My name is darpan walia,I have taken personal Loans from HDFC Bank a few years back which was cleared and NOC was given by HDFC bank,Inspite of that my name is reflecting in SIBAl,i had talked to HDFC authorities but they replied that they have no objection and i should talk to sibal authoriites but inspite of talking with SIBAL authorities,No one either from SIBAL or from HDFC Bank is taking responsibility,As i want to buy a car but due to SIBAL problem i am not able to buy it.Kindly help me and do the justice.

    I have applied for HDFC home NRI loan back in august and submitted all the paperwork within 1 day ( I was well prepaired and knew what they were going to ask for) Opened the account everything and they still managed to misplaced documents. I resent the documents, sent emal to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, emailed from the onsite guy who collects the documents to loan manager, branch manager and everybody including NRI representative assigned to me and ist over 4 months and they haven't confirmed me if the loan is approved. I would say the service for HDFC bank is not better than any other bank in India. If they treat NRI like that forget about the normal aam admi. Next thing is to go Media, I guess and get an article out in Zee news or times of india where I know some people.

      I am Renu Sharma.I was using the Credit card of HDFC Bank and I have been paid all the money to the credit card deparment.But these guys sending me wrong statement regarding to my bill and there lots of the extra charge has been included.One I got the call from hdfc bank and they told me to pay the bill.I said I have been paid all the bills I dont know why you guys telling me to pay the bill again after that he has been checked all the records and told me that yes everything has been paid by you and now you will not get any call from hdfc bank because there is no dues on you.But again and again they are calling me and gave me the statement of 30000.Now I have no money and I cant pay .I would like to request please take serious action against these guys.I am not able to pay any amount to them.So many peoples are there who are facing same kind of the problem.So I request please take very serious action on such kind of the organization.

      HDFC Credit Card — SENDING OF WRONG BILLING AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD

      Sir, I have HDFC Bank International Gold Cardd No [protected]. Since getting the card have never use it for making any transactionor to purchase any item against this Credit Card. How You have send me letter dated 15 Sep 09 for outstanding amount of Rs 3979.96. You make enquiry about the transaction showing against my Credit Card and let me the actual position. I have never use the card since its receipt. How you show any outstanding amount? PLease settle it immediately otherwise I will lodge legal case against your firm.Please TREAT IT AS MOST URGENT.

      HDFC Bank Credit Card — Wrong card send and wrong charges

      Dear Sir,

      I am currently a HDFC BANK customer with the salary account for more then 3 year. after opening an account bank sales employee came and informed about the gold card to be offered to me with the higher limit as compared to other cards which was being used by me so necessary documents were submitted. but to my surprise i received Credit card worth limit of Rs.5000/- where as i was already using credit card with limit of Rs.40000/- so i had brought to the notice to customer care on their advice i had also written down an e-mail as well on 1st FEB 2008. But their was no proper replied on the same. Hence i had not done any transaction with credit card offered by HDFC. but to my surprise i had received a statement of charges of Rs. 200/-.

      When i called up cutomer care they rudly replied stating that you needs to pay the charges. and the were not ready to take up complaint of the same. Hence i opted for the writing an e-mail on 4th Nov 09 but still (30th Nov 2009 ) i had not received any replies from HDFC Inspite of this i have received another statement with the late payment charges. hence pl.look in this matter as soon as possible.

      HDFC Bank Ltd. — wrong bill statement

      dear sir,
      i had hdfc credit card . my card number is [protected]. one day i got a wrong statement of rs 6995 from the bank. i replied imidiately as i am not going to pay wrong charges. the bank asked me to pay all the dues and promises to me that they will give credit in upcoming bill. they give credit of rs 6995 as a wrong charges. then again they charged me wrong bill of 6995 i am refuging to pay the bill till date.
      my point is that if i am wong why they make a credit in my account. i cancelled my card imidiately. the bank personnels are harrassing me . please help me in this matter. i will provide all the documents. i am not gilty in this matter. i need your concern. thanking you.

      Hi this is Mohan, I have last used my credit card six months back and cleared all my dues on time. Now after 6 months suddenly on today evening i got three statements continuously for the past three months with around 30k dues. I was pissed off on looking into this. This is real stupidity of HDFC. I never expect such kind of stupid issue from a world class bank. Though i'm not gonna call them or inquire about it. Let them keep follow up with me and waste their time on this stupidity. If needed let them go to court and file a case against me. I will see them on that day.

      Shame of HDFC!!!

