IDEA CELLULAR PHONE — Money Deduction
Dear Sir,I am using Idea prepaid card (Mobile No-[protected]),from last six month,suddenly Rs 100/-(One hundred only)deducted from my balance,and my available balance become zero,without giving any intimation.Today morning when I picked up phone and surprised to see the available balnce.I had phoned with customer care,they simply says you have used Internate service,but Infact that I never used Internate service with this phone,because I am having another Internate connection with me(Blackberry with Reliance connection).
I request you to see the matter personally and revert my deducted amount.

IDEA Cellular Services — Deduct my account without any knowledge
Sir,My name is Sandeep Kumar, My Idea mobile Number is [protected]. The company deducted Rs. 35.00 from my balance without any approval or any confirmation. First Customer care told your money will be refund after 48 hours after talking to my senior. but no one money will be refund. now customer care number is not connected . after that i have recharge with service No. *800# with Rs. 5 for 1 day internet uses but upto till now this service is not started in my mobile. please do something about my problem.
IDEA PREPAID CELLULAR SERVICE — Unrelated deductions from mobile
Dear sir,Since last one and half month daily I am losing Rs.5/- from my balance for the service which I have never activated. 155223 number is provided for deactivation, however, this does not work. Kindly do the needful. I tried to contact customer care in this regard but nothing was done. I have lodged complaint at Consumer Care, however, nothing is done so far.
I request the concerned authorities to pay attention towards this issue and keep alive faith of millions of customers on IDEA, otherwise, we have to get some other IDEA instead of your IDEA!

Ideacellular — without my knowledge activated or deactivated service
Respected Sir/Madam,My plan is 149 with 2 GB internet for Rs. 98.00. Idea has sent me bill via SMS dated 18 April 2012 of Rs. 3652, as per my calculation this amount is more than my usage. As per my plan I have not activated or deactivated other cellular services. This has been confirmed with Idea sales person Mr. Sailesh. S at Idea store , S.V Road, Goregoan west. If you have activated any other service without my knowledge and charge me accordingly that, then am not responsible for that bill payment for excess amount. My outgoing service has been stopped since last 10 days. I am not able to make any outgoing calls from my mobile no. [protected]. It’s affecting to my job. So please solve this problem , as am contacting Idea store since last seven days but they fail to solved my problem from idea side. So please do the needful and solve this problem as soon as possible.

The customer care person told to change to change sim once your signal get disconnected in mobile on monday 30/4/2012.
I have followed his instructions. Till now also my mobile is not activated.
I have called to customer care and told issue. They are telling it is not complaint and to wait.
Already 3 days completed. when my mobile will be activated.
please do needful and make my mobile activated.

This is to bring to your notice the recklessness on the part of your executives which has cost me in terms of time and money. On 11th June 2012 I had approached your executive – Mr. Sharan, to apply for MNP of my BSNL No: [protected]. Despite several follow ups, reminders and after 10 days of waiting I am still being misled regarding your services. Till date the new SIM card has not been activated, the reason being cited as ‘technical error’ by the executives at your Punalur showroom. The telephonic response of your customer care executives has also been absolutely careless and provocative. On approaching your executives today I was intimated that, it may take another 7 days to activate the new connection.
I regret to inform that I had an awful experience with your company while applying for a service, which if dealt properly has a TAT of not more than 24 hours. Kindly take necessary action against the said officials and confirm the further course of action regarding my connection. Failing which I will be forced to address the issue with your Grievance Redressal Officer and further with TRAI ombudsman.
