Hp Gas — no delivery

my gas cylinder is booking home delvery at 06/09/2008/ booking no is I/498
this is not delever up to 13/10/2008
and i cant wating becos i dont have any substitu?

i am retired govt servent .my age s 70 years. i am having hp's gas connection for 5.0kg cylinder. my complaint is that i had booked my cylinder since long(two months back) but till date i have not received the same. today when i again gave remainder then i come to know that company has closed that connection when i asked about my connection they did not replied properly but asked me to come at there shop.
i believe that if company is taking such step they should inform us in advance.

i am facing problem of non delivery of cylinder about two months. I booked cylinder on 26 sep yet no cylinder has been delivered i confirm from gas agency but i did not get any response

i booked gas for home delivery o15.01.10 but till today 21.1.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency...

booked gas over 3 weeks early, con.no.612148; so far gas not delivered, no customer service can be reached. no body opens email either. what does one do?

I booked Hp gas on 13.5.2011,booking no. 2200, but till now dated 03.10.2011 there is no supply of gas.So i requested you to please look into this matter.
