[Resolved]  Honda Dio — defected petrol gauge

I purchased my Honda Dio from a dealer named VL Auto on 18th Oct 2012. The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect which was reported to Venetian Auto borivali east branch the same day. The defect was that the petrol gauge was not indicating the right amount of petrol in the petrol tank. Mr. Srinivasan at Venetian Honda borivali east branch had a look at it and assured that the same would be replaced in 1st servicing.
Now on the day of 1st servicing the same wasn’t done reason being the part wasn’t available. Okay i understand. Then at 2nd servicing too the same reason was given, I still understood. Then later there was a constant follow-up done and hence a day arrives when they called us up for the replacement of petrol gauge.
My brother had been there for getting the problem fixed. Once they replaced it, Mr. Sriniwasan asks my brother that checks it now itself later nothing shall be done. That point of time things looked okay and so we got it back. Now today I filled my petrol tank full only to look at the indicator at Empty. And this isnt 1st time after the replacement. This was the condition throughout, once the indicator reached at half way then post that even if petrol tank was empty it showed us at half. Because of this problem not once, twice or so but many times we were left stranded on road as the petrol was empty in tank but the indicator says half.

Now my questions to you:-

1) Was it my biggest mistake of my life to choose Honda product that you'll delivered a defected piece? Isn’t there an inspection done prior to delivering?

2) Is it that I kept quiet and understood your situations so i as a customer is being taken for granted??

3) After replacement Mr. Sriniwasan asks us to check it then and there. Well how am i suppose to do that filling in water in the tank?? Unless I use it how would I know?

Honda Dio — Servicing no space available

I purchased Honda Dio vehicle in the month of june 4th, veh no-MH12-GY 1797. After one month i went for 1st servicing, they refuse the servicing because of no space of parking at all. Why they are selling the large no of vehicle if they dont have any space to park.

Honda/DIO — about the dealer service

this complaint is regarding dealer service we have given our honda dio on free service on[protected] till date our vechicle is not completed and every time
the dealer sai ram honda at durg. this is the issue with us so we request to please look up after my problem.
Honda Dio mite be a good two-wheeler but the people with whom we need to deal with at service centre are just pathetic. This above details i have sent to Honda people as feedback but recvd no response such pathetic is the service.
