Dear Sir,
I have purchased honda shine from Ganga Automobiles, Surat, before 1 year and have completed 6 free services but intially from the first service bike was having a problem free stearing movement. But the delear has not respond for the poblem during all service. The problem is mentioned in the service report since the fist service. Now I am not getting proper answer from the delear and ultimatey I have to bare the cost of the repairing for the new one at your service station.
They have kept my bike for the 4 days in the service station butthey could not solved the problem. Are the engineers not capable to perform the technical job?

Please respond for the same otherwise I have to go for the legal action for the failure from your side as a manufacturng default.

i purchased honda shine on 9-9-2009 at eluru in pavan honda showroom after 1 week the bike having starting trouble even it has self start it was no use i complaint to showroom they was no response to me poor servicing in eluru

    The services of M/S Courtesy Honda Okhla centre Delhi.
    The services at Courtesy Honda dealer are hope less, worse and the staff is also not the customer friendly. The staff make cheats and do the thug business. They never explain about the cost and expenses of services & parts, take more time for Car Servicing. Priorities are given to the influential people's car for servicing. They also dishonor the free service coupons because they use their own logic. They do not listen to the customers.
    When I compare the services of Honda dealers with other car manufacture dealers, I found that they are much better then Honda. Specially I never felt any problem with Hyundai.

      I have purchased HH Hunk last yr. From my 4th free service i have been complaining about my bike emitting white smoke. Everytime the service ppl used to neglect my complaint. Now my free service got over and now the bike is emiting lots of white smoke..even the bike sound is rough..its not smooth.. now service ppl are telling to change my piston and replace with new one wich costs me more than 2000rs..

        Hello Sir,

        I am Ujjwal Das purchased a Hero Honda Hunk Special Edition from Vinline Engineering Pvt Ltd in Kolkata on 1st May, 2009.
        My Bike Engine No is KC13EC9GC03483.
        My Bike Chassis No is MBLKC13EC9GC03640.

        Now when I went to 30th May, 2009 to Vinline authorize service center for first service (613 KM runs).They told me to purchase Honda 40 + engine oil. But I carry ELF MOTO 4 FUEL ECO 10W30 engine oil. Then they serviced it but Service Person written beside of 1st free service page that 40+ not used.

        Now When I went to 19th September, 2009 again to Vinline authorize service center for second service (2278 KM runs). Agin they insisted me to purchase Honda 40 + engine oil. But again I carry ELF MOTO 4 FUEL ECO 10W30 engine oil. Then they serviced it but Service Person written beside of 2nd free service page that Warranty of 3 years shall not applied.

        My question is that I have to purchase Honda 40+ engine oil for free servicing time. Otherwise My warranty would be removed? I cannot purchase same grade engine oil from outside and then used it to my bike

        Please Let me know.

          sir,
          I want to log a complain against Bhalai Motors, Dhangu Road, Pathankot-145 001...the agency's contact no. is[protected] &[protected]. I have booked one honda activa (purple colour)at the above mentioned agency on 31/07/09 with cash payment of Rs. thirty fve thousand at the time of booking i.e 90% of payment was made by me in advance as the scooty costs Rs. 40046 in total. the booking was made in the name of Mr. Rahul and our booking no. is 160909.They have given 40 days time( in written) at the most at the time of booking for the delivery of activa scooty to us. from that day till 19/09/09 they never called to me for any delay in the delivery...it is only i who use to phone them off and on.....but every time they use to talk very rudely. on 47th day after utter compulsion by me...they said that i[censored] want scooty today u can take some other colour (aginst my choice) of honda activa. but i refused...after that i called them twice...they told me that u have to wait still but not told for how much time. besides they won't allow us to talk to agency owner.....today (19/09/09) 51th day has passed from the day of booking still we never got any call from agency nor we know when we will get our scooty even after making 90% of payment. this is very harrassing for me that i have to wait for such a long time....

          hope i will find full cooperation from you

          I want to log a complain against Down Town, Chhani Road, Vadodara-390003, Gujarat. I have booked one honda activa (Metallic Grey colour)at the above mentioned agency on 30/07/09 with Booking charge and our booking no. is 457.They have given 60 days time( in written) at the most at the time of booking for the delivery of activa to us. from that day to till date they never called to me for any delay in the delivery...it is only i who use to phone them off and on...but every time they use to talk very rudely. this is very harrassing for me that i have to wait for such a long time...

