[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — deduction of money without customers knowledge

dear sir,

1. I have tried to register a complaint against idea cellular service, but the customer care is not registering it.
2.From last two month(March and April, 2010), Idea cellular service is deducting money for the sms packs which I never activeted. When I tried to complaint, customer care is not registering it.
3. When I told the person from customer care, I would like to talk to senior executive, that person has dropped the call.
4. Please help me to refund the deducted money.

Idea Custmer Care is Very bad person they can not do solved any problem also I am very sad from the Idea . They take Charge without any information deducted your amount as you wish or not. I think Idea Compeny as a robber. I live in Varanasi-221002

Today i have recharged my account with 25 now it is showing A/c balance
10. Till now i did not make any call, so why they r deducting balance.I want

Idea Cellular — balance deducted without any request of joke msg

I am receiving the joke message from ID-55456, I have not requested for same. Two times, I have already contacted to customer care and they assured that this will be deactivated but soontherafter without my consent . wonder is too much that they are charging for that and deducting same from my prepaid balance.
It is requested to look into the matter and get it stop, while i am facing lots of problem by loosingh my financial and mental balance. I am suffering for those, which i have not appealed. My Cell no. is [protected]

From one month i realised that idea cellular is deducting some amount from my prepaid connection without my knowledge .My Problem is that a default idea dialler/caller tone is activated in my idea prepaid connection([protected]) without my knowledge and Rs.30 were charged for that tone. I want to deactivate this dialler/caller tone service first and also requesting you that this type of default service problem never came in future in my idea prepaid connection.

Idea Cellular — Regarding deduction of money

This is bring to your kind notice that I, P.K. Roy ,a class 1 govt. officer in Delhi Transport Corporation has got idea cellular service from department itself.But some nuisance CRICKET service has been activated without any prior notice to me. I have talked to the customer care of Idea Cellular about that and also did what they told to me to stop receiving umwanted messages.. They give the assurance of fixing this problem. But its nearly two months nothindg has been done from them and still i receive those messages. It creates a big problem during any confidential meeting.Sir, it is my request to take necessary action about it at the earliest.

Idea — Idea deduct money without intimation and fool customer care executive's speech

Sir,

I am regular customer of Idea service provider from 2007, many times I lost my money through Idea Services, but I neglect, But from 2 days Idea Service provider deduct lot of money from my prepaid account without information. When we call to customer care executive, "Dipak" no information provided, talk like disgusting method. and now they have to charge for calling to customer care.

I have provided all my information, but they misguide me, to call 12345 or call 198, is this a method to talking with customers.

now this is very harashful to me. WHAT AN IDEA Sir JI

Idea Cellular — Deduction of money without any consumer knowledge

From past one month I have faced problem from idea cellular that deduction of amount from my prepaid connection is No [protected] being done for some of the services for which neither I have ever requested nor I want those services .In recent case dialler tone song selection service is activated with effect from 05 Februrary 10 and simultaneously Rs 30/- is deducted from my account.
First of all I want to deactivate this dialler tone service first with immediate effect and subsequently requesting you that this type of default service problem should never come in future in my idea prepaid connection No [protected] otherwise not only you may lose me but also the other customers too in absence of the erroneously service rendered by you, which a wise commercial organization would not like to wish in present abundantly available service in market.

Earlier also i have complaint regarding same problem on 05-Feb-10 but reply on action is still not received you are requested to do the need full immediately and deactivate dialler/caller tone at once.

Idea Prepaid — daily rental deduction without subscription

One fine day I wake up to realise that Idea prepaid has started ripping me slowly by deducting 2 Rs/day, which in normal cases would have gone unnoticed. i waited for 3 days and made it sure that I have not made any calls. So early morning I called up the customer care rep and reported the incident. They said that a daily rental night free plan has been added to my account! (how can they do that when i have not subscribed?). They said that they are cancelling that refunding the 6Rs within 48 hours.

Indeed I did receive the Rs.6 by the end of the next 2 days but they plan did not get cancelled yet, so I have been again deducted Rs.4. This has been going on for the past 6 days and Idea now owes me Rs.12. I have logged in as many as 6 requests till now, daily one each, but they have not cancelled the offer nor stopped deducting the amount or refund me.

i recharged my mobiel with 99rs for the internet pack..

and its been 4 days its not working..

i am sooo angry with these people that now i have also decided that i will keep callin the cotumer lines. no matter they find me a solution or not..

I'm continuosly getting calls from this no. & the guy onthe other side uses abusive language. I'm very much disturbed Pls letme know how can I search him out.
My mobile no. is [protected]. Rs.10 was deducted thre times i.e. on 20.01.2010, 27.01.2010 and 06.02.2010. After contacting customer representative on 12345 I was informed that VAS activation is there on my mobile and RS.10/- per week ios being decuted for VAS. I requested customer care representative to decativate VAS and a message was received on my mobile on 07.02.2010 that VAS is under deactivation process and will be decativated within 11 Hours. When I recharged RS.10/- was again deducted for Musti Fun do (VAS). Contacted Customer care representative so many times on 14.02.2010 and send SMS DEACTM RADIO as per message received for decativation but no confimation was given regarding deactivation of VAS. Rs.10/- was again decuted on 17.02.2010. While contacting customer care representative I was informed that VAS is still is activated and a message was received that VAS will be deactivated within 11 Hrs.

Customer care representative is giving proper reply and reply message sent on 12345 are not in line with my message reagrding deduction of RS.10/- every times. So far RS.40/- has been decucted evenafter my message to deactivate VAS.
