I am a internet customer of Hathway, my user ID is laxmif306, I paid through Union bank cheque no.13070 for three month connection.
With reference to complain no. 170110 , 60305, 250214 7& 20406, from starting, I was not getting your connection full day, only evening time I was able to get connection.
I would like to request u to veryfy that only evening time I got connection and utilize whereas i paid for 24 hour connectivity.
Please calculate the hours of available connection in 3 months, and adjust the remaining hours (when connection not available) to extend the services, so that I can utilize my mony already paid and can believe in future on hathway service.

Hathway Broadband — To remove internet
what is this sarves we have paid last month 796 Rs-/ advance pament we dont want your brod band internet this month but u have sent message to day to pay this month money what is this . we already i have sent message to remove this month internet our customer code number is 433789 so take action on this matter .