            Dear Sir

            I booked Honda Activa on 9th Aug 2009 at Jayana Auto Agency (Sudhirbhai) - Borivli (Mumbai), & took Delivery on 14th Aug 2009 (On Janmashthami). Vehicle is Honda Activa 110CC.

            In a Month time only i got fustrated with it. Reason for the same are
            1. Delivery of Vehicle given to us on 14th Aug 2009, but as per Warranty book, Vehicle mfg & taken out from Company in first week of July .
            when i went for first service, as per date mentioned in warrenty book, one month was already completded but actully based on Delivery Date (Delivery taken by me) was not completed. Bill of Dealer (Jayana) is Available with me & having Date of 9th Aug 2009.

            2. From the day i bought Vehicle it has Starting Problem. In one month, i have shown Activa to more than 8 Mechanic & almost spend Rs 2000 behind it. Also when i went to Dealer, he is not taking responsibility of get it done. I am not at all happy with dealer & its Service. I paid Rs 300 to Honda Service centre (due to Date issue). At the time of Service i have highlighted problem to Service centre but nothing happend.

            Now i am not getting any help from Jayana (DMA), Service centre, its a Direct Request to company to solve the problem

            If possible, Request to replace the same.

            Request to Guide on the same.

            Before I loss my faith on Quality of Honda & need Assistance!!!!

              I am Sanjeet from Jind. Now I am working in Rewari. I've Honda Stunner No. DL-4SBQ-0362 registered under the name Reetu from Najafgarh.
              Last week a person unlock my bike and go away with his own key of another same bike. He came back after some time and said that it is by mistake i 've taken your bike sir.
              Now the question is " what is the security of my bike now" this may be happen in future also with some theft purpose too.My contact no is [protected].
              I've a lot harashment due to this act. I am going to Consumer Court and give the application for the Claim against the matter.

                I have given my Activa to M/s. Fortune Motors Pvt. Ltd. Neredmet Hyderabad. I have clearly stated to the concerned Service Engineer that to replace Bore,Piston,Valves,Begin and if necessary Crank also.The Service Engineer after Checking my vehicle after opening the piston head cover and other instruments that the total expenditure will not exceed Rs.[protected]. For which I have agreed to get the scooter repaired with an additional work of Self starter.For which additional 1200+ labour charges.
                In the receipt counterfoil the date of delivery was 11.09.09. However they ultimately informed me on 16th to pay Rs. 13,000.00 and collect the vehicle. During this period there were calls made to say sorry for the delay,sorry for the delay,but never they mentioned that the repair bill is going to be so much. Now I have decided to not to take the delivery and instead seek legal help.There were no calls made since my departure to my Mobile No.so far even after 24 hrs. passed.

                i purchased Honda activa at shirdi sai Honda, at nellore. they collect 700 rs without bill. for transport charges from factory to show room. we asked for details they didnot answered correct.

                  Today i went to Honda activa showroom which is located in Main Road, Ranchi Jharkhand to book one activa. but they did not booked the activa for me because i was giving Rs 20,000 in advance and i said that i left over amount i will give at the time of the delivery of the activa and after 5days i will buy that product but the refuse and said that it is against our company policy and have to submit the whole amount at the time of booking only. I bought two activas before also but never faced such type of situation. and when i asked for the shade card they straight away said that they don't have the shade card.. showroom do not have proper seating arrangement even. the customers have to stand and wait for their turn to come.. they do not even ask their customers for water. I am totally disappointed with the behavior they showed and they are totally biased i mean there are different policies of some customers and different for others but i think they don't know that all customers are valued customers........

