Dear All,

I had purchased a Hero Honda Hunk in the month of March 2009.I am not happy with the bike at all.The two major problems faced by me are that within 10000 kms twice I had to change the break shoe and the other is recently one day the bike was not starting so I opened the plug and cleaned it then I tried to fit it but I was unable to fit the plug I found that there might be some problem and when I took it to the hero honda service centre they told me that the thread inside the head has to be done and for this we have to be open the head.I was really surprised because I had used several bikes (Bajaj,Rajdoot & Vespa) and scooter and I have never faced such problem.I was really shocked that within 7 months the head of the engine has to be opened and within 10000 kms twice the break shoe has to be changed and now I have found that the left side of the back shocker is leaking and when I asked to get it replaced I was told that they don't have the stock currently it will take 7-10 days.I have always got the services done thru Auto Needs Gurgaon,timely still I have faced these problems.I am unable to understand that whether the product (Hero Honda Hunk) I have purchased is hopeless ot the service given by the Hero Honda service centre is Hopeless.Request you to kindly help me to get justice because I have invested Rs 60000/- and I am totally frustated now with the bike.
I had booked the new HERO Honda Hunk past more than 2 months but it is evident from the Aher Automobiles which is the authorised Hero Honda service station that I am not able to get the delivery again till next 3-4 months. The response of the executive is very negative...used to get repeatative same answer that they have no stock availability...not either for any of the other Hero Honda model...This does not make sense if on goes on waiting for such long period...Even the cancellation of the booking will cost around 800 bugs...If the company is not able to deliver the product on time is it the consumer's fault?
Is there any time limits any SLA for those guys...

    SUBJECT : COMPLAINT REGARDING SELLING THE SCOOTERS IN BLACK BY YOUR DEALERS.

    Sir,

    1. I want to purchase one Honda Activa Scooter, so I contacted your dealers Sawroop Honda, Preet Vihar, Race Honda Jagat Puri and also at Rajinders Honda (East Delhi). I come to know that actual price of Honda Activa is about 41,000/- but your dealer are selling the above said vehicle in black / at extra price. Your dealers are forcing the customers to purchase the vehicle at Rs.48,000/- to Rs. 51,000/- and buy the accessories from them at very higher price. Those accessories are available in market at very low rate.

    So, Kindly take action against your dealers and kindly provide me the vehicle at nominal price.

      Dear Sir,

      I had given my new Honda Activa for its second free service to the authorised honda service centre (B.U.Bhandari) at Pune Camp at the time of handing over the bike to the service supervisor in the morning there was not a single scratch on the scooter which was also checked and acknowledged by the supervisor but at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle in the evening I noticed many deep scratches on the bike & went back to the service centre manager who told me to come after 2 days & he will see what can be done.

      Kindly advice my further course of action as I want the side panel which was scratched to be replaced & not repainted.

      i have a white colour activa MHO5 .AP. 9441 i had got colour problem at the right side pannel its became yellowish i have gone to showroom they have solved it again same problem i got in front from right its become yellow but i have gone to showroom somebody is telling he will attend u somebody is telling he will attend u like this they have done 2 to 3 times than i came back from there i request u plez solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to take action my cell number is [protected]

        I, S. Chakaradhar working as Asst. Manager in State Bank of Hyderabad, Ashoknagar, Hyderabad.

        I have purchased Honda Activa on 22/01/2009 from Autofin Motors Pvt. Limited, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad bearing the engine Number JF08E 5663933. since from the day begin while driving my left hand getting pain and the same was informed to show room people while giving for service. Evenafter completion of 3 services my problem remains same.

