[Resolved]  ICICI Bank ATM — Money not dispended but amount debited from my account

ICICIBANK — DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR USING THE DEBIT CARD

Complaint sent to ICICI on 6th Aug 2010 @ 1400hrs

Hi Mr. Manager,

This is in regards to the charge of Rs. 28/- x 5 times on 6th August 2010. Account Number :[protected]. The reason mentioned was I tried to swipe the card when there was no sufficient balance. Which I believe such practice is ridiculous. I called customer care on 28307777 and spoke to Varun, I was not satisfied with this answer. so I wanted to speak to supervisor, the sup was not around so I was promised a callback.

I believe it is a daylight robbery as if I think the balance of 9000/- is there I get declined message from ATM then I withdraw what is there after checking the balance. So for this reason you will charge Rs. 28/- for every transaction which didnt took place...

I want to protest on this and will be taking this to the Financial concerns of India to get this fixed. Please first of all refund the balance which has been deducted & second this make sure this doesnt happen again.

I know you are a corporate and has all the chance to fool common man with one or the other clause which a person will never know unless he commits any transaction. But I will not leave this.. Which is hard earned money. The copy will also be sent to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum and other relevant financial concerns.

icici bank ltd / saving account — atm cash debit

i m a icicibank costumer & i have proceed an ATM transaction on 06.08.10 for withdrawal of Rs.1000 with the ICICI BANK ATM,chawla colony in faridabad. The amount has been debited but cash not received. I have made complaint twice to icici bank customer care but they are not properly responding and always give a date of next four days. my complaint no. is SR[protected]

Money Transaction — Money Debited from my a/c but not dispensed from ATM

myself Mr.Santoshkumar Dubey Saving A/C:[protected] Axis Bank account holder.I have used my atm in SBI ATM,i have done transaction on Rs.6000 this amount is debited from my account but this amount is not dispended from atm.
kindly refund this amount as early as possible.

ICICI Bank — Amount debited but cash not dispensed from ICICI ATM

On 20-Sep-2010 I have used my ICICI ATM card to withdraw money from ICICI ATM (@ Bhubaneswar) at about 18:27. The transaction completed and money got debitted from my account but I have not received the cash as no money came out from the ATM machine . I waited sometime and got the ATM receipt. I made a service request to ICICI customer care for the same but after 2 days got reply "We can't reverse the transaction as it is fully paid according to our record" and no other solution provided.

Every other time I am requesting them to recheck they are sending the same reply with the request number I made at first time not even checking the issue once again.

on 09 may, 10 i used my SBI ATM card (card no.[protected] at state bank of india ATM located at I.I.T. CAMPUS, KALYANPUR, kanpur. my account with SBI has been debited with rs. 1000/-, but i did not receive any cash at the ATM.i have registered a complaint with SBI as well as krishi uipadan samiti, jhansi.

its a matter of regret that even after 255days i havent received any credit in my SBI account (a/c no. [protected]).
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH SBI WITH RS. 1000 IMMEDIATELY.

State Bank of India — ATM Cash debited but money not withdrawn

I have a SBI Account at Mominpur, Kolkata Branch ([protected]) in the name of Indranil Sadhukhan. I have made a complain regarding non receipt (but debited) of Rs.10000/- from The Bank of India ATM on 28th February, 2011. I have made several complains and the SBI authority had given me different Ticket Nos. viz AT[protected], AT[protected]. May I know the status of my Complain. Shall I receive my hard earned money or shall I have to forget the total money ?

State Bank of India — I did not receive money while money has been debited from my account

ATM did not despensed money but it has been debited from my a/c. i lodged complain to SBI they attaintended the complain but i am still waiting for my money to be credit back into my a/c. i consulted my branch. SBI-8173 but they did not repond.

ICICI Bank — Wrong Debit to SB A/c

Dear Sir,

I am to bring in your notice that, my S.B. ( Salary ) A/c No. is[protected] and on 14.05.11, I had operated the SBI,ATM at Waidhan to withdraw cash of Rs. 10,000/- but unfortunately as on first operation the cash was not delivered, I had operated for second time when I able to got the cash of Rs. 10,000/=, but surprisingly my A/c has been debited two times. I had lodged complaints to your customer care cell at Delhi on 16.06.11 and my complain No. as given by your customer care executive is[protected]. But till date, my grievance has not been attended. Please look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount,wrongly debited to my account.

The above mail was sent to Customer care of ICICI bank, but no reply from ICICI end has been given to satisfy my mental agony for the last 5 days. Only Just telling that 12 working days is required for resolving the issue by Customer Care executive is not enough.

Indian Bank ATM in Madurai — ATM Always Out of Order

One Indian Bank ATM located in Theni Main Road, Near Kalavasal Junction, Madurai, Tamilnadu. The Particular ATM Machine is always in Out of Order Condition. If suppose the Machine is functioning mean the Machine Screen not properly displayed Half of the Screen only displayed remaining half not displayed.

The Particular ATM under Indian Bank Gnanaolivupuram Branch Maintenance; Some time the Said branch officials only done some repair works.

As per Rules more than 5 time if the particular customer withdraw cash from another bank ATM, mean some service charges deducted in the customer a/c. So lot of customers loss their hard earned money due to improper maintenance of the Particular ATM.

Suppose the machine is functioned mean no Cash inside the machine. So Immediately "Temporarily Out Of Order" Notice displayed in the ATM Screen.

For this useless ATM the Bank also appointed one security person. The person some time sitting inside the ATM and take Rest in the AC. Most of the Time the security also not available in the ATM.

So we request the concern Indian Bank Department to take necessary action in this matter without further delay.

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of ICICI bank having A/c no.[protected] in the name of Dharmveer tyagi at Haridwar branch. I had made a Rs 10000 transaction on dated 19/04/2011 in ATM of ICICI bank at Awas vikas ranipur more. But i couldn't received any amount at that time.

I complaint it Many times. But after regular follow up regarding this but i am not satisfy with answer. please do the needful and solve my problem. I am very upset due to loss of rs 10000 as I am a salaried person working with ITC Ltd. at Haridwar.

Please help me because Rs 10,000 is big amount for me and I am facing Mentally tension due this problem.

State Bank of India — atm not withdraw my money but money deducted from my account

my name is ashish kumar & my account in sbi. On 3/10/11 i was withdrawl money from axis bank atm because sbi atm have some problem, i have withdrawl 10000/- but i am getting on third attempt but my first two attempt give no money but my balance deduct from account or it is not resume.
