I am trying to connect customer care but no executive solved my problem.
My problem is ...a music pack is activated without my knowledge...and RS 10 is charging for that every week...i want to deactivate this service first...and i have already deactivated but than also amount is cut from my balance . and customer care is not properly reponding for this service. my complain no is 1.SR No.1-[protected] on 17th feb 2010 12:03:43pm and 2.SR No-1-[protected] on 22nd feb 2010 3:14:04pm and yes scheme is not deactivated.

My mobile no. is [protected]. VAS was activated on 20.01.2010 without any intimation to me and Rs.10/- petr week since 20.01.2010 is being deducted each week. I had talked to customer care represetative to decativate VAS(Musti fundo) and I was intimated vide message dt. 07.02.2010 that VAS will be decativated within 11 Hrs. and S.No. [protected] was given. But neither VAS was decativated not any reply to our message " DEACTMRADIO" was given propoerly. Agai Rs.10/- was dectruted on 18.02.2010.
After taking to Customer Care representative Mr. Ashok, I was intimated that due to technmical problem VAS has not been decativated and it will be deactivated within 11 Hrs and Rupees decuted so far for VAS (Musti Fundo will be returned back wihin 48 Hrs. THe S.No.1-[protected].
I want to know the status of decativation of VAS but we received message each time - " THere is a maintenance activities being carried out.". This message is being forwarded by IDEA since last 20 days.
I want to talk to Customer care representative on 23.02.2010 but the customer care representative without replying to my query cut the pone and since then I tried for two hours but each time on 12345 only one voice was there- " Our all custommer care Representatives are usy with other calls."
It is requested from IDEA MANAGEMENT to instruct customer care representative to listen to custommers and decativate VAS on my mobile.

my idea cell no. was [protected] from which the company had deducted about 250 rupees from the account immediately on recharge of account. when i approached to the company's office situated at tonk road, Jaipur. After verifying from the system, the representative of the company has replied that I have down loaded some music and ther things therefore the said amount has been debited from my account. i replied that I have not down loaded any music or other thing but he was not ready to listen. My some friends also told me that the IDEA company is a cheater company and they are cheating with the coustomers by this way. i want to suggest to the people to not to subsribe the IDEA mobile number. I have thrown my sim of said number and sworn to not to buy IDEA sim in my life.

I m very sorry to say that ur customer care executive and ur services are not good most of services are activate by their own without any information and ur customer care executive are not even able to deactivate the services and even few of them cut the call after saying that sir wait for few minute i will see ur services detail and cut the call plz i m fedup with all these activities plz take some necessary action against them. my mobile no. is [protected]

my idea sim along with my handset has been lost yesterday...and i want to block that no so what is the procedure...my no is [protected]...and can i get a new sim with the same no and contacts since there were some important nos on my phone...i donot remember the sim no as it was taken a long time back...whether this msg is enough to block the sim and also do suggest me the procedure to get the same phone no...

I have a no of Delhi [protected], but due to work I came to Kolkata, from where I want to make easy recharge in this no. but failed every time. I t was informed to your Delhi customer care but no responce they have given . My no. was prepaid, but they are asking this no. is now became postpaid. Hoe can it be possible, as my balance is low I am not able to talk withothers. PL. look after this matter urgengtly.

I am Abhishek Varma, Advocate, I received a message that Cricket Pack has been activated on your number which was not demanded by me. It was written that to unsubscribe reply with the same no. The request was sent the same day to deactivate as i had no interest with the cricket. even then from the next day the pack was activated and balance was started deducting @ Rs. 5/- per day. I made a complaint to the helpline number 4444 on 18/03/2010 at 9:16 p.m. to one Vishal who promised that the same will be deactivated within 6 hours and the balance deducted will be returned to you within 12 hrs. Complaint no. which was given to me by him was [protected]. Two messages were sent to me by him in this concern which reads as under:-
"Message No. 1 - Dear Customer, your concern for incorrect deduction is under process and would be actioned within 12 Hrs 0 Min SR No. 1-[protected]. Thank you."
"Message No. 2 - Dear Customer, your concern for VAS Act/deact is under process vide SR 1-[protected] and would be actioned by 6 Hrs 0 Min. Thank you."
After 2 days i.e. on 20.03.2010 at 9:20 am., i again called up 4444 to check the status of my complaint, one jai picked up the phone and said that wait till 10 am and the complaint will be resolved. On the same day when no solution was provided, i again called up at 11:27 am, one gyan prakash took my call but instead of providing any satisfactory reply, he disconnected the phone without even listening to what I was saying. I again called up at 11:29 am and one salma picked the phone to whom i requested that i wish to talk to some senior person. My call was then transferred to one Nitin Sharma (Supervisor) who apologized for the conduct of gyan prakash and promised that till 22.03.2010 (monday), your complaint will be resolved and cricket pack will be deactivated as well as your amount which is till date deducted will be refunded. On 22.03.2010, i again called up 4444 and one Ashutosh talked to me who in turn once again said that wait for 24 hrs. only then your complaint will be resolved.
I have been harassed for no fault on my part. My balance is deducted for Rs. 5/- per day even after making a complaint and the cricket related messages are being sent to me even in the odd hours which are of no use to me. if this is the attitude of the company towards the subscriber, then i am sorry to say that the customer support no. 4444 is of no use as these people on phone are in a habit to just make false promises and to transfer the liability to others.
So it is my humble request that my complaint be considered at an earliest
