[Resolved] Hindustan Petroleum / LPG — NON DELIVERY SINCE LAST 3 WEEKS AND MOSTLY NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS AND RUDELY BEHAVING,MAKING FALSE COMMITMENT TO DELIVER
I had booked for a refilling order almost 23 days back over telephone through central booking 1716 but till date the refilled cylinder has not been supplied.My consumer number is 604565 and the name of our distributor is Titani sales corporation (kolkata).Most of the time when we call they do not receive the call,if by mistake they receive the call they behave very rudely and harsh the consumer and most of the time they falsely commit that the gas cylinder will be delivered within a day or two.Yesterday again i called up them over telephone,the person told me that we are not getting your card most probably deliveryman has taken the card for delivery.Then i told him that 5 days back also you people had given the same answer,so please check that your deliveryman has deliverd it somewhere else i would be compelled to complaint against your agency.He started abusing and saying that this is why we do not receive the calls,whatever u want u do ,we do not bother and he disconnected the phone line.today i m trying to call them,but their telephone no[protected] is out of order.
I m suffering a lot ,coz' last cylinder was delivered to me on 03/01/2008 and now i have to cook me on kerosine stove.
so, i request you to please look in to the matter urgently and arranngement to be made to deliver the gas cylinder as early as possible and action must be taken against the distributor.
