DEAR SIR,
This is to keep you informed that I , Mr. M. Selvendran, (DOB : 08.09.1983) residing at No. 19 /25, 8th street, Sowrashtra Nagar, Choolaimedu , Chennai – 600 094. ( State – Tamil Nadu), email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in with # [protected], applied for ICICI credit card , during 2008.. As I was not interested in owning one, due to unemployment ( as I resigned my job during that period) made a written statement / draft to ICICI , Teynampet Branch to cancel both ICICI credit card and LIFE insurance. Also enquired the same with Head Office @ Ambattur , Chennai, came to understand there was no credit card issued in my name and further I contacted the customer care – Mumbai and Chennai om # +91 [protected], they informed me the card was returned to Head office – Mumbai and asked me to approach and cancel the same with the Insurance company @ Chinnamalai – Saidapet ,Chennai – 600 015. There by submitted a letter to keep the same cancelled but there was no response. ICICI BANK REPLAY: We would like to inform you that your credit card has been permanently deactivated because of non-payment of dues outstanding Sometime they give chance to complaint but they resolve it immediately and I appreciate ... ICICI PRU Life Insurance, , Credit card, ... Will continue to be a customer of ICICI & would ask more & more people to seek .... I had requested the bank to provide me the NOC before 17th june-2011.
As I am currently employed with better prospects. Hence I request you to cancel my personal details in CIBIL, inorder to enable me to avail in case of any requirement of future financial loans to enhance my career.In case of any emergency contact or future communication I, may be available on # [protected] or log on to [protected]@ymail.com or [protected]@yahoo.co.in .

my policy # 04890959 which I purchased from Blue Chip Invest consultants, Matunga, Mumbai 400019 in March 2007.I was totally novice about private insurance cos working then.I wanted pension plan with insurance component.But sales exe wrote zero DB which I couldn't understand.Now my five [protected]@Rs 12000 are already with the co.Last month I enquired with their Ghatkopar office exe. if I can exit from the plan as my five premiums are with Co & she told me yes I can exit w/o any charges.So last wk I'd gone to lodge my request that time another exe who was attending me told that 2% charges will be applicable.Why there is difference of opinion bet'n two employees?In summary I've come to conclusion that ICICI is not a good Company to recommend to anyone.WE've have burnt our fingers.

    DEAR SIR/MADAM,

    issue 1:- I NEED NOW EMAIL BASED CONFIRMATION THAT :-YOU WILL NOT ASK ME EVIDENCE AT THE TIME OF VESTING AGE TO ME OR TO BENEFICIARY (AFTER MY DEATH) THAT , UNLESS WE PROVE THAT EACH PAYMENT IS MADE FROM NRE BANK A/C, THE DEATH BENEFITS CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NRE ACCOUNT.

    issue 2:- bahrain office do not answer against my written application to increase death bemefit for both attached policies. i personally visited in bahrain, in their office, a month ago.

        Dear sir,

        RE: COMPLAINT OF ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE FOR NOT SURRENDERING MY INSURANCE POLICY

        In connection to the subject I would like to inform you that I had a Insurance Policy No. 02587370 with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance , dated 24.March 2006 to which I had paid for 05 (Five years) having annual premium of Rs.20,000=00.



        That for some reasons I had applied for surrender of my said policy and handed all my necessary documents as desired by them to Mr. Ahsan Abbas at their Pilibhit (U.P.) Branch on 27.4.2011 whose acknowledgement is enclosed herewith for your ready reference .



        That even after 23 days I had not received my surrender value amount . Further to which I had given them a Registered Post notice on dated 13.5.2011 (copy of Notice as well as registery receipt enclosed herewith)


        But to all I am very sorry to state that I had not received my surrender value , instead their some executive (namely Girish as said by him) called me on my mobile no. : [protected] through their number[protected] on 19.5.2011 at 12:55 pm stating initially to refuse to surrender my policy to which when I argued them they said they will give me the fund value of my Policy of current date and not of 27.4.2011 on which I applied for the surrender , Sir over here I would like to state that the fund value of the said policy on 27.4.2011 was aprox Rs.1,21,000=00 and now they are offering me Rs.1,13,000=00 as current fund value , which is to injustice and wrong and they are just threading me to accept this or they said they wont pay me a single penny , and said do whatsoever you wish to do , to which I replied that I would take this matter with Ombudsman , IRDA & local consumer courts to save my interest , to which they said they are not afraid of this and we wont pay your surrender value , they had taken even the Original Policy Bond , My Passport's copy , My pan card's copy as well as a cancelled cheque .










        I had completed their all formalities which is also marked in the acknowledgement copy attached .But still Iam not getting my hard earned money back .


        Sir , seeing to this and in spite of my many turnups in their Pilibhit branch , I found not only me but many customers are being made fooled & cheated by them .


        Seeing to this I strongly believe & strongly recommend that ICICI Prudential life Insurance should not have even been awarded for Insurance License and their License should be withdrawn back and government should interfere in between to get their citizens hard earned money back .