                  Its the duty of the manufactures to see that the proper arrangement has been seen before giving the dealer ship. They have to obey all the terms lays by the manufacture . Its shame in india that the manufacture are control by the politions .

                    I had given my Hero Honda passion(Red & Black color) for repairing. I had meet with an accident which caused some damages to the bike so as a authorized company service center i had given my bike to Pratham Motors Pune. The staff is not answering to me properly. I had asked many times that whats was the estimate amount (repairing amount) but they always said you talk with your agent we don't know or gave some weired reasons. The staff people tell me that sirg don't worry insurance gaddi hai it will take months. They took around 15 days to repair my bike.

                    This is not good on the company name like Hero Honda whose staff is misbehaving with people & not giving respect to them.
                    company manager should take action against such staff people.

                      problem in riding bike while raining

                      hi,
                      my unicorn is a 2007 model, from the very first rainy day itself i have problem riding my bike.
                      It stops running when thier is either rain or water logging in the roads. I have complained several times to
                      the authorities (marikar honda Trivandrum).
                      they have not yet figured out whats the real problem is, pls some one find an answer for this problem....

                      As done every time, the timely service of my Honda Unicorn Vehicle is done at EVM Honda Service Centre Kaimanam, Trivandrum. The washing of vehicle is very poor. They use to water the vehicle and spray diesel over it, the reason, of which is obvious. I was compelled to take AMC of the vehicle, for which I am not getting adequate service. I am planning to go before appropriate forum for getting justice.

                        I have bought Hero Honda Hunk on 31st Jan 2009. After its 2nd service there is sound coming from the engine. When gone to the hero honda workshop they said that there is no engine oil in the bike. They said that from where I have done my last bike service the persons does not changed the oil. After that they rectified the problem by changing the parts in the engine. But now I am having starting problem in my bike. I dont know what they have changed in my bike engine. Also they do the service it does not seems that the service is being done. Only they wash the bike.

                        I have shown my bike to a local mechanic he says that there is problem with the valves in the bike.

                        I recommend people they donot buy hero honda hunk.

                        There is a long queue at the service centres. In my view you must stay there while having your bike service done. No one can trust there peoples.

                          I have booked a Honda Activa white Colour through G.S honda, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at jalandhar(punjab).

                          The date of booking was 21.07.2009, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 30-35 days.

                          After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that earliest possible delivery is only after 18-09-09 i.e more than 50 days which is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking

                          It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

                          Hope I get support and co-operation inthis regard from the forum

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have booked a Honda Activa Purple Colour through Bhalai Honda, dhangu road, pathankot-14500, punjab, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Pathankot(punjab).

                          The date of booking was 31.07.2009, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 40 days that too in written.the booking was done on advance cash payment of Rs. 35000/- (90% payment). we paid the amount (Rs. 35000) to bhalai motors on at the time of booking i.e. on 31/07/09.

                          After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that the colour we opted for is not available with them, asked us to take someother colour against our choice that too after 47 days of booking i.e. on 15/09/09. besides they have never called us on phone for non delivery of activa on time, it is only i who kept on calling them off & on. All this is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking.they even don't allow us to talk to the owner of the bhalai motors nor they give us owners contact no. so that we can discuss our problem with him.

                          It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

                          Hope I get support and co-operation in this regard from the forum

                          I too have same problem I have booked a Honda Activa Genny Grey Colour through Pilot Motors - Chembur authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Mumbai

                          The date of booking was 18/07/2009 receipt no. 754, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 30-35 days.

                          After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that earliest possible delivery is only after Diwali i.e 20/10/2009i.e more than 60 days which is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking

                          It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

                          I have had a horrible experience with Aero Wheels, Pune authorised dealer for Honda Activa in Pune.

                          I booked a Activa on 1st Sept. 2009 and was told the delivery would be after 45 days. All this was done to just increase the sale and increase bookings.After about 30 days i called up the dealer to confirm whether the delivery would be on time. The dealers employee started giving me all sorts of excuses.

