i want to compliant about icici finance in 2004 i have purchased bike on loan from MANDI GOBOINDGARH which is PB 26C 5976.i have taken 25000 rs laon.but till now no NOC given by the icici finance .Even i have paid all the amout.because of NOC i cant sold my bike kindly help me on this which action should i take againset these people.

I have deposited two entries of Rs100000/- dated 15.12.2004 and Rs.700000/- dated 08.02.2006 and withdrawl one entries vide cheuqe no.726994 dated 21.09.2007. I do not know form which bank / account has been deposited/withdrawn in the bank.


Income tax department has conducted raid at our premises on 21.02.2008. They want information from 2001 to 2008 from saving account . I have provided all information to the department except mentioned above. I have visited number of time to your ICICI Bank, F G Market Branch, Ludhiana for enquire of entries for verification so that I can explain to department but all in vain.

Now I requested you to kindly verify these entries and informs us from which bank and account debited and credited to my account.my account is currently closed.

    I am unable to change the mobile number of my ICICI Bank account.
    Eventhough I have applied this request by going to the bank.
    They were mentioning that I need to few pending bills of Demat Account and that's y they are not willing to change my mobile number.

    Since you are operating the Demat A/c, I suppose, you are using Net Banking of ICICI Bank.

    In case you are using net banking, you need not go to bank to change your mobile no.
    After login, go to View/Change Contact details tab, you will get two options, Update Contact no and Update Email Id.
    In update contact no, you can change both your mobile and landline no.
    Submit and you will recieve some sort of SMS confirming the change.

      I HAVE AN ACTIVE ICICI ACCOUNT[protected]. RECENTLY I GOT TRANSFERED FROM ALLAHABAD TO CHANDINAGAR. AS A RESULT, I APPLIED FOR TRANSFER OF MY ACCOUNT FROM ALLAHABAD BRANCH TO SHALIMAR GARDEN BRANCH WHICH IS MY NEAREST BRANCH AT AROUND 50KM. AS I CANNOT VISIT THE BRANCH DUE TO ITS FAR LOCATION AND MY JOB TIMINGS, I FORWARDED MY APPLICATION THROUGH A FRIEND. I WAS TOLD THAT FOR CHANGE OF MOBILE NUMBER I MUST PERSONALLY VISIT THE BRANCH AND APPLY. OFLATE I DO MY TRANSACTIONS THROUGH INTERNET. ON THE WEBSITE AND AFTER PERSONAL LOG-IN UNDER THE VIEW/CHANGE CONTACT DETAILS, THERE IS PROVISION OF CHANGING THE CONTACT NUMBER. I HAD TRIED A LOT OF TIMES TO UPDATE BUT THE SAME IS NOT BEEN DONE. AS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT DORMANT (AS MENTIONED IN THE ICICI WEBSITE), MY CONTACT NO. CAN TO BE UPDATED.

      I've used the service myself, and found no problem. Even the address and Branch change I've done through net banking only when I got transferred from Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to Kolkata, West Bengal.

        I WAS HOLDING 4 BONDS OF ICICI SAFETY BONDS SEPTEMBER 2001 ISSUE.
        BOND HOLDER NO. 1646698 AND 1646699 FOR 2 BONDS EACH. THE BONDS WERE REDEEMED ON 12TH MAY 2008 AND I RECIEVED TDS CERTIFICATE NOS. 802 AND 803 FOR TDS AMOUNT OF RS. 824.00 EACH.

        NOW I HAVE RECIEVED MY TAX REFUND AND THIS AMOUNT OF RS. 1648.00 IS NOT REFLECTING IN MY TAX STATEMENT 26AS, HENCE I WILL NOT GET REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT.

        HOW DO I CONTACT ICICI AND ASK THEM TO FILE A RECTIFICATION FOR THE SAME.

        Thanks for your response. I had even recieved a letter from you confirming that the revised e-tds to the Income tax department. This letter is ref: [protected] / inward ref : IEM1092082, dated 13/05/2011.

        Sadly still the amount is not reflecting in 26AS. Hence I request you once again to verify if the returns have been revised or not. The status I have checked in 26AS a couple of minutes back .

          Recently ICICI bank have started calling my parents in my residence and threatening them over phone (The number from which they are calling is[protected] My parents are old and they are senior citizens. I immediately want to lodge a strong complaint against this fraud bank. They are charging me in a fraudulent basis and have never provided me with a bank statement. I need justice through immediate action against these fraudsters.

