I have tried to withdraw 20, 000rs from my Icici A/c through State Bank Of India ATM on 15 June 09 in Haldwani. I made two transactions of Rs 10, 000 out of which I got my 10, 000 for the first transaction but for the second one I got a message that last transaction failed & I havent recieved the money, but the very next day I got a message that the same amount has been deducted from my A/C. I have made a complaint for the same in Icici bank on 16 June 09, they told me that the amount will be credited to your acconut but till now it has not been credited to my A./C, i am not getting any satisfactory answer from there side, everytime when I am asking them about my complaint they are asking me to wait till 30 Of June they are not giving any confirmation whether I will get my money back or not. Please take necessary action & guide me what to do next.

    Hi,

    My name is yathiraju. From past 15 days, i started receiving the call saying you need to pay 26000 amount for ICICI Credit card. to my knowledge i never applied for ICICI credit card.

    People started harrssing me and keep calling ever day that i have told i have promissed to pay their amount.

    If i would have applied for the card i would have received the welcome kit and monthly statement there after. This seams to be a mall practice going with ICICI. Kindly guide me how to come out this issues.

      Sir,
      When I receive schedule payment from ICICI on Date 13/06/2009 I See that from the Month of July 2009 my EMI Amount has been Increase from Rs.5500 to Rs.7000 I shocked & Regarding this when I call to Customer Care the Executive tell me that you have give the request for EMI Increasing on Date 04/06/2009 time 4:26pm but I am assure that this type of request not given by me & when I tell to the Executive to Reduce it at my actual EMI Amount Rs.5500 he/she tell me that is not possible from our side regarding this you will visit our nearest ICICI Branch so Regarding this I visit ICICI Branch on Date 22/06/2009 & give my Complaint the Executive also tell me that you EMI has been Decrease at Actual Position Rs.5500 but in the Month of July2009 you will pay Rs.7000 it is not possible to us so you must pay this amount, Sir but I am unable to Pay this EMI Amount Rs. 7000 about this I also give Written Application to ICICI & also give so many mails to ICICI but NO ANY REPLY GIVEN BY ICICI TILL DATE From ICICI Branch I came to Know that Mr. Amit Pandey take the Request for EMI Increase on Date 04/06/2009 4:26pm (old EMI 6334 to New EMI 7000) but my OLD EMI (Actual EMI) is Rs.5500 so this is also show that the Incident has been done by ICICI Customer Care Executive Reg this I also call to Customer care on Date 23/06/2009 that I am unable to Pay Amount Rs. 7000 & the Incident is from your side so you have tell to Mr. Amit Pandey that he bear the Amount which was his mistake the Complaint no is SR[protected]

      ICICI Bank — Debt of Rs 7000/

      I went for withdrawl of Rs 7000/ from ICICI bank ATM in Pashan , Pune -21 on 26/02/11. But before I could take out the cash it was sucked back in to the ATM. Immediately I went to Baner Bank & submitted the written complaint. I was told that the amount will be reversed in 24 to 48 hrs which did not happen.
      Now i got SMS from ICICI bank that my SR[protected] today .
      Please help in reversal of this amount

        Hi,

        I have seen these two transactions due to ATM decline charges? I don’t know what these charges are and why bank deduct 56 Rs from my account even I have sufficient balance in account! I came to know that if you withdraw money from other bank ATM (other than ICICI ATM) and if that ATM doesn’t have enough money then it will charge on customer. So it is ethical to charge on customer? Is this reasonable charge by ICICI bank or is this under RBI rules.

        Please verify at your end and provide me detail (With RBI notice) so I can put my case to consumer services.

        Did yopu get any resolution for this? Same thing happend to me. Why stupid ICICI bank doing like this? How to convey this things to RBI? The main purpose for using Other bank ATM policy is entierly damage here. I frusturated for these kind of stupid things.