                          The sales excutive was a horrible lady to deal with. She was very arrogant in her speech and attitude. Actually what hurt me was that the dealer knew very well that there is a problem going on with Honda Activa delivery because of Strike and other things but this was not made clear to us at the time of booking. They could have easily made us aware of the situation which would have been very professional on their side as well as the comapny's side.

                          Hope i get support and co-operation from the company on this front.

                          I have also booked Honada Aviator from Aero wheels, pune and they told me
                          to wait for 2 months. But after 2 months when I called I was told that
                          you have to pay full amount in advance. After paying they will give delivery after 10-15 days.

                          But how some-one can pay full amount without receiving bike.
                          I want to complaint but where. Hope i willl get some suggestion

                          I had booked Honda active of metalic purple colour on 18/02/2010 in Shivan Automobile, saheed nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. They had committed me to deliver the vehicle after 3 months of booking.But after regular follow up I came to know that purple colour is not avable. So I changed the colour. Though my term has been reached for delivery of handa activa to me, Still they are neglegting and skiping me. My next serield coustomers were delivered the vehicles. I did not get a single responce from them. I am realy fedup with their such type of behaviour.The sales excutive are horrible in their behaviour. They are avoding me and hiding them selves to respond when I go to showroom to meet them for this regards. They are avoiding to repond to phone calls also.
                          After 9 months of waiting getting such type of behaviour insted of vehicle is too much painful. I came to know that the reffered coustomers r getting vehiles even though they have booked after me. So its clear violation of their commitment at the time of booking

                          Hope I may get support and co-operation from the company in this regard .

                            problem in self start

                            sir / madam,
                            i bought a honda dio from pragnya honda(a division of rasah exim ltd.) on[protected]. the vehicle no. is
                            DL 3S BB 9919, color:red. Within 4 months of purchase, problems started with it's self start, kick start and battery. Even after registering a complaint regarding the same in pragnya honda and subsequent action being taken by them, the self-start has failed to perform again. i request you to please look...

                            I have purchased Hero Honda Hunk on 31st AUG 2009 in Faridabad and Rain started on 10th Sep. I am unable to keep this bike get started in rain. I have to daily up down from delhi to Faridabad and even after pushing the heat applier for about 10 minutes, the bike couldnot stay started for 10 minutes. I donot know what the problem is. I have to push the bike in the middle of any jam and red light, once this is stopped.

                            If any one have any resolution to this problem, get connected at [protected]@gmail.com. I have to go to the service centre with in two-three days.

                            This problem also occured with my previous Hunk Bike which I sold out at Hyderabad.

                            If there is no resolution we all can meet and go to the Consumer court.

                            i ve aplan in my mind to exchange my hero honda glamour (self) which is of 2007 late model and to buy a new HUNK .I want to know whether is any complaits abt this bike.I[censored] ve any ideas regarding this please help me and give ur choice bike of 150 CC.

                                I ordered Honda Activa in Hyderabad dealer, they were mentioning waiting time as 75 days - I do not understand why there is such a long waiting time to deliver the two wheeler scooter

                                Hoping Honda company will take necessary action to get this issue resolve

                                since last 1month they are not mention any just ignore. as hdfc has approv the loan, A/c No: 15297455 and still they are not deliver the honda activa bike. conser person name [ Venu ] and the agent of hdfc bank is [Mirza Mahmood Ali Baig] Ringroad P.N 84 Honda Service Center Showroom, Hyderabad.
                                I agree with Venkat, I have booked a Honda Activa from Praful Honda in Somajiguda Hyderabad on Jul 27th 2009, and today 1st Oct 2009 still have not received the delivery call from Praful Honda, they still insist that 75 days is the minimum wait times and check back with them only then. This is perhaps the most rediculed waiting time for such a silly bike any where on the planet.

                                I have already started to hate Honda brand name now..!

                                in trivandrum we have to wait for 1 year for honda activa and 6 months for unicon/shine bike.. why these companies are playing with these cheap marketing methods to promote other newly introduced vehicles of their own.