        Dear Customers of honda...

        i am one of the idio person who has purchased honda activa..i buyed the scooter on 20th of november 09. since that day i am in deep trouble with the scooter...i think i have made the very wrong decision that i have purchased honda's product.. i am a young man of 25 n i promise to myself that i will never ever buy any honda product in future...n try that no one of my known will buy the honda product

        Honda is pathetic...dont buy honda's product plz plz [protected] is my no. plz anybody wants to call me can call me anytime...i will be happy if i can save your precious money from this currop company...
        I Hemanth Reddy, given my new Honda Unicorn for 4th servicing in Honda Autofin Showroom for servicing..i gave for servicing at 09:00am and that named Nagesh(worker) took my bike & asked me to come at 04:00pm. i went at 05:00pm & asked for my bike. they asked me to wait for 15min, later i found my bike which is not yet serviced & 4other customers who gav their bikes before 08:00am wer also still waiting. i called Nagesh and another person & said to him that "take your own time and do servicing properly". he noded his head and took my bike in side at 05:45 & he bought out my bike with in 15min or even less time. and delivered my bike. with Rs785/- Bill. i found my bike which is not at all water serviced and oil is leaking and my disc break has gone. its not at all working...i asked him for explanation he said "this is how we do in our showroom(Honda Autofin)" i was shocked & that useless manager is in leave. i hav nothing to talk to that rude Stupid. and one other customers backlight bulb was also missing and we hav a doubt that they are stealing our new bike inner parts and replacing with older once and making us to bile them in the next servicing. please dont go to AUTOFIN SHOWROOM UPPAL.

          Unsatisfied Service By the Dealer V.D.Honda,Dwarka

          Dear Sir,
          As i m one of the unfortunate buyer of the Honda activa scooty. This is regarding my newly purchased Honda activa scooty which i bought on 12th October 2009 from your Dwarka Dealer (V.D.HONDA).
          From very beginning am facing some problems in normal operation of the scooter...like making noice while moving and handle bar . I have concerned to the service manager & supervisor while the first service and according to them its a common technical problem in the new models & not found in old models & it can not be repaired. Am not happy to hear all these things and want my scooter fully repaired upto my full satisfaction or else change the whole unit.

          Kindly look into the matter and provide assistance to me and to your dealer...without which i may have to go to consumer forum.

          honda activa scooty — dealer gave me wrong information about activa price.

          i mr paresh datta salvi, i taken a honda activa from ulhasnagar 5 from star automotive, my activa no MHO5 AY0073, when i taken this bike fom dealer he told me 46000rs is onroad price and he taken 3 cheq of icici bank from me, i given 20, 000 downpaymwnt, when i get statement from icici bank, the dealer taken finance from bank is rs 28000, and he also fraud me in case of my cheq, the dealer withdraw 800 rs from my icici bank without inform me, so plz take action on dealer as soon sa possible, my mobile no is [protected]

            my name is prashal n v.i bought a new honda unocorn bike on 24th september 2009. but yesterday i face a maintenance problem.service personnels are telling thal my cluch disk or plate has burned..my first service was on 6th october 2009..the maximum corvered by me is 1600km..
            but when i went to the service centre, they are telling that i have to pay for the disk,,dat is almost 1500 rs...this is rediculass....my trust on ur company has gone,,,also the service personnels and the service manager behave me very badly...so kindly take necessary actions regarding the same..

              on 1st august 09 i visited to om sai autoworld showroom in mahim west to book activa thn inside i found one sales man name as rohit kurel he told me u have to pay one thousand rupess now, thn after 45 to 60 days we will cal u for pending payment thn i payed him one thousand rupess and booked activa MY BOOKING NO IS M-10798 AND RECEIP NO IS M1429, then after 45 days i was waitng for response but i dint get any feedback from om sai autoworld thn finally i called up to rohit kurel for enquiry he thn told me we have labour problem so u have to wait for one more month thn i again visited om sai auto world showroom in mahim west to meet manager but there was no manager in showroom so i spoke to shardha madam she was sale excutive i told her all my problems which i m facing thn she finally gave ME IN WRITING WITH SINGUATURE IN IT THAT IN NEXT FOLLOW UP BY DIWALI WE WILL SURELY CALL U thn i told her let me talk to your manager about my query she told me our manager name is gaytri madam and she sits in malad office thn i asked her for number she gave me number of gaytri madam office and when i m calling at her office one lady name as kanchan is recieving call and telling that gaytri madam is in meeting i hv called for 2 or 3 days twice theerice a day but same response from kanchan madam and now when diwali is over but no response frm om sai autoworld.i again called up in show room today on 21 october 09 and asked them about my bike they r again telling u have to wait we will call u up till 1st week of november, i dnt have any money problem i m buying bike on cash and i m ready to pay total money together.SO SIR I PLZ REQUEST U TO PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

