receipt and told that the engineer will bring the receipt when he will visit for installation, I had to call them regularly to remind for installation, which took place after 15 days. In the first Month the net was not available for almost 7 days, and its hike in the second month that its not available since 05.04.08 to till date almost 12 days passed, I am tired of calling them daily, at first the customer care executives said there are some minor problems which will be resolved shortly, and after that they daily provide commitments that the engineer will visit your home, but nobody comes to check the problem. I am not the only victim, all the customers of Hathway from our locality are facing the same problem, they are not providing the proper feedback. I got to know that their cable has stolen from our locality and they are aware of that, when I talk to them regarding this they replied that till the matter doesn’t get solved the services will not be available, and they are not able to provide any substitute. They do not give replies of e-mails, the customer care executives never reply fast, at every call they take minimum 15 minutes. I must say they have the worst services.

I am not satisfied with them. I already complaints in customer care no. 64085777 several times but in vain. I have complain to be again to Mr. Pankaj. He is the Technical Engineer in Hathway (West Zone). They lies to me to satisfy with there service. They lies again and get a check from me on friday. My account is in United Bank of India Fateh Nagar Branch, 5, Gopal Nagar, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018. Check no. is 107213 A/c No. 79308 amount 4, 380/-. I wants to return my money back as regard in there poor, very poor service. They are unable to solve my problum permanently. They created many problums again and again. I wants to disconnected my connection permanently or i don't take this connection in my whole life. Please help me to return my money back to me. I will be very thankful to you.

            I am also having a similar problem. My subscription Code is: 318649. I started using Hathway Broadband Services since August, 2008. According to their Scheme I had to pay Rs. 1, 124/- for 4 months. However, on Dec. 8th I received an e-mail that I neede to recharge my Account. On 10th December 2008 I paid Rs.1, 124/- and recharged my Account. However on 24th of December, 2008 my connection was cut. It was restored only after 4 days (and after following up with their staff for 4 days continuously), which I feel is disgusting.

            If this is the service they provide I think it best that we find another ISP.
            Hello Sir/Ma'am,
            I am a user of Hathway Broadband Service for the past 8 months. My account number is 538078. As per the plan details i am to be provided internet service at 256Kbps. But the speed I get is quiet low and at times there is no connectivity and i am not even able to connect to internet. I have tried to sort out this issue with the helpline number provided on Hathway's website but the support team are not interested in solving the issue and cut the call after a couple of minutes. I have tried to contact the Nodal officer but no one responses on the phone number provided.
            Please help.
            yes you are right. Even i am facing the same problem. when I called to customer care and complained about this they told me my system is having Virus for that reason the network connection is slow.Actually mine is a new Dell laptop having a year Maccafe antivirun covered system.Also if i connect to any other network it works fine.So planning to chnage the service provider

            Hathway Broadband — Not renewed after cheque dropped in kalyan office.

            Cheque dropped on 4th jully 11 again another cheque collected by collection boy on 8th jully 11 but till not reneval done. refused to register the same . not communicated . not receive the call .
            No body in customer care clear of my billing cycle dates. Different guys give different dates. For restoration different customer care guys give false promise just to close discussion but do not keep promised service.

            My channels blocked due to the KYC issue but my cable operator is not caring, we don't know what that form is about and what to do...we are not able to watch TV because of that channels blocked ...can u be of any help..plz

              I've been using Hathway Internet services but for the last 3 months I have been subject to harrasment and inconvenience from Hathway and they suspend the services even though payments are made as due.

              In April I got call from hathway stating that my current plan is being discontinued and I can opt for a new 3 monthly package where I pay in advance and get the same plan at better speed. As instructed on Apr-5th I made online payment of 1470 for 3 months plan + last 2 days of Mar. Hence my next payment should have been due only in July 1st week. I also confirmed and I was told that my plan change would be made effective and my internet would start working.

              The series of problems started in the month of April and is still continuing.

              28th Morning: I had called on 28th morning at 10am and spoke to Leena explaining I'm facing connectivity issues. She said
              everything is fine she can’t find any problem hence would ask level2 to callback in an hour. It was a day I didn’t receive callback.