      I understand that you guys are facing issue with your credit card billing. first of all i would like to inform you about the dues shown by bank on your statement is something which should be taken seriously even if you are out of the country. In case as you both have mentioned you cleared all the bills, you might have taken a No dues certificate from the branch, if not here you have done a mistake. When ever you surrender a Credit card you should must take a No Due certificate to make sure they should not ask for a single cent after that.
      In case if they are saying you have due amount to pay, you have to justify yourself other wise they will put your data in Civil record which include all your economic information. No bank in future will give you any credit card or any loans if you have any negative records found in Civil. I would advise you to take the clearance receipt and meet the manager of the branch for the same.
      And Renu Do not share your personal mobile number on internet any one can misuse it and it will be another headache for you.

        i have deposit cheque for my credit card payment in your hdfc bank naranpura branch, date:8/5/2015 ahmedabad .but till date cheque is not debit to my idbi bank account .so in this cash not my mistake i request to your cusomer care officer please wave my penalty than i do balance payment in 24 hours but your customer care department not agree to wave charges so do the need full and give reply.

          My company provided me a HDFC Bank Forexplus card to use in my trip to USA. Since I did not want to use my INR credit card for online purchase in USA, I used Forexplus card and that is the biggest mistake I have made. The card deducts money for all transactions inlcuding failed or cancelled transactions. Last two examples are where orders were cancelled and stores did not charge anything after putting initial hold but money still not credited back to my account and store claims they never charged it. On contacting bank via official channel, they say this will return after a MONTH. Another example, store put a hold and did not charge for next few days due to shipment delays, money was deducted from my account the day hold was created. Hold got expired for store and when they are trying to actually charge, bank taking this as another transaction and it is failing since I do not have sufficient funds for second time paying and why should I pay twice for same transaction.
          Bank asks stores to call them to cancel and HDFC do not have any international number. I got one US number and that number clearly responded not to contact them for billing issues :-(
          Please do not ever use HDFC Bank Forexplus card or else you will suffer like me. I have 100 USD worth of orders stuck where money is charged but merchants didn't het it.
          HDFC bank, please do not ask me to contact your customer service desk since it DOES not exist, I have your answer, money will be refunded after a month so enjoy your trip without money with us.

          HDFC Bank — Horrible Experience

          In these days of technological advancement, I dont know why HDFC is still using the ATM machines which dont have "Cash deposit Facility". For a customer like me, who has to frequently deposit Cash finds its difficult to stand in serpentine queues all the time at Dombivli Branch. Inspite of several complaints, nobody responded. It seems that they are only interested in Corporate Clients. Because HDFC is safest Private sector Bank, I have taken huge exposure to bank with several saving A/cs linked to Platinum Credit card, Shares Trading A/c etc.
          Whenever I visit Dombivli Branch to deposit CASH, its long queues, with no power, no Air-conditioner & sweating like hell, its really painful.
          Can somebody resolve my grievance?

            I have applied personal loan(one month back) in this bank due to i need money in urgency. my application no: 22909998. But these people have collected all the documents and did all the process. Still they are not updating the status and i don't know what is going on. I am not getting any response when i approach them. Even the Agent who collected the documents, also don't know my status. Simply they are saying the same thing "your application is in still process". If they have any problem with my application, just they can update the status and reject my application so that i can search for other options without wasting my time. So, My advice is don't apply loan in HDFC bank if you really need money in urgency.

              On 6th Nov 2012 I applied for HDFC Credit card and I have submitted the all required document. Still I have not received any card and I don't have any status update on this.

              I got so many calls from sales associate before applying for the card but after submitting the documents no response from their side. App.No: SU00563181 is on the acknowledgement of the credit card application for your reference.

              Could you please help on the issue card issue status. And if card is not issued please give me the reason for that.

                This is to Bring to your notice that i am a customer of your esteem Bank and bought your privileged services in the year 2008, and opted for a credit card No.[protected],
                My name is Manuj Dua and i put up in Tagore Garden , New Delhi-110027,To let you know my background let me iterate few facts in front of you-- I have served the Organisation as an BSM ( Band E) in Ashok Vihar Branch in HDFC Standardlife insurance and i am well versed with the ethics & morals of the group.