              I had book honda Activa at ur dealer Tajshree Honda Devnagar, Nagpur, on 25/08/2009.
              Booking no. is P2668 & dealer was promesed me to deliver my vehicle on Dasera Festival, but still I am not having my vehicles delivery. On phone contact, they excuses me every time & gave me false information about delivery. I got information that other delear was distributed the vehicles which was booked in the first weak of september.
              I submetted the same complaint to you on this site three times, before one weak, but you are not responding me about my complaint. So please take nessesary action towards my complaint.

              Iam Dr.K.S.Ramesh, F1 first floor, mallika enclave, tadepalli, guntur dist. brihg to your kind notice that i have booked Honda Activa two wheeler on 28-09-09 with serial number 11612 at Sri Kanakadurga automobiles limited, MG road, Vijayawada, AP, India. Till date I have not recieved any information from the said dealer inspite of repeated reminds send to the dealer. I have enquired and found that the dealer is missusing the booking dates and delivering the vehicles in black. When I verified the list of booking dates the vehicle is delivered already to some body and the dealer responsible saying that your manufacturing company was on strike for the past three months. In this regard I request you to respond and let me know the status of my booking and eagerly waiting for an early reply from you.I hope that you wil respond immediatly and do the needful to a customer with your esteemed services.

                Sir,
                I, Suresh Chandra Sahu, S/O Sri Somanath sahu, a proud owner of HONDA ACTIVA scooter, model code- SCV100Q,
                with Registration no. OR07P- XXXX(HIDDEN), engine no-JF08E8994250, chassis no- ME4JF082H78815378, have a complain as
                regard to your service as per details given below. I hope you ill take due attention to redress my grievances and
                oblige.
                1. I bought my vehicle from “OM HONDA, TATA BENZ SQUARE, BERHAMPUR-760005, ORISSA, on
                17/09/2007 and have done all servicing from the same dealer till date.
                2. On 27/04/2009 my father took the vehicle to the same dealer for servicing and since then there have
                been no servicing till date and till now my vehicle have not been given to any other servicing centre
                except to the same authorized dealer of yours.
                3. Nearly one year back I have observed that the tube given by your company was of self sealing type when I
                met with a puncture of my rear wheel, which was really of great value to me and I was really grateful for
                the great technology innovation by your company in my scooter.
                4. Today I faced with another puncture in my scooter where to my disbelieve, I found that the whole air has
                been leaked and when I removed the iron kneel from the tyre there was no self healing solution flowing.
                Unable to help out myself I requested my local bike repairing shop to assist and the tyre was removed
                from the vehicle and was taken for checkup, where to my horror I found that the tube was no more self
                sealing type and were ordinary ones with already 3 punctures. It was also found that the front wheel had
                also been replaced. I and my father who usually rides the vehicle recalled the past only to recall that the
                only place where our vehicle was out of our close eyes was “The vehicle service centre of OM HONDA
                during the 6th free service” and no where else.
                5. I went to the Honda service centre today i.e. 16th oct 2009 to complain for the unethical conduct of