          Immediately lodge a police complaints in your nearest PS about the threats recieved over phone.
          Secondly write a complaint mail to the ICICI Bank regarding this phone calls.
          Approach a nearest ICICI Branch and ask them for their Ombudsman or Nodal Officer's Phone/Email, and lodge a complaint to him.

          Dada, police complaint na dile kichhui kora jabena, agey seta kore no ta niye nin...

            I am holding two Deep Discount Bonds issued by The ICICI Investers Services Ltd. in 1997. Since I have shifted from West Delhi (Paschim Vihar) to East Delhi (Mayur Vihar). I have been trying to get the address changed, but am unable to get the same. I had approached ICICI bank office at Barakhamba Road and handed over an application for change of address on 14th March, but there was no response. Then I searched on the net and got one address 3i Infotech Ltd. Tower No:5, International Infotech Park, Mumbai and sent one more request 0n[protected]. But there was also no response. I have sent mail to Customer Service Manager, ICICI bank limited- which informed me to write directly to Under Secretary, Min. of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. Lastly I sent the request to The Registrar, ICICI Investers Services Ltd., Sri Padmavati Bhavan, Plot No: 93, Road No: 16, MIDC Area, Andheri, Mumbai by Registered post, the same letter came back with remarks that the addressee had left.
            I therefore request through this message to kindly help me to get the adress changed.

              After 4 months of communication and nothing coming of it -
              - the text of my last email to you and yours at ICICI Bank (which I reproduce here-below) says it all.

              Hello Majid Sanade / Mr. A. Palta,

              There is no point in me repeating the same old story to you again and again.
              I had wire transferred the funds to the relevant accounts on 29th March 2011 and as now confirmed by you, there is no outstanding dues from my side.
              These accounts were funded by early April, at the latest and the account closure forms were resent.

              It takes you one month to realise that the said accounts are funded?

              From now on, no further amounts are due, nor under any circumstance will be paid to you regarding the PINS maintenance, as you have failed to close my Demat Accounts and Savings Account even after receiving the said funds in the accounts, more than a month ago.
              Also, I was made to send all signed forms yet again to which I obliged. Yet nothing has come of it.

              I have record of all correspondence with ICICI Bank and find no reason to send email upon email when clearly your institution is not geared to customer service, to say the least. My communications with ICICI Bank for the past 4 months is proof of this.
              I do not see the need to keep sending you the same account closing forms again and again.

              After receiving my account closing forms twice, it is your job to close all my accounts,
              especially when there are no outstanding dues at all.

                I called up customer care and they informed me that in the month of September 08 Payment was not received from my Account .
                I have given a standing Instruction to Pay Rs . 1400 on Every 9th which is Higher than My EMI .
                I have another credit card [protected] which has an installment of 4175 and I pay Rs.4300 for last 12 months .
                I am sure you will understand my situation .
                I am with ICICI for last 6 Years and have never defaulted on my payments .
                This has happened because of lack of communication .
                I have not received nay intimation at my Residence or SMS or call in last 9 months .

                    I was informed while making payment for the card no. [protected], that the status at CIBIL will be removed. But instead I see that the account is marked as SETTLED. I was informed that all interests charged on the card will be removed and it will be closed after I make a payment of Rs.1100.

                    All started after the bank offered me Rs.250 as a cask back if I spend on my credit card which was an EMI card. I spent around Rs.1700 for which I made the payment later after referring to my card statement, but the bank withdrew Rs.250 as there was a clause that I have to spend at least Rs.2000 or more to avail Rs.250.

                    Now the bank with contacting me or informing me kept charging interest on my card an when it was around Rs.5000 they contacted me. They have lied straight on my face by stating that if I make a payment of Rs.1100 after they reverse the interest and other charges, the account will be closed and the status will be removed.

                    Please help.

                    From an experts point of view i would like to tell you that it is important for you to have this case sorted out fast. As in the future if you would like to take a loan banks will not approve of it. Worse still if you need the money for some emergency and you do not get it, it can be heart breaking.                         Harassment from ICICI Bank

                        This is with regards to Credit Card No. [protected]

                        The issue with the credit account was dealt with in year 2005 and payment against the card was made in installment basis. However due to my financial problems I was unable to make the last few installments. I believe that I have paid much more that what I have actually utilized.