                                I have booked a Honda Activa (Black) at EVM Honda, Sahodaran Ayyappan Road, Vyttila, Ernakulam on 18.12.2010 paying Rs.1000/- as booking amount. They promised to deliver the vehicle within 5 months then. After that period I approached the show room and they promised to deliver the vehicle in June. Again due to non delivery I contacted them and they are not even promising a date of delivery now. Hence I request your kind intervention in the matter so that I am take delivery of the vehicle at the earliest. Actual date of delivery may also be intimated to me. Expecting favourable reply.

                                  NEW PURCHASE HONDA AVIATOR .
                                  Less Mileage and Self starter problem and more

                                  This is to bring to your Kind notice about the problems regading My HONDA AVIATOR.i purchased the AVIATOR scooter from dealer krishna automobiles ludhiana.aviator black on 17/07/2009 vide recipt no: pr00896.by cheque.i purchased this vehicle for my wife.
                                  Just a month after delivery of the vehicle, my life became more problematic. It got stopped in middle of traffic due to self start problem.after first service i face these types of problems.
                                  scooter starts only by applying choke.No matter if i try to re start after 30 minutes.
                                  2)Max mileage it gives was just 32.(even on long drive with out any traffic).
                                  3)When i apply brake during idling the engine sound was different.tik tik tik
                                  my wife went to drop my kid to school.but on road aviator stops automatically .self start was not working.kik function was not working.my wife and kid suffer from that.scooter all functions was totally stopped.my wife inform me for this problem.i immidiatly inform to company .but nobody reach on spot on that time.it was very difficult for me to manage it.i continue to inform the krishna honda company manager or service executive many times after that one executive from service centre krishna visit to my home and checked all problems.after 1 hour he change one part that was self start box type i dont know exactly.it was just like switch type small box.he transfer this fuction box from his old aviator.then my scooter starts.i already many times calls to krishna for less miliage and starting problem.but no body bother .it is new and only 350 kms run. i request to honda manager ludhiana to change aviator and give me the new one another product.i only buy this product on the name and fame of honda company.but i dont know customer service is poor and this aviator is older than new i feel.if the new honda aviator giving the problems then i dont use it for infuture problems .so i again request to you give me my money back or exchange with honda activa.please response me soon.this scooter on the name of my firm shine tour and travels. engine no: JF21E0143730.INVOICE NO: 09IN00652.PURCHASE DATE:17/07/2009.

                                  MY COMPLAIN IS THAT FIRSTLY THEY DID NOT SUPPLY ALL THE COMPANY FITTING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND THE STARTER SWITCH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ANYWAY. AND THEY MIS-BEHAVING ALLOUT.

                                    I had purchased Honda City Exi from Deccan Honda, Aurangabad. After about 6-7 months,
                                    when I was proceeding to Pune from Aurangabad one of the tyre got punctured. When I saw
                                    and shown to the Mechanic nearby he told me that side wall of tyre got damaged extensively and it is due to manufacturing defective. On arrival from my trip I immediately contacted to Deccan Honda service station at Aurangabad, who initially flately refused to see saying that it cannot be a manufacturing defect and thenafter he said Honda Company had nothing to do with it as it is tyre Co. who is responsible. When I said to them that I had no concern with Tyre Co. as tyre was provided by Honda and on my insistance oftenly, ultimately Service Centre sent tyre to MRF Co. for inspection aND it returned back with a cyclostyled reply that it is not a Mfg. defect and it is your defective use. Thenafter I again contacted to Honda Cars Seil Co Ltd. on web site. But unfortunately no response is given except MRF Co's representative sent me a mail asking my appointment for inspection of tyre as he was at that time visiting Nasik. I had given appointment but nobody came. This had happened priot to 4 months. Thenafter I had contacted time and again to Deccan Honda Service Station but no fruitful reply, not even acknowledgement of my complaint.

                                    Because of this I have to put tube in tubeless tyre and get it worked.

                                    Kindly investigate the matter and do needful in the matter.