                service centre staff during our free servicing and there I was made to meet with Mr Nilamadhab Satpati
                (DMS operator) and Rajendra Behra (Sales Executive) to register my complain.
                6. There I asked for the complain book to lodge my complain and I was given an old register with its pages
                from 2 to 19 stapled (something already written there) and found only four complains registered from
                September 2009 onwards only. The complain book had no name or seal of the company or service centre.
                The complain book had no remarks written against any complains and the book was stapled from pages 2
                to 19, which meant it was used for any other purpose and after its discard they are using to
                unauthorizedly deceive customers from registering complain on authorized complain book.
                7. I found they are using this tact to falsify genuine customer complains and letting them record the same
                on rough registers and hence hiding genuine customer points from your eyes. I searched everywhere in
                the showroom to find a complain procedure and its format or email id and found nothing on its
                customer friendly walls. I talked to other staffs also and found nobody was interested in redressing my
                complain, but only supporting the servicing staff saying “Such things cannot happen here”.
                8. But the genuine doubt which arises here is that “The servicing staff takes care of our vehicle for more
                than 4 hours in their dark servicing room where there is no access to the general customers and as I
                believe there is 99% chance of my genuine parts being changed, which comes to our knowledge only
                when we come across any problems involving these parts and we test our vehicle under a third party
                inspector. To my disbelieve you the company “HONDA” under whose brand name they are doing all
                these things have no full proof procedure for the innocent customers to lodge a formal complain with
                you regarding the mischievous acts of theirs and hence a large part of their such acts must be remaining
                unnoticed from you.”
                9. As to date I have promised myself not to again get my scooter serviced under your service station due to
                the above given reason and better depend on local scooter servicing centers as at least they will not be
                able to replace my genuine parts in front o[censored]s, where I can believe my eyes better than your brand name
                which do not even have a better way of receiving customer complains and suggestions.
                10. As I have innocently believed your brand name, today I am forgiving myself for my mistake and would like
                to question you why till date you are not interested to note what is the real complains from the
                customers which can give a clear picture of the customers satisfaction level than to blindly believe on
                dealers and service centers who are manipulating the customers complain to their exception level.
                11. Herewith in the next pages please find the complain book photographed from my 1.3 MP camera showing
                all written page details which shows how your service centers handle customer complains.

                  I BROUGHT MY SPARSELY USED HONDA CITY CAR WHICH HAS LOGGED ONLY 4250 KM FOR SERVICING TO APEX HONDA SERVICE CENTRE AT KURLA (E) ON OCTOBER 14TH IN A GOOD CONDITION. WHEN THE CAR WAS HANDED TO ME THE NEXT DAY TO MY HORROR I FOUND THAT THE FORWARD LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED.I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT IT WHEN IT WAS HANDED TO ME.WHEN I FOUND THE DAMAGE AND ASKED THE DRIVER HE SAID THAT HE HAD DONE IT. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER Mr SUNIL HE SPOKE TO ME RUDELY AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL ONLY REMOVE THE DENT AND NOT REPLACE THR BUMPER WHICH WAS FULLY DAMAGED.
                  AS THE DAMAGED DUE TO MISHANDLING OF MY CAR BY APEX HONDA WHICH HAS MENTAL AGONY AND A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE CAR DURING THE VACATION AND HAD TO SPEND ON OTHER MODES OF TRANSPORT FOR MY USE.
                  I PRAY THAT THE APEX HONDA SERVICE CENTRE ,KURLA (W ) WILL
                  1. REPLACE THE BUMPER WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED
                  2. SERVICE AGAIN AND FIND IF ANY OTHER DAMAGE HAS OCCURED
                  3.COMPENSTE ME WITH Rs 75,000 FOR THE MENTAL AGONY AND THE EXPENSES INCURRED BY ME WITHOUT MY CAR IN MY CUSTODY

                    Not received the scooter two months after paying the whole amount.The Dealer (Silicon Honda-R.V Road) is saying that they can not say when will they be able to deliver the scooter.
                    This is regarding the supply of Honda activa, I had booked Red color Honda activa in your out let in M/s Sri kanakadurga Automobilies Limited, Vijayawada on 24/08/2009. Booking No 8505.
                    Every week i am follow up on telephone some times they are not responding properly and every time i am getting that strik is going on, lack of supply from the manufactuer, still we are giving to booker of july. it will take 10 days, New batch has to come and they are in the transport..

                    When i went personnaly to the outlet no body is responding properly No one taking care of the custmer, no body ready to answer. even when we want to ask the outlet manager they will tell ' he his not avilable and out of station.

                    If this is the case your having worst hospitality, poor respons towards the custmors. we the public may think that your or your outlets are selling them in the black.

                    Kindly check with your outlet and do the needful service.