                        After almost 6 years now, I have been getting several calls from ICICI bank collection agencies, threatening and abusing me with filthy language over the telephone. As per the bank records, my residence and contact number is unchanged and still the same. The only thing that has changed is my place of work. Over these years I have not received any sort of correspondence from the Bank or its agencies what so ever, with regards to the credit card, until the last incident as stated below.

                        27th April 2011 – The Manager of my new company started getting repeated phone calls from telephone numbers 32252432, 33643000, 61362907, 61362900, 42723700, 32252432 and many more. These ICICI Bank representatives repeatedly keep calling within a span of 3 to 4 minutes and forcibly address and discuss my credit issue with the manager who is not at all associated with this matter what so ever, and this is nothing but harassment. They have not made an effort to visit my residence for once. Their intentions are clear that they want me to loose my job and be rusticated from the firm that I work for.

                        Now, I have registered a NC at the Agripada, Mumbai Central Police Station. (also attached here).

                        I want ICICI Bank to give me justification for the above mentioned incident, and stop these dirty games they or their appointed agencies practice.

I have a Platinum ICICI Credit Card since the past 6 years, and the total out-standing due this month is only Rs. 9, 000 or so.                           I am taking a Home loan from ICICI Bank(LBNOD[protected]) in May 2010, Under 2 Year smart fix plan, where ROI is 8.25% in 1st year and from 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012 ROI is 9%, in agreement its clearly mention that 1st year my EMI is 26704, and 2nd Year my EMI becomes Rs, 27918, because of 9% ROI, but surprisingly when i see my status on internet on 30th Apr 2011, my EMI is remain constent and tenue is increased.
                          Its completely a Cheating case, since incresing tenue is not applicable in 2nd year, and afterthat also without information is not applicable and acceptable. so my question is
                          How can they change my tenure in 2nd Year of my loan. The scheme /agreement was to change my EMI not tenure.
                          So i my strong suggestion is necessary action should be taken against Bank, and the penalty should be as high as much so they can not repeat such incident for other consumer, if you ask me it should by 10000Cr and give to some gorverment charity fund.

                                his is inform you that, we took a car loan of Rs.3, 37, 670.00 from ICICI bank vide car loan account no.
                                LACAL[protected] for 60months including 1 one Advance EMI.The EMI was Rs.7520.In this regard
                                we received a repayment schedule from ICICI bank where showed the balance principal amount (less)
                                advance EMI Rs.7,520.00 = Rs.3,30,150.00 Please note that in 1st EMI of Rs.7,520.00 (Principal amount Rs.4, 216.00 and Interest amount Rs.3,304.00) the balance amount of Rs.3, 31, 000.00 are showing instead of Rs.3, 25, 634.00 from the above principal amount.
                                In this regarg we complain to thier customer care service vide e mails and received a reply from bank that the difference amount of Rs.5,066.00 has been charged agst CFOC (Credit Facility originating charges) as a management policy.
                                Please also note that the above CFOC cahrges never informed us at the time of taking the loan, and in fact the above charges not mentioned in thier repayment schedule.and this kind of hidden charges levied is a gross violation of customer faith, which imposed by a reputed bank like ICICI bank
                                So, please look into the matter.

                                ICICI DIRECT — Misguidance about demat account

                                I am Nisha from Chandigarh. I have a complaint against ICICI Direct company. A lady name Ms. RIYA (PHONE NO. [protected]) called me up and asked to open for 0 balance saving account without any charges in ICICI. I presser her on that is there some hidden charges or what? she said no mam there is no hidden charges and nothing. You just pay a security cheque to company worth Rs. 975/-. Then i refused her than again she said no mam this only for security no opening charges. She said, "You just sign the documents after that i will complete the form." When i signed documents after that she last time called up and said that mam your all formalities complete your account will open shortly. After 1 and a half month icici people called me and said mam please start to transaction in your account. I was surprised and asked for what they said you have opened an demat account. Icici people put my cheque in my account for clearance. When their cheque bounce they again called me up and asked about that Rs. 975/- amount I'm again shocked what is this? Now that people disturbing me again and again asking for amount. Why should i pay that amount when i don't want to open any demat account. If you see i don't the real uses of demat account. I am a middle class girl. I don't have any knowledge about this type of account. Please help me they are calling me again and again and threatening me. Please give me an immediate solution.

