I joined an Organization in Kolkata(RS Software) on feb 14th 2011, and opened an Salary account with ICICI bank (Manikanchan SEZ, Technopolis,Kolkata). It was an Instakit i.e. ready account , the privileges are (International Gold Debit Card) there are no charges , as many numbers of withdrawals from any other bank ATMS, I stay infront of the ICICI bank in Salt lake Sector 2 , the Card doesnt work in the ATM machine , for which I went to other bank ATM
To my surprise they deducted INR 20.00 after the 5th transaction, I went to the branch to enquire the same ,they told some technical issue is going on so it happened, please communicate to the Salary Dept, i.e near Infinity Towers(Sector 5 Salt lake), I wrote 2-3 emails and called them even,just to fix the issue, they are saying the account needs upgradation and so many things.
Boasting as the 2nd largest bank in India, the service quality they provide is real mediocre, as I see other colleagues dont have the same issue, the bank is unable to answer the query.
Please let me know what can be done so that my issue would be resolved.

I have a Credit card [protected] . I have taken a Personal loan on same of 47000 in April 2006 .
I am regularly making Payment through my ICIC acoount Net banking[protected] for the past 2 years .
I was working with Solvay Pahrma and my communication address was same for the above mentioned card .
I have changed my Job in April 2008 but failed to intimate ICICI about the same .
Today When I visited my Old Office (Solvay ) I have received my Credit card Statement which shows an outstanding of Rs. 8000 + which I was completely unaware of .
I called up customer care and they informed me that in the month of September 08 Payment was not received from my Account .
I have given a standing Instruction to Pay Rs . 1400 on Every 9th which is Higher than My EMI .
I have another credit card [protected] which has an installment of 4175 and I pay Rs.4300 for last 12 months .
I am sure you will understand my situation .
I am with ICICI for last 6 Years and have never defaulted on my payments .
This has happened because of lack of communication .
I have not received nay intimation at my Residence or SMS or call in last 9 months .
I sincerely request all to waive of these charges .
I promise you there will be not default in payments from my side going forward .
I also request you change my contact details to my Residential address