                      This is to inform you that, i had purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S SANGAM HONDA, SAHIBABAD ,GHAZIABAD , on 28th of 2008 under registration up14aw2509 .,engine no jc44e0091996 ( There is a shocker problem in activa form week next onwards and as a consequence when ever it hit uneven surface voice come out very shabby. I complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 20 times they tried to repair but all there efforts were in vain. I really regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble erupts? Since till date(28/06/09) the defect was not repaired the front mudgaurd began to rust day by day. Now it seems that there is no other way but to replace the shocker and the front mudgaurd. Hence I request that the same may be replaced at the earliest.
                      If no action is taken i may be constrained to readdress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.

                        I have booked my activa on 25/5/09 by giving 1000 Rs for confirmation.After that they told me maximum it ll take 25 days to get delivered.Then on 18/09/09 i had given the total amount n then again they said that maximun 8 days to get delivered.Now the date is 17/10/09 till now i didnt received my activa. And within this period from 25/5/09 till now their are many customers who have received their activa who have booked after us and that to of the same colour.So i really think now these is heights of the dealer.If i didnt get my activa within 2 days i ll surely go to consumer court.
                        I thiught that Honda 2wheeler company is really a good company n who really look towards the customer satisfaction, But now i started to think totally opposite.So please i request you to take a strict action against the dealer. Just because of the dealer carslessness the company name is getting worst day by day.

                          i have booked the pleasure on 28th september 2009 from aher auto at kalyan. they told that u will get the delivery on or before 13 th october. so today i went to showroom they told more 1and 1/2 months will required for delivey. why is it so. they told that company not producing the scooty due to stike in company. i want the pleasure in 2 days before diwali. or u r supplying the stock and they are not giving
                          I have booked the Pleasure from Sehgal Autoriders, Chinchwad Pune on 30th Oct. 09, at the time of booking they told me that you will get the delivery on or before 15 days. when i called on 15th Oct. 09 they told that you will get the delivery in 20 days after booking. then i called on 20th Oct.09 they are telling that pleasure vehicles are not in transit and you wll have to wait another 8- 10 days for delivery. can anyone tell me what is the actual status of plesure delivery? when can i get the delivery of pleasure?
                          This is hetal, from kalyan.The same problem i am facing that i have booked pleasure in Aher Auto, Kalyan Dist.Thane on 26/9/2010 for getting delivery in diwali but the same answer i am getting that from manufacturing unit you will get the answer whereas no answer from unit nor from dealer.Where is the main problem whether they are not manufacuring or it is been blocked in godown.

                            I have purchased above Scooter from M/s Vibha Enterprises, Allahabad.
                            Today I availed 5th paid service and requested to rectify following defects-
                            1. Handle Movement sticky
                            2. Kick pedal Sticky
                            First service center person said Ball race got pitted and Kick ratchet got
                            Worn out both parts has to be replaced on chargeable basis.
                            When I said that Scooter is under warranty and same has to be replaced
                            FOC.They refused and said these items are not covered under warranty.
                            When I said replace these parts on chargeable basis they said these parts are
                            Not available.
                            My concern is that when scooter was received for Servicing and complaint
                            Was recorded at that time why it was not told that necessary parts are not available
                            After 3 hours it was intimated that due to non availability of spares these problems
                            Can not be rectified.
                            Due to bad Ball race it has become very difficult to drive Scooter and if any thing
                            Goes wrong who will be held responsible for that.
                            I would request you to please look into the matter and arrange to get it repaired at the
                            Earliest.
                            Till date not received any response from Company regarding my complaint.

                              On 8 th sept i had contacted dealers in mumbai inquiring about city car, but all sales executives said that honda was comming out with the same car with few cosmetic changes, shape remains the same, On 11 th I visited Solitare honda at new link rd, Andheri, where me meet their executive, they said had a ready delevery white car, but could not go ahead with finalisation as the dealer was not in a position to give us a deal, we left the showroom, & ten minutes later we got a call from their executives, saying we can go ahead with deal, next day on 12 th sept I personally visited the showroom n finalised the car, sighned the confirmation of order form , saying need to take delevery on 16 th sept, on 14 th we made full payment, on 16 th my dad picked up the vehicle. TILL NOW EVERY THING WAS FINE, on 24 th we got a call from one of the mumbai dealers saying new cars were in stock n that there was a offer of lucky draw, I called Solitare andheri on 25 th n they too said that there was an offer but the customer has to go on line n do it, next day when i tried to log in my form system says date expired ?,I complained but still no body to respond to my mails , what do i do

                                This is a case of Honda showroom, Pimpri (very close to Vijay Sales) ,Pune (Maharashtra)

                                Yesterday i went to buy a Honda Activa, the saleman (may be Mr. Anil -- not sure ) told me "if you book honda activa today by paying 1000 Rs, you will have to wait for 150 to 180 days for delivery. There is a long waiting list of customer. Those who have booked in August month, they are also still waiting for their product."