              29th Morning: I called again on 29th morning at 9:30 and spoke to Aruna, she said that there is network issue and I would get a call back from supervisor before 11am. Till 30th morning I didn’t receive a callback and neither was my connection working

              30the Morning : I called again on 30th 10:00 AM and insisted to speak to the supervisor, then the supervisor called me and informed first that because the billing plan wasn’t changed my billing dept I’m facing the problem. Then he asked me to do some steps and disable my Antivirus when I tried telling that I have had this connection for a long time, he said I'm not cooperating and since from his end he is not seeing any issues little can he do. Then I spoke to the billing team they informed that plan change would be effective only on 30th. After all this mess the TL Nishanth gives a call back and says that there is network issue which is still continuing and might take till today evening. Which means 3 days of harassment and each time wrong information was given to me. He said if I’m still facing issues I can send across screenshots, since the connection looks to work fine from his end, he doesn’t trust what I’m saying


              I'm a pregnant lady and was using this connection so that I can work from home. Due to the irresponsible behavior and services of Hathway I couldn’t use the connection and had to go to the office. No Response from the Team, lack of technical expertise and above all lack of customer service skills is now making me think if I should switch to some other service provider. Next month when I will be in my 8th month I won’t have the stamina to fight and argue with the team and neither would I be able to travel to work. So I'm seriously thinking if I should switch. Thanks to the kind of support being provided that one who was contented is now thinking of alternate service providers.

              After that I got a call and I was assured on 30th its just technical fault in my area and my plan change would be made effective post which I wont face any problem.

              10 days later I receive a bill from Hathway asking me to make a payment by June 13th of 419 saying that its current month charges. I again called back to check the same but no proper response was received.

              I escalated all this matter to Bangalore Nodal authority on Apr-30 but I didnt receive any response till June-10th. On june-10th when I received my bill again I wrote another mail to nodal authority. Then I logged online to fetch the number of the appellate authority but wrong Bangalore numbers were published. So finally I called Delhi appellate authority and got the number for Bangalore appellate authority. On 10th when I called and stated my problem, I was assured that things would be taken care of.

              I got callback from Hathway on 10th stating I can ignore the bill and make payment only on June-30th to renew the package for the next 3 months and was assured that plan has been changed and the bill was sent by mistake.

              On 23rd June, my internet stopped working, when I called Hathway the IVR said my services have been suspended due to non-payment. I again called on 24th morning only to hear the same from the billing and technical team and both of them had nothing to do and said I need to call their manager.

              What an irony I make the payment in advance still I dont get the services for almost 5-6 days and even then I need to call their manager. I again called the appellate authority and he said he would call back. The manager is also supposed to call me back with the case ID 439833 but so far nothing has happened.

              In all this I have been irritated by their support, long hold of 10 mins to reach them, innumerable phone calls and no service still. As mentioned earlier I'm pregnant lady and even today I had to come to work because their services were not working inspite of having paid.

              I also feel cheated that I made payment in advance but still my services got suspended not just once and I didnt get what was promised. Can someone help me out to get justice. I'm sure this is not one case like this there are many customers facing problems

              Hathway — can't find a worse service than hathway

              hi am a customer from choolaimedu in chennai
              i gave my box for service .its been nearly a month or more still i never got it back i contacted hathway people many times. Everytime they say that they ll give it the next day but never turned back .when i spoke to a hathway person last he gave lame reason that they had only 1 service engg and he too is fallen sick, this is worse then a response from a kindergarten kid i wanted to contact the higher official but never got any mail address in their site i dont where customers would raise there complaint when you cant contact them.this is a worse service in both, the product service and customer care .
              My experiance with M/s. Hathway is more worst. As I wanted broadband for my friend in Matunga C. R. we submitted a cheuqe / documents to Hathway S. Representative. He assured us the line will be commissioned within 4-5 working days. on 16th when I called up I was told that line will be commissioned by Thursady, as my friend was expected by Friday this was ok with us. On Thursday I tried to checkup by what time hathway person is visiting my frinds house as her parents are alone at home. I was told there is slight problem and line will be commissioned by 22nd I was shocked as I already committed my friend . I communicated back with her and decided to ahead with hathway. on 20th to confirm the line will be commissioned by 22nd. That time Ms. Mrinal told me that line will be commssioned by 30th . It seems they were not interested in business and playing with customer. Can somebody let me know how we can escalate this to Consumer court.

              dear sir my monthly plan is 256kbps blast regular. I want to change my plan in speed of 512kbps blst regular unlimited

              Dear sir /mam,

              This mail is to inform you that I have been having network issues with my internet connection since past many month and it keeps on happening repeatedly. Each and every time when I complain they provide me with a complain number and inform me that an engineer will come and fix my problem the very next day, but it has never happened till now and I still have to face the issue every alternate day. I am extremely disappointed with your service and if i don't find a permanent solution to my issue i would like to discontinue with your company's internet service.