While applying for foreclosure of the car loan they totally refused the existance of advance EMI & tell the customer that it is the other charges which is paid to dealers & agents & to be borne by the customer.

                                মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মহাশয়,

                                Icici securities নামের একটি কোম্পানির সাথে stock broking এর ব্যাবসা করতে গিয়ে ভয়ানক এক অসাধু চক্রান্ত সম্বন্ধে জানতে পারলাম এবং প্রতিবাদ করতে গিয়ে আরও ভয়ানক সব চক্রান্তের শিকার হয়ে চলেছি । জীবন সংশয় ও মিথ্যা মামলার হুমকিও পেয়েছি বেশ কয়েক বার । কিন্তু বাংলার বাংলার জনসাধারণের টাকাকে কোম্পানির / বাক্তিগত সম্পত্তিতে পরিণত করার যে ঘিন্নতম-নোংরা অসাধু চক্রান্ত চলছে তার বিরুদ্ধে আজ প্রতিবাদ না করলে আরো বিশাল অর্থনাশ হয়ে পথের ভিখারি হয়ে যাবে বাংলার বহু মানুষ ।
                                প্রমানসহ আমি দাবি করছি যে আজ অব্দি খুব কম করেও প্রায় ২০, ০০০ সাধারণ মানুষ এদের প্রতারনায় নিজেদের কষ্টার্জিত টাকা হারিয়েছেন । আবারো প্রমাণসহ দাবি করছি পুরো টাকাটাই তারা শেয়ার এ হারেন নাই, বরং তাদের টাকা গ্রাস করেছে এই কোম্পানি খুব এ ধূর্ততার সাথে হাথ ঘুড়িয়ে । যদিও অনেকে অভিযোগ করেননি, কারন তারা এই বিশাল পুকুর চুরির ব্যাপারটা ভালভাবে ধরতে পারেননি বা তাদের পুরোপুরি মিথ্যা বোঝানো হয়েছে । আসলে ব্যাপারটা খুবই সূক্ষ্মভাবে ওপর মহল থেকে এমন ভাবে নীচের মহলের সাথে সাঁট-গাঁট করে করা হচ্ছে যে প্রতারিত খুব ভালো করে ধরতে পাচ্ছে না যে তিনি প্রতারিত হয়েছেন না ভাগ্যদোষের শিকার হয়েছেন ।
                                কিন্তু আমি এই প্রতারনার কথা ধরতে পেরে যখন icici securities এর ওপর মহলকে জানাই তখন থেকেই আমি এদের ১ নম্বর শত্রুতে পরিনত হই ।
                                Icici securities এর ওপর মহল থেকে ক্রমাগত চাপের মুখে এবং bse/nse/sebi এর নাম করে ওদের পাঠানো নকল লোক ও চিঠিতে ভয় পেয়ে গিয়ে আমি ওদের বিরুধ্যে অনেক প্রমাণ প্রতারিত হয়ে ওদের হাতেই তুলে দিয়েছি । এখনও অব্দি আমাকে ওরা ভয় দেখিয়ে চলেছে এবং আমার বিরুধ্যে মিথ্যা মামলা সাজিয়ে চলেছে ।
