[Resolved] ICICI Bank ATM — ATM DECLINE CHG

Hi, 19/06/2009 ATM DECLINE CHG/08-MAY-09/0475 DR INR 28.00 19/06/2009 ATM DECLINE CHG/08-MAY-09/0475 DR INR 28.00 I have seen these two transactions due to ATM decline charges? I don’t know what these charges are and why bank deduct 56 Rs from my account even I have sufficient balance in account! I came to know that if you withdraw money from other bank ATM (other than ICICI ATM) and if that ATM doesn’t have enough money then it will charge on customer. So it is ethical to charge on customer? Is this reasonable charge by ICICI bank or is this under RBI rules. Please verify at your end and provide me detail (With RBI notice) so I can put my case to consumer services. Dear all,

Did yopu get any resolution for this? Same thing happend to me. Why stupid ICICI bank doing like this? How to convey this things to RBI? The main purpose for using Other bank ATM policy is entierly damage here. I frusturated for these kind of stupid things.