                I have opted for this credit card in 2008 whereby by beginning of 2009 had to leave my job which was ICICI prudential where i was serving as Area Manager ( Grade 4)as my father was not keeping well with his health,he was a kidney patient and had his bypass surgery in the year 2003 and he retired from his job in the year 1997, whereby whatever money he had along with his pension he was only able to keep his own living going.,,but we had major financial crisis whereby we had to sell almost all are property for his treatment.As a only son i tried all my ends ...to save my father ,, & did whatever best i could have done financially, morally to be with him and to get him treated but we could not save him as he passed away last year 1st January ........during this phase i was a defaulter in all the credit cards & personal loans ....but i had full intentions to pay,despite being jobless now also, i understand the repercussions of this on my credit report i have settled all the accounts.
                I settled this credit card in the at 57000/- in 7 shots from a guy named parmeet ([protected]) in the beginning of the year after a tale of trauma done by Shweta from Naraina branch...who used to call up & curse my mother for giving birth to a child like me for 2 months...unfortunately i dint had money so i had to bear it,, whereby the installment were around 8200/- pm .After taking first installment this guy again came to my office along with another guy whom he used to say his boss Mr. Yasir([protected])in the same month at 7.30 in the morning without informing me and sat at my place for 5 hrs pleading that Parmeet would loose his job in case more money is not given...i somehow felt that this would really happen & borrowed from someone a sum of Rs.12000/- in same month and gave him,after few day passed & in next month he again called up for the EMI -- i gave him 22000k as the cash was available & moreover i wanted to finish off the amount asap...keeping this at utmost priority & my & my family's basic needs aside.
                In the 3rd month case got transferred to some other agency and another guy called up i told him that i dont have money in this month i wont be able to pay more than 2000/- in this month but they dint accepted ...i pleaded for hours ...called up the concerned girl Ms. Rashmi ( Sr. Manger) Naraina .....i begged in front of her and also took Yasir on conference call but she was very rude saying "(mere pass 800 cases hain ...her kisi ki fariyaad main nahi sun sakti)... i specifically told her that i am unemployed & wont be able to return this money again ...she abused and started yelling saying " paise to tere Baap bhi dega -- chahe tujhe apne mare hua baap se hi kyu na lane pade".Finally on 31st,..i.e the last day i received a call from Ms. Rashmi at 6.30 in evening when i was in gurgaon saying if you want to give money & save your settlement come to Naraina and pay 6000k ...i was in gurgaon ,neither i had money & couldn't manage.

                In the next month i started calling them for my settlement but it was of no use as it was falling of deaf ear.,........after that no body followed my case , 2 months from there i received a call from your legal department ...i made him understand the whole case .....and after that he also dint contacted again.
                Yesterday to my utter shock i received a call from my wife saying that i am receiving calls from a girl named Nidhi[protected]from Naraina Branch saying that "tere husband to bahut lachar aadmi hain , bhikari hain, tu hi uske paise de de",This credit card is a very personal matter to me , my wife wasn't aware of my financial position......this lady called up more than 40 times ,....and used against me as a weapon to threaten, whenever i refused ,she called up her office and whosoever picked up the phone she started abusing,saying" AISE KAISE LOGO KO NAUKRI PE RAKH LETE HO....CHOR HAI YE ""HUMARE 3.5 LAC RUPEE DENE HAIN ISNE AUR ISKE BEKHARI PATI NE"...
                She was humiliated at her office place, by peons, office staff,her principle of the school, her reputation in school is destroyed,
                "WHAT WAS HER FAULT".

                I had to stop her making calls at my wife office, i told her i am ready for settlement again what would be the amount .....she said it will not be less than 48000k despite of the fact i dont have money in my hand.
                I tried to negotiate & was talking to her the entire day listening to all her abuses about my family,myself, my sisters, my kids...I asked her what will you get out of this ...she replied INCENTIVE,& she is still adamant on the fact that i had to play minimum 40k, unfortunately i dont have money ....moreover my balance money in previous settlement was 15k.........why is that she is asking for triple the amount......just because of her threats we cannot settle on any amount she says.

                Tomorrow anybody will come threaten me & take any amount from me.....ARE THESE THE VALUES & MORALS OF HDFC

                Dont you guys think that it has become a malpractice by your agency guys?

                My wife felt very humiliated and was shell shocked after knowing my financial position ...she fought with me & left my house , she couldn't take this humiliation and said that i am not liable for your liabilities.
                I am a grief stricken person please help me , my family is destroyed ....MY ONLY QUESTION TO YOUR AUTHORITIES

                " I had intentions to pay you guys ...was this my mistake that you guys invaded my privacy?

                A person who is in debt doesn't have a right to fight back & live his living respectfully.
                Today i am depressed, under trauma,mental torture has been done by your people.......................& i am very sure that my wife is not liable to pay for my liabilities & tomorrow i don't know what is going to happen i am unable to restore my relationship with my wife i don't know what extreme step i can take.
                "FROM WHERE WILL YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY THAN".

                I don't have money i cant fight a case BUT GIVE ME EASY and SMALL INSTALLMENTS & A CALCULATE AMOUNT AS PER MY PREVIOUS SETTLEMENT I AM READY TO PAY, ......plz tell me...else i have to approach various other authorities who can help me fight with this kind of injustice in a democratic country....i will die but will not stop fighting against this gunda culture of HDFC BANK

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  In my HDFC credit card, I am charged with Rs.22464/- against a fraud transaction in GBP 255.97 dated 17.09.12. Immediately after receiving the SMS alert on the resetting of 3D password transaction I contacted HDFC Customer care no [protected] / [protected] but meanwhile I got a message stating above said transaction.

                  HDFC customer care people advised me to get the card blocked and issued new card. As far as this transaction is concerned they suggested that i should download a customer complaint form from HDFC website and post filling the same I should send it to the address mentioned on the form which was pertaining to Chennai.

                  As per cust care people's advice i deposited the sealed cover which included the complaint form in one of the branch of HDFC bank at Surat.