                                মিথ্যা অ্যাওয়ার্ড / আর্থিক শক্তি / আইন এর ক্ষমতার বলে বলীয়ান এই ধনী কম্পানির যে à§©/৪ জন লোক এই ভাবে বাঙালিকে অর্থনৈতিক ভাবে পঙ্গু করে দিচ্ছে তারা আবার নিজেদের কে কলকাতা পুলিশ ও বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক বাক্তি এর খুব কাছের লোক বলে দাবি করছে । এদের সেই নিচ-মহল এখন সোজাসুজি দাবি করছে যে পুলিশ / কোর্ট/ nse/bse/sebi এর বিভিন্ন লোক ছাড়াও এরা রাজ্য ও কেন্দ্র সরকার এর কিছু নেতা – মন্ত্রির ঘর ও icici group এর টাকায় চলে, তাই এদের বিরুধ্যে কোথায় গেলেই ন্যায় বা প্রতারিত টাকা কোনটাই ফেরত পাওয়া যাবে না, উল্টে কোর্ট – পুলিশ এর চক্করে আর কিছু টাকা এরা খসিয়ে দেবে ।
                                হাজারো প্রমান সহ দেখাতে পারি যে পুরো কাণ্ড তাই আসলে icici securities এর অপর- মহল সমর্থিত ও ২০১১-২০১২ তেও হাজার হাজার বাঙালি আবার পথে বসতে চলেছে, এদের দ্বারা প্রতারনার শিকার হয়ে icici securities এর সম্পত্তি আরও বাড়বে এবং বাংলার কিছু সাধারণ মানুষ পথের ভিখারি হয়ে যাবে ।
                                আমার বাংলার মানুষকে এই নোংরা প্রতারনার হাত থেকে মুক্তি দিতে সম্প্রতি nse/bse/ sebi তেও এদের বিপক্ষে মামলা করেছি যার ফলে আমার বাক্তিগত ভাবে প্রচুর অর্থনাশ / সময় নাশ হয়ে চলেছে। কিন্তু ঘোষিত ফল যে ধনী প্রতারানাবাজ icici securities এর কর্মীদের পক্ষপাতদুষ্ট হতেও পারে এখন থেকেই মনে হচ্ছে ক্রমাগত ।
                                সততা ও পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে যেখানে মানুষের ধনবৃদ্ধি করার কথা চিন্তা করতাম সেই সফল বাণিজ্য এর নামে মানুষের টাকা নিয়ে নোংরা খেলা দেখতে পারিনি বলেই আজ আমাকে মিথ্যা মামলায় ফাসিয়ে দেয়ার ভয় দেখানো হচ্ছে, এমনকি বাড়ি থেকে বেরোনোর জন্নেও নিরাপত্তার অভাব অনুভব করছি ।
                                আমি এই প্রতারণার অভিযোগে আমার কাছে শেষ কিছু থাকা (( অনেক প্রমান এ বিলুপ্ত করে দেয়া হয়েছে ও ভয় দেখিয়ে প্রতারণা করে নিয়ে নেয়া হয়েছে, চাপের মুখে আমাকে দিয়ে মিথ্যা লিখিয়ে নেওয়া হয়েছে )) বাকি কিছু প্রমাণ ও আমি দিতে রাজি যদি এই রাজ্যের সরকার ও পুলিশ সেটা গ্রহণ করে / তদন্তে সাহায্য করে ও হাজার – হাজার প্রতারিত মানুষকে তাদের টাকা ফিরিয়ে দেওয়ার মৌখিক ঘোষণা সরকার করে তবে ।
                                সাথে আমার জীবনের নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিলে icici securities এর দ্বারা প্রতারিত বহু মানুষকে আবার তাদের প্রতারিত টাকা ও শেয়ার ক্ষতিপূরণ / ন্যায় পেতেও নিশ্চয় বিনা খরচে সাহায্য করবো প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।

