[Resolved]  Hp Gas — LAte/Less Delivery

Sub: Om gas agency,post belthraroad,distt.ballia,gas distribution hindustan petrolium corp.Ltd.Dealer Code 720130, having complain for not giving standard value gas and late gas booking & delivery in addition black marketting the gas in market.

Sir,

With due repect i beg to say, I consumer is suffering from following problems.

1. Their is no time limit for booking ex.21, 25,30,45 days.

2. They don't have phone booking fascility.

3. After Complaining for gas leakage they never send any technician.

4. With Gas they forced us to take Tea Bag,otherwise consumer will not get gas.

5. They make reciept of 298.91 Paisa and never give return the balance from 300 in lack of changes.

6. The 298.91 Rs Reciept they take for home delivery but 10 % they fulfill or deliver the gas at home and rest 90 % they forced consumer to come and take delivery at counter, and they say that necessary to write home delivery otherwise thread us to not deliver the gas.

7. Trolly man of gas delivery boy take 10 Rs per consumer,if not paying then they delay the delivery.

8. Consumer of our town are unaware of information and circular of gas company, kindly let us know and insist om gas agency belthra road to write down in clear the rules and regulation of gas company for the sake of consumer.

9. Whenever consumer to gas agency their is shortage of gas they give excuse the gas does not arrived and kota is less, and at black market 24 hour gas is available.

10. After booking their is no time limit to when deliver the gas we have to only wait, becasue the frequently change time and their schedule as per himself convenience not of consumer.

11. every cylinder is having less weight 1.5 to 2 kg they never give gas cylinder with accurate wait becasue they don't have weighing machine.

12. In office the have information board which is always blank, no information or complain officer phone no. or address is specified their.

I have also send by query to right of information act 2005 Dhara 6(1), they never replies.

Kindly pay urgent attention on the above stated problems facing by consumers of hp gas in belthra Road, and request your goodself to insist the om gas agency to fascilitate consumer.

My hp agency is with Pragati gas services., new railway road, gurgaon.I have booked gas on 1/2/2009.I got the cylinder on 18/2/2009., adelay of 18 days against a promise of 7 days.The man who came with the cylinder took from my maidservant 340 rs against a bill of 313.04 rs.my consumer no. is 712551.I complained to the gas agency on 20/2/2009 but to deaf ears

I am from GOJARIA. Ta & Dist. Mehsana. Gujarat. And i am customer of HP Gas. Our Customer Id No. is 601821. Name : Patel Vikrambhai Ganeshdas. Our HP Gas Agency's name is JALDEEP GAS AGENCY. Ph No. is[protected] and I am very unsatisfied for HP Gas's dealer behaviour, because last seven days in my house gas cylinder is empty. We book our cylinder on 15/4/2009 its waiting no is 7495. we don't get its delivery till today. Dealer telephone is not responding, so we were reached at Agency and talk about my problem with the person who handling agency is tell us that Cylinder is not available, when it comes take it from our gowdaun and we don't delivered it at you home.

Sir, we are very tired for this gas agency, so please understand our problems and solve it, If possible, so please visit the customer of GOJARIA and take a revue about our area's gas agency.

Hp Gas delivery agency sector 27 — Hp gas is not delivered and blackmarkeing of the same.

Our HP dealer who distributes gas in Modern housing complex does not follow fair practice of gas booking. He indulges in black marketing of these filled up cylinders. I have to make at least 20 calls for booking the gas. after that the staff working with the agency says that the gas was not booked. For last wo months we have been following up with the agency no results. i request you to kindly do the needfull. my consumer No is 633802 and the dealer code is 963290. I request you to cancel his dealership and raid his office to see his practice of booking the refills of gas.

If i go and ask new connection for HP gas (area chamaraja pet bangalore) and Bharat gas (sajanrao circle v v puram bangalore) agent is asking Rs5100.00 for single gas connection, agent will give only Receipt for Rs 1450 around only receipt for remaining amount agent will not give.


This is the procedure HP gas and Bharat Gas agency is doing?

I am having single cylinder and I had applied for the 2nd one in 2007, but still I have not received any info from them. When ever i ask they say your no. has not yet come. So i would like to know how many years it take for the 2nd cylinder. if i am eligible for the 2nd cylinder can you take a action on below mentioned agency and provide me 2nd cylinder.

LPG Gas — illegal felling of cylinders by a non-dealer

respected sir,

we are facing great trouble because of one of our neighbour who is taking out gas from cylinders through machines and selling it at prescribed prices. HE FILLS EMPTY CYLINDERS ILLEGALLY AND THE SMELL OF GAS REACHES EACH AND EVERY CORNER OF OUR STREET. The chances of explosions have increased to a great extent beacuse of this problem.He has a reserve of about 100 cylinders in his house. We have complained about this man several times but every time he is being let off and .he is still selling underweight cylinders in black . We request you to take immediate steps as soon as possible.

HP Gas — late gas booking & delivery in addition black marketing the gas in market.

res sir, we are suffring for late gas booking & delivery in addition black marketting the gas in market.
we have 2 wait for 40 days fr booking cylinder, then we have 2 go there godown to collect the cylinder. for collecting this we have 2 go at 5 am and waiting 2 3 hours. the delear is giving this cylinders 2 gas veichel & selling in black market to rs 450 to 500
fr supporting this complain i will give photos and my gas card zeroz in next mail.
I also have observed same thing!
I was unable to get cylinder till after 20days of booking!!
and finally had to buy cylinder at double the cost of it!! (No Option!)

HP gas (household) — Delay in delivery/delivery of less gas

My gas connection no. is 622672 with Narender Gas Agency, Sector-37, Noida (UP) and i had booked for supply of gas on 2.1.2010 but till today we are waiting,meanwhile we found that gas cylinder putted for use on 13.12.09 was finished on 4.1.2010, just in three weeks inspite of having small family two children and two addult. So many times we are facing the same type of problem of less delivery of gas but this time i competed to lodge a complaint.

Hope this matter will considered on top-priority basis.

We did not receive our Hindustan Petroleum gas cylinder even after 15 days of booking against connection no. 5369. Gas was booked on[protected]. On enquiry they always reply that your cylinder has been delivered on[protected] but we did not receive it yet.

I booked gas for home delivery on dated 03.01.10 but till today 17.01.10 not delivered. Whenever I make phone call to their representative on dated 14.01.10, he says your gas are given to another person on dated:08.01.10 and he say tomorrow must be delivered.

But it is regretable to say that till today 17.01.10 i unable to received my gas.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 13092900

I am LPG consumer from obedullaganj, and since the company has established his office here in mandideep which locte 15 km far from obedullaganj, The GAs agency name is COOK WELL GAs agency . there is problem of gas supply is gas not arrived proparly and major problem is that many of clylinders are black, whenever gas arrived. i have complaint to distributor about it.but they do not take any action.many times peopls hits him to avoid it.but they do not understand, here peopls also compliant to SDM, police compliants .but still clylinders are continious black.i am very varied about it. and finaly i have decided to compliant to head office of HP GAS .if you want i can send video tape of clylinder blacking system . so Kindly plz you quickly take any action about it. and relef this major problem .
