[Resolved] ICICI — ATM DEC CHG - Second Time | |||
Hi, I am Bhuvaneswari Raman. I have ICICI account which was found with transaction "ATMDEC CHG/27-06-12/4816/25ST3" debited with Rs.28.9 from my account. This is the second time, i am facing this kind of problem. I know my account balance as i am using it very frequently. I did not try to withdraw the amount which is greater than my account balance. It is the problem with the ATM, which is not able to dispense the amount requested for. It is not fair that the charge is being deducted from my account, as i am not at all reason for it. Please refund my hard earned money back. Kindly take necessary precautionary steps to avoid these kind of complaints again and again. Hi,
I am having my salary accout in ICICI bank. But few days back Rs/- 28.09 were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG".
Please give me a justification regarding amount deduction.