                                I asked him the reason for long late delivery, he told me that "Demand is more and production is less from company itself".

                                I want to confirm this from the company management itself whether it is really true or the saleman was trying to take a bribe. Please stop this curruption at your showroom in Pune. It was like taking a Gas connection in a goverment office.

                                Please make an inquiry to check this. i need a honda activa as soon as possible.

                                I am Mahendra singh khalsa form jodhpur Rajasthan and i had booked honda activa last month i.e on 3 sep by adv amont of Rs 1000/- but till date i had not received the delivery as sales person is telling me that strike is going on and production of honda activa is less. Is this is true that strike is going on or it is just an excuse that I am listening fron last 1 month. It shows the poor service received from honda activa instead activa why should i not go for suzuki access 125 cc
                                yes, there is a long waiting list for honda activa. This is due to strike in auto manufacturing units in gurgaon.

                                it is also due to issues relating to pay and others between Honda India (HMSI) and its employees.

                                Hi, This is Sambasiva Rao from Hyderabad. I have booked honda Activa Deluxe in Prathul Automobiles, Kondapur, Hyderabad on 2nd September 2009. But till today waiting for vechile. As i am going for Loan, completed the all the formaliteis and make it ready for payment from my banker side. Apart from booking amount of Rs.1, 000/- i have paid Rs.11, 000/- thinking that my vechile will be delivered in couple of days based on the details available from the Dealer. But whenever i give a call to the Dealer, he is saying we are expecting the load in three or four days. As i am interested in Deluxe model. I am insisting for this model only.
                                i am suprised to know this that Dealer is dont know when this model is expected to his show room.
                                As far as my knowledge goes, for every manufcturing unit based on the customer requirement, commitment date will be given to customer, when they can expect their material. But this dealer dont have curtosy to inform to the customer reasons for the delay, Instead the customer needs to callup all the times for the status.

                                i dont think this is good practice to any dealer. More over dealer is given a commitment of 75 days for delivery. But even after 117 days he is unable to tell the Exact date of delivery.
                                This is very unfortunate situation to the dealers that they dont know when they will get their stock.
                                i have worked in couple of manufacturing companies, but situation is not this much worse
                                sir,

                                I have booked my activa with full puchase price and 20 days passed but unable to get delivery now I have decided to refund of my amount to buy TVS WEGO one of the best scooter. No doubt there is market hype of the activa otherwise there is other best scooters are also available i.e suzuki access, tvs wego and mahendra.

                                Don"t buy Honda activa .

                                  I am from Mahendranagar Nepal , I bought a Honda shine ( model 2007 chessis No. ME40C366J78043164 and engin No.JC36E9100356) in oct. 2007 from Joshi traders , who is the deiler rolemof this location . The bike is good for driving and looking but the big problem in it is its chain socket , which becomes loose after every driving of 20 kms. it needs to tight every and every driving of 20 to 30 KMs. please give me solution of this problem , I met to deiler of Honda he said I have no solution of this problem . This is not good for user and Iam now requesting the company to solve my problem ,Iam waiting your response from mail at first . Thanks