          Dear sir,

          am credit card holder of icici bank it is for the past 4 months when i received my credit card of which
          am receiving statement regularly (hardcopy) for last two months am not receiving the credit card statement.
          when enquired from the bank they say that the statement has delivered on time. and the statement has been collected by my father, after further intorragation with the bank they have given me airwaybill:4059638 and told simultaneously the courier name: "MANIKANTA COURIER" after
          making repeated calls to the courier am not receiving the suitable answer from the courier .

          pls help me in this matter and advise the concern to dispatch the courier on time as there is no problem with address

            Hi,
            I am Anand, I had a credit card of ICICI Bank from which I had made a last purchase in 2003, the approx outstanding due on my card at that time was approx 20000/. Since then I have been paying an min amt of approx Rs 2000/- per month which was an auto debit to my savings account. Since 6 years I have paid approx 100000/- and the outstanding still remains. I had asked for settlements in 2007 and 2008 and nobody from the bank bothered to turnup or respond. While they have been happily debitting my account as nobody's business and they have included my name in CIBIL as negative. This has hampered all my loan prospects. This is a real kill for a consumer and how come RBI and all other regulators allow such kind of gory practices from banks like ICICI. No sooner the so called defaulters in the CIBIL list will be like the debt ridden farmers who keep on paying all their lives.

            CAN WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT COLLECTIVELY, LIKE A PROTEST OR FILING A PIL. THESE BANKS SHOULD BE TAUGHT A LESSON

              i took a home loan from your bank .i am very fed up to take this decision because since last 18 months i am listening theratening calls from your collection agency in spite of i am making payment time to time you can see it from my record.i know that interest rates has changed time to time but your bank not informing me on time by written communication which i was getting earlier.when i got calls from your collection ageny i allways request them that you send me a written communication by mail or by post.but they are not doing it. pls help me...

              i had taken a loan frm ICICI bank and i repaid the loan on july 2009 and i get a leeter frm icici bank saying tht i still owe a sum of 28000 and i have the settlement letter and also haved sent a copy of settlement letter but icici bank still says that i owe a sum of 28000 even after the settlemnt

              I fully agree with the views of Mr. Jaspreet Singh. I am also suffering after taking ICICI Bank's Home Loan. At the time of processing your home loan request they behave very nicely and extend personalized service to get you in trap. Once you become a loan customer of ICICI bank then they forget about customer service.
              I had taken a home loan from ICICI Bank Home Finance Pvt Ltd. at Kolkata in 2002. I have been paying EMIs as per their advice through cheques of other bank. The Post Dated cheques (PDCs) of other bank were given to ICICI Bank in advance. PDCs were getting cleared every month. After five years, the bank's call centre fellows started calling me up stating that there was an outstanding payment due to bouncing of cheques. On checking with ICICI bank they informed me in writing that a particular cheque of November 2002 had bounced. I checked up my other bank's account statement and found that the cheque in question had never bounced. I produced documentary evidences to ICICI Bank's customer care department several times. Every time I gave standard replies that would reconcile my account and resolve the matter shortly.
              Almost four years have passed since the registered my first complaint and my regular follow up with ICICI Bank’s service branches at Central Plaza, Kolkata and subsequently at Sector-I Saltlake, Kolkata and also with the Customer Care Department of ICICI Bnak, but till date neither they have been able to reconcile my account nor they have given any explanation for claiming the purported outstanding EMI. On the contrary, they have posted overdue charges against the purported outstanding EMI and debited from my ICICI Bank's S.B. account without my consent.
              ICICI bank is a hopeless and fraud bank. I would suggest one should approach other banks for loans or any other requirements but never go to ICICI Bank.

                  I was issued a cheque of Rs 56600/- to someone on 04.05.09 and guess that the same will take the time of 2-3 days to clear the cheque and account balance bcoz after that that entry balance will be nil. But the cheque was cleared on same date and the balance get nil. On 05.05.09 i was trying to withdraw some amount but the balance was nil but i was not aware about that the balalnce is nil so i tried withdraw 3-4 times resulting no withdrawl entry made. after 15 days bank has charged Rs 28 per X 4 = 112 /- for ATM decline charges for 4 entries. Sir, how can bank charged that amount from me unless i have not made any withdrwal entry. I dont think so if somebody do not have balalnce and he try for withdrwal and bank charged for ATM decline charges. I talked to the customer care and they said we can reverse only one entry and they reversed but i want reverse my 3 enteries also. please do the needfull.

