I have one Honda Activa purchased in June 2009. Recently when my son went there for servicing of the vehicle the battery acid got leaked due to some mishandling or faulty battery. We noticed this after returning home when the front mud guard and other internal parts were damaged in battery acid.
We talked to the dealer over the phone and he refused to change the damaged parts and didn't accept the negligence on the part of their workers who were servicing the vehicle. The Dealer is Auto world, Near Vishal Mega Mart, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra-136118 (Phone no.[protected]. Inspite of having talked to the dealer several times he didn't agree and simply refused to pay for the damage.

Now kindly let me know how can I get my redressal.

Dear sir,
Its to remind that in my belief the worst of all agent or sub dealer appointed in honda activa company is in Abu road (Shree Ram Honda- owner Mr Mittal) the person worst in all of the manners, to by an activa is been my first and last mistake, not only mine but about 80% of costumer within this region, to by an activa from Abu road agent is that u have to follow the certain steps.
1- They dont have anysort of costumers need we are dependent on them.
2- accesories is compulsory to by from there, handling charges to pay extra.
3- the catalouges and other papers are given after 20 to 30 days of
purchase thatalso on about several cries on phone
4- On service no true billing is given and the free coupons are torn without any
permission
5- My warranty card of battery was given after 30 days of purchase.
6- The self start problem when occured i visited the company twice same after
pouring acid returned back with other unnecessary work for there paper billing
written on rough paper.
7- when asked for true billing, he says company do not print on taxation bills.

This sort of worst service have been expierenced in shree ram honda aburoad kindly look over the complaint and do try to teach the person sort of manners, otherwise not more than a year or less his shutter are downed.

I mean what i have written and is true along with all sorts of proofs shown to the main dealer Ganesham Honda (Sumerpur)

I request u to look upon the action may be u neglect it but company will see the adverse effect in future.

    I am using Handa Stunner from april 2009, I am very much unhappy about my bike performence, I HAVE GOOD OPINION ABOUT HONDA BIKES, HENCE I FORCED MY FATHER TO PICK UP THIS BIKE instead of anyother, BUT THIS KIND OF ACTIVITIES ARE MAKE ME TO RECONCERN ABOUT MY OPINION
    I used to service my bike only in Honda authorised dealer. Last time I serviced my bike at your authorised WORKSHOP

    I went there for general service only but they said that my 3rd free service coupon taken be approved coz its time limit is crossed by few days

    i had a hero honda karizma n i also own a maruti 800 and a hundai verna n i also have expirance of getting services done n the company knowhow

    but this is the first ever time i have seen such type of thing

    nither do they remind of frequent services as other companies nor they accepted the my free service coupon
    according to the service booklet it sould be done when the reading is[protected] km or 135-150 days
    n my bike's reading was jst 3161 kms. i.e. i had a criteria

    i have never heard that if the service is not done on d 150 th day for example thn it would not be done

    this is absolutly pathetic

    n i was not told this thing on my first service which was done in jst 28 days n that was earlier than the mentioned time they readily agrred at that time


    P.S. i went to get my first service done earlier coz my bike had a picular sound which should not be coming n ur engg n d manager was so insufficient to knw tat frm were that sound came

    I gave the compliant again but they didn't rectify the problem, again I have given compliant but they try to avoid me in worst manner.

    niegher that problem has been solved yet since 7 months nor they are givng me the proper service response

    they earlier also made me leave my work n stand on there head to know what the problem is for two consecetive days and what i recieved was just an unsatisfactory response

    they asked me to come when their engg mr. atik was free n asked him about the exact time n i reached the service staion on given time but the engg was not there

    which shows that they dont stand upto the commitments

    plz tell me that will i get my services done n if done will it be again so dissatisfactory n wat about the prb which still retains in my bike

      I am an unsatisfied customer from your company. Becuase i paid cash to chage chain for my 2 month old Honda Stunner bike. I bought new bike only to avoid maintanance of old bike. But i want to replace my Chain and socket and to pay cash from ur workshop. Ii is not good to me as customer to pay cash for chain replace of a two month old Bike. My vehicle no. is KL 57 B 491. Service invoice no is BS10187 dtd 22-09-09 total bill no 732/-.. I bought it from KTC HONDA CALICUT.

      I think you will make a good decesion to make your customer satisfy.