                  I received one call from HDFC for preliminary investigation. I was promised that further calls would come from seniors for investigation purpose but the same did not happen. Meanwhile i contacted HDFC customer care few times in which they said the investigation is pending and they shall revert at the earliest.

                  However to my surprise few days back i received a call from HDFC which was a payment reminder against above transaction. I informed them that I would not make any such payments since the same is fraud one. The caller advised me to contact Customer care and accordingly I made another call yesterday i.e, 20th Nov'12, to my surprise this time people informed me that the payment is payable by me as per their records and they are unable to do anything in this case.

                  Please help !!!! by guiding me as to what i should do next

                    This is with regards to a very planned fraudulent approach adopted by HDFC Standard Life Insurance in order to befool customers and sell their policies fraudulently. I received a call on 5th Nov '12 from one of the life insurance representatives who gave me all wrong information about the policy. The details about the benefits as per him were Sum Assured of INR 14.50 lacs, 35% cash back and some gift voucher of INR 30000 as a part of Karva Chauth offer. A person came to my place to collect the documents and gave me a sheet showing 14.5 lacs of return. When I asked him that this is just a white sheet, he told me that the same would be written in the bond paper that the Sum Assured would be 14.50 lacs. Then the person left and I got a call from their department manager named Amit[protected] who reiterated the same benefits and tried to convince me that I should give a green signal on the third party verification call else they wont provide service to me in the future. Understanding his ill intent I waited for the third party verification call which happened on 7th Nov '12 and it was from Net Ambit. On clarifying it was made clear that the actual Sum Assured of that policy is only INR 4.50 lacs which is 10 lacs less than what was communicated to me by the HDFC Life Insurance Representative, the document collector as well as their Fraud Manager Amit.I asked the Net Amit representative to mark the verification Red as all wrong information was shared and initiate action against such big FRAUD.Though I was given assurance that the necessary action would be taken I also called up HDFC Bank Credit Card department twice and asked them to stop the payment from HDFC Standard Life and explained the representatives in details about the entire episode.On both the occasions they said that I need to call when the charges are actually applied as so far it has not been applied and once its applied if I call them up they would reverse the same.A week later I mailed to the customer service department of HDFC Bank and asked them to STOP the transaction from HDFC Life. This mail was sent on 15th Nov '12.In the interim I also sent two mails to the customer service department of HDFC Life and they acknowledge and apologize on mail that concerned department would be shared the feedback and that there would not be any problems henceforth.I receive another call from HDFC Life on 16th Nov '12 and their representative ask me when I categorically said "DON'T CHARGE MY CARD. I HAVE BEEN MISCOMMUNICATED AND I DONT WANT YOUR POLICY". But to my utter astonishment I find 4 hours after that call my card was charged with INR 49999.00 in MUMBAI at HDFC LIFE CONVT on 16th Nov '12 at 07:08 pm.I immediately called up the HDFC Card department and asked them to reverse the charges. When the representative showed inability to reverse it I asked for a supervisor. A callback was scheduled for me and I received a call on the same day from Daniel Gomez, one of the supervisors from the credit card department. I explained to him the entire proceedings so far when he said that he has taken up the complaint and would ensure that the action is taken on the same. He asked me to send the Card Dispute form as well to expedite things. As per his suggestion I visited the HDFC Bank Branch at Masoodpur (Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) along with the Card Dispute Form and a hard copy of a two page long letter explaining in details about everything. I took an acknowledgement from the Branch as well so that they are not able to act smartly here. The same evening I received another call from Net Ambit and questioned the representative that despite marking the verification RED how was the card charged and the transaction happened without any issues. The representative apologized and said that an action would be taken so that the reversal of charges happen as soon as possible. Today I get a call from Amit from HDFC Life Insurance asking me to make the third party verification call Green and that he would send a representative at my home along with the cancellation form and this issue would be resolved. Smelling his ill intent once again I became alert. I received a call today at 04:44 pm from a cell phone number [protected]. When I picked up the call the person said that she is a representative from Net Ambit. She again asked me about the policy. I told her that twice before I have made the verification Red but despite that the charges were applied on the card. Once again I asked her to mark the verification Red and ensure that the reversal of charges happen. I have shared the contact details as unlike the previous two times when the call came from land line numbers this third time it was from a Cell Phone number.Still the representative assured me that necessary action would be taken from her end so that such fraudulent things does not happen and also thanked me that I brought the matter to light. But few minutes ago I receive a mail from Balaji (Deputy Manager-Customer Service :: Cards Division) asking me to settle the matter with the merchandize. I have mailed back with a solid rebuttal and tried to trigger the alarm for the last time so that they act as per their promise and do not change their verdicts every now and then. I am sharing this complaint expecting a strict action against the parties involved in supporting this fraudulent act which has not yet been settled despite a series of actions to stop the same.