                    Hi.

                    Myself Vikas Vats, I was useing the Credit card (no. [protected]) of ICICI Bank and made a final settlement letter with Mr. Aman (Mobile.[protected]) of Rs. 2000/- on dated 24/08/08, As per telecon with Mr. Aman, I paid the first amount of Rs.920/-(Cheque no.-101583-Collector name-Rajesh Kumar from BSA Infomedia Pvt. Ltd.) on dated 25/08/08 and waiting for settlement letter, A call from ICICI customer care centre, sombody told me that I have outstanding amount, pay this amount than I told somebody that I had made a final settelement with Mr. Aman on Rs.2000/- and waiting for settlement letter than Somebody told me that Settlement letter process having long time so you can pay only another amount Rs.230/- than rest amount you will be pay after letter. As per telecon with somebody, you can send a executive for collect the Rs.230/-(Cash-Colltector name -Kumar from PCA setters Business soluation Pvt. Ltd.) on dated 11/11/2008. After that I was wating for Settlement letter. in December, a call from Customer care than Somebody ask me that You have not paid full payment, than I told somebody, I had made a settlement letter and paid Rs. 920/- + 230/- against settlement amount Rs.2000/- than Somebody told me that you have not made the settlement. I told somebody, I am not paying more amount till I did not received the settlement letter of respective amount Rs.2000/- with Rs.850/- (Rs.[protected]+230)).

                    Today, June month 2009, I did not getting the letter and I am frusted with calls from ICICI of different different divisons.

                    If you do something for me related to this matter, I will be thanksful to you.

                      I hold an ICICI credit card. I used it make a transaction of Rs 4838 in January 2009. A few days before the due date of payment, someone from the bank has called me up, as a reminder for the payment, and I was told that, I can opt for a collection agent to pay the amount. When asked if there will be any charges for that, she said 'No'. I had made the payment to the collection agent within the due date. But, my next bill statement showed a cash payment charges of Rs 100. I had called up the customer care requesting for reversal which was declined. Hence, I asked them to cancel my card, which they have done.
                      While I am still fighting for the first late payment charges, the bank is sending me a new statement every month and the amount was some thing like Rs 230 till my previous bill. It suddenly got increased to Rs.2038 in the latest bill.
                      I feel its extremely high and not reasonable to pay such high amount for some thing like transaction charges in spite of making payment within the due date.
                      The bank representatives are now calling me up several times a day and harassing me for payment, in my working hours.

                      Please help!!

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I am an unsatisfied EMI credit card holder of ICICI Bank. I have been using the card since March 2007. The credit card limit issued for my card was Rs.24000/-. In a limited time of my usage I faced a fraud. My card was misused for making some online transactions (Bass.com & Karmaaz) on December 2007 for rupees 33, 500/- and 23, 500/- also from Bottoms & Tops for Rs. 35, 700/- and same moment withdrawn cash of Rs.4, 800/- from ATM, which were not made by me and there were another 2 cheques deposited into my account worth Rs.94, 200/- from ICICI bank (Cheque number – 119469) and Rs.98100/- from UTI bank (cheque number – 382861) prior to the online transactions made which were not my account cheques. Unfortunately, I got to know about these transactions only after I received my monthly statements. That’s when I got my card blocked in December 2007 and also lodged a complaint over the phone to the customer service. My card was also on direct debit EMI system which was asked to stop immediately. I was expecting it to be some technical error and also waiting for the Bank to come with a resolution. The follow up was done through calling customer service but no resolution was given. Every time they informed still investigating on the issue. I did not receive any reply from bank. So I complaint through email on 3rd June 2008 and then I received the complaint number SR68423823 with this they informed me that “it is not possible to dispute the transactions done in the month of December 07, you can raise the dispute before 90 days from the date of the transaction, so we request you to make the payment to avoid further charges.”
                        The statement was very clear in my first email that I did call to customer services in the month of December 2007. The statement in the letter was – “I also called the ICICI customer services to verify the issue at the same time when I received the December 2007 statement and I also blocked my card.” Every month there is harassment for the payment.
                        But, although the card was blocked still further finance charged for all the preceding months were charged to my account. I received a call from Rashmi from Collection department, she started demanding for money which I avoid paying as my account was on delinquency. But, she forced me to pay a cheque of Rs.3000/- for a security purpose and assured it will not be deposited. She suggested me to write behind the cheque it is for security purpose and will not be deposited. They betrayed the promise and withdrew the cash from my account. I tried calling to her in regarding the same but nothing has been done. As I was informed she is on annual leave and this issue is handle by some one else. Every time I have to explain the issue to a different person.