        ICIC Prudential Life Insurance — Non receipt of the surrender amount

        Dear Sir/Madam

        Good Wishes

        Let me introduce myself as Ganesh Pai bearing the ICICi Prudential Life Insurance No. 06080513. Currently i am working in Chennai. I had surrendered this policy as i required finacial aids on an urgent basis. I had given them my current bank account details wherin the money needs to be transferred. But instead they sent a cheque to my old Bangalore address where i am not residing. Though i had requested to transfer it to my account, they sent a cheque. This cheque is travelling all across the country but have not reached me yet. I had placed a request for this cheque to be sent to ICICI Prudential office located at Nungambakkam on 07 Feb 2011 and they assured that the same will be reaching within 6 working days which happen to be yesterday that is 14/02/2011. Today i am calling the Customer Care and learning that the cheque would be reaching only on 22 Feb 2011. I am in an urgent requirement of Money and thy are toiling with me like this. I request you to kindly help me on his.

          We were introduced to a single premium life insurance policy by a manager of ICICI Bank and an officer of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.

          All features of the insurance were explained to us verbally and no policy literature was given to us.

          The application form did not mention any thing about the policy features.

          Upon payment of the single premium of Rs 500,000/- we were issued a policy. The letter from ICICI Prudential life Insurance company mentioned that we can either continue or cancel the policy within the free look period of 14 days.

          We found the policy terms to be different from what was verbally explained to us and sent an email to [protected]@iciciprulife.com , [protected]@iciciprulife.com seeking clarifications. We did not receive any response from ICICI Prudential life, other than a standard response on how to contact them for different issues. The mail from ICICI Prudential Life implied that an officer will call us over phone.

          An officer from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company called us and explained that the features we are referring is not available. He advised us to surrender the policy to the nearest ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy. We surrendered the policy during the free look period citing reasons that policy features were not consistent with the what was described to us.

          To our shock , ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company deducted an amount of Rs 16,000+ and refunded the balance amount.

          Our subsequent emails to [protected]@iciciprulife.com , [protected]@iciciprulife.com , [protected]@iciciprulife.com , were returned undelivered, which mentioned that our email ID through which we communicated to ICICI Prudential Life is Un-authorized.

          Our only hope is to work through the officers who have introduced the policy to us.

          Icici Prudential Life Insurance — complaint of deducting amount from my account

          hello sir, my name is ajay kumar, i have a life time gold policy of icici prudential life insurence

          policy number is 10130136,
          my date of birth 14/02/1988
          policy issue date:07/10/2008

          when i open my policy then i give my account number [protected](state bank of india) for ecs system.
          there are so many bounces in my policy but i pay all primium by cash which are bounced.
          as per record primium of the month 07/10/2009 is bounced due to insufficiant balance in my bank account, so i pay that primium by cash as on 09/11/09. after that every transaction is clear upto dec. 2010.
          in between this i changed my bank account. nd all transactions are going on due date.

          but on 29/10/10, the account which i registerd when i opening my account is debitted of rupees 2000, shownig ecs of due ammount of policy of the month 07/10/2009.
          i concerned to the bank, the bank manager checked out my account and tells dat by mistake policy company debit my account.
          i went to policy office..... bt same there all transactions are same as my record.
          so my bank manager told to claim for money on policy company. for refund the amount deducted.

              It is to bring it to your notice that i have been misguided by two of the agents of icici prudential ajmer branch miss archana & miss shalu. We were assured for our policy no.[protected]invest shield cash bak. that although it is for 15 years.But after depositing regularly for 3 years. We can withdraw our amount. After depositing Rs.3,00,000 now we have been informed that if we get our money back we have to bear panelty.We dont want any loss because it is our own money.And now we are not able to pay any further premiem. We invested this amount in the policy for the time of need.Please guide us as to what can be done so that we may get our money back without bearing loss.                 Dear Customer Grievance Redressal Officer:

                Pl refer to your acknowledgment of process of surrender of policy No.06026820. The policy surrender documents were received by ICICI on 20th April 2011. It's already 18 days of receipt of all documents at your end and payment is yet to be released.

                Along with the policy bond I was asked to submit a canceled cheque of my Bank account. However, I later received a sms from ICICI Pru saying that the transaction was rejected by my bank without stating any reasons whatsoever, and now the surrender payment in the form of DD would be delivered at my postal address within 4 days.

                When after 10 days, I could finally inquire with the customer care executives, I got the Docket no., and tracking the docket no at Blue Dart I get the ultimate shock to know that it has been returned to origin, i.e., ICICI Prudential’s Mumbai Office.

                My Complaint No. is: 34094261. I ask for an explanation for all the wayward practices. The policies were surrendered to meet an emergency expense and it is still not settled by ICICI Prudential.

                Hi,

                Pl refer to your acknowledgement of process of surrender of policy No.03561563 and 08766330. The policy surrender documents were received by ICICI on 2nd August It's already 37 days of receipt of all documents at your end and payment is yet to be released.