                    the comany froad by customer this is totaly sameless point i take policy young star in hdfc insurance. in nov-09, i paid 60,000 Rs by compnay but totady i check in internet the opening balance show in 20,000 that i call in customer care i asked by my policy so i am totoly surprised the customer care excutive said i m paid 20,000, the he shoud check and told me company recived 20,000 and remaing balance 40,000 back to customer, but i am not recieved any check by hdfc so pls help me otherweise i to to counsumer couart and i will done FIR in Police by you compnay

                    The details of fraud conducted with me:
                    • It is a clear case of forgery, duplicate signature and false commitments.
                    • My signs are forged. I did not sign on the illustration.
                    • Printed form in the policy document is too blurred, unclear and unreadable. I showed it to branch people and they accepted this. Even the executive at the branch could not read it.
                    • Return on policy is much below than promised. Executives told me that I will get Rs. 2, 80, 000 by paying Rs.1, 50, 000 in 5 yrs. (Rs.30, 000 annually). How can they sell insurance by saying it as an investment plan?? Moreover, sum assured is Rs1, 10, 000. Even after paying Rs.1, 50, 000 in 5 yrs, I will not get Rs.1, 50, 000.
                    • I was never aware that the policy is being sold by the Broker NetAmbit. Executives always told me that they are the employees of HDFC Life, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, and Delhi branch.
                    • The executives told me I should say yes to everything on welcome call as the agents doing welcome calls have fixed scripts in front of them and they are least aware about the policy. Also, the calling agents always tell the minimum maturity amount and these people (HDFC people) have more information on policy and about its guaranteed bonus, etc. Further, denying to terms on welcome cal can lead to negative impression, policy cancelation or HDFC will not service the policy in future or, HDFC life can blacklist me. I trusted them as they were HDFC executives.
                    • They also informed me that branch is offering cash back every year and a club membership from its own just to increase sales.
                    • The names, numbers and email Ids of the executives who were in direct touch with me are -Sumit Chaudhary (mobile no.:[protected]), Rahul (mobile no.:[protected]), Amit (mobile no.:[protected]), Vinod (mobile no.:[protected]), Email Ids used: [protected]@hdfc.com and [protected]@gmail.com, Landline number:[protected].
                    • First they issued me a policy with 11 years terms. When I asked them that I was interested in 5 years, they got that policy cancelled and issued me fresh policy with 5 years terms. Due to this, my policy number changed to 15729572 from 15627473. They asked me just to give a letter that was collected by an executive but I never signed any illustration or new form as they told me that it was not at all required. But I was shocked to see that the new policy received contained my forged signs.
                    • After this, I tried to contact the above 4 executives but all mobile numbers and landline number was switched off. I kept on trying for few days and due to this I lost on free-look in period. During my initial talks, executives told me that they can get the policy cancelled anytime within 6 months and I trusted them as a genuine employee of HDFC. I also mailed them but all went unanswered.
                    • I visited Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi branch on 30-Mar-13 and found that policy was issued by NetAmbit and HDFC life has nothing to do with it.
                    • I filled written complaint which was sent to grievance department in Mumbai. They conducted their own assessment without even contacting me once and denied my complaint as missale.
                    • When I planned to file it on IRDA web portal, I found that someone has already created my login ID using my personal details such as mobile number, address and raised very brief and basic complaint (don’t know its HDFC or NetAmbit). The complaint raised was just on free gifts and vouchers offered by the agents. It never mentioned that that SIGNS WERE FORGED, PRINTED FORM IN THE POLICY DOCUMENT IS TOO BLURRED AND UNREADABLE and RETURN ON POLICY IS MUCH BELOW PROMISED.
                    • Now branch people are not listening to me. None of NetAmbit person is traceable.

                    In addition to financial harrasement, it is mental harrasement too which I am going through. I would like HDFC people to refund my money at the earliest.
                    I have a issue, As per My TDS statement Hdfc Standard life deposited amount in my account and TDS deducted, but that amount is not reflected in my bank statement.
                    i was worked with Standard life as a agent, i did some policies, but last few yrs i left all and working in BLR with another company. last year i received 9 transaction in my TDS account, but against that fund in not in my Bank Account.Can some one help me.

                    HDFC group has invested huge sum of money to set up offices and acquire assets out of money fraudulantly obtained by cheating thousands of innocent investors.                     Although i have activated DONOTDITURB in my vodafone number the HDFC bank gave my contact details to all other banks and i am continuously received calls from all banks for unwanted reasons.

                        Dear Sir, I am Raghavendra L from Byndoor-576214. It is located about 33 km away from kundapura. One day a HDFC bak kundapura branch employee (Sudhakar) came and requested me to open an current a/c. I told it is away from byndoor and i have more transactions because of the western union money transfer agency.
                        He told that our bank gives some platinum debit card, using that you can withdraw Rs. 1,00,000 per day and there is no extra atm charges for that; bank take about some 500 rupees only per year. He also told that you can withdraw minimum rs 100 several times per day from any atm in your town or anywhere and there is no extra atm charges.