                        I gave the copies of the letter but no response. In the month of December 2008, a cheque of Rs.5000/- was deposited in the account which was again not paid by me. The cheque number was 379016. After 2 months time again a new person (Mr Vinod) from collection department came up for another cheque worth Rs.2000/- which I denied to give and therefore they called me to the collection dept. centre located in Andheri East, JB Nagar branch and further assured that give us everything in writing, your problem will be further resolved as soon as possible. The investigation will take another 90 days (i.e. 3 months) time and the reports will reach you soon with all details. I gave the copy of the complaint letter. They also told us to ignore all the calls coming from the collection department and bank will lodged a complaint regarding this issue to police station. Even I went to police station but the officer denied to take my complaint and he said you should go to Consumer Court. In the mean time again after 2 months ICICI Bank demanded for another cheque worth Rs.2000/- from again a new person saying that every month end if you don’t deposit the money in your account, the account gets blocked and it can be unblocked only after the cheque number you deposit is inserted in to the system. And, as the account has to be investigated it shouldn’t be blocked. There is also a team going to come from Hyderabad as there are many fraud cases pending to be solved. We will give you a date when you have to visit us and the problem will be resolved. That’s the time when bank forced me to give a cancelled cheque again for security purpose inspite of me not willing to give. I had also stated clearly on the receipt provided by the bank that the cancelled cheque provided to bank is a security cheque and will not be deposited (I have the receipt as an evidence). Every time I face a new person from the collection department. I am tired of explaining the case to every new person.
                        On April 29th, 2009, my salary saving account was freezed without giving a prior notice and my salary of Rs.19, 800/- was withdrawn from the bank. Stating my new outstanding balance of Rs.-1, 72, 000/- On 30th April I received a call from credit card department asking for Rs.5000/- minimum for unfreezing the account. I was furious with the whole issue. Firstly, they freezed my account on top they are demanding Rs.5000/- I spoke to telecaller name Vishal Shetty, he assured me that my salary would be credited back to the account. Like everytime there was a new person whom I had to explain the whole issue from the beginning. Then I spoke to the Manager Mr. Rakesh Shetty, he was a stubborn man with no ethics of customer service. He was not ready to listen to me at all. He was again forcing me to pay atleast Rs.2000/- only then he will unfreeze the account. Until I dont pay the amount I would not be able to do anything. He said I have to pay the entire amount, inspite of complaining the higher authority will not be able to resolve the issue. He also came up with a new issue saying why the previous cheques provided by you bounced. Infact, the cheque was not bounced but a cancelled cheque was provided as per the prior communication with bank person.
                        Firstly, I would like to know if there is any rule stating that bank can withdraw the amount from and account and freeze the account without prior notice or permission. As per my knowledge and what I got to know from a complaint call that I made to ICICI bank on 29th April that bank is assume to give 2 notices prior to freezing the account or take permission from customer. But, nothing of this sort was done in my case. On 4th May 2009 I had gone JB Nagar Branch and met the Manager Mr. Hiren Shah again I have to explain the complete issue and he said its too late you need to do the settlement. He also said the complaint was never under investigation. I was really shocked after listening this from him. I ask him who has given the authorisation to freeze my account and he replied the authorisation has been given by Reserve Bank of India. Also I visited to Malad ICICI Branch with whom my salary account is active. I spoke to the Branch Manager (Mr Amit Fiero). I asked him about the freezing the account and when he checked the account was not frozen and the amount of Rs.19800/- was already debited from my account by credit card department. I asked manager can the Credit card department debit the entire amount from my account without informing me and he said they can do that. Again this was done without my authorisation and without informing me. This is again another fraud self by ICICI. I ask the acknowledgement for the freezing the account but nothing was given me in writing. All my other important dues are based on my salary income i.e Home loan, Personal Loan and so on. I am sending this copy to RBI Ombudsman, Police Station of Andheri East and the ICICI Bank.
                        I kindly request the higher authority to resolve this issue as I am extremely aggravated and tired with the whole issue. I have not got any resolution from bank for same. And I request for cooperation. I have been saying it’s a fraud for past year and half. I have given the entire cooperation bank expected from me since then. But, I don’t see any results and I am forced to take further step for my resolution.

