I have purchased a vehicle (AVIATOR) a product manufactured by Honda Activa company in the month of March 2009, from Jupiter Honda, Dabagardens Branch, Visakhapatnam.
It has not been a year but the complaints are very more and the servcing centre service, or the spare sparts or the manufacturing is not at all good. Within a span of 7 months purchasing of vehicle regular problems are arising out of it.
1) The vehicle condition is not good, and the engine pick up is not at all good.
2) The mileage of vehicle is very less i.e. between 30-35 km per litre. (Till day the vehicle runned only for 2500km, very early the mileage came down after 500km only)
3) The vehicle is having a special feature Disk Brakes, but normal brakes are also not working.
4) Service centre workmen are taking responsible while performing their duties, and handling the vehicle very negligently and they are answers are very reckless and negligent in manner.
5) When compared the vehicle condition is getting bad after getting service done, this the way the service of company is..!
6) The spare parts are usually getting damaged and even after replacement they are not working atleast for one month.
7) Self-start, kickrod nor choke are working in good condition.
8) When all the above reasons are discussed in person and gaved a complaint there is no responce from the company end.
*9) Recently I gaved my vehicle for 3rd servicing, and when the vehicle is returned the speedometer and headlight are not working, when the same was informed to the members of servicing centre their anwers are rude and negligent pointing out that the damage is made by me only.
*10) Apart from this all I made the replacement of headlight from my hand costing Rs.191/- and it has not been atleast one month, with in a span of 20 days it again got damaged.
The company nor the members of service centre are not taking any responce and they are laughing at the customers while they are feeling very sorry for their service. The same issues were raising with almost all the customers of the Dabagardens branch when I personnely spoken to them.
* The service centre people are saying that their salaries are very less and the work being done is more when compared to their pay's. They themselves are reporting that the Aviator model is failed in market. If so when making a purchase why they are blauffing the customers for their profits.
The Govt. is pleased to take action over this, and atleast help out the other customers who are facing the same problems from different territories also. There were more than 158 complaints made from customers, but why there was no responce from the Govt. end also. As customers we have the right to claim even for a single ruppe paid in purchasing product.
there was a problem in bike on 28/10/09 which was being placed in front of metro automobiles (vapi)on same date.
the problem was of vobbling & they suggested that we have to change the tyre to solve the problem.
Follow up 1. i called up in metro automobiles on 3/11/2009 they replied they dont have tyre in stock.
Follow up 2. I called up in metro automobiles on 7/11/2009 they replied today is saturday u bring your bike on monday i.e 9/11/2009.
Follow 3. i took my bike on 9/11/2009 at showroom & they gave me my bike at 4 pm saying the problem is not solved & will inform you when they receive tyre from company.
Followup 4. I called at showroom today i.e 18/11/2009 they replied why r u calling continously we will call you dont harress us.
Now i need an explanation or satisfactory action against metro automobiles for the harressment they have done to me. If there is any big expenditure due to this problem in my bike than i will not be responsible.
I am not at all happy with the service.
so keeping this in mind kindly suggest me what to do, & also a need a report of action taken against metro automobiles as soon as possible.