                        There is no HDFC bank or HDFC bank atm; but he told the no atm charges many times even if i doubt about that and asked about many questions to clear that there is ano atm charges to withdraw money from other bank atm. I thought that bank takes about rs 500 one time to this offer. Mr. Sudhakar also told that any extra hidden charges is taken from your a/c, then we can reverse it, because the manager have the rights to reverse any extra charges. He also told that minimum balace is rs 10000; if you dont maintain that ammount , there is no problem, we can reverse the charges which may taken out from not maintaing average minimum balance.
                        So i did opened the ac and while taking the atm , i asked the bank empoyer and manager about the atm charges, they also told that no atm charges for withdrawing money (in other bank ATM) using HDFC special atm card given to me.

                        So i did few work to change western union transactions to HDFC bank current account. But few months later i did see in the a/c statement that money is cut from my a/c for using other bank atm. So i talk with hdfc manager ; then he told that we just said no atm charges, just because normally current account holders use atm very rarely and we never expect more transactions like you done.
                        Mr. Sudhakar also changed his talk about the atm charges and he told that he never said like that about the no atm charges.
                        Then the bank manager told that we can reverse the charges but you havce to give a detail letter for that . He also told that in future you did take care atm withdrawals.

                        So i started to contact western union to change bank to my old vijaya bank for western union transactions. But they did not respond well and it was delayed.

                        Future the HDFC bank manager told that he removed mr. sudhakar from bank work for misguiding the customers.

                        I gave the letter this month (November 2012) to HDFC bak manager too reverse the atm charges; but he told that you told me about atm charge reversal in (about) the august month ; so i can only reverse money till the august month transactions.

                        But he did not told this matter in the august month; so i did continued to use atm.

                        It seems the bank manager did not know the rules of bank and also misguide the customers alsong with sudhakar, clear example, i lost hdfc bank atm; manager told that give a letter , we will give a new debit card free of cost. He also confirmed his statement. Few days later i went to bank and told that i did see "issue of free debit card only for damaged card, and for lost card they charge some money; then only the manager get aware and called a number of hdfc bank and enquired about the giving new card (for lost card replacement) and then he came to know that there is charges for that. For this proof, the HDFC bank can check the my statement which i given when i dod hot-list my atm card. In that comment , i told that manager said of giving free atm card for lost card. After few days later , the manager phone to hdfc and asked about the atm card charges.

                        I am a researcher and because of the misguide from hdfc bank, i lost money, time and also effected my research work. The extara money i paid for atm is Rs-500; the atm charges take out is about Rs-700, totally i have morethan rs.1000 loss and my time in changing bank, setting b=net banking a/c; check book charges, etc.
                        For western uinion tranaction i get low commission like rs-30 like that; for that i go to atm chagres is taking about rs-20 from hdfc bank; and i need to travel with bike(when customer come to our office for western union transactions, i need to go with bike and bring money from atm) , so if they did not reverse money, i did not get any profit for my work. Because, in western income, i need to give two printouts and computer, internet maintenance, etc .

                        So misguding me and giving lots of problems by wrong statement , i am physically and mentally suffered, so i am expecting that the bank should also give me few lakhs money apart from reversal of atm charges. It also effected greatly for my research work which may worth many lakhs or crore.

                        The bank manager also using the non sense etc words wile talking.

                          Hi Sir/Madam,

                          I am unable to access the HDFC Account ATM PIN for past two months. I have approched the HDFC bak mant times , still te issue is resolved and below are the complaint numbers they have provided tome at respective times.

                          Customer Complaint number : R-364-HBCR-8ZLDHH/12. Dated 31st/Oct/2012 (first complaint logged by hDF Bank, KUkatppally Branch) after repeated requests of Asking them to provide the access to my ATM PIN.

                          I have communicated through email ids also([protected]@hdfcbank.com) and they have sent diffrent reference number like a) HBL-=[protected] b[protected] on respective dates latest on nov 12th 2012.

                          and i have tried to track these reference numbers of my complaint thrugh email ids to HDFC official website and found missing information which i am detecting fraud happening at HDFC bank including the staff.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is with ref to credit card n [protected] issued to me on 21st Oct 2012.
                            I received this card on 21st Oct and on receipt I realized that I haven’t signed any form for issuance of HDFC Credit card.

                            On same day I got it blocked and I regret to say that my problem started from that day only. So far I haven’t recd any satisfactory revert even after 7 mails from anyone.

                            I have lodged a complaint for forgery of my signatures and your bank seems to have taken it in a very light manner/is trying to save your employee.

                            People are doing forgery of documents and signatures and Bank seems to have sitting and enjoying the whole episode.

                            I hope I will be getting reply after this mail in short span of time.