      I HAVE BOUGHT STUNNER ON JAN 22 2010 I M NOT FACING ANY SORT OF PROBLM REGARDING SOUND IN CHAIN OR VIBRATION DURING ACCELERATION OF BIKE.IT CAN EASILY REACH 100 KM/HR SPEED WITHIN 20 TO 30 SEONDS

        Dear sir,
        I purchased a shine model motor cycle from Rajkumar Automobile ,Midnapur (w) ,W.B. showroom on dated 9/9/08 and my vehicle is under 6th free servicing period which will be due on 26th Nov'09. Yesterday,I was riding at about 60 Kmph speed on nearby highway,suddenly my bike was stopped to 0 from 60 kmph and I saved my life from following Truck somehow.On checking found that the chain was cut from lock and jamming with penion causing unable to move the vehicle on the middle of road.
        Finally motorbike was sent to Kharagpur ,R.K Automobile a branch of Midnapur where they changed the whole chain and spoket and chrged 736/- for the above.

        I request the coy should maintain the quality of parts specially safety items like mechanical fittings like above and not to charge if failure arrised within free look period.


        Please look into the matter .

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked a Honda Activa on 22-July-09 on Kasliwal Automobiles p. ltd. 580 M.G. Road Indore-MP. I didnot get the Delivery of Activa till 5-oct-09. Dealer said that there is strike in Honda company. and they don't know when strike will over.
          I want to know the delivery status. I am expecting a satisfactory response from a wold class company "Honda"

          We were told 30-45 days of waiting. Now the dealer has no idea when it will be available as Honda manufacturing is held up because of labourers Strike.

          After waiting for so long, the lack of clarity is really annoying and I just hope things would be resolved soon for good.

          IMO, Honda should take responsibility and compensate for the delay or come out public and say when it will be delivered.

          i have booked for a Honda Unicorn Motorcycle in Honda dealer, Vahini Motors, Kollam, Kerala on 10th Sept 2009.They told us it will take 1 month time for delivery, its now almost 2 months passed .I got an information that there is an employee strike in Honda company when I searched in net we came to know that about 200 contract workers are in strike .Will a world class company like 'Honda' will affect this much by striking 200 workers ??!!. .When I call the dealer they said strike is over but it will take 20 more days for delivery .Please do necessary steps to speed up the delivery .

          i Mr Rupesh Kodre willing to buy the Honda activa motor cycle from vasai but authorized dealsers are answring that booking has been stoped and no delivery will be given for next 4 months.
          after enquiring to sub dealers, they are ready to give the delivery immediately prior to paying 65000 Rs against the original price of 48000 Rs. is this situation created by Honda itself? and why the subdealers are having the stock of bikes instead of authorized dealers.
          i also enquired from pune and got same answers. i wd like to know the real fact behind the shortage of honda activa and is this situation is from original source or just created by dealers to get the maximum profit.
          are the honda is aware about these kind of situation in market.?

          I have made enquiry for buying HONDA ACTIVA bike from a dealer at Gandhidham Cargo Honda. They replied as waiting time for about 5-6 months. However in mlocal market a rumour is available that by giving additional 6-7 thousand a bike is available from the very next lot coming.

          Kindly arrange to stop such type of black marketing in the society

            Dear sir, I purchased one honda dio for my wife and gave the entire advance amount to the dealer. The dealer name is Metro Bike from New BEL Road, Bangalore and the dealer compelled me to take few accessories. Since I am staying away from the home so the dealer delivered the vehicle at my residence and next day we realized that the handle is not aligned with the wheel and specially while taking a turn this is shaking vilently, there is a chance of falling down as well. When we raised the complain the dealer says this is due to your mistake and we can not do any thing. There are also other minor problems and the dealer got those fixed but for the alignment he says the axle is bent and this is due our wrong driving. Second major problem is that this is not getting self start and the dealer said has repaired the switch but this is also intermittent. Please look into these problems and resolve asap.

              there is a major problem in my bike colouration.it has got a rough touch .it seems to me that due to any manufacturing defect its make like that .it gives no more shine.while checking from my near dealer i came to know that it is a manufacturing defect but they deny to change the complete body of the bike.agency holder forced to go to the dealer from where the bike has been brought.it is speedways motors amritsar punjab.kindly tell me what is the solution?is any other way to change.thanks.

                I purchased this vehicle before 2 years and I have compalined so many times that the shock absorption is rigid and it is giving severe back pain. Some times, it gives neck and shoulder pain also. Every time, I give this complaint and I think they dont give any attention.
                Dear Sir,

                I am having two complaints

                My first complain is: -
                I bought one Honda Shine on 02/09/09 from Keerthi Motors (NH7, Krishnagiri Road, Hosur-635109 Ph.:[protected].After riding it for 10 min. I realized that many of its indicators are not working such as
                1). Speedometer
                2). Odometer
                3). Fuel gauge
                4). Turn indicator

                I have to wait for nearly a month after booking and after paying full cash it’s very embarrassing to see that many indicators are not working.
                My second complaint is: -

                I was promised to give the registration no. today (07/09/09). Keerthi Motors are now giving me another date (same thing was happened after booking of bike).Similarly when I reach to them on another date they will give me another date.Please confirm the date of registration.

