[Resolved] Hp Gas Agency — delay of service and misbehaviour of distributors | |||
dear sir My Consumer No. is 201620 and my agency;s name is 'ASHOKA GAS AGENCY'.agent of the agency came at home for checking gas cylinders he told to change the gas pipe and we did it we had changed recently and using ISI mark pipe but now they are forcfing that we have to use company's pipe so that they are not providing us gas cylinder on time,eventhough HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arogent, misbehave with us, non cooperating person.. . my details are as following : S.L.Gupta conumer no. : 201620 contact no. : [protected] please take action as soon as possible. thanking you. I am a user of hp gas (jp gas service) in sri nagar colony delhi
and my coustomer no .603400 . i have face many of problems with this agency in many of time.
very larg problem is a misbehavour of a booking clerk lady.
in present i book my gas on 17/feb/2011 and they told me for 07/march/2011. when i go for recipt in office they tell for nextday

Dear Sir,
This is M.V.S.Murty, from education services would like to inform you that my Gas Agency is Sri Venkateswara gas Agency located at Bobbili Town in Vizianagaram Dist is making monopoly in the gas supply they never lift the phone which they have given in bill and public paper announcement as a employ it is not possible to go and book a gas refilling personally if go and give they are skipping the registration number and supplying the gas those who have booked after me and taking more than 20 days to supply if we asked their behaviour is very bad in reply you can make sudden checkup in my case as follows
my consumer no: 49437
refilling booking No. 4467
date of booking 03/02/2012
date of supply as per their record and paper announcement 18/02/2012
till now there is no gas supply
I request you kindly looking in to the matter take action against the delay if no there is no other option than to approach the district consumers for forum for justice

HP Gas — POOR SECVICE & MISBEHAVOUR
SIRI am a user of hp gas (primer gas service) in sector 27 chandigarh.
and my coustomer no. is 634141. i have face many of problems with this agency in many of time.
very larg problem is a misbehavour of a booking clerk lady.
in present i book my gas on 19/9/08 and they told me for 24/9/08. when i go for recipt in office they tell for next week and misbehavour with me.
they dont have any manner how to behavour with coustomer.