                            I am an existing customer of HDFC bank and my salary is been credited in HDFC bank. Based on my salary account, i was offered a credit card by HDFC bank and the representative came to complete the formalities. Later after few weeks I received a message from HDFC mentioned that the card has been dispatched on 21/09/08. I kept waiting for the card and on 3rd October i called HDFC helpline to confirm the status and it was told to me that the card has been received and the same has also been activated by calling the HDFC Helpine. Moreover, two transactions has also taken place on 27th September. I went to the Branch at sector-62 noida and filled a charge dispute form along with the letter on 3rd Oct and it was confirmed to me that the same will be faxed to the credit card division. But, till 7th Oct the credit card division has not received any fax due to which my issue is still pending. Vasudha Goel the Branch Manager is not taking any interest to resolve the issue.

                            I have never received the credit card and I have never authorised any transaction.I think the Bank is trying to earn money by using such unprofessional means.
                            i have purchased rs20,000 goods from the shop Gupta Bantex Galary a/117 vikas marg Shakarpur.but the shopkeeper transacted 10,000 Rupees extra from my credit card account For this i had like to complaint against him on your customer care but no response from your side...please kindly solve my problem,kindly leave the action against the shopkeeper.and help me to return my 10,000 rupees...

BUT SOME BADY HAS MISUTILIZED MY DOCCUMENT AND HAS ISSUED AN CREDIT CARD ON MY NAME IN HDFC BANK BHUBANESWAR BRANCH. AND AFTER SO MANY DAYS I CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS 50000 BILL FOR USING CREDIT CARD. WHERE HAS I HAVE NEVER SEEN HOW THAT CARD LOOKS.                             sub: credit card delivered to unknown person , bank not taking responsibility of misuse

                            This is in reference to my card # [protected] issued by HDFC Bank.

                            The above card expired on 07/2009 and the bank has sent a renewed card to me, without any intimation or confirmation.

                            The renewed card was sent to my registered address; however I was not present there and the premises were locked.
                            The bank informed me that the card was sent by speed post and handed over to an authorized person. I am wondering how can someone else be an authorized person for a card issued in my name.

                            Later the person has misused the card and I have to go through the entire process of blocking the card filing a complaint and requesting a refund. Now the bank has re-debited the charges to my credit card account and held me responsible to pay.

                            As per the bank I have not updated my address; so bank is not responsible for the misuse. I am wondering if the card was really sent or not, because the bank is not ready to give me any delivery proof as well.

                            I am a customer of HDFC bank for the past 5 years and have been making all the payments timely for my credit card and loans.

                            Due the banks irresponsibility and indifferent attitude towards a loyal customer; I am holding some payment of the bank and informed them about the same.

                            I request you to kindly suggest how can I get relief from the bank and also save my credit history. Also I am ready to pay my legitimate dues any time the bank is ready to clear this dispute.

                            I am from Kolkata. I was cheated off my original pan card/voter id card/two nos credit cards/electric bill/mobile phone etc by a gang of fraudsters (3 persons claiming to be bank representatives providing personal loan against credit card surrogate) in month of Jan’2011. Misusing my credit cards they illegally purchased Gold Jewellery valued Rs.100000/- from my HDFC Credit Card & Rs.40000/- from my RBS Credit Card. On the same day of the incident I called up respective banks customer care nos. & blocked the cards & requested the banks to block/initiate chargeback against these fraud transactions which were not carried out by me. Both the banks blocked the respective cards & asked me to lodge a Police FIR & send a charge dispute form. I filed a Police FIR on the same day of the incident & provided a copy of same to both banks alongwith respective charge dispute forms. Presently police is carrying investigation in this case & I have also approached the CID Dept with my case. Thereafter RBS bank has provided me a new card against the lost card & temporarily credited back the amount of Rs.40000/- to my new card a/c & matter is under investigation. But HDFC bank is not willing to issue me a new card against the stolen card & has denied to accept the charge dispute form with a reason “since I have provided the live credit card to 3rd party it is a violation of card member agreement & hence I am liable to pay for this fraud transaction of Rs.100000/-“ & they have also send me a statement with a new credit card no (whereas the new card hasn’t been recd by me till date) including this fraud transaction & are since then presssing me to make payment. Also note that after getting the transaction details from the banks I have personally visited the jewellery shop from where the fraursters carried out the transactions & collected a copy of the invoice & credit card chargeslips & found that the fraudsters have prepared the purchase invoice in my name & residence address (which they got from my electric bill) but the signature on the charge slips is totally fake & doesn’t match at all with my signature which was also putup on the respective credit cards. Pls advice me future steps to conclude this chapter with both the banks as I can’t continue my normal life & work because of this problem.