                                    I own Honda Activa Scooter bearing Registration No. CH04-A-8944.Scooter's horn was giving problem from the very first day of purchase and whenever i went for free service I complained about the same to KRISHNA AUTOMOBILES 177 E INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE 1,Chandigarh. Problem reported on following dates 19/08/08,06/12/08,07/06/09 but instead of making permanent solution to the problem they repaired the horn. Now few days back Horn stopped working and i went to Krishna Automobiles 177-E , INDL.AREA PHASE-1.and told about the problem but they refused to repair or replace the Horn saying ," THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER" .                                     I am disappointed that within a month the activa honda side stand broken by default and i want to know the replacement process,
                                    i have to suffer from one major factor, i have paid Rs. 55.500/- for purchasing this honda activa with accessories TO JMV AUTOMOBILE, the subdealer of Honda activa and i request them to change my foot side stand cover they have told me that they will not repair or replace it, they can deliver the honda activa by opening the showroom but they will not provide me a service of honda activa and even when i contact the dealer DHINGRA AUTOMOBIE they also denied to replace the service of this stand

                                    tell where should i go? who will hear the voice of customer

                                    and i have also done first service on dated 15/09/2011 and paid Rs. 480/- for engine oil, gear oil and speed oil etc.

                                    I m also enclosing the Receipt of activa honda for chasis no. and i have a lot of trust in HONDA ACTIVA kindly help me in this matter

                                      I have one Honda Activa purchased in June 2009. Recently when my son went there for servicing of the vehicle the battery acid got leaked due to some mishandling or faulty battery. We noticed this after returning home when the front mud guard and other internal parts were damaged in battery acid.
                                      We talked to the dealer over the phone and he refused to change the damaged parts and didn't accept the negligence on the part of their workers who were servicing the vehicle. The Dealer is Auto world, Near Vishal Mega Mart, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra-136118 (Phone no.[protected]. Inspite of having talked to the dealer several times he didn't agree and simply refused to pay for the damage.

                                      Now kindly let me know how can I get my redressal.

                                      Its to remind that in my belief the worst of all agent or sub dealer appointed in honda activa company is in Abu road (Shree Ram Honda- owner Mr Mittal) the person worst in all of the manners, to by an activa is been my first and last mistake, not only mine but about 80% of costumer within this region, to by an activa from Abu road agent is that u have to follow the certain steps.
                                      1- They dont have anysort of costumers need we are dependent on them.
                                      2- accesories is compulsory to by from there, handling charges to pay extra.
                                      3- the catalouges and other papers are given after 20 to 30 days of
                                      purchase thatalso on about several cries on phone
                                      4- On service no true billing is given and the free coupons are torn without any
                                      permission
                                      5- My warranty card of battery was given after 30 days of purchase.
                                      6- The self start problem when occured i visited the company twice same after
                                      pouring acid returned back with other unnecessary work for there paper billing
                                      written on rough paper.
                                      7- when asked for true billing, he says company do not print on taxation bills.

                                      This sort of worst service have been expierenced in shree ram honda aburoad kindly look over the complaint and do try to teach the person sort of manners, otherwise not more than a year or less his shutter are downed.

                                      I mean what i have written and is true along with all sorts of proofs shown to the main dealer Ganesham Honda (Sumerpur)

                                      I request u to look upon the action may be u neglect it but company will see the adverse effect in future.

                                        but this is the first ever time i have seen such type of thing

                                        nither do they remind of frequent services as other companies nor they accepted the my free service coupon
                                        according to the service booklet it sould be done when the reading is[protected] km or 135-150 days
                                        n my bike's reading was jst 3161 kms. i.e. i had a criteria

                                        i have never heard that if the service is not done on d 150 th day for example thn it would not be done

                                        this is absolutly pathetic

                                        n i was not told this thing on my first service which was done in jst 28 days n that was earlier than the mentioned time they readily agrred at that time


                                        P.S. i went to get my first service done earlier coz my bike had a picular sound which should not be coming n ur engg n d manager was so insufficient to knw tat frm were that sound came

                                        I gave the compliant again but they didn't rectify the problem, again I have given compliant but they try to avoid me in worst manner.

                                        niegher that problem has been solved yet since 7 months nor they are givng me the proper service response

                                        they earlier also made me leave my work n stand on there head to know what the problem is for two consecetive days and what i recieved was just an unsatisfactory response

                                        they asked me to come when their engg mr. atik was free n asked him about the exact time n i reached the service staion on given time but the engg was not there

                                        which shows that they dont stand upto the commitments

                                        plz tell me that will i get my services done n if done will it be again so dissatisfactory n wat about the prb which still retains in my bike