                        ICICI EMI CREDIT CARD — FRAUD CALLS FROM BANK

                        Hi,
                        I am having problem with my credit card EMI installments.my icici saving account no.[protected] is also blocked. I wishes to clear that.Their was a issue with the balance installment.I spoken to ICICI Rohni Branch - Manager collection Mr. Ronit Saxena mobile no.[protected]. He is such a lier that he told me he got a confirmation frm mumbai office that if i pay something 6000 x 6months my account will be clear. He is not a good person he told me to pay Rs 1825/- and i asked him before paying that make sure this is not minimum payment if he wish i can pay 6000 and u can activate my account.He is such a fraud that he said yes dnt worry he will adjust my 1825 or something as a part of installment.Now after making payment he never call me and now frm bank i came to knw that he is on holidays.These kind of people are spoiling image of your bank.I am really sad as my account is still block .That guy went on holidays my whole account installments are block .
                        I called ICICI Branch Rohini I tried to speak to other senior manager following customer care executive abused me and were very rude to me : their names are : SMITA, RAHUL KHOLSA, RONIT SAXENA.

                        Please please i beg u dnt play with my life plz tell me hw to clear that installment. I request u to take quick action.I am in trouble.I think i will never refer anyone to ICICI as i have such a bad experience.

                        ICICI EMI CREDIT CARD — Fraud on the Credit Card

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I am an unsatisfied EMI credit card holder of ICICI Bank. I have been using the card since 2007. The credit card limit issued for my card was Rs.24000/- In a limited time of my usage I faced a fraud. My card was misused for making some online transactions on December 2007 for rupees 33, 500 and 23, 500 and withdrawn cash of rupees 4, 800/- from ATM, which were not made by me and there were another 2 cheques deposited into my account worth Rs. 94, 200/- from ICICI bank (Cheque number – 119469) and from UTI bank (cheque number – 382861) prior to the online transactions made which were not my account cheques. Unfortunately, I got to know about these transactions only after I received my monthly statements. That’s when I got my card blocked in December 2007 and also lodged a complaint over the phone to the customer service. My card was also on direct debit EMI system which was asked to stop immediately. I was expecting it to be some technical error and also waiting for the Bank to come with a resolution. I did not receive any reply from bank. But, although the card was blocked still further finance charged for all the preceding months were charged to my account. I received a call from Rashmi, she started demanding for money which I avoid paying as my account was on delinquency. But, she forced me to pay a cheque of Rs.3000/- for a security purpose and assured it will not be deposited (It was written behind the cheque it is for security purpose and will not be deposited). They betrayed the promise and withdrew the cash. After 2 months time again a new person (Mr Vinod) from collection department came up for another cheque worth Rs.2000/- which I denied to give and therefore they called me to the collection dept. centre located in Andheri East, JB Nagar branch and further assured that give us everything in writing and also the FIR no. that u have lodged in the Police station, your problem will be further resolved as soon as possible. The investigation will take another 90 days (i.e. 3 months) time and the reports will reach you soon with all details. They also told us to ignore all the calls coming from the collection department. In the mean time again after 2 months ICICI Bank demanded for another cheque worth Rs.2000/- from again a new person saying that every month end if you don’t deposit the money in your account, the account gets blocked and it can be unblocked only after the cheque number you deposit is inserted in to the system. And, as the account has to be investigated it shouldn’t be blocked. There is also a team going to come from Hyderabad as there are many fraud cases pending to be solved.                           I have taken the loan from ur reputed bank of Rs 21, 70, 260 on 03.07.2006 with a tenor of 180 month.The bank has raised the interest rates from time to time and Installment also raised from Rs 21481 to 23990/

