My problem is ...a default idea utv movie scheme is activated without my knowledge...and Rs. 15 is charging for each recharge. voucher...i want to deactivate this service first...and return my valuable money...

Idea Prepaid — Caller song give by me is not accepted
Dear Sir,I have given my caller song request to the costmer care department ago 29 hours.I had called the costmer care nearly 9times,but they have tell me that "Wait and Wait",your caller song will be run in 24 hours,but i am very suffered from them.Plz solve it.
This is with reference to mobile no. [protected]. I just did an online recharge
of Rs 49 on this no at 1:14 pm today with HDFC bank, I got an acknowledgment
sms from Idea also saying" Thankyou for your payment of Rs. 49..."
Still not been updated to my account, while it has been debited from the bank . Balance is still saying ZERO!!!. WHY??????????????????????????.
I am attaching a snapshot of the bank statement.
When I call on 198, there is a vernacular uneducated woman who just doesn't want
to help. She says ''yeh complaint ka number hai!'' I said I want to complain only na, but she says
''main aapki koi sahaayta nahin kar sakti!!!'' SO FRUSTRATING!!!
She tells me to call on 12345 chargeable call, when I don't have
balance. I told her I would have called there only if I had balance. Please
throw her out.!!!
I called from a Vodafone no on [protected], was on the line again for 15 minutes,
trying to explain the situation to a perfectly uneducated man at IDEA, who tells me that Rs 49 is for a scheme.
I said when already my plan is a 1 paise per second plan, why would I recharge for a scheme which is already there??
Why does IDEA come up with such fraudulent and ambiguous schemes and messages??
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REIMBURSE MY RS 49 INTO MY ACCOUNT AS TALKTIME AT THE EARLIEST!!!
IDEA call center executives are a disgrace to Abhishekh bacchan and Aditya Birla.

Idea Cellular Prepaid — Deduction of Rs.20/day towards Internet charges even after sending SMS regarding unsubscription many times
My Idea Cellular Prepaid Number is [protected]. Rs.20/day is being charged by the cellular company despite the fact that I have unsubscribed the service by sending several SMS to the Company.May necessary and immediate action be taken to unsubscribe the service at the earliest please.

I am receiving the joke message from IZ-55456, I have not requested for same. Two times, I have already contacted to customer care and they are not picking up my cell phone. i try twice but still did'nt get any reply. It is requested to look into the matter and get it stop, while i am facing lots of problem by loosingh my financial and mental balance. I am suffering for those, which i have not appealed. Idea — Deducting money without knowledge
Hi,I am using the Idea Cellular number [protected] since July 2010.
I have raised same complaint for 3 consecutive months and the issue still remains. In the month of Aug I received a sms saying Rs 10 will be debited from my account towards rental amount of Health Tips service. If you wish to deactivate this service sms UNREG HEAL to 50789. I sent that sms and it replied saying "you have not subscribed to this service". I called up Idea and they said it is a problem at their end and Rs 10 was credited back to my account. They also told that they will make sure that it doesn't repeat. In the month of Sept same thing happened. Again I called up Idea and they credited back the amount and said that there is a issue at their end and it will be rectified. Again now this month same problem has happened and now they are saying they cannot refund the amount since I have activated this service. First of all I do not even now how to activate it and on top of that for 2 months they said it is issue at their backend and that the service is not activated etc. And now they are saying the amount wont be refunded back. For problems at their end why customer has to pay.
Also they said that I sent the wrong code for unsubscribing the service for which I was being charged. (Please note I sent what they had sent in the sms). They are saying that is not what is to be sent now. How can they expect customer to know out of the blue what they should sent when they do not even know what service is activated or who activated etc.
I am really fed up of calling customer care daily several times for this same reason since 3 months and their is no proper resolution from their side.
This is really very poor customer service from Idea. Please do not go for Idea connection. The customer service sucks !!!!

I have one idea number i.e. [protected] which was alloted in my name i.e. Mukesh Kumar. Since I have taken this number your customer care centre always informing me through phone and SMS that documents have not submitted from my end. When, I complained it through comments that the same has already been submitted by me, after that such call has came to an end.
Now your customer care has messaging and calling me that the documents and information which was submitted by me is found falls. I am saying you that all the information submitted by me is absolutely true and 100% genuine please enquire it properly.

This is bring to your kind notice that, I Imran has got idea cellular service from department itself.But some nuisance IDEA VOICE CHAT service has been activated without any prior notice to me.And they debit amount of Rs.50/-. I have talked to the customer care of Idea Cellular about that, but they they not give response.

Idea Cellular — Deduction of unknown package
Dear Sir/Madam,I Sagar Kalani Idea mobile holder [protected] is getting Mentally harassed by IDEA Cellular company. I am using postpaid connection of IDEA and they unnecessary deducted 30 Rs. saying I have dialed some numbers to activate cricket package and so they are deducting 5 Rs. daily which was not activated by me. When I made complaint they refunded me and assured that It wont happen next time. but again same thing happened today they again activated the same package of crickets updates and deducted the amount.
This is just simply a harassment without customer's prior permission how they can deduct any amount ?. Moreover when I am calling them on 198-complaint line the executives are not ready and tell me to call on 12345 to know how and why the amount is deducted in spite of begging them that "I haven't activated any package like that". This is really very unethical and frustrating. Please take some strict actions against them. as they are just harassing the customers like me.

Idea — unnecessary offer
I have taken a CUG plan from iDEA, my mother is using one of the number.In the month of Dec, there was Rs 450 additional in my bill. When I had a talk with Customer care they said this is offer taker by you.
About offer:
Pay Rs.450 in advance and you will get the Rs 75 off on your usage amount till 1 Year.
My mother’s Usage per month is not event Rs 10 (If you check the entire year it is in the range of 0-20 Rs.), calls are adjusted in 200 min free quota.
When I talk with my mother, she replied them she will check and inform you. Didn’t accept the plan explain by customer care.
My concern: Why they offer such plan to this number having a very less usage and why not on my other number having more Usage?
In the complaint I have demanded to hear the Recorded Call, where my mother gave confirmation.
I would like to go to the consumer court against iDEA, please help me the register it.

Idea Prepaid — Deduction of total amount from recharge amount
Prepaid Idea Cell No [protected]In the last two weeks a prepaid recharge of Rs. 50 has placed in the above mentioned number. Almost immediately the entire amount is deducted. This has never happened before. Please explain the reason of deduction. I do not use sms at all, nor use ringtones. I would be appreciate if this amount is returned. I cannot recharge my phone due to this probelm. Please explain.