                I keep receiving sms from ICICI saying that the claim is under process.

                The policies were surrendered to meet an emergency expense and it is still not settled by ICICI Prudential even after 37 days.

                  My complaint is regarding ICICIprudential policy no 11625409.( Save n Protect)

                  Firstly, ICICI did not sent me my policy document till date and hence I was forced to lapse the policy and moreover i was not intrested in the product. After 23 months of lapse period suddenly on 30th March 2011 they withdrew money from my bank through ECS without informing me even though the policy was lapsed. When contacted the customer care they said it was a technical problem and would refund my
                  money within 6 working days. Now it has been more than 10 days and they have not yet refunded
                  my money. There has been poor response from icici customer care employees

                  iciciprudential — After paying money they are neglecting

                  One day I am received one call from ICICI Prudential call center i.e, for tax saving investing propose some good polices we have they told and they send one marking executive. Regularly he is meeting to me and explaining their products. After regular connection with me I am agree to pay two policies against my kids through credit card Rs.15000/-. The same amount debited in my accounts Rs.7, 500/- on 5th May 2008 and Rs.7, 500/- on 7th May 2008. After so much follow-up I am received only one policy ref. no.: 08968161. Even I am not received one more policy still today. Daily I am calling so many times the marketing executive and the same time Customer care of the ICICI Prudential. They are not responding properly.

                  So in view of the above ICICI Prudential people are not interested to give good service after taking their products and also please justice in my request.

                          I had purchased my ICICI ULIP Life Insurance Policy(LifeTime ||) Whose SumAssured as mentioned in my policy document was 3 Lakh as April-2006.Now after completeing 4 years of policy term,i did partial withdrawal of rs 1 lakh,so suddenly after doing partial withdrawal,icici have reduced my SumAssured from 3 lakh to 2 lakh .This terms and Conditions were never mentioned in the policy document which i had received from ICICI.So when i contacted their branch in Jayanagar 3rd block regading this,they said they have mentioned this in their terms and conditions,so i did provide my policy document to the officer sitting there and when she read the document she did not find this terms and conditions.So she said she will resolve my issue,but till date they have not resolved nor giving any appropriate reasons for this.Wheneve i visit their office they say it is in greivance cell ,they will update me very soon.It's been more than 2 months they have not yet resolved this mistake from their end.

                          I have contacted N number of times, there is not positive response from your team.They are not ready to resolve the issue, telling me the same thing again and again, u guys are cheating with customers money.Very bad, even after regular payment of premium you guys are not providing me the sum assured that is mentioned in the policy document which u had given me during the time i took the policy.Let me know how many times i need to raise greivence, ur CSR sitting in Jayanagar branch does not have any solution neither she is competent to respond to customer queires

                                  My father BS Arora got retired in 2005 and got his gratuity amount from the company. He added some extra money from his pocket and invested Rs 13.30 lac in a pension policy from ICICI prudential. He also included my mother Balvinder Kaur Arora’s name in the policy as β€˜Joint Life’ holder so that she could continue getting the pension after him till the time she was alive. My father used to get a quarterly payout of Rs 28800/- odd from ICICI prudential.

                                  Unfortunately he passed away 2 months back due to ill health. To my surprise, ICICI have stopped the payouts towards my mother. I have been speaking to them since one month now and they are denying paying it. I sent them a copy of the annuity certificate which very clearly states my mother to be the β€œJoint life” holder of the policy but they’re not replying anything on that. I asked them for copy of the policy which my father had signed but they have not shared it till now. They have not replied to any of my mails in the last one month nor are they giving anything in writing. Every time I call them up they refuse to pay up and say that the policy is expired now.

                                  My father was 61 years old when he got this policy. He was a highly educated and qualified man and was not dumb enough to invest Rs 13.30 lac in a policy with a meager quarterly pension of Rs 28800/-. At this rate he would have not even recovered the principal investment by the age of 72 years, forget about the interest receivable. And that is exactly why he had added extra money from his pocket into the gratuity amount to ensure that his wife continues getting the pension payout.

                                  I have written to the grievance cell of ICICI prudential today but do not expect them to do much. I have seen the number of consumer complaints and court cases against them and they come across as a very unethical organization.

                                  I have also written to my advocate today and will shortly initiate legal proceedings against them. I am just awaiting a reply from their grievance cell.

                                  Can anyone guide me how to take this up with IRDA? I am not going to let ICICI get away with this one. Pl contact me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in or [protected] for any advice. Thanks

                                      ICICI Prudential Life Insurance : We(me and my wife) went to USA by doing travel Insurance with ICICI LOMBARD. They promised us "Cash less service in USA". My wife met with accident and there is no cash less service accepted by many hospitals. However we spent from our pocket and the claim was paid by the above after return. But we have arrived 40 days ahead and We had applied for refund for not serving for that period. they paid me the refund and not paid my wife saying that she had a medical claim.