                          I have paid the installment from Aug 2006 on time even of my financial difficulties and faith on ur bank, also not seeing the roomers that the ICICI bank become defaulted

                          I have paid Rs 794671 till date but my principal reduced by Rs 67100 i, e less than 9 % of my hard payment

                          other bank reducing Interest rates but ur bank is not ???

                          your bank also given loan to new customer on low interest 9.25 % and charging 0.5 % processing fee but old customer is remain same ???

                          I just hard that ur bank is also rescheduling old loan so i went ur home loan branch, they asked me to pay 1.5 % as processing fee .

                          my question is that I have paid lot of money to u, why charging 1.5 % fee from me ???/

                          As a old customer, you have to charge Nil processing fee from me for rescheduling or 0.5 % as u taken from New customer

                            I find that during five days from 08.06.09 to 12.06.09, somebody named MARTIN, having A/c No.[protected]Mobile No. [protected]) in ICICI Bank, Mumbai Branch has withdrawn an amount approx. 99, 000/= daily from my bank A/c in an un-authorised manner amounting to a total of about 4, 95, 200/= (Rs. Four Lacs Ninety Five Thousand Two hundred Only). Pl. note that I am holding my Debit Card with me and I have not parted with my details like User ID, Password etc. It is apprehended that someone from Bank is involved in the said fraud . Pl. take-up the matter at the appropriate level and arrange to refund back my amount at the earliest.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Today (13.06.09)is the date of maturity of my F.D Amt- Rs. 40000/- with your bank But when i go to Sector, 11 Panchkula Branch They have checked in the system and said that ther is lien mark on my F.D. account so the amount cant not be issued without clearing this lien mark .
                              On bahalf of this F.D i have got a credit card No---[protected] and i have done some shoppings on this credit card few months ago .

                              But when i contact to the customer care of the ICICI Bank credit card cell for my monthly credit card statement they said that the personnel information given by such as DOB And Mothers Name is not correct and they are unable to give me any information regarding the same .

                              Ist Of all Tell me how it can be possible that the credit card issued me against the FIXED Deposit having wrong personnel information but the information on the Fixed Deposit is right .
                              Any how i have send my date of birth proof scanned copy as per dissussion with the bank so as to make correction in my personnel information .

                              I dont Get the Hard copy of my F.D even after the two months of the date of depositing money .I had contacted many time to the Mohali Branch Phase, 7, But dont get any response But Thanks to Miss. Suparia She has given me F.D Account No. and on the behalf of which i have got a hard copy of my F.D. From sector, 11 Panchkula Branch .

                              Then I again contacted customer care for my monthly credit card statement but dont get any .
                              Taday I have contacted the customer care and tyey said there is an outstanding amount of Rs.-1832.07 is still due that why there is lien mark is showing on the fixed deposit amount .

                              Ijust want to know that why should i pay this amount as there was not my fault in the latepayments of the credit card i have paid Rs1650/- Immidietly after i received the statement .

                              When i not receive the statement and i cant contact to customer care as my details are wrong they how could i know about the Balance.

                              Now Again I am Requesting to Un mark The LIEN mark from my F.D ACCOUNT NO[protected] by today as i need this money very urgently and i am not able to pay the amount due in your Records Rs, -1832.07 As there was never my fault.

                              Please Justify my Fault (EXCEPT TO DEAL WITH ICICI Bank ) then i will pay the Amont Due as per your System .

                              But according to me there is no amount Due .So please UNMARK the LIEN mark and issue me the Full payments.