                Either you don’t commit or if you have to deliver on a certain date please follow the date.
                Please take action immediately because many of my friends were planning to buy a vehicle from Keerthi Honda. But after observing my condition they are changing their plans.

                I purchased a HONDA SHINE bike on 18.02.2009 from one of your dealer in Tambaram, Chennai – 45

                It has undergone 4 free services with this dealer and nothing other than water service is carried out.

                In particular,
                It had a Headlight problem in which the bulb focusing angle was not proper and when told about this, the service person is responding as “we have to change the bulb”. Even a layman can understand that there is a bend in the bulb holder and which need to be rectified. I don’t know what the change of bulb can do here (But they are not listening to what we explain them about the problem). This happened in my 3rd service. But the problem remains as it is and not rectified even in the 4th service (though reminded again)

                The other problem is with respect to my wheel where the rear wheel seems to be very tight and hence difficult to run. The problem seems to be somewhere is inside the brake panel (Where water could’ve gone inside). But these people adjusted the brake wire and said the problem is rectified now. I don’t know why they are so reluctant in attending to the faults in the vehicle.

                I’ve come across so many manufacturers who produce good product but fail to provide better service for the same.

                But we came to HONDA expecting the service to be better. But you have proved that you are also similar to those manufacturers in the market.

                I need a proper response to this mail (not a convincing one). But show me any good service provider in between Guindy and Tambaram other than the dealer mentioned above.

                Last week i gave my bike for service in Honda service center in Ambatthur (JSP Honda).... on 16.08.2012..
                that time i said mainly engine produce heavy heat and heavy sound i coming ( like after brake the piston rings etc..) and front headlight mask broken so u change that also....
                but what they did only change the oil and adjust the chain control & water service.........
                not change in that mask also but they removed old mask .... not changed new mask
                simply they told we dont have stock thats all..... what ever u want u will do it that it......like that only that service in charge person telling......
                only change of oil and water service purpose they need 21.08.2012(6days)
                now my bike engine sound also increased compared to before change of oil........
                poor service , not responding customers..........

                dear sir,
                i have purchased honda shine on 16th january 2012 from lakhayhonda jhalawar.it has several problams like low milage which as low as 40km/li instead of 65 km/li.apart from this disc break system often makes a lot of noise,gear system also makes troubles in slow speed.i have some problems with pick up also beacuse it gives low speed even in top gear. when we start it in morning at first ,it can't be started easily even with chock.
                i took it to showroom more than 4 times but they didn't solve even a single problem.they always assure us for best service but they didn't deliver us a single time. evev they hve been given more than 600 for 5 years extended warrenty.
                plese notice this problem because i have fade up for these problems.

                  Dear Sir,

                  last year 2008 aug 27th i buy a new activa form b.b.u bhandari at pune. after 4th service the segment i facing some problem ther is picup the sehment dose not take quick picup ( 0- 60) in 12sce.

                  when i hand over the problem at my service station manager they are check the problem and told me there are no problem on this segment but i alreadey the problem compare with other activas my segment is totaly poor.

                  please look into the matter and give me the advice what i do?

                  if the problem was not solved then i unfortunet i sale my segment.

                  Dear Concern,

                  Myself Deeksha kalotra Basically I am from Jalandhar.I have booked Activa Honda on 19-Feb-10 with Amt of RS-1000. During selection of colour and while giving of my details to ur service desk executive they told us that my Activa will be delivered in 20 Days.Few days before booking we had verbal telecon with one of your Emp. that if we booked Activa before 20 FEb the same will be delivered in 20 Days.(May be they had to Achieve there booking targets before 20 FEb) But they have not discloed us such infomation and had mention on my Booking form in Remarks for 2 months.It has already been more then 13 Days but till date we have not recd any call from Honda services for confirmation. I have called on your Mentioned showroom Conact no[protected].Ms Vinny has attend the call and has given me some Other no-[protected](Bal-Krishan) for delivery.

                  I had called on that no and i was very shocked with talking behaviour of Mr Bal-Krishan.He use such abuse language that if it was mentioned 2 months on your booking form then y r u disturbing us now.Call them later after 2 months. I said while booking we already had a word with your service desk that we will recive call in 10 days and activa will be delivered in 20 days or before. rather then giving me answer He put the phone on Hold on some desk..after that he disconnect the call without replying...

                  It was all happen with me few dayz back with one of your esteem customer who is refrencing activa to all of her friends..but now i want to convey all to change there decision due to this Non-SEnse attitude of you cargo Honda employess with the customers. Even i want to inform you that when i went there for booking No body was properly attanded us...not us actually to all of there Customers.Everyboy was like gazing each other that you wll go to attend or you will...