                                  Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                  I an Bhuvaeswari Raman, having a savings account in ICICI bank at Nungambakkam branch, Chennai. My account no. is[protected]. My account has been credited with a sum of Rs.45,000 on 28th April 2011. It is found that Rs.225 and Rs.23 has been deducted as ANW charges and S-Tax respectively. It was told that till Rs.50,000 transaction, there will be no extra charges. Please do take corrective actions to reverse my money as soon as possible.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am customer of ICICI Bank Ltd. and having saving salary a/c no.[protected] with zero balance facility. My ICICI home is linked to said a/c no. & I maintain INR 38000/- towards home EMI every month.

                                    On 28.04.2011 bank has deducted a charge of Rs.1130/- under the name "FamilyQABChgs,jan11-mar11+ST “ though I am maintaining INR 38000/- per month. What is this charge? And how bank can levy such type of charges with out concerning me? Why suddenly this has happened? I have no clue. How the bank could charge such an amount with prior information? How bank can take away my hard-earned money?

                                    I request you to kindly look in to the matter and take action on ICICI Bank for crediting the above said QAB charges

                                    I have been charged Rs.552/- as FamilyQABChgs on my corporate zero balance account.ICICI customer care folks did not have any answer why it was deducted.

                                      I was using the ICICI credit card (bearing no . [protected] ) while I was working in Delhi in 2005. I have used it till 2008 and I have gone to my native place Hyderabad due to some unavoidable circumstances. My card was misused by my friend and he did not tell me. One day , I have got the call from ICICI Credit card division, Rohini, Delhi and asked me to pay 76,000 that was due on my card. I was shocked that time and I have requested them I could not pay that much(because I was jobless at that time). Then they have given me the settlement amount like 33,000 to be paid in two installments. I have further requested them for 30,000 only and they have accepted it.As per their letter, I have paid Rs.30,000 towards full and final settlement. I was expecting No Objection certificate from them. But they were not answering my calls. I am more worried now. Because I am not getting any personal loans or car loans now. Can you please let me know what sholud I do now ?

                                      ICICI Credit Card — Full and Final settlement

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am carrying credit card from ICICI bank which I took it in Ghaziabad in the year 2005 October. Immediately after that I was shifted to Hyderabad due to my perosnal choice, in the mean time I had made one transaction worth around Rs 1900/-.in thye month of November and I moved out of Ghaziabd in December same year.

                                      During the change of place I had dropped a cheque from HDFC bank for the same amount and I had forgotten to recheck the payment and recently when I was going through my old payments and transactions I found that my money was not paid to the bank and it was pending.

                                      As a good samaritan I gave a call to customer care ( I think it is BPO) in hyderabad and told about the mishap for that the customer care personnel asked me to talk to Mr. Godi in the number[protected]. When I spoke to Mr. Godi, I explained to him about the situation he told me that the outstandin was around Rs 6103 /- .

                                      I made one humble request to him to consider my case to reduce the penalty for which he finally agreed for payment of Rs 3500/- as a full and final settlement.

                                      I did drop the check and he told me that once the payment is received he will call me again and confirm the same.

                                      This telecon happened on 12.2.08 And I did dropped the cheque for Rs 3500 through HDFC cheque number bearing 869194.

                                      But after four day when I gave a call for the confirmation I was told that the money is credited against my credit card. I asked him for the confirmation letter saying that the account is settled and full and final is done. The reply what I got is that he is not the right person for my case and he told me that it Mr. Ravindra whom I can contact in[protected]. This discussion happened on 17.2.08.

                                      I am trying frantically in that number but I am not getting any response from that number.

                                      Fianlly I am here by trying to bring your kind notice that I ahve paid the mony to the bank after talking to a person , and once the payment is done I am not getting the full and final settlement statement from the bank.

                                      I am really in desperate need of the same since I do not want to put myself into a place where I have used the services and not paid for it.

                                      As a good citizen I have done my duty by reminding of the bank that I have to pay and i did pay but bank is not giving me any letter nor I am not getting any support of the right person whom I can talk and close the account.

                                      Through this mail I am reiterating that I have made my effort to close the account and Bank is not giving the same back.

                                      Please close this issue.

                                      ICICI Сreditard Division — annual fee

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      1- Should we go through the same ritual every year. I have again received in my monthly statement a claim for annual 3rd year fee for Rs1500+185.40 for card No-[protected]. I have been using only one creditcard No- [protected] for nearly 10yrs and pay for all transactions on that. Last year your bank went to the extent of adjusting the credit card payment made, towards annual fee of[protected] and claimed dues. A letter of reprimand from me was followed by apology and reversal of that. I will only pay for the card I use.
                                      2- Yesterday I went to The Langford road branch of ICICI in Bangalore around 3.30pm to make a credit card cash deposit. I wanted to deposit Rs 2460 and after filling the depositing envelope approached the teller requesting 2 Rs50s for the Rs100 note I had. She refused saying she did not have 50 Rs notes though I had seen other customers depositing the same. The bank manager was also of no help. Ultimately I had to go outside, get change from a petty shop to deposit in the bank.Isn't it a shame that a bank customer has to go elsewhere to get change for depositing in the bank. This reflects on the customer care your bank provides - it does not matter what big hoardings you put up or how many ads you show on TV about the fantastic service ICICIbank gives its customers. Maybe your bank staff should concentrate more on polite- helpful behavior rather than their pseudo-paradesi accent.
                                      you are an idoit firstly when u have changed the loacation, u could have kept quite if the cheque which u dropped has not been credited to the creidt card account. secondly instead of telecon you could have walk in to the nearset branch and done the full and final settlement. now you have done the mistake no point in blaming the credit card people just keep quite else pay the remaing amount and close the account else the balance amount will be increasing