              Since I already mentioned my grievances above, and this is not the first time I am complaining regarding all these matters. In past one month I have at-least called the service center 25 times and I have never received a single positive response from your behalf. I have suffered tremendous loss because of the service provided by you. Now even after facing many problems do you think that I should continue with your connection? Every week some technical work is going on that's the response I get from the center but the amount of work you people do is never reflected on my network connection. So i would like you to give me a final solution to my problem and if you cant provide me with one then please let me know so that I would understand that I should continue with your service or not in near future.

                Hathway Cable Internet — Internet not working

                My internet has not been working for the past 3 weeks. I am trying to call their numbers

                I am having internet connection of hathway and very much harrased by your service.


                Since 15 days my internet is not working. After long try someone at helpline number oicks up the phone. Every morning i wake up and have to complain tht internet is not working.

                I have been complaing the same issue for week. I have all the complain numbers.but no results.

                I had a talk with Mr.Sudeep, He was very rude and said that our job is to take complain. you can go office and meet whoever you want.

                I tried calling manager, Mr. Viraj Gandhi, whom you call responsible person. on +[protected].i called up 100 times on 20/6/2012 evening and 21/6/12 morning. Sometimes number is busy and some times no one receives. I dont know how you can call this person a manager when he is never available.

                I request you guys...dnt take hathway connection

                  Hathway Rajesh net Internet service is going to shut down in govandi and they are telling that you will get refund of mony once all things are closed but what about the current problems that we are facing they are not just picking phone and no sevice at all that is really affect our business, I thing we need to go consumer cort.
                  Leave in Ghatkopar(w) area, i have taken rajesh net last month(sep-2011) for three month.
                  but there is so many problem, there alway disconnection & CC never pick ur call at all even manger also
                  For 512kb/s u will get only 20-25kb download speed

                  My complaint is they are providing inconsistent service to me. Their net is always down almost 8-10 days per month, mostly on saturday n sunday. Now days still it is happening for 1 month. Whole month my net has down. No one bother to fix my problem. When I have called their customer care and asked for superviser everytime their superviser has on break. Even they don't want to resolve their customer's problem. Their cust. care excutive don't know anything. Also their fileld executive very rude with me when I am asking for resolution of my internet problem. they dont have their office number where I can speak with someone who is authorised person. They are cheating the customers and having habit to use the customer's money in free without giving proper services to the customer.

                  So, I am requesting to all gyus please do not take "HATHWAY INTERNET SERVICES".

                  there is problem with my Internet I had lodge lots of complaints
                  (16462, 16522, 16812, 16857) every time customer executive giving assurance of

                  their field executive very rude with me when I am asking for resolution of my
                  internet problem.

                  I am fed up with their service.
                  I have been using the Internet services of Rajesh Net for past 4 years.It is one of the worst Providers.Most often, atleast twice in a week there is a disconnection and the customer care also does hear to problems since most of the time the number is either unavailable or busy.I bought a Wi-Fi Router privately(worth Rs.1300) and to install they said they would charge me Rs.1000.However thanks to fate that I knew a bit and somehow succeeded in installing it.It is also costlier as compared to other ISP like Rajan Net.Also the Digital cable services by Rajesh Cable is Poor.Almost every alternate day they switch off the set top box without prior notice.I recommend never to opt for it's services.
                  I stay in Ghatkopar East and am using Rajesh HAthway internet . the services are often down . The technicians do not easily respond to call 10 to 15 times you have to call them. When caled they insist we call the Customer care and they would come to rectify the error.
                  A recent experience with Customer care :
                  Pathetic and unprofessional customer care.i called up CC for resolving my internet issue, one lady picks up bangs the phone without understanding the problem, after two days called up again today Prerna in CC tries to tell me ill have to pay money for connecting my laptop!

                  when i tried telling her why do i pay when the internet is connected on wifi and have acess on mobile... the girl goes on to say i should listen to her ( why do i listen to her crap ) asked her to connect to the senior she refuses ststing her senior will not be interesed to talk and she will not take my complaint . if i have to get the work done i will have to either go to thier office and/ or call the technician Bhushan who had done the work in the past. . Are we paying to hear this kind of nonsense .. Hathway & Rajesh Net its time you talk to the CC team if you intend to retain customers
                  We are facing same slow speed and disconnection problem throughout the whole year.Now they are forcing us to upgrade for higher speed package which we don't need it. Our old package is not over yet.

                  Some channels are interrupted

                  Sir in my home Hathaway set box is they, in that some channels are not coming espesicilly sports channels was interrupted.please make it resolve...
                  Rajesh cable doesn't require rating instead I want to gve diz guys negative marking for their services they are thugs

                  Initially at the time of new connection tese people make false commitments & then none of the representative seems to bother about the issues we face.

