i'm using idea pre-paid connection last 4 year and during the last week they had dedected Rs.100 without any information. when i spoke to the customer care people they said u have activated net services on your mobile.how can be it possible without i'm infroming to them how they can activated that service on my mobile.yesterday(25/03/10) i have recharged my mobile with Rs.50/- and the very next day again they have dected Rs.51 from my balance amount. now tell me wat to do...

I would like to appeal to one and all, that now the time has come do really stand by and fight against all the wrong whch is happening.
This Idea cellular are one of the cheats. They are really horrible company which itself dont know what their responsibilites are and what is going on. They just know how to fool peoples.
I was residing abroad, and when i came to india for vacation i was using their prepaid sim, and when i asked them how will will charge me they said that it will cost 7 rs per minute and when i used to call they are charging me more them 20 rs./ minute. And most exciting thing even though i am calling on the number which is temporary out of order they are charging me for taht also.
They are a big [censored]ttttttt.
And when i called teh customer care, initally they ask to call again n again and finally they are not ready to say about the amount tehy deucted just they wanan say that you called here and thats all.
When i called the complaint center therer they say that they cannot help me as that is the duty of th customer care to let me know the charge deducted.
All the staff are illetrate and fools they dnt know themselves also what they are saying.
SO i request to one and all not n never to use idea sim, as they are really sssssss...

This is my personal experience and ifu dnt believen me just ask the one who is using idea.

i m pawan from up(e) my no. is[protected] activated with shayari services of idea cellular i call five time and more in idea customer care but they give me only a communication id and solve my problem they are not deactivate shayri service and charge Rs.30 / month. help me on this topic

My balance last night approx Rs. 17.00 and in morning I found Balance rs. 2.167 without any call any gprs any downloading or coller tune and gprs not activtated in my phone I call to customer care but response they told to call on 53555 but no responce there. please carrect details sent to my no.[protected]

In this connection, every time you had recovered an amount Rs.10/- with regular intervals without my notice. Please stop such recoveries in future. And I really pain feel for the recovery, We have been stopped the astrology(zodiac)facility. My mobile no: [protected]

idea communication — Without intemation activation of VAS on the mobile connections

I am the consumer of the Idea from the last 1.5 years, but on 27th April idea has activated the VAS on my mobile no without any giving any information and also deduct Rs 100 from my prepaid Balance, and when i complaint this to the customer case they transfer my call to the busy mode. So kindly take this issue on the priority issue and try to revere the deducted amount from my prepaid balance as soon as possible.
