from ur customer care no:i am talk with mr deepak at nr about 9:oo or 9:30pm dated 01.05.2010, they are confirm me that u are recharge with Rs198 and get 120 minute i to i free for 15 dayes .i m do same but my accout balance going zero after one hour or more than .
i to calling.
I am requsting to you plse look this matter and do nedd full.

This is to brought you in notice that your customer care i.e 12345 service is very poor.
It never get connected either you call in day time or in night it always says busy.
I dont know where is the problem.From my account money is getting deducted. To speak with customer care is it so we have to seat whole day and keep on trying. Sir whenever I m geting time in day time even in late night at 2 to 3 Am.I keep try to call for about 1 hour in a day but it always says busy with another customer. If call flow is high then why dont customer service increase.

IDEA PREPAID CARD — Unnecessary deduction without activation
My name is Damle S.H ,My cell no: [protected] of IDEA prepaid card, it is observed that after recharge of Rs. 100 within 12 hours 20 Rs. deductud from balance , after contacting customer care 12345 the operator starts asking lot of questions and at he end says you have activated on your cell caller tune etc. which is totally cheating because i know what i am doing , before this incidence i have spkon with oprator on their complaint no,asking to stop such deduction and requested to deactivate all services realted to various offers calls from IDEA because i am not intersted in such offers.the experience with IDEA service is vary bad. every time after recharge they will deduct 10/ 20 Rs. AND EVERYTIME SAME STORY I HAVE TO REPEAT TO THE OPRETOR ,everytime they will lie and cheat me by saying activated from your side.
Even after their seniors will repeat same story. because of such bad experience i have stopped my postpaid connection of IDEA.
But sorry to say that IDEA is having shortage of funds to run the organisation hence collecting such money by deducting money from costomers like me, may be in thousands per day.
Please consider my complaint seriously

I bought a idea connection for internet purpose for operating in PC and recharge with 98 plan (68 Mb per day up to 2 Gb) but this is working only my mobile phone not pc when i already operate idea gprs in my pc also 20 plan per day . This time not connected customer care person only automatic customer care live. I have setting done in my PC and mobile when i have already work with idea gprs in my pc i have all type setting idea gprs (APN : INTERNT, *99# etc) but sow connected but not open any web page please tell me what distroyed my Rs.98 becouse idea customer care manually 4444 and other not connected

I have experienced the same thing... It was deducting to a seconds pulse initially and then all of a sudden it took out 50 rupees talk time from my balance without me activating any of the functions. I really dont know the reason behind it.

Idea Cellular — Amount is been deducted without my knowledge
Respected Sir/Madam,I am Inpreet Singh bearing cell Nos. [protected] and [protected] with prepaid idea cellular connection. I have been noticing that every day some amount is been deducted without my knowledge for the sake of monsoon contest, which I have never requested or subscribed. This would require immediate rectification and the idea people should apologize for the same and it should not be repeated hereafter. I want my money back, which they have deducted for this subscription.

I am having Idea prepaid mobile connection since 2009 and i am not using using it very frequently. when i started my idea prepaid, i was charged 25 INR every day i was not aware why this was happening after my tremendus efforts i come to know that i was charged rupees 25 everdy for daily GPRS service. Due to this deduction of balance i coun't deactivate this service and due insuficient balance i was not able to contact idea cutomer service person as it is chargable. even i cannot deactivate this service through sms i have registered complaint in idea but i am not satisfy with their anwser.Idea cellular operator — deduction of money without any service request

This GPRS services are very poor with comparing other service providers and the customer care people are lacking knowledge on services providing from the company it self. It is to bad to say that no one from the customer care will give the answer for one call they will put the call on hold for couple of minutes and still they will not be clear what they are saying about. for the customer care number company is charging for .50 paisa per 3 minutes it is very bad. it will be good to company to gain the money.
And when i enquired about 96Rs prepiad rechard GPRS plan no one gave the right answer still i am facing the problem 1 - My Talk time money is getting deducted when i browse, still i have recharged with 96Rs GPRS plan
2 - Customer care executives told me that it will be activated in 6 hours, it is 25 hours now still i am facing the same problem. ( i have been calling the customer care for last 3 days)
I hope there is no one to resolve this problem, i am going to change the connection to another service.

This mobile company namely IDEA, is totally criminal in deducting the money from its subscribers cell phone account.
From last few months they were regularly deducting from my cell phone account without being authorized by me for different value added services. Recently I noticed their cheating and I immediately lodged a complaint to their customer care, But instead of accepting their fault, they informed me that the said value added service was subscribed by me by pressing this…that…. Button, which is totally untrue and mischievous. Anyhow I got it deactivated.
But I was shocked to see that very next day, I got a system generated call asking me to subscribe a value added service. I immediately disconnected my phone But I became totally shocked to see that the value added service has been activated and Rs25 have been deducted from my account balance.
I again lodged a complaint and again they are saying that the said value added service was subscribed by me by pressing this….that…button, whereas the fact is that I had immediately disconnected the phone.
Now the million dollar question is that
Whether this is technical/ system problem, which is not known to the mobile company ?? or

Dear sir,I am a regular customer from last three year my mob. no. is [protected] ,I getting unwanted / unnecessary calls and SMS from IDEA service provider like as (cricket ,TUNES, VOICE CHAT) , These type service is useless for us ,without my information and knowledge they activated additional service for astrology type and getting deducted 5 /- per day by sent a sms. when i contact customer care they was unable to give any proper answer,They gave me another no . So please deactivate this type extra unwanted service immediately. and Please take necessary action for unwanted sms and call for day by day who is providing your no. without your information and permission to outer agency .