                  Cargo honda was knw for there Good material in MKt...now what happens...we are not looking for good material but also for good services...I have called many times again but no response..Your employees were very proudy i can say over proudy due to good sales but this is not the way to attand there customers in such behaviour.Requested you to recruit some educated people...I m nobody to say this loke that but i am also from some good Banking backgroung...and also provide handle services desk...

                  We have many options in Market and they are delivering scooter in 2-3 days...ut still we want Activa...but if your behavior and services wil not change hence we have to change the decision...i knw with one of your customer your sales will not be afftected then don forgot i will never refer nd advice such services to anyone.
                  It says “Customer is the King”; in these days customers are treated as not kings but emperors.

                      Our company, AAR AAR TECHNOPLAST PVT LTD, 18/1 MATHURA ROAD, FARIDABAD, bought a Hondo City Car from South End Honda. For the first service it was sent to Classic Honda, Faridabad.Thereafter the airconditioner started to trip 5 to 6 times in a drive of less that 2 kms. The car has been sent to Classic Honda to fix this problem. Once they kept the car onernight, but with no improvement. Now they say that they are helpless. We are totally disgusted. Help us please.

                        Engine make noise, Engine overheated and not smooth running.

                        I have purchased your wellknown Honda Shine two wheeler no: TN 72 AZ 4266 from Maraikar Honda dealer at Nagarkoil on August 2008.

                        Hi,
                        This is to confirm that i have not satisfied on purchase of honda stunner,were i made several complaints on my front and rear wheels,about six months old is my vehicle,now only i come to that both the alloy wheels are bend and air is leaking out from that gap,i enquired at pit shop,there they confirmed not possible for rework on that area,beter to change the wheels,i belive i got the warranty on the same,so company can this mail as a request and do the best for me,i expecting the feeback as eairliest,

                          i had owned bike shine 2 years ago and its running 14000 kms on. my bike giving problem of overflowing the fuel from overflow pipe too much in running as well as standby state. the authorized bike repairer repaired 3 times for the problem but the problem is same. also bike did not give performance good since it purchased regarding mileage, sound and double loading only its pick up is good otherwise shine is not so good bike in my context.

                            Hello,

                            I bought Honda Activa in Feb 2009 from Pratul Motors, Hyderabad. Till now i haven't driven 1000 km. Since from my first visit to service center the complaints had been adding up.The vehicle stops in between and I also face starting problem. In spite of my repetitive complains and assurance from their end that my vehicle is perfectly mended, I still face some or the other problem on regular basis.

                            Now I am unable to drive at a speed above 40 km/hr. In case the speed exceeds 40 km/hr, it starts making noise, feels heavy and I am unable to accelerate. With hours of harassment and waste of time and energy, I asked for a replacement of the bike but was refused straight away.

                            The customer service and supervisors are harsh to talk to. It seems Honda Activa is only interested in selling the vehicle rather than providing good service to customers. Is it possible to solve my problem just let me know.

                            I Lalit Shiyad purchased the Honda Activa from Sai point, thane on 17.06.2010 and I faced the Problem of Fornt tyre Suspension Noise. I made the Compliant against this to Sai point but they are not replacing the Front tyre suspension to me. Actually I had one more problem in my vehicle that was fuel metre that they have changed. Actually I received the faulty Vehicle if, possible please try to change my front tyre suspension which is appreciable.

                              It has come my notice that people do have connection in the work shop mechenics. They do dirty things as the products are not there out from their pockets. Its the companys duty that publics products should be protected by such movements as its there reablelity to insure that public trust should be proctected . They should install cctv in the work shop for the publics interest. Also manufacture should have inspected the dealership before allocating.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am an admirer of the Hero Honda Products. As my son has finished his task given by me, and as i assured him to buy a Karizma a renowned product from Hero Honda, i asked him to approach a hero honda dealer in Kalyan. It is to my surprise that a buyer who does not opt the loan scheme should wait for minimum 25 days for a delivery but if i opt for loan scheme I will get my byke within three days !!!!!! This is very disgusting to me. I think this is perfect way of moving money from the subscriber, leading to misleading.
                                On contact to the Regional Sales of Hero Honda today on[protected] one Mr. Vishwanathh has attended and advised me to talk again with their Kalyan Dealer Aher Auto. There I got Ms.Archana who said that she only can provide me red coloured Karizma not Blue being she has to buy 4-5 more bikes if she send a requision for blue colour to Hero Honda.

                                I do not understand what kind of game these people are playing? I need a blue colour Karizma on Dassera and I am ready to pay the amount instantly in full. Need your help.

                                  three months back i purchased new hunk from showroom at pandav nagar main road at the time of purchasing i faced many problems i purchased for cash bike delivered to me after 6 hours showroom manager used very foul language and their service station apex honda at pataar ganj not service properly even they don't bikes real problems i dont prefer any one to buy bike of hero honda just because of your arrogant attitude toward customers
