Hindustan Petroleum — Late delivery of LPG Gas Cylinder

I have a HP LPG Connection. My Consumer No. is 701947. I booked gas on 10.01.2008. It was told to me that the cylinder will be delivered to me within 7 days. However, 14 days have gone by but I have not received the supply. I have been continuously following up with the Agency (Tyagi Gas Agency : Tel[protected] but to no avail. Today also they told that it will be take 2 more days. Anybody is there to help please ?

1 phone always busy and after bell no body have pick the phone and told me this is lunch time time 12.30 pm canyou tell me what time of lunch?
2 supply not in time
3 they dont know how to treat with person( manner problem)
4 please dont issue any connection to customer if you are not able to supply of gas properly
5 it mean you are making fool to the public
6 i m not satisfied with the gas agency not i every, mahy others people come to office, after that u imagin?

I have HP Gas connection in Pune,
Distributor is Renuka Gas.
My consumer number is 608696
We are facing problem in getting refilled gas cylinder every time.
Cylinder are being black marketed by the distributor only.
Actual cost of the cylinder is 325Rs approximately where as they are selling it for 500Rs.
Waiting in queue for cylinder since 7am and people wont get the cylinder.
Its hard time getting it.
It should be stopped or else it will be taken with serious action(legal).

i live in kherli(alwar) raj. here is devrishi gas agencies his honour shree kundanlal sharma. he is very bad man . he give abused the consumer. all the consumer were very disagree.we didnot like this agencies. his honour behaviour is very bad . he sold all the cylinder black.so all the consumer did not like them. he give us cylinder in many days .
so i request you that please check this agencies

HP LPG — unauthorised charges

Dear Sir,
I have transfered my lpg connection (Consumer No 600325) from Kalinga gas, Cuttack, Orissa, they have given me the TV with cash Rs1900/- within 10 - 15 minutes. But in Bhubaneswar M/S Swasti fuels near Sainik School asking to purchase one appron costing RS.250/- for giving me cnnection against the TV. I want to know whether it is a compulsory provisio from the side of HPCL or not.

I have Hidustan Petrolium Gas connection no.-600341and my dealer is Balmiki Gas Service, Vikas Nagar, Kanpur -U.P. In this regard i have to mention that I am working lady and despite of several request, dealer never supply the LPG cylinder at home within stipulated time(Last booking was 05.10.2009 but till now they do not deliver gas cylinder) & deliverman never have weighing machine with him that's why they deliver low weighted cylinder. This create a lot of problem to me. The dealer never respond whenver tried to book for refilling over phone or mobile. The dealer is of froward behaviour.

You are requested to please take necessary action so that dealer supply the gas at my home within stipulated time.

i am a customer of hp gas service from last 8 years.we are under balmiki gas service,vikas nagar,kanpur.we booked our gas on 8th nov personally,the incharge person in the office there promised the delivery within 10 to 12 days.now today is 3rd dec and still we are waiting for the delivery of our gas.we call balmiki office atleast 5 days a day,half of the time they don,t pick up the phone,and whenever picks up they make false promisis about the delivery.my consumer number is 608970.
i request you to take the necessary action regarding my problem,i shall be greatly thankful to your good self.