                            have feature like free movie tickets and other offers. Since i liked that offer i applied for it.
                            They said that i will receive confirmation email mentioning all the benefits of the card and only if i reply i will get my card. To my horror after 3 days i found that there is no movie tickets benefit in this card from HDFC customer care and i immediately asked them to cancel it and they said they will cancel the card, and ALAS!! i was sent the card. I rejected the card when BLUEDART tried to deliver and asked the HDFC customer care to cancel the card and again HDFC hasnt cancelled the card.                             I am writing in reference to my HDFC card ending with 0657, where fraudulent charge of rs 39,200 has occurred, the only information which I have got from the bank is "merchant is london based company". I would request bank to provide me details where the product was/is supposed to deliever & other information which can help me in tracing the culprit.                             This is Balaji and I stay in Thavarekere, Bangalore. On 30th Dec 2014, I got a call from Contry club saying you are eligible for the worth of 25, 000rs.gift
                            out of 50, 000 candiates and they have asked me to come and collect the same at Sarjapur, Country club office, Bangalore.
                            I went their at evening 6:30pm and they wanted to show some tour packages and club membership as a bonus gift for HDFC BANK Customers for 30 minutes.

                            After validating the hdfc association tie up with Country club from my side by some proofs that they shown to me,
                            the sales representative Mr.Sundar ([protected]) promised the below things as a additional gift as per the below details upon paying Rs.1Lakh

                            Free 7 days & 6 nights all over the world every year for up to 8 person without any yearly due
                            Interest free installments for up to 48 months for credit card payment of mine Rs.1.Lakh
                            Free Gym
                            Free Swimming pool
                            Free Spa
                            Free Function Halls
                            Free Kids summer camp
                            Free Kids karate classes
                            Free Passes for Events like (New year celebrations, X-mas etc)
                            Free Car facility for Site seeing places
                            Customer can cancel membership at anytime after 6 months

                            and when i agreed to go for the 48 EMI option, immediately the country club sales person swiped my hdfc bank credit card for Rs.50, 000 initially. Then immediately I got a call
                            from hdfc bank asking for enhancement limit to 1.5 Lakhs on the same day (30.12.2015), I enquired about country club details to hdfc bank and they said EMI option
                            is there and country club is listed in their merchant list. After the confirmation they had to increased the swipe limit to 1.5 lakhs. Then immediately the country club
                            sales person swiped for another 2 transactions of Rs.34, 000 and Rs.16000. When I asked immediately about the instance EMI option, the sales person told me that the EMI procedure will
                            take 2 to 3 working days time to process and he got me EMI forms and one more agreement immediately to sign on it forcefully without giving me ample time to read through it by saying that
                            this offer is valid only for today upon signing it.

                            When I called the representative on the next day, he says he is busy and in meeting and started avoiding my calls. When I contact to country club customer care people they

                            and still more, I realized it is the fraud scheme business doing by HDFC bank and Country club combiningly, I had raised the transaction dispute on the very next day
                            to HDFC bank and sent the cancellation letter to country club customer care people by mail and speed post within 10 days as per their cancellation procedure
                            (AIRDA norms).

                            But hdfc bank closed my dispute by favouring to the fraud merchant country club and at the same time there is no cancellation response from country club.

                            But there are many cases hdfc bank has refunded to the customer's favour. Few of my friends got the refund from other bank by raising the dispute
                            and some of them got from hdfc bank also. I had even attached all the bank reference numbers to hdfc bank for the verification, but still they have rejected
                            my dispute and favoured the merchant.

                              I would like to raise an complain against HDFC Bank for wrongly charging me wrong charges and even without any prior intimation month on month the charges are being credited to my account; upon followup with the customer care they say that they would be reverting back within 42 hours but no call is being received despite of the promise which has been made.

                              Even the executives over the phone dont have manners to treat the customers and shout for no reason and again and again month on month charges are being done.

                              Kindly look into the matter one may from hdfc bank contact us at [protected] for complete details and reference numbers we are customers with hdfc bank for more then 10 years & believe me my problem has been open since 3 months and no solutions no intimations being given by hdfc bank, god know what would happen to the new customers when so old classic customers are being treated like this.

                                Debit card blocked by verified by VISA Transactions

                                I have been trying to inform HDFC people that my card has been blocked for online transactions because whenever i am trying to shop online ,at the time of payment i am getting an error saying that

                                Whenever I am trying to make any online payment using my HDFC Visa Debit card I am getting the message -

                                I am observing a pattern here. Most of the Defaulters are people in Financial crunch. They are common people hit by adverse situation. Top banks that have already written off these NPA from their balance sheets are appointing Recovery agents who implies strong recovery methods as these cases are already written off & the collections from such NPA's would earn maximum commission for them.Banks takes no responsibilities of such goons & never addresses such customer's grievances as if they have purposefully committed some crime.
                                I would request such victims to come together & make a march at CP office to ban such agencies & their operations along with strict actions against such banks. This land is abided by law that do not want to hurt innocents even if some not innocent escapes from punishments. Then why is that such common men/women are troubled to such extent. These are small financial defaulters as compared to big defaulters & corrupted politicians & big businessmen.
                                Please make some arrangements to ensure that common man is not harassed on the grounds of defaulting payments as it is they are going to suffer consequences by not getting any loan due to bad cibil report.