                  Wifi service is mostly down, my 4g works faster than the wifi. Especially on Saturday n Sunday i[censored] try to connect u willl never find the connection. N if by chance I use my laptop it only keeps buffering n takes loads of time to open up a web page.

                  It's lyk paying n suffering ...

                    We enroll by paying annual subscription charges at one time to Hathway cable & datacom pvt ltd, nashik having address 2nd floor, shallear bhavan, opp fire bridage office, shingada talao, nasik-422002. They service & reception is so poor that noone receives the call & even if someone does at times noone comes to attend the problem. all fake promises of reaching in 5 minutes or 10 minutes are never honoured. Now almost since 5 long days there is absolutely no reception / signal in the DTH set-top box & even the direct wired cable line. Now that we have paid for the entire year we cannot even switch over to another service prodiver. and hathway is very well taking advantage of this situation. We want & request strict action to be initiated against them on behalf of our entire area & consumers.

                      I purchased a set top box from bhaskar hathway on 6/9/08 set top box no is 67A19A[protected]B and the smart card no is[protected]in the name of Vishal Saxena . Suddenly for the last 15 days my set top box was not working and the cable operator suggested that because of the damaged and old wire it is not working properly and now I have changed the wire also set top box is still not working and the cable operator is saying nothing can be done ,get anew set top box worth rs. 1000.Please help me out and replace the set top box with a new one or get it repaired

                      I live in Pratap Nagar Jaipur and am a Bhaskar hathway consumer. The service is irregular Even to day it is not working since morning. The telephone of local area service provider is switched off, as usual at such critical times. I called Bhasker hathway office, around 2.30.pm.The lady, who attended the call simply refused to hear the complaint, saying you talk to local area service provider and puts off the phone.
                      The attitude of Bhasker hathway persons is worst than what you witness at any cooking agency office, who are equally infamous for their behavior.
                      The hathway has left the consumer at the mercy of the agents/ service providers and their totally unresponsive staff at their office.
                      I wonder why they enter the service, which they simply cannot provide.
                      I leave in khatipora road jhotwara jaipur my complain is regarding my service provider he has suddenly change the cable line from btv hathway he moved to digi cable but we want btv hathway cable in our area so please do something and when we talk about this thing 2 cable oprator he says that btv hathway has bad services. do some thing.
                      I live in gangwal park I called a lot of time bt no rply next day he picked up the call and said 2 ghante me kam ho jayega bt abi thk ni aaya 2 din ho gye h what should I do plz solve my problem.

                        I have taken prepaid connection of hathway internet but still after 3 years also they are sending me bill statement.after complaining & sending mail to nodal officers also they haven't reverted bak.For prepaid conection also they are sending bill constantly.
                        After that I have taken net on my dad's name again from hathway & so slow connectivity I am getting everyday,every sunday some engineer comes from hathay n waste my time & they do nothing they just downlad somethin & goes bak saying they will trubleshoot it from service center & this is still happening & they hav also refused to refund money also.so frens be careful to take service from them.

                          I have Hathway cable connection in my Flat (A-1108, Sierra Towers, Lokhandwala Township, kandivali E, Mumbai-101). I had complained to the local office (Ph No 29653863/29652183 and Cell [protected]) in Dec/Jan regarding disturbance in many channels. The complaint was attended only after 15-20 followups and subsequestly resolved except for 1 channal i.e. SETMAX. I denied to pay for one month i.e. for Feb.10 based on the valid reason. later months your office staff didnt turn up to collect for further payments. Now today suddenly the connection got disconnected and only when i called the office and understood that since i did not pay for Feb. it was disconnected. This monopoly is not accepted. I[censored] cant give service on time and if your reception is not visiable, than why one will pay the amount. I want my connection to be restored, else forcebally i need to escalate the same. trust for some action from your end.

                          I Suchit Ghadge, reside at Chembur facing issue with cable connection from last 12 days we are not able to use the service.
                          When i am calling the local cable operator (Sayali Cable) which runs cable in my area in Mukund Nagar, P.L.Lokhande marg, Rahul Chawl Rno: 4 Chembur-89. Are not at all responding from last 12 days nor they are interested in picking up the call their no: -[protected] / [protected].

                            Later, Mr. Satish sold his service to AGRAWAL CABLE which is located in 1-2, shivbag colony,behind malviya ngar petrol pump,ring road, indore.
                            Now the agrawal cable is not providing the service through the set top box we had purchased. Our money for the set top has gone waste.

                              Hathway Broadband Internet Service.Internet Broadband Service — Only intermittant connectivity

                              My account number is 147282.
                              My connectivity is extremely poor and I hardly get a total up time of few minutes in a day. I lodged the complaint on 8th Sept and the complaint number is 1848197.
                              Apparently there is some indifferent contact somewhere in the wiring. Whenever the connection is up, the speed is very good but such occasions when the connection is up are very rare as mentioned above. I have been calling the call centre but no improvement is seen and the connection remains erratic. As of now the connection is ok and I take this opportunity to bring the problem to the notice of the company

I called them many times for connection, but no use.                               This is Sshaik Annvarr miya and my customer code is 1288845, i was taken the connection last month 3rd. till now i had faced so many problems like network issue, line problem, speed issue, hathway login page and home page problems. i was called so many times to the customer care but problem was not solved .3rd or 4th of this month i complaint about speed issue and 5th i got message the complaint no12356382 has been closed but the issue is closed 7th of this month . you didn't solve the problem then why you are sending message complaint has been closed. And one more thing customer care representative said problem solved in 24hrs but one problem taken more than 72hrs.
                              finally i said this is the WORST NETWORK in Hyderabad i seen and please terminate my connection immediately.if -ve rating option is available i give -3.

                                I am using broadband of 128kbps, the connectivety is extreemely slow, i have to call every 2nd or 3rd day to register compalint to our Internet Service Provider and endup in fighting with them,

                                    MY CONSUMER NO. WITH HATHWAY IS 600008. I HAVE AN UNLIMITED PLAN WITH HATHWAY.
                                    CALLED 256 BLAST REGULAR UNLIMITED.-1. WHERE I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY A MONTHLY BILL OF 500 AND AFTER TAXES AND CESS WHICH COMES TO AROUND 560. RECENTLY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE STATING THAT MY BILL DUE WAS 1762.88 Rs. I WAS SHOCKED AND CHECKED THE MAIL OF HATHWAY FOR THE SAME ON THE WEBSITE. AS PER THE TERMS THAT WERE TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAD TO PAY 1000 WHICH WAS REFUNDABLE AND THERE WERE NO CHARGES FOR THE MODEM. THE BILLING IS DONE ON A MONTHLY BASIS. I RECEIVED THE CONNECTION ON 20TH OF MARCH 2010. THE BIFURCATION OF THE 2 BILLS IS AS UNDER.

                                    2) 1ST APRIL - 30TH MARCH[protected].99


                                    SO THE TOTAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN 762.88. BUT ANOTHER 1000 RS. HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE SAME. I HAVE ENCLOSED SCREENSHOTS OF THE MAIL FOR YOUR VERIFICATION WHERE THE 1000 RS. APPEARS OUT OF THE BLUES DIRECTLY IN THE TOTAL.

                                    My Hathway Internet a/c no 841554 has crossed 100% of fair usage limit and speed is downgraded.

                                    Ok it well and good that I have received this message knowing to me that speed is degraded according to the plan I have discussed with Hathway operator.

                                    But the issue is after degraded speed of internet connection speed get now is 22kBps but actually I should get Minimum 70KBs.

                                    Details of my internet connection plain is unlimited 1Mbs.

                                    Plz clear this issue as soon as possible

                                      I have a Hathway Internet connection (at Kothrud, Pune).
                                      Its with unlimited download/upload with good speed assurance.
                                      The salesman told me that you can watch movies on internet without any problems, no breaks, fast buffering etc. In reality, I'm getting 6 to 8 kbps download speed. Watching YouTube videos on this internet is a frustrating experience.

                                      When I called the salesman, he clearly told that it was the way they asked to talk to customers. Today Internet is not working. When I called him, after first ring he switched off his mobile. So, this is the quality service experience.

                                      The internet speed is very slow nd my internet plan is 512mbps nd d speed tat it runs is on 100 nd d connection is always in available which make me disappointed with d service its often out of connection nd each time i call the service provider d call is always answered in by d recorded msg nd till date these problems hav not been solved nd i hav plannned 2 2 airtel nd i hav started 2 advice my relatives not 2 tak this connection coz of its poor speed nd serivce it has 2 improve a lot.. :(

                                        I want to tell u that i am using the internet connection of HAT WAY I TOOK THIS CONECTION ON 09 TH OF MARCH 2010. They had taken the amount of Rs.2000 for three months. Up to now it has passed 23 days from the date of connection and i have not a single day if I complaint to the help desk[protected] at morning, but they will say that we will solve the problem in one hour but the person will come at 7pm to 8pm & he will repair the same and go’s. Again the same problem will be continued at 12am or 1am, if I again complaint to help desk they will say same. This has going on daily.

                                        So I request u to take action on Hat way. And yesterday I have send the mail to the manager of Hat way at 1am,which has copied bellow.
